We worked with YSE throughout our entire planning phase and our wedding day and our experience with them was amazing! From the start (a year plus out), they set us up with timelines and what we should expect up until our wedding day. We had monthly and then 2x a month calls as we got closer, and they were always totally organized with to-do items and decisions that needed to be made to keep us on track. I especially appreciated how they made sure we did a lot in advance, so by the time we were a few months out from the wedding, we felt in great shape and very prepared. They also have relationships with amazing vendors and handled all of these partners. We absolutely loved our beauty teams, photographer, videographer, flowers, band, bus services etc! YSE's guidance throughout the planning phase was invaluable. There were so many tips they gave us that turned out to be the right choice every time! It's clear they are an experienced team. Our actual wedding day went off without a hitch, thanks to YSE! They were there with us through everything, and as the bride, they made me feel completely at ease and that everything was being taken care of (for a large wedding with a large wedding party!!). They made sure that everything went as according to our plan and preferences, and are extremely detailed overall! I don't know how they do it, but they are an incredible team (and also great humans!), so we would highly recommend working with YSE for your wedding!!! Thank you YSE team!

I initially booked for a "day of and a little more." My only regret is that I didn't just book the team for a higher package from the start. I ended up upgrading my package because it was obvious that the team at Your Sparkling Event was able to reach vendors and get answers for me far easier/faster than me trying to track people down and communicate my needs. Though I am super thorough, what people don't tell you is that most vendors prioritize communications coming from wedding planners (especially when you are further away from the date & from out of town). It is clear that Your Sparkling Event has a stellar reputation and it speaks to why everyone wants to communicate/work with them. Kim answered every one of my 800 emails (that sometimes were very long and detailed!) It was obvious that she was very organized and detail-oriented. I really appreciated knowing that on the day of the wedding, she would make sure everything would go according to plan. Weddings can be hectic, but Kim ensured with stuck to the timeline and she followed all of the finest details I provided her with. She communicated with me before each thing took place (like asking me if I wanted to change my dress and making sure I knew when I would have enough time to do it). She helped pack everything up and also answered my panic texts when I couldn't locate certain items after the fact! During the planning process, she also made sure to bring up certain questions to things that I might not have thought about or considered otherwise. Her timeline for the day-of was extremely detailed and left nothing to the imagination :)

Dream team. 10 out of 10. I had my 115+ person destination wedding at The Colony in Palm Beach on March 18, 2023. This is peak season in Palm Beach and quality planners are in HIGH DEMAND. Jenna was AMAZING. Her team was warm, professional and just "gets it". BOOK HER NOW!!! I did the "full service" wedding package and worked with Jenna for ~10 months. As an out-of-town bride, I did HOURS of research on planners. It was a big financial investment that I didn't want to mess up! I needed trustworthy boots on the ground because I was planning the wedding remotely from Kansas City. I even contacted brides privately via IG DM to get the "real deal" on working with various planners. ***FUTURE BRIDE TIP*** I would HIGHLY recommend that you do this before choosing a planner. I received lots of info from brides that is not available on public forums. Past brides will spill their hearts out to you on their wedding planner experience... the good, the bad, the ugly. It was VERY helpful in making my decision. Your Sparkling Event had rave reviews with EVERY SINGLE bride I talked to privately. I'm so glad I wasn't fooled by pretty Instagram pages. I learned that you can't always trust what you see. Instagram vs. Reality! Make sure you TALK to past brides who actually worked with the planner you are considering. Jenna and her team has my highest recommendation. I can't imagine working with anyone else. She was worth every penny.

