st 2 weeks ago at the Art Factory, super DIY venue with a lot of hiccups. Beth made sure all the decor was properly set, she created and updated decor documents, liaised between difficult venue management, handled all vendors leading into and on the wedding date. She helped finish build some of my centerpieces, setup, processional, and even hand wrote my entire seating chart on paper to put on a mirror on the day of the wedding after my computer crashed the night before. I’m so glad I hired her and would recommend her to any bride that needs a coordinator.

we did not have her there. She was effortlessly thoughtful, diligent, helpful, kind, and did so with a calm energy that helped ease our nerves. Beth is an incredible problem solver, and is completely solution oriented. She truly went above and beyond throughout the pre wedding planning and vendor coordination all the way through the very end of the night. I would recommend Beth to anyone that is getting married! She gets the job done and truly brings the peace of mind you need on your big day. Beth is the best!!!

anning a wedding—especially if you’re a Type A mega-planner like me, trusting another person to pick up the reins is not an easy thing. That’s where Beth swoops in! Organized, experienced, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, Beth is the perfect wedding coordinator. For our wedding in May 2023, my husband and I were aiming to throw a fun, structured but still laid-back party, surrounded by 80 of our closest family members and friends at a local cidery. Our original vision for the wedding was outdoors under a beautiful oak tree in the orchard, followed by a cocktail hour under the twinkle lights and open sky, with the reception and dance party to follow indoors. Of course, despite it not having rained for 7 years prior on our wedding date, it poured exactly when our ceremony and cocktail hour were starting. But, thanks to Beth (and our awesome venue), we were able to pivot and she helped make our day even better than I had thought possible—we activated our Plan B and got married in a giant keg room (which was really cool and super on-brand for me and my husband), and had an absolute blast. Even though I was a neurotic mess checking the weather every 10 seconds, Beth had everything under control, managing to move our seating indoors quickly and decorating the industrial space. (See pictures, she did an amazing job.) Beth was instrumental in making our wedding a roaring success—10/10 stars, I cannot recommend her enough!!!

In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she helped me get organized, ensured I had everything I needed, and was the first person to make me feel like they had it under control and my day would not be ruined. Beth made everything happen on the day of my wedding - I wish that were an understatement, but without her, we would have had a VERY DIFFERENT wedding day experience. - She arrived the morning of my wedding at my venue where nothing was set up, the table placements weren't correct- there was not enough seating for my guests- no one knew what was going on, and the person that was supposed to help with my event from the venue was nowhere to be found and unreachable. Beth made it all happen. She got in and was in communication with all my vendors to make sure they were able to get in and set up, helped decorate the entire space, and STILL continued to check in with me, reassure me that everything was amazing (even when it was definitely not for her) and made sure I had the best day. Throughout the wedding, she was a rockstar, made sure all my vendors had what they needed and got their tips, and I had NO idea anything was even amiss before or during the wedding because she handled it all so well and so efficiently. I will forever be grateful for Beth and what she did for my Husband and me to make our day stress-free and beautiful. I could not recommend her enough!! If you are unsure if you should hire a day of coordinator, DO IT. It is, to this day, the best decision I could have ever made, and Beth was everything I needed her to be and more.
