Zachary's Red Barn & Farm Events

September 2018 Wedding. Security guard patrolled the wedding like he was looking for someone to arrest. We were kicked out of the venue at 11pm even though our contract said we could stay until 2am. Some of the staff was great, some of the staff was terrible. Venue is photogenic and we got some great shots. Price was better than other venues we looked at. Their proffered/recommended DJ and officiant were no good. Temperature was an issue, it was hot that day and the barn and tent were cookin.

August 3 was a warm plus day. Tent where guests spent most of their time DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Finally mid way thru wedding a big fan was rolled in. Guests could not hear ceremony. Grandparents of groom could not hear ceremony nor see ceremony. Ask many questions and have it in writing.

I am beyond thrilled that we chose Zachary's for our special day. We had our ceremony and reception here and I can not say enough good things about the venue and their staff. Chris worked with me tirelessly to make sure that everything was perfect. They are extremely quick to respond to emails and phone calls which was such a relief to me. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. There was a big storm a few days before our wedding that made the venue an absolute disaster. The day of the wedding you could not tell that 24 hours before the barn was a mess. They had crews working through the night to make sure everything was cleaned up and I can not thank them enough for that! We looked a lot of similar venues before choosing Zachary's. The main reason for choosing this venue was because they are extremely laid back and cooperative. Most places we went to tried to tell us we have to do things a certain way and we have to use certain vendors. Zachary's was not like that at all which was something we really valued. Price wise, similar venues could not compare either. I would recommend Zachary's to anyone looking for a spot to host their big day, it was perfect!

Absolutely loved the venue for our wedding day. Everything turned out perfect! It was just so hot in the tent. When we got there they must-have just turned on the air maybe 30 minutes before and it was very Hott on there also...we thought we would be able to handle it and get our pictures of me putting on my dress but it was roasting. Barb did great helping, but we worked with 3 different ladies during our process and everything got messed up at the end with our contract. They are very unorganized!! Make sure you save everything and get everything in writing!!! It was very stressful!!

I have only just begun my wedding plans but already have had a great experience with Bridget. This is the first venue we visited, my fiance wasn't super excited about the barn idea but once we walked in he was super thrilled about it. He had no idea what to expect. We looked at several other venues after Zachary's to make sure we were making the right decision. No other venue came close to being as interesting or accommodating as this venue. Bridget is great! She was basically the first person to really help us figure out what we were doing. We were pretty clueless. She's helpful and transparent, no hidden surprises. Thanks to her patience with ALL of our questions and willingness to help and accommodate we cannot wait for the wedding next year. Thank You Bridget for being available, professional and very helpful every step of the way.

I can't say enough great things about Zachary's Red Barn. Our event coordinator at Zachary's was Bridget and she was absolutely fantastic. Bridget is extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our day just perfect. Even when I was stressing out she assured me she would take care of us and she definitely did. We had so many compliments from our family and friends about how much they enjoyed the barn and the great amenities. The adults loved the shooting gallery and S'mores by the campfire just as much as the kids! I would absolutely recommend Zachary's Red Barn if you are looking for a unique wedding venue.

This place was awesome! We had a great experience at Zachary's Red Barn. I've heard nothing but great reviews from our guests on the venue and service provided. Bridget was a great help and fantastic to work with - the help during the wedding was awesome, too. It made for a very stress-free night. If you have a wedding or event with a lot of children, this is a fantastic place because of the tractors, shooting gallery, tree house, and jumpy pillow! The barn is set up perfectly for a great night of dancing and fun. Everyone ages 2-92 had a blast because of all that Zachary's has to offer. If we had to do it all over again, we would pick Zachary's again in a heartbeat.

My fiancé and I visited this venue today and we fell madly in love with it. Bridget was so warm and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable . This is most definitely a amazing venue. I cant wait to get married here. I'm so excited!

We had our wedding at Zachary's Red Barn this past weekend and it was perfect! The property is gorgeous and so unique. There is really no other venue like it! We added the tractor rides and the shooting range and loved both. The opportunities for picutres are endless. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had! The staff is super helpful and willing to accommodate. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Bridget and Kim both made sure our day was the best ever! From the planning through the day off they made sure everything was perfect! We can't thank them enough. We booked our wedding at the end of last year and they keep adding more and more to the property to make it even better then it already is!

We just got married at Zacharys Red Barn September 2016. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and venue itself. They put a lot of work into making the place gorgeous! They were most definitely the most competitive priced barn venue around and provided the most unique property if you are looking for a rustic feel. You can have a super casual wedding there or an over the top rustic chic wedding. Our guests were dressed in formal attire and had a blast! The wedding planner is always available and never minds you calling or texting at any hour with questions. Every guest showered us with compliments on how absolutely beautiful and unique the wedding was. My dad and I pulled up on a Hayride when sun was just about to set right before the ceremony in front of the Red Barn. The tent was huge and could sit 350 comfortably. The fire pits they provided at night were perfect for having smores. The bartenders were on their game. I didn't have one complaint about someone waiting for a drink. They were the friendliest staff, especially Christina who helped plan our wedding. She was there during rehearsal and the night of our wedding. It was great because the bathrooms were new and we didn't need to use outdoor facilities like most of the barns we looked at. They also have another barn there that looks like an old western town which provided us with one of a kind original photo opportunities! They did the set up of tables and cleanup. If you're on a budget they even offer their own decor for you to use as centerpieces. Zacharys Red Barn is a must see!!!