Jenna and her team were amazing! they helped throughout our entire process, actually saving our wedding at one point when our initial wedding planner dropped out of nowhere. Jenna took us on without any prejudice and worked hard to reassure us and fix the mistakes that our previous planner had made. They were great in letting us know when things needed to be done and at what point certain decisions needed to be made. I was pretty lost in my organizational skills for planning and had so many ideas jumbled in my brain so that I couldn't make easy decisions. But Maren, one of Jennas team members, was great in helping me sort through my ideas and make decisions. everything was within budget. and on the day of I truly didnt have a care in the world because we built such a great and trusting relationship over the planning process that I didnt feel the need to make sure any details weren't already taken care of. Even after the wedding Jennas team went above and beyond to make sure all tips were paid, all of our personal items or souvenirs were ready to go in our bridal suite, answer any questions about next steps with marriage certificate or our photos. If you are planning on getting her full package option I promise you she really provides the full package from the rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner to day of and beyond.

I cannot recommend Jenna and her team from Your Sparkling Event enough! There is no way I could have imagined my wedding day without them! They are so professional and handled everything with such ease and grace. I was able to have the most fun at my wedding because of them! If you are debating if you need a wedding planner like I was, you DO. And you absolutely need to have YSE there!

I have seen Jenna and the YSE team flawlessly execute many professional events through my work over the years, so when I got engaged they were the only team I wanted by my side. During the planning, Jenna, Kim, and Maren were lifesavers. What started out as a small, intimate backyard wedding with 30 people quickly grew to over 100 and we needed a new reception venue - but one that was still reasonably close to our ceremony location. Jenna went into action and found the perfect spot. There were some vendors I knew I wanted to use, but I was at a loss on where to even begin with a florist, rentals, tuxes, photobooth, etc. and they had the best ones ready to go. We had a few hiccups with one of our venues and Jenna was always our biggest advocate and made sure things were right. On our wedding day, they were on top of all of the details and I was able to truly relax and be in the moment with my husband. Any little fires that popped up, they took care of (and I'm sure they handled things I don't even know about!). They truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Jenna and her team are incredible. We had her for ‘month of’ and a little secret you get a little added on to that. We had 2-3 calls with her before her official ‘month of’. As you can imagine wedding planning is hard and stressful and exhausting. So ‘month of’ service you may feel a little nervous that you are 90% there with your planning but time is rapidly approaching to the big day, and you may feel lost, but rest assured, Jenna and her team will take you to the final 10% by giving you 110% effort. She developed a timeline that we were able to review and make changes (multiple changes) with enough time. She coordinated with all our vendors on their timeline and start and end times and confirmed/reconfirmed they are all coming. This is way too stressful for a bride or groom to do weeks before the wedding. So Jenna really eased our minds. During the venue walk-through and rehearsal her team made sure all our concerns were met and questions answered. And day of, her team executed flawlessly. Hopefully (if you’re reading this) this is your one and only wedding you’re planning but for Jenna this is hundreds if not thousands +. Go with her team, you won’t be disappointed.

Jenna is a class act and her team is remarkable! I hired YSE for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding and we couldn't possibly have been any happier! We recently worked with Jenna and her team for day-of coordination for our wedding. Jenna and team exceeded all expectations! They were incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout the planning process and my favorite part was the minute-by-minute day-of timeline we worked on together, which was distributed to all vendors and members of the bridal party. Everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be and when, which relieved stress from me and my family so that we could truly enjoy the weekend. They also provided helpful perspective when we we needed to make difficult decisions or find vendors. Additionally, Jenna and her team set up and kept safe all of our personal items for the day - from my dresses and family heirlooms down to the individual name cards. Lastly, we dealt with a bit of bad weather on our wedding day, but Jenna and her team kept the stress off of me and managed the situation with our venue so that we were able to have the ceremony outside when it eventually cleared! From coordinating transportation for our guests at our hotels to managing my veil when it got stuck going down the aisle, no task was too big or too small for her team to handle! I am so grateful to YSE for managing all of the details of our wedding so that we could enjoy it to the fullest!

Jenna and her team are beyond amazing! I live in toronto Canada and had my wedding at the colony hotel in palm beach Florida and without her I could not have done it! Jenna and her team were on top of everything and we’re not only professional but also sensitive, friendly, funny, warm and genuinely cared about you and your needs and wants! She’s someone you definitely want by your side on your big day! Even though I was planning from abroad everything turned out BETTER then I could have ever imagined! I cannot thank her enough!!

