atisfactory, it was down right unprofessional and the children may have actually been put in a dangerous situation. The PARTY BUS had 7 out of the 8 over head lights not working( though the company clams they worked when they tried them) the music wouldn't stay connected (though the company said they didn't have a problem with the music) and the kids all reported that the bus smelt like Marajua when they got back on it at midnight (though the company says their driver doesn't smoke 😂) As a Mother of 3 from and my 6th prom, this was the only time I have ever complained or have been worried about the safety of my child when renting a Limo Service. When they were dropped off at there final destination, I was releaved but furious that I had to worry about the safety of my son and friends for over an hour. I contacted the company immediately with our complaints about the inadequate PARTY BUS but more importantly about the information that I was given that one of theit drivers may have been smoking Marijuana while he was driving High school kids to and from Prom. They took the information, denied all of it, as if we made the whole thing up. There was no offer of credit, $ back, future discount, nothing that would say "we value our customers, product and the services we provide". I would not recommend ZBest Limo!

all your family, you want to feel like you're coming out in style and class. All of my photos showing the rear of the limo are slightly embarrassing and awkward. Make sure you inspect your vehicle. I asked before the condition of the vehicle and they said it was new. Apparently, they lied. Also, the chauffeur was a nice gentleman . He did his job wonderfully.

He went above and beyond what I consider good service, and made sure that our day went smoothly and that everyone was transported safely. At the end of the night, when my husband and I were the last to leave the reception, he offered to come back and pick us up since the hotel didn't send a shuttle. Luckily he didn't have to make an extra trip, but he certainly made me want to recommend ZBest to everyone I know.

When I asked why no one called us to let us know there was a last minute trip request, the response I got was "the wedding person isn't here. We didn't know." If a company isn't able to communicate properly with their staff for a simple viewing, why would I trust them to communicate the day of my wedding?

The Bridal Attendants makeup/hair worse for wear. Zbest was contacted the morning after. No follow up until a week later, which was explained as a computer glitch, at which time $150 refund offered. Since hair and makeup for 7 attendants cost well over $700, I felt a full refund was in order, not to mention the Groom and Groomsmens discomfort. Another week has gone by - all follow up has to be initiated, as calls are not returned in a timely manner (days) . They've offered a partial refund, which I find unacceptable. At this time it was pointed out I signed a contract stating Z Best is not responsible for mechanical. I feel a broken down bus, flat tire qualifies as a mechanicals. A fee of $800 should ensure the comfort of the guest. I requested the owner contact me... he/she has not. Definitely book Z best at your own risk.

They didn't make suggestions based on their experience, and then swapped out our driver last-minute, so we had the wrong driver's contact info when our shuttle never showed up after the 2nd loop. We ended up getting put through to the company answering machine. We had to start our ceremony late. Guests who waited for the 2nd shuttle had to take taxis to the ceremony because they thought they might miss it. And the worst part is that after all of this happened, they blamed the miscommunication on us and told us that they were not at fault for anything. I'm not a hard person to deal with, and I realize everyone makes mistakes, but not apologizing was unreasonable. I will not use this vendor again.

However, the day of the limo was 10 minutes early so we even had time to take pictured outside with the limo! Our driver was familiar with the limo and had no trouble getting us there with time to spare! I would definitely recommend this company!

really great to work with. She returned my emails very quickly and worked with me to find the most cost effective option for us. She was very flexible with a few changes that I wanted to make and was just a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, the shuttle was promptly there to pick up the bridal party. The rest of the time, it just made loops back to the hotel to transport guests to the ceremony site. The bus was absolutely beautiful and looked to be BRAND NEW & sparkling clean. Our driver Larry went above and beyond to make sure our guests were all at the ceremony and not back at the hotel. He communicated with one of the bridesmaids when he was on his way back with the last load of guests so we knew that we had to delay the start of the ceremony by a few minutes. If it weren't for him communicating that, about 30 people would have been walking in late to the ceremony. I would highly recommend Z best, they were a joy to work with and went above and beyond the day of the wedding.

I looked at the 300C on the website and saw that it wasn't bigger and nowhere near as fancy, so I called back as a random customer and asked about the prices. Needless to say, the woman had lied to me and the 300C was way cheaper than the Jaguar. I was not very happy about being lied to, I was cool with switching the vehicles but not with being cheated.

