We were referred to Zbest by our contact at our hotel (the Hyatt in Owings Mills) about six months out from our wedding. Roberto was very communicative and helpful in getting us set up with vehicle and timing options that would work for our situation. Closer to the wedding, when we had all our RSVPs in, we realized we would need more transportation capacity, as more people than expected indicated they would be using it. Since it was within a month of the wedding, we were a bit stressed about getting everything nailed down, and would have liked somewhat more prompt responses, as we had to follow up a few times and have our planner reach out by phone. Fortunately, there was a single vehicle left for the night, so we worked through confirming timing details for the day of. My husband and I didn't take the shuttle to the wedding, but did wait for the second round of trips after the wedding to return to the hotel. At that point, it was about a dozen of us who needed to be returned to the hotel, and we did end up waiting at the venue for 20 minutes or so later than expected (though it's possible this was due to the first group of guests taking a while to unload). The shuttle itself was clean and fun, and the driver was helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you, Zbest!

What a great service and driver! John was on time, and ZBest has a very robust communications system so that you never have to guest where the bus is. Our wedding shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend using ZBest for your wedding plans!

We had a wonderful experience with Zbest for my daughter's wedding. They supplied two, 56 passenger motor coaches for the half hour ride between the hotel and venue, and a separate car for some relatives requiring transportation from home. The vehicles were in pristine condition and the drivers were punctual and professional. Customer service was also top notch - our representative was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all inquiries promptly and completely. Given the fact that the original wedding was postponed twice due to Covid, the ease of communication was especially appreciated!

ZBest is ZWorst!! So disappointed in this company. Contracted with them and fully paid for a 56 passenger shuttle for my daughter's wedding last weekend and they stranded our guests at the hotel. Driver did not show to pick up guests waiting at the front of the hotel. So after waiting for almost 30 minutes, they had to get other transportation or miss the wedding. I reached out to ZBest to get our money back, but they do not even respond. Will get credit card company involved immediately!

ZBEST is THE BEST. We used them for our wedding on 6/12/2021 for transportation for the wedding party to and from church and to and from picture spots. I was on the fence about getting transportation but this was the right move. The entire wedding party was able to travel together, relax, celebrate, and play music. They also transported my guests from the hotel to the church were there was no parking. They did whatever I asked! The 27 person bus was clean and air conditioned! I would use them again and again.

Used the service for 2 vehicles- 1 smaller and the 2nd one a bus (transport family from hotel to church & church to reception) . The good part, booking was easy- Roberto was accommodating and easy to work with. The driver for smaller vehicle was so so nice- he fixed my dads tie, great and provided top notch service. I am so thankful. However, the bus driver, I was told by almost all my guests had a bad attitude, was very rude from the beginning. Our church service run late so our picture time also run late- I told by some of my family he would leave them behind if he’s not paid extra, I sent my cousin back out to ask and she said he told her it would be additional $200. That seemed so strange and sent my wedding planner to go out and tell him to wait and I will talk to the office and pay extra. That same evening, I had to look at my contract on my phone to verify that I paid fixed 5 hours for the bus so the amount wouldn’t have changed. Even if it was, they had my credit card so they should have settled with me than being rude to our guests. He also dropped the family off not by the reception site as requested but a block away at the hotel so they were soaked in the rain walking to reception. I was so disappointed when I heard abt it from family since I got the bus that seats 56 and all our family and friends couldn’t speak well of their experience on the bus. If you have an option of booking someone else, you should because guest experience was so important to us which is why we got the bus.

Wendy was such an asset in helping to coordinate transportation for our 300 wedding guests. Zbest has the most professional drivers and their fleet is in great condition! Highly recommend using them!

We only needed the limo bus for a short time to transport the bridal party to the church and then to the venue. The bus held our 22 person bridal party very comfortably. The driver arrived prior to our start time, was professional, and helpful throughout the entire time we had the bus.

We had a great experience using ZBest for our wedding! Kathy was wonderful to work with while coordinating the buses. She planned out our timeline well to accomodate loading times and traffic and was able to adjust to some last minute stop additions. We used two 55 person coach buses to get our many out of town guests from the hotels to the venue and then back again at the end of the night. Their drivers were extemely professional and courteous and did a fanatastic job navigating the massive buses through tight Baltimore city streets. The buses were comfortable, well air conditioned, and had bathrooms and room to store everything we needed to bring home at the end of the night from the venue. I definitely recommend ZBest to everyone.

ZBest limo was awesome to work with!! Kathy helped me a tremendous amount during my planning process. From the time of my original booking, I had to add an extra shuttle, change the times of the shuttles, and change the drop off locations - ZBest (particularly Kathy) didn't skip a beat and helped with every single change!! On the day of the wedding we had zero issues and every shuttle was on time, where we needed it to be. I would 100% recommend them!!