Jenna and her team were fabulous. We had a 180 person wedding with a lot of vendors. They coordinated everything for the day and it was seamless. There were mishaps that thankfully I never knew happened. They were amazingly organized pre-wedding, and kept us on track for the day with the bridesmaids brunch, transportation, lunch pick up, hair appts, first look, and the ceremony. There were many vendors that they coordinated and made sure were on time. I had no idea ho much I needed them when I booked them, and quickly realized they were indispensable. The club where we had the reception said the same thing. They coordinated things that the people at the club would not have had the time to do. Bridesmaids and Groomsman walking order, coordinating the music, toasts and the band, party favors, bride and groom changing and exit vehicle on and on.....Jenna and her team are always positive and totally "can do" attitude. I think they are indispensable and can not recommend them more highly.

Best wedding planner business in south Florida! Jenna and her team at Your Sparkling Event are the best group of women I could have ever asked for to help me plan our wedding. Our wedding plans were postponed due to COVID so I worked with YSE for over a year planning our big day. We were initially planning to do a big wedding but ended up going small, but the best part is that YSE can cater to whatever wedding you want! They have the best relationships with their vendors so you are guaranteed to have the best flowers, band/DJ, cake, decorations that south Florida can offer. Even if you think you don't need a wedding planner, I’m here to tell you that you do, and you specifically need Jenna and her team at YSE. We signed on with Jenna and her team a few months before Covid, and it ended up being the single best decision we made in our wedding-planning process. We were originally scheduled to get married in October 2020, but as the event neared, like so many others, we decided to postpone. A prime example of how Jenna and the whole YSE team stand out from other planners is that we told Jenna we wanted to postpone on a Friday afternoon, and by the following Monday morning, her team had transitioned every single one of our vendors to our new date… it literally took them less than 3 business hours to transition 10+ vendors and postpone an entire wedding, which has to be some sort of record. They also go above and beyond when it comes to bringing your vision to life. I told Jenna that floral arrangements aren’t really my thing, so she came with me to my florist consultation, asked all of the questions that never would have crossed my mind, and helped me create a vision that went above and beyond the piffy handful of Pinterest pictures I showed her as inspiration. I would recommend Your Sparkling Event to anyone and am already looking for excuses to use them in the future!

Back for an updated review, now that I've lived through the DREAM WEDDING!!! Jenna, Kim, and the entire YSE Team made our wedding day absolutely perfect. The process of getting to that day was much longer than the team signed up for (thanks to multiple COVID changes & postponements) yet they stuck by our side with a smile on their face the entire time. I was an out of town bride, and Jenna went above and beyond to help me, recommending anything and everything from suggesting vendors to work with, to restaurant recommendations while we were in town, and finding someone who could come spray tan us at the hotel. She also helped me with my now-husband's wedding day gift, letting me ship it directly to her to make my life easier. I was a very nervous bride - wanting to make sure all the details were perfect, but as any bride knows, the wedding day gets crazy and chaotic FAST. There were so many things I wanted to make sure we took care of, such as giving out thank you cards to all the vendors and making sure the Zoom details/logistics were perfect, and Jenna and her team took the initiative got everyone and everything squared away! She made the best decisions that I couldn't make in the moment, like scrapping the ugly cake topper that was a gift from family. Even though someone from my family was designated to bustle my dress, Jenna and Kim stepped up and helped get it bustled - and it was NOT an easy bustle!! The team kept all our belongings organized and ready for the ceremony, and they were all back in our room by the end of the night. And our room...we got back to the most beautiful surprise in our room!!! Seriously over the top! We are so looking forward to working with YSE again next year for our vow renewal and party with our guests, and we hope to work with them for many years and many events to come!!!