One thing I was not fond of was how the driver went from Point A to Point B. He did get us to our destinations, but he took extremely long ways to get there, and that cost us valuable photo and reception time. If you book this company, do yourself a favor and indicate which way you want your driver to go in order to save time. I wish I had printed directions for him; we were not able to get pictures at the church before the ceremony, and we were very late to our reception. All in all, a great company. Just be prepared if you chose them, and make sure they know the quickest way to get to each destination. I know it is another thing to add to your “to-do” list, but it will be well worth it on the day of.

The other issue we encountered was that the limo driver stopped to get gas on the way from the church to the reception. I'd have thought that would have been done long before he picked us up. Overall, it served its purpose, but limos are definitely overpriced for their wedding packages. I mean, they don't even give you real champagne to toast with!

We spoke to the dispatcher THE DAY BEFORE the wedding and no problems were brought to our attention. This was a $970.00 contract. Z Best was supposed to pick up our guests in two air conditioned buses from two locations (parking garage and hotel) beginning at 2:45 on 7/9/11. Our guests were left standing in the heat at the garage until 3:15 and at the hotel until 3:30. Why? Neither driver knew where they were supposed to pick up the guests. Many guests ended up taking cabs or walking in the heat to the chapel in high heels and suits and ties. My 61 year old sister and her 70 year old husband pushed my 84 year old mother in her wheelchair to the Chapel in fear that they'd miss the wedding. We only found out these problems were occurring when we were contacted by our guests themselves. When my husband went to the garage to get our car and to reassure our waiting guests at 3:15, the buses had just arrived. He had tell one bus that he was at the wrong location and had to give directions about how to get to the USNA Chapel. Yes, a transportation company that works in Annapolis that does not know where the Naval Academy is! The bus driver that picked up the guests from the hotel 45 minutes late had no clue where to go either. His bus was too wide for State Circle and clogged traffic there until police came to help. Z Best should have anticipated the fact that their buses were too wide for those streets and should have suggested alternative pick up locations or routes. The bus that picked up our hotel guests (which had no air conditioning on a 90 degree July day) passed two gates to the Academy and crossed the Severn River before turning around to deliver our soaking wet guests to the chapel moments before the bride walked down the aisle. I spent hours on the phone after the wedding with assistant managers Maria and Gwen in order to get our $970.00 refunded. These managers contacted the drivers and the dispatcher on duty that day, verified some of the problems, and countered our facts with "facts" of their own. They assert that the bus did NOT drive over the Severn (IT DID!) and that the buses arrived at State Circle on time (NOT TRUE) and "drove around the circle" searching for the garage. How could the buses drive freely around State Circle at 2:45 since the managers agreed that the buses got hopelessly stuck in the same circle 45 minutes later when transporting our guests? Our guests were standing outside the hotel waiting at 2:45, so they would have seen the buses if they had been there on time. The managers agreed that the drivers encountered problems: not knowing that there were two pick up locations or the correct route to and from the USNA chapel, and with the size of the buses navigating the narrow streets of Annapolis. They had no answer why we were never called about these problems at 2:45 when they became apparent in spite of having FOUR contact phone numbers and an email contact. We only discovered these problems when our guests frantically conta

When we got into the 24 passenger van, NOT the 33 passenger coach style bus we had paid for, the air conditioning wasn't even on. It was so rickety that I felt like we were taking a shuttle from the airport in a third world country. The driver kept slamming on the breaks for no reason which created a really jerky ride. Given the extreme lateness, there was no way this vehicle would be able to make the return trip as planned, so thankfully, zbest was able to send two small vehicles to pick up our guests to transport them. Again, still not the bus we paid for. And one of these drivers was wearing a tank top! Very unprofessional all around. The end of the night was their only saving grace. The two 33 passenger coach style buses did show up, early, in fact. They were well air-conditioned and the driver on my bus was very professional and also fun. They did give me a refund for the difference in initial vehicle that showed up versus what I had paid for and also a discount for being late. I really feel like I should have asked for more though. It certainly wasn't enough to make me write a better review. Since this hiccup was the only thing that really went wrong at our wedding, it could have been worse. But I wouldn't wish that kind of stress on any bride.

g. Zbest didn't do anything special. They had some drinks in the limo for us but there was no special decoration or acknowledgment that we were just married. The car service to pick us up from our reception was about an hour late. It was due to traffic and he was willing to take a short detour (so that I could grab a bag that I needed from my parents house) however there was no offer to refund any money for the long wait we had to endure. I am a little disappointed in this service, however in the scheme of things bigger things could have gone wrong.