We loved working with ZBest. Wendy is great -- super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We used the sprinter limo plus a 13-passenger van, both of which arrived early to our pickup spot. The drivers were very nice and kept us moving on schedule to and from the hotel (getting ready and reception location) and the church. My husband and I also booked a car through them to the airport the morning after our wedding and had the same great experience.

So so glad we worked with ZBest for our wedding transportation!! They were so responsive prior to the wedding - any shifts we had in regards to moving to a larger shuttle or shifting up the locations, ZBest was immediately responsive and willing to do whatever was needed! On the day of the wedding, the staff was wonderful and the shuttles were timely!! Water even provided on the shuttle!! Could not have asked for anything else - such a good experience!!

Z Best was great. I worked with Wendy to coordinate our wedding. She was very helpful and always responded quickly whether via phone or email. She really helped me work our all of our options and made sure our day was planned perfectly. We got married at the USNA Chapel and Z Best is a Naval Academy approved vendor so they already knew all of the procedures. The guest shuttle buses and our bridal party limo were very impressive. Overall, a great experience!

Kathy at Zbest Limousine was amazing. She provided transportation for my daughter's wedding. She helped me pick out the best Bridal Van for my daughter and her wedding party. Kathy helped me with figuring out times for the multiple pick ups for the bridal party and she was very patient with me. The Bridal Van was great, very clean and spacious. ZBest was the best price of all the places I contacted. If I ever need transportation in the Baltimore area I will definitely go with ZBest Limousine. I would highly recommend them.

The stretch Escalade limo was big enough to accomodate our party. The driver showed up on time and was courteous and kind. The driver was very safe. He waited for us at the ceremony and then took everyone to the reception. Safe driver, great vehicle. would definitely use them again!

We used ZBest Limos to transport our guests to and from our wedding ceremony. We got married at the chapel at USNA and none of our civilian guests would have been allowed to drive onto the yard. ZBest gave us the best price quote & a military discount. We had two 28-passenger shuttles making sure our guests got where they needed to be before and after our ceremony. They made it super easy!

Z Best was an amazing company to work with for our wedding! They provided a limo for our bridal party and a mini-bus for our guests! They were not only on time, but early and were able to drive us and our guests to the multiple different locations without a problem! The drivers were great and so accommodating! Just got married this past Friday on 7/7/17 and used Zbest. My bridesmaids and I took a stretch limo to the wedding which was there promptly and got us to the wedding safely and on time. My husband and I took a town car back. We had some problems finding a bag of mine at my venue and the driver waited very patiently as someone looked for my bag. Very professional and patient!

I would not recommend ZBest Limo...Our experience with Jessica the agent that booked our reservation was amazing. She was Helpful, professional and easily accessible. However my sons Prom experience on the 26 passenger PARTY BUS was less then satisfactory, it was down right unprofessional and the children may have actually been put in a dangerous situation. The PARTY BUS had 7 out of the 8 over head lights not working( though the company clams they worked when they tried them) the music wouldn't stay connected (though the company said they didn't have a problem with the music) and the kids all reported that the bus smelt like Marajua when they got back on it at midnight (though the company says their driver doesn't smoke 😂) As a Mother of 3 from and my 6th prom, this was the only time I have ever complained or have been worried about the safety of my child when renting a Limo Service. When they were dropped off at there final destination, I was releaved but furious that I had to worry about the safety of my son and friends for over an hour. I contacted the company immediately with our complaints about the inadequate PARTY BUS but more importantly about the information that I was given that one of theit drivers may have been smoking Marijuana while he was driving High school kids to and from Prom. They took the information, denied all of it, as if we made the whole thing up. There was no offer of credit, $ back, future discount, nothing that would say "we value our customers, product and the services we provide". I would not recommend ZBest Limo!

I used ZBEST on September 17th 2016 for my wedding reception near Baltimore, MD. The limo was okay but one of the tail lights was out and it looks so cheap and unclassy in all of my wedding photos. When you pull up in a stretch white limo with all your family, you want to feel like you're coming out in style and class. All of my photos showing the rear of the limo are slightly embarrassing and awkward. Make sure you inspect your vehicle. I asked before the condition of the vehicle and they said it was new. Apparently, they lied. Also, the chauffeur was a nice gentleman . He did his job wonderfully.

ZBest Transportation was a great option for our wedding. We used two buses to transport our guests from the hotels to the ceremony and reception, and it was a great decision. The buses were on time and the bus drivers were helpful and friendly to our guests. We also used a smaller mini-bus for our wedding party, as well as a town car for the bride and groom at the end of the night. The driver was very professional and allowed us to make an extra stop before the hotel to pick up the groom’s bag for the night. The company was reasonably priced and was very helpful and accommodating leading up to the wedding. We were very happy with them and we are very glad we made the decision to provide transportation for our guests.