I was the bride who got overwhelmed just thinking about all the things I needed for the wedding, so a wedding planner for the month/day of was a must for me! Jenna and her team (shout out to Kim!) were phenomenal through every step of the planning process and I cannot say enough nice things about them on the day of our wedding. We had a “arch fiasco” and I was freaking out about how I was going to have a beautiful arch on the day of, blowing up Jenna’s phone and she found me someone local (with great prices) and a perfect arch with just a few weeks to go, and calmed my nerves! That’s only one way she and her team helped me with a speed bump in the planning process! Day of, I couldn’t have done it without them! They collected all my personal items (guestbook, photos, favors, etc) and made sure they were in the right place. They communicated with my vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be. They did my timeline! They helped keep my groom and his groomsmen in check ALL DAY long! Which was a full time job in and of itself. They helped me figure out how to put a Smirnoff Ice in my garter to ice my groom (after me being on the dance floor all night and being a sweaty hot mess😅). They helped me pin my hair back into place after our beach photos, bustled my dress, and made sure i and my groom had a cocktail in our hands while they did! They got all of our gifts and cards to our room AND left a cute surprise for us to come back to our wedding night. They made sure our wedding day was as perfect as we dreamed it to be and more. We miss chatting with them since our big day is over! Jenna has a nice calming vibe and can help take that anxious feeling away! Hire Jenna & her team. You won’t regret it. We love you guys!! Working with Your Sparkling Event was the best decision I made when it came to planning our wedding! I am one of the many brides who had to postpone, cancel, replan, and ride the roller coaster of Covid wedding season so I was at first very hesitant to take the step to hire a wedding planner. But at the end of the (wedding) day I am so happy we went with Jenna and her team at Your Sparkling Event. Working alongside Jenna, were Allison and Liz, and they did an amazing job for us! A+ WEDDING PLANNER & OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I found Jenna and YSE through an Instagram search, since I am new to the area and did not have any recommendations from friends or family. From our initial conversation, I loved Jenna's positive energy and vibe, and knew she would be the perfect fit for the role! She carried this same positive energy and calm demeanor throughout the whole process, making it fun and easy!! All of her vendor recommendations were wonderful, from hair and makeup, to servers, photographer, florists, and rentals. I had zero complaints and would give them all 5 stars! This was a huge relief for us as we didn't know vendors because we just moved here. Jenna and her team were extremely organized and on top of all tasks and items that needed to get done. They made a trip over to our new home before we even moved in, to get a better idea of the space and layout! This made me feel much more comfortable moving forward with plans! The day of the wedding was a breeze, because of Jenna and her wonderful team. I left the house (which was our wedding venue) at 10:00am the morning of the wedding, and by the time I came back at 3:30 to walk down the aisle, everything was set up and looked PERFECT! I was blown away!!!! There was zero stress or frantic moments! They took care of everything at the house while I was getting pampered at the hotel! :) The made clean up super easy as well, left us with piles and sticky notes, which was a nice touch after an exhausting weekend! I truly feel that the wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Jenna and her team! I would recommend her to anyone I know and will definitely use her for future events!

