Renting the tables, chairs and linens for my micro wedding was very easy with this vendor. I changed my order the week of the wedding with no issues. Delivery went smoothly and they took the number of the manager of the facility so they could pick up since we left for our honeymoon the next day.
Pricing was reasonable and everything looked beautiful.

This company is wonderful to work with. Being an out of town bride is hard, I had lots of questions! They were able to send me photos of items I wanted and really helped in finding the right color linen! Then Covid hit, and bam our wedding size had to be adjusted. They had no problem adjusting everything and helped make our smaller wedding more intimate. Thank you all for everything!!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I planned to have my bridal shower at a venue (I won't mention the name)...and due to COVID-19, I had to cancel the location and make other plans. The venue waited until a week before to inform me that I could no longer use the space. I reached out to Your Event Party Rental in a panic and they took all of my worries away! The staff was extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to rent a tent, tables, chairs, linens, among other things to have my shower just how I envisioned. This company was a life saver! I plan to use them for my upcoming wedding next year also - I would recommend anyone to them. You will not be disappointed. I was so grateful for them!!!

We used Your Event for our wedding this summer. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to reduce our counts. The staff were wonderful and understanding and helped us make a beautiful smaller wedding! We used the farm tables and crossback chairs and it looked gorgeous under the tent. We even had a smaller dance floor so we could have our first dance.
From the office staff of Eileen and Dwana to the setup guys, everyone was great!

It was great getting everything from one vendor. We were able to rent the tent, tables, chairs, linen, dance floor and all the dishware/glasses we needed.
They also set up earlier in the week so we could do our own décor around the tent.

Your Event Party Rental did an amazing job for my wife and I’s wedding! We had a 150 guest winter reception at The Whiskey Factory in Detroit, and they made the process completely seamless. We rented chairs, tables, associated items (linens, etc) and coat racks. Eileen couldn't have been easier to deal with, and was very quick to respond with new price quotes when we had to make changes. They were so easy to deal with, even a husband could do it!

As a catering manager and bride, it was simple deciding which rental company to use, Your Event! I have their number memorized as I talk to Eileen and Amy every week while planning events. We use Your Event exclusively for all of our rental needs for the catering company. They exceeded our expectations when it came to my wedding a few weeks ago! Thank you for everything that made this wedding so lovely! The colors of the linens were perfect together (khaki, beige, goldenrod), and with the main flowers being sunflowers (matched the "goldenrod" color exactly). The lighting in the tent was striking (maybe a BIT too bright for me...). The 8" bubble vases were perfect for arrangements the guests could see over on the tables, and I used the tall cylinders elsewhere throughout the tent.
The coffee made in your urn was excellent, btw. I loved the look of the beverage tubs. Everything came in well packaged and complete. You always responded to my changes and questions promptly.
In retrospect, I wouldn't change a thing!

So happy I chose YEPR. The equipment, price, delivery and setup, and staff were all-around awesome. I had a backyard wedding; and I've been to others. I felt the most comfortable with the chairs, tables, dance floor, and tent that YEPR supplied to me for my wedding. The dance floor was safe, the chairs were sturdy, and the tables were easy to set up. Plus the customer service team was attentive and prompt. Any time I needed to add or update item quantities (as long as I worked within my contract's guidelines) I was happy with the team's response and their ability to accommodate. I suggest YEPR to every bride-to-be.

Eileen was so helpful in gathering all the materials for our wedding. There is such a wide variety of items to choose from, so you can customize your event, but she will help you narrow it down so it's not such an overwhelming experience, but still complete. Eileen understood the nature of planning a wedding, so she was very receptive to any changes. Your Event Party Rental's rates are very reasonable too.

Absolutely loved working with your event party rental! The ladies in the Plymouth office were wonderful to work with and had no problem switching my order a few times! Linens were beautiful and everything arrived earlier then I needed. Chairs were a little disappointing, they were the padded white folding ones and my mom has the spend a couple of hours wiping them all down. They are definitely worn but still did the job. I would definitely use them for any more upcoming parties!

Overall, I would recommend Your Event Party Rental. The price and quality are competitive, and Eileen was very helpful with the booking process. We order linens and cocktail tables which we picked up/dropped off ourselves. They have flexible hours and are responsive with answering questions which is a huge plus in my book!
My advice would be to ask more questions and check the sizes before you leave. We had two long tables. One was 22' and the other was 20'. We didn't realize that the edges of the long linens were rounded, so there were gaps near the floor where the linens didn't overlap. We didn't ask. She didn't offer the info. So, I couldn't be upset. I was just disappointed. However, the linens for our cocktail tables were short, and I know for certain we ordered the extended length because I planned on using greenery ties around the base. When I notified them of the issue, they refunded money back to my card. They wronged their right which left me a happy customer.

If you are looking for a stellar company for your next event, look no further! We had an outdoor wedding of 150 people, and rented everything from silverware, glasses, dance floor, chairs, tables, and tent through the company, and we were so impressed. Amy and Eileen were amazing! I was incredibly indecisive at the start of planning my wedding, and with as many changes as I made, they were always there making sure my vision came true. The service was astounding! We had a few hiccups with the dance floor and immediately they fixed my concerns and made it even better than I expected. It was a fairytale backyard wedding and was absolutely gorgeous, I wouldn't have changed one thing! We were so thrilled with the entire process of planning our outdoor wedding with this company. It was so convenient to be able to get everything we needed in one place. From the tent to the dance floor, tables and chairs, linens, cups and silverware, all the way to a popcorn machine, they had it all. And we were shocked at how little everything cost. Eileen and staff were available to answer every question and make changes when needed. The guys who came to set up and take down were friendly and professional. I found working with Eileen at Your Event Party Rental so easy. She was always friendly, organized, and amazingly available, considering I got married during wedding season. I especially appreciated that when she realized I could use some guidance, she gently offered very helpful ideas and suggestions--and the event ended up looking so beautiful.
