Working with Steve and his staff has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The amount of knowledge that Steve possesses is unmatched and was incredibly refreshing when I was purchasing my now fiances engagement ring. Steve was able to take an idea and turn it into a tangible piece that was everything my fiance dreamed of. Buying this ring from Zachary's gave me more value than what I would have gotten anywhere else and living in Birmingham, Alabama, my trip was well worth the flight to Maryland to visit Steve. After my experience working with Steve and his staff, we will continue to purchase ALL of our jewelry from Zachary's. Steve has earned a lifelong customer and I can not be more excited to make our next purchase from Zachary's.

Nicki, Steve, and the team at Zachary's Jewelers helped my wife and I in selecting the right engagement ring and wedding bands for our August 2018 wedding. They were incredible during and after the sales process. It felt more like we were talking with a knowledgeable friend than a salesperson the whole time. I can't imagine ever shopping at another jewelry store again. They've made us into lifetime customers by how well we were treated... My now wife and I had done a fair amount of online research about buying the rings before we visited the store in Annapolis, but we learned sooooo much more when sitting down with Nicki. One of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning was trusting Nicki / Zachary's for all of our jewelry needs rather than buying from an online vendor or another brick and mortar store. We've referred friends to Zachary's and we cannot even quantify how many times we've been complimented on Carly's engagement ring and band. And as a guy who never wore jewelry before saying, "I do," I'm really glad that Nicki introduced me to light platinum. My band feels and fits very comfortably on my hand.

Simply put, AMAZING. My now wife and I fell in love in Annapolis and 3 years later got engaged in this charming coastal town. On a trip back, we stopped into Zacharys on a whim. A beautiful quaint little store that welcomed us and our dog with open arms. We had zero intentions that day of buying anything, but that quickly changed when we found the wedding bans we had been searching for for months. We worked directly with Steve Samaras, who made us feel like family and not simply another customer. We purchased our rings and were able to to have them shipped directly to our home a few weeks later. Now I’m a very indecisive individual who struggles to make decisions. When I received my ring I panicked because I wasn’t sure I had made the right decision - this was less than a month out from our wedding. I quickly contacted Steve who was incredibly understanding and had a new ring made and rushed out to me immediately. This all happened via trust and understanding- never once did Steve ask me for payment for the second ring which would then be refunded when I made my final decision and sent the other ring back (for anyone who is married or planning a wedding, this kind of financial flexibility is incredibly helpful). The second ring came in quickly and while beautiful it wasn’t the ring for me, the original ring was the one that was meant for me. I’m sure Steve rolled his eyes when I told him this, but never once did I get a hint of frustration from him - his cool, calm and caring personality simply continued to radiate through. My wife and I could not be happier with our wedding bands or the experience of working with Steve and Zacharys Jewlery. Our one year anniversary is still 11+ months away, but I know exactly who I will be calling and where I will be going when it’s time to purchase my wife’s anniversary ring.

I worked with Daphne at the Severna Park location for a custom engagement ring and wedding band. Daphne met with me and my fiance 3 times and was absolutely wonderful. There was no pressure and Zachary's helped create a beautiful design and ring. It is absolutely stunning. I would recommend Zachary's to anyone!