I’d been planning my wedding since November 2019. It was supposed to be May 2020 but due to Covid, we rescheduled for October 2020. During all of this I was also planning a surgery for my 13 month old so I kind of lost track of a lot. I needed HELP!! I was 2-3 months out when I decided to contact Your Sparkling Event. Jenna responded and immediately started getting all my stuff back in order (the vendors I had already book, contracts, the vendors who had changed due to covid, etc) I didn’t know where to start but Jenna took care of it all. Kim was also just as helpful, they both took such great care of everything. They communicated so well with me and the vendors to where I was now stress free!! I could focus on my life, my son who was recovering from surgery, and enjoy time with family while leading up to the wedding. One of the biggest things was the florist, I told Jenna and Kim what I wanted the centerpieces and bouquet/boutonnieres to look like and they made it happen all within my budget! Amazing! On the day of, Jenna and Kim took care of everything. They set up our place card/gift tables, the reception favors, all of it! On top of that, they had the schedule down to a T. It was perfect. My family and wedding party were in order, the music was ready to go for the ceremony, and they were right there for whatever we needed during the reception. I could go on and on but basically... I found Jenna and YSE through Instagram and my wedding venue, and boy am I glad I hired them! Within minutes of meeting Jenna, I knew we would work well together. I'm incredibly "Type A" and Jenna is always right at, or above, my level. She anticipates my needs and delivers above and beyond every time. When I ask about a vendor, the YSE team comes back with multiple options at different price points, schedules calls with each vendor, asks all the right questions, and schedules a call with me afterward to de-brief. Because i'm planning the wedding from out-of-state, Jenna always maximizes my time when i'm in town, filling our day with meetings, hair and makeup trials, engagement shoots, etc., without making me feel overwhelmed. Jenna routinely checks in to make sure i'm feeling good about everything we are planning. Due to COVID-19, we've had to postpone our wedding and the YSE team has made it a breeze. The team has really helped me make the most of the situation. Jenna has truly become more than a wedding planner throughout the planning process...she has become a friend and sometimes even a therapist. It is clear how much she cares about her clients and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I know she cares. My now-wife, Ashley Post, and I recently worked with Jenna Wittbold, owner of Your Sparkling Event for help in planning our wedding. Jenna and Marion were a pleasure to work with. When my venue was difficult (always), they were ready with the answers and made up where my venue lacked. I did lots of the decor myself which meant there were lots of personal items for their team to set up which they executed happily. If Jenna and her team hadn't been there day of, I would've never been able to get my hair or makeup done and the ceremony never would've started on time. They dealt with so many sloppy venue errors so my guests never had to know - I think there were so many you could probably say they saved the day! I also wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day as a bride. If you're considering hiring a planner, do it. Jenna and Marion will be a great compliment to your wedding team.

Jenna was so awesome to work with. We'd communicated via email and phone for quite some time before we met in person, but when we did, it felt like I was meeting a friend. She is so knowledgable, patient, and fun. Jenna and her team are so on top of things! We used her as our rehearsal and day of coordinator. The goal was for my Groom and family members to just enjoy the day, and we sure did. If something went wrong I do not know about it. Even before the wedding Jenna got back to us and gave us her inside knowledge to get the best vendors and for the best price. As mother of the bride, I can honestly say that the best thing we did was yo have Jennifer, owner of Sparkling Event, handle our wedding. Jennifer was available the month before the wedding to assist us with any and every problem and she did so promptly. Jean totally made the rehearsal day and the wedding day be totally relaxing for the bride and myself. She and her staff saw to it that everything from set-up at the Wyndham to the band went smoothly. I was so thankful that I was not the one running around checking on the venues, etc. Likewise after the reception, the gifts were already in our hotel room and we did not have to do anything but relax. Best decision was to hire Sparkling Event...even though you think you might be able to handle it all yourself! thank you Jennifer and staff.

If you don't want to worry on your wedding day; Sparkling Events is the way to go. The owner, Jenna, is incredible. She really cared about ensuring everything went smoothly on my special day. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She ensured everything was perfect right down to how the rose petals were arranged on the cake table! She provided me a list of recommended vendors and I selected directly from the list. My wedding dress, cake, table/linen and flowers were all based on her recommendations. And all of them were beyond amazing! Jenna has a charismatic and fun personality and makes the planning and the wedding day stress-free! I can't thank her enough for making my day so special!

I can not say enough about Jenna Smith and Your Sparking Event! From the very beginning of the planning until the day of my wedding, Jenna was a joy to work with and this made everything - all the planning and all the decisions - go so smoothly. Your sparkling event did a great job! They made sure we were running on schedule, lined up for the ceremony, tended to the bridal party while executing set up and made sure we were all where we needed to be. They checked in with the bridal party throughout the reception to make sure we all had drinks and were all eating. They gave us cues when things were happening to make sure we were all there to see. At the end of the night, your sparkling event made sure we all had our essentials and brought all of the personal items/decor up to the brides room so they didn't have to. Seeing how much they helped throughout the entire day put the bride at ease and kept everyone on time. Having Your sparkling event there made all of us feel better knowing they were going to be assisting us with everything we needed! It was one of the most stress free and well run weddings I've been to.