The limo driver was fantastic! He was patient as we were running behind getting ready. Then one of our groomsman left something in the vehicle and he turned around to bring it back to him having left the venue at least 15 minutes prior. Our getaway car driver could have been a little less chatty as I would have preferred to talk to my husband but was nice nonetheless.

We got a bus for our wedding through Zbest and it worked out great!

We were looking for a bus to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. We ended up having a bigger shuttle the day of which we of course didn't mind since we payed for the 30 passenger and got the 35. We were able to add time at the last minute so we could use the shuttle to get the bridesmaids to the venue and it worked out just fine. The only issue we had was that I told the driver ahead of time how many people to expect on the shuttle and that our guests would be meeting at 4. He left at like 4:02 and some people missed the shuttle. Other than that we were very satisfied with ZBest and the service they provided.

We needed a limo bus for our large wedding party as well as a vehicle to move guests from the hotel to the reception, and so we rented a 23 passenger limo bus from ZBest. From the very beginning, they were very attentive to be sure they understood what we needed and had the best value for our request. They also made sure that my husband and I were comfortable with the choice, and were very flexible with the drop off and pick up times and locations. As great as the company is, our driver, John, was outstanding. He went above and beyond what I consider good service, and made sure that our day went smoothly and that everyone was transported safely. At the end of the night, when my husband and I were the last to leave the reception, he offered to come back and pick us up since the hotel didn't send a shuttle. Luckily he didn't have to make an extra trip, but he certainly made me want to recommend ZBest to everyone I know.

My fiance and I traveled 4 hours to see the trolley as we live in Pittsburgh, but are getting married in Baltimore. I confirmed with the wedding planner the date and time we would come see the trolley and make the deposit. When he, my mother and I arrived on time, we were told the Trolley was out on a job, and would not be back before the main office closed. When I asked why no one called us to let us know there was a last minute trip request, the response I got was "the wedding person isn't here. We didn't know." If a company isn't able to communicate properly with their staff for a simple viewing, why would I trust them to communicate the day of my wedding?

Prompt, professional service. Driver was on-time and knew exactly where he was going. Limo was clean and perfect for our day.

Zbest was booked the week of the wedding when we found we needed additional transportation. The $800 price was for a 28 psg bus, well above what other transportation vendors charge. The bus arrived on time. The drivers were not sure where they were going and needed directions. 1/2 hour into the ride, the a/c broke. This bus was used for the Bridal Party pre ceremony pictures. The groomsmen were sweating through their tuxes. The Bridal Attendants makeup/hair worse for wear. Zbest was contacted the morning after. No follow up until a week later, which was explained as a computer glitch, at which time $150 refund offered. Since hair and makeup for 7 attendants cost well over $700, I felt a full refund was in order, not to mention the Groom and Groomsmens discomfort. Another week has gone by - all follow up has to be initiated, as calls are not returned in a timely manner (days) . They've offered a partial refund, which I find unacceptable. At this time it was pointed out I signed a contract stating Z Best is not responsible for mechanical. I feel a broken down bus, flat tire qualifies as a mechanicals. A fee of $800 should ensure the comfort of the guest. I requested the owner contact me... he/she has not. Definitely book Z best at your own risk.

Our guests loved the trolley ride in between venues and back to the hotel. They were professional, efficient, and a fun addition to the wedding. Definitely would recommend them!

I was pleased with the customer service I got however it took the driver an hour to drive 12 miles round trip and kept my guests frustrated because of the long wait to get back to the hotel. I even told the driver a shorter way to go but apparently he didn't want to listen

We hired a shuttle to circle from our hotel to the ceremony venue for the wedding, and then from the reception venue to the hotel after the wedding. The communication with this company was horrible. You spoke with a different person each time, and had to constantly re-explain what you needed. They didn't make suggestions based on their experience, and then swapped out our driver last-minute, so we had the wrong driver's contact info when our shuttle never showed up after the 2nd loop. We ended up getting put through to the company answering machine. We had to start our ceremony late. Guests who waited for the 2nd shuttle had to take taxis to the ceremony because they thought they might miss it. And the worst part is that after all of this happened, they blamed the miscommunication on us and told us that they were not at fault for anything. I'm not a hard person to deal with, and I realize everyone makes mistakes, but not apologizing was unreasonable. I will not use this vendor again.