This place was such a wonderful venue for our dream barn wedding. We wanted a nice place where our guests would be comfortable, but we also wanted the back yard picnic atmosphere to go along with our pig roast. Natalie from Konows/Zachary's was superb in helping plan everything out, answering all our questions in the months and weeks leading up to our big day, and taking care of the set-up and decorating that day! We didn't have anything to worry about, it was perfect. The barn, tent and shooting gallery were so perfect and add in the hay ride, it was a fairy-tale day and wouldn't have been as perfect without Zachary's!

We had our wedding here mid-September and it was absolutely perfect. Christina was so helpful and accomodating for all our requests and worked with us on everything which was great since we live out of state and had to plan everything over the phone! The barn placed all our decorations and Christina was there day of to make sure it all went just as planned. We were even able to ride our horses and bring our dogs for the ceremony which was amazing! All our guests can't stop talking about it and loved the mechanical bull. Truly an amazing venue and wish we could do it all over again!!

Very unprofessional, disorganized, bad communication. We had a destination wedding, and then a couple weeks later held a party here, and signed a contract for that. The lady that we worked with left before our event, and the person it was handed off to told us that we should be paying a lot more than we were. I'm sorry, it's not a wedding. That was our first sign that they were upset about not making enough money off of us, even though there was a signed contract. We were supposed to pay per consumption for the bar. It took them two days after the event to come up with a bar tab, that was very high, especially given it being a Sunday night and a lot of kids and a lot of people not drinking. After some rude texting back and forth, we wanted to meet in person to see the tab. The owner decided to call my wife's mom at work, who he barely knows, to complain to her about us wondering why the bill was so high. So we meet in person, discover that the contract they have doesn't even match out contract, with extra things written in, like the bar package, and on our contract we had paying a tab for what we consumed. We didn't get receipts for anything. Our bill just happened to be what their package was. The owner, Walt, decided the best way to handle this was being pissed off and a lot of yelling, even yelling that he can get a little ignorant, when we asked him to please not call my wife's mother at work. (She had nothing to do with the bill or arranging the event) and yelling that they have had a lot of issues with employees, even saying he 'had to fire two f**king b**ches that were stealing from me'. I finally told him I didn't want to hear about the issues he was having with his employees. And he just walked out, and we continued talking to his event manager about it. And you wonder why we might have been question our bill. Some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I'm not really sure how anyone is still booking anything there. Oh, and in the middle of trying to question the bill, they just charged the full amount anyway. They also said it was fine if I shared my experience on social media. So here I am sharing my experience. I wish I could say that we did something to provoke any of this, but I just wanted to see and understand why the bar tab could be so high.

We looked into Zachary's red barn for our wedding because it was so close to home. Inside the barn is very pretty but better for a small wedding. They offered us any part of the property to get married at which was great. However, they were nearly impossible to communicate with and didn't answer our emails without us sending an email to basically remind them to! When we asked questions about prices we got the run around. Then when I went to email them again, I wasn't able to! They had blocked me from their email! We took our thousands of dollars elsewhere!

My daughter had her wedding reception here. Every one had a fantastic time. We were a little disappointed in the service. They were very unorganized. Chris was having some medical issues so it is a little understandable, but there was no one that really took her place. The tables were set up all wrong, several tables did not get any champagne. (we did not know this until it was over) We did have the photo booth, you could not tell who was in most of them. They were way too dark. We had the jumpy pillow and that was fantastic. The food was just so-so. I would choose this place again only because every one had such a good time. I would make sure they would be accountable for the things they messed up on.

Our wedding was September 12, and it was absolutely everything we wanted. Chris was our coordinator and was great, she truly went out of her way to make all of our wishes into reality. We definitely had requests that they hadn't dealt with regularly- if ever before- and they were always accommodating. The barn was truly a DIY kind of situation in that we chose all of our decorations and truly customized the feel of the place. While planning, I popped in before several other weddings and saw some very rustic feeling events, but then we added lace and a 5 foot chandelier and it was all very chic. The interior of the barn is absolutely gorgeous, I cannot properly put into words how much I love the worn wood inside. The loft was a perfect place for people to hang out. And the princess while tent was a great place for dinner. We opened the big barn doors and people hung out outside and in, and everything flowed beautifully. We opted to inflate the bouncy pillow and it was a decision we don't regret! Adults and kids alike had a great time playing on it, and some of our favorite photos of us (bride and groom) and our bridal party were on the bouncy. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars was because they were such a new venue it was sometimes apparent in response times/ general "customer service", but neither were a real issue and wouldn't keep me from recommending them to other brides. We LOVED our wedding, and I can't believe how many compliments we got on our venue. A lot of people were hesitant when they heard it was in a barn, but every last one of them left as believers.