Your Sparkling Event was hired for the full service wedding package for my daughter's wedding on November 2. Being a parent of the bride, I had no idea how much a wedding would cost or where to begin. Jenna assisted with a full budget break down that put me at ease knowing how much each vendor/item would cost. She extended discounts that she received for being in the industry which was extremely appreciated. Jenna was genuine, trustworthy, loyal and truly does care about your needs and making sure you have the 'best bang for your buck' while also making sure your needs are fully met. Jenna and her team were efficient, prompt and tended to our needs on a daily basis. By the wedding weekend, we didn't have to wonder nor question what was happening or who should've been where because the team made us feel confident, comfortable and we trusted that all was being taken care of behind the scenes (which is was!). Our wedding was a huge success and I know it was because we had Your Sparkling Event handling all of the details up to the very end! This service was worth every penny and I would highly recommend this or any service they offer, to be a huge necessity and asset to the success of your wedding day.

I had a big, elaborate wedding and was overwhelmed by everything so I used them for "day-of." They were so so helpful, sweet and professional. It helped a lot and made the day SO much more enjoyable because up until that day, I was extremely stressed about the details. I highly recommend them for the entire wedding process!!! After hiring Jenna and Your Sparkling Event for my daughter's wedding in 2011, I was so unbelievably impressed that knew I would use her again for my own wedding. Jenna goes above and beyond to make you feel special, comfortable, and confident with both big and small decisions regarding the special day. She answers questions, offers advice, and provides guidance; all while giving you exactly what you wish for. I would not have been able to organize, plan, or execute my wedding without Your Sparkling Event. She is a true professional and takes charge of every single day of detail. She met with the photographer, baker, guitarist, florist, catering manager, and on site event coordinator to ensure everything would be flawless and organized. The only detail I had to worry about was getting myself down the aisle and enjoying my wedding. She not only continuously checked on me and made sure my needs were met, she met with my husband to be and made him feel comfortable and prepared. We never once had to question, where to be, what to do, when the food would come, when to cut the cake, when speeches would be read, nothing. Jenna had a timeline of each detail and carried it out beautifully. I am so thankful for the hard work and dedication she put into my wedding and I will use her again and again!

Jenna was a pleasure to work with and helped us plan our wedding perfectly. She took the time to get to know us, our tastes and preferences. She spent the time to get to know us and truly understand the love my fiancé (now husband) and I have for each other and how special our relationship is. This made the entire process much easier and extremely enjoyable; we felt comfortable that she 'got' our style and our ideas of what we wanted the wedding to be aesthetically and as an experience. She was such a sweet person to work with and was extremely helpful with suggestions for vendors and creative ideas for us. As well, she is very organized, set the timeline for the wedding, followed up with all the vendors as necessary (photographer, flowers, cake, lighting, fireworks, etc) and the wedding day went smoothly and was as perfect as can be. Any last minute things that needed to be taken care of were done, and she took care of any little things so there was no stress on us and we had an amazing evening. I would highly recommend her and her services, whether its partial or full, she will make your wedding exactly what you want it to be. We developed a wonderful relationship; she was sweet, professional, and really cared about us. As well, she really took the stress away from us on our wedding day so we could enjoy it to the fullest. She brought an assistant on the wedding day to help out which was great. Jenna and her assistant were a true pleasure to work with :) It can be difficult to find people in this business who will guide you and respect your taste and wishes and Jenna is one of those amazing rare people who really pays attention and helps you to achieve what you were envisioning. We'd definitely recommend her and we'd definitely work with her again (vow renewal!) She was fantastic!!