We used Zbest for wedding party limo on the day of, as well as renting shuttles for our guests the night before the wedding and on the wedding day. If my groom hadn't caught the error, the night-before shuttle would have shown up to a hotel 45 minutes away from where it was supposed to be! In addition to that, the shuttle driver waited outside, pulled up way past the door where the guests couldn't see him, so there was some confusion as we waited for people to arrival at the rehearsal. Aside from those hiccups, which weren't disasters, the service was very good. The limo brought out a red carpet and everything, and had champagne after the ceremony.

We booked a limo for our wedding on 9/7/2013. We got married at the same venue for the ceremony and reception and were only looking for a limo to transport the bridal party from our apartment where we were getting ready to the venue (about 50 minutes away). We initially had trouble finding a company to work with, as many claimed they do not budge from their 3-4 hour wedding packages. However, Zbest was willing to work with us and quoted us a lower rate designed as a 1-way transport which fit our needs perfectly. I was very nervous to even book a limo as I have been to wedding where the limo was late or even where it did not show at all. However, the day of the limo was 10 minutes early so we even had time to take pictured outside with the limo! Our driver was familiar with the limo and had no trouble getting us there with time to spare! I would definitely recommend this company!

We used Z Best for our wedding and we were very pleased. We used the 37 passenger shuttle bus and booked them for 2 blocks of 3 hours each to transport our guests. When I called to originally set up the reservation, I spoke with Gwen, who was really great to work with. She returned my emails very quickly and worked with me to find the most cost effective option for us. She was very flexible with a few changes that I wanted to make and was just a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, the shuttle was promptly there to pick up the bridal party. The rest of the time, it just made loops back to the hotel to transport guests to the ceremony site. The bus was absolutely beautiful and looked to be BRAND NEW & sparkling clean. Our driver Larry went above and beyond to make sure our guests were all at the ceremony and not back at the hotel. He communicated with one of the bridesmaids when he was on his way back with the last load of guests so we knew that we had to delay the start of the ceremony by a few minutes. If it weren't for him communicating that, about 30 people would have been walking in late to the ceremony. I would highly recommend Z best, they were a joy to work with and went above and beyond the day of the wedding.

I used ZBest because they were the only company that ever responded to my requests for quotes, otherwise I would have gone with someone else. The people I spoke with on the phone were often snide and impatient, and during my honeymoon they called me repeatedly to ask me to take a survey rating their service, even after I asked them to stop (I was in Mexico, and didn't want to use expensive phone time on that!) However, the drivers themselves and the vehicles were great. We booked a shuttle bus for our guests and a sedan for ourselves, and had a good experience with both.

ZBest Limousines was extremely reasonable, professional and their shuttle services were great. They showed up on time and provided safe, reliable transportation for my bridal party and guests. My only complaint is that the air conditioner didn't work, but when our wedding ran late, ZBest didn't charge us for the extra 45 minutes that we needed their shuttle services. They are a great company and I would definitely use them again.

To get everyone from the hair salon to the venue, I tried to find an easy to deal with transportation company to use. After some talking to vendors, we decided Zbest stood out! They were responsive, had a lot of options for cars, and had the best customer service! On the day of the wedding, the car we were supposed to have got stuck in traffic, but when they called me they already had a (newer) car on the way! It was totally stress free!!

The limo arrived right on time and the driver was very friendly. He was very helpful in getting me and my big dress in and out of the limo without rubbing up against anything that might get it dirty.

The limousine was unable to show up to take me to my wedding because it was stuck in traffic due to the Baltimore Marathon. I knew this event was going on the day of my wedding so I called a few days before to give them an alternate route to my house so that they would not get caught in any of the traffic or road closures. On my wedding day, the limo driver called 10 minutes before he was supposed to arrive to tell me he was stuck in traffic. He said that he was never given alternate driving instructions. He never arrived. I was taken to my wedding in my friend's 1999 Corolla. At least the company was apologetic and gave me a full refund with no hassles.

My husband booked a limo to transport 14 people including ourselves to the ceremony. They picked up half of the wedding party at a neighborhood hotel and them must the rest of us at our hotel. After getting some pictures we all packed into the limo and traveled to the chapel. The driver was courteous and professional. The limo was a bit crowded for 14 but would have been perfect for 12. I would recommend this limo company to other couples in need of limo service. The company even called us later to ensure we had good service.

This company was recommended by our venue. The only form of transporation we were considering for our wedding was a historic trolley. This company gave us the run around for months! They told us they had a trolley for us, then they said they are buying a new one that we will use, then we tried contacting them for weeks numerous times a day and no one would return our calls that could help us. Ultimately just 2 weeks before our wedding, they said they did not have a trolley for us, despite having told us they did for months! I was heartbroken!

We originally booked the white jaguar limo months before the wedding and one week before the wedding ZBest called me to tell me that they were having issues with the Jaguar and they would have to replace it with the 300C. I was fine with this but asked if we would receive some type of discount since it wasn't what we booked. The woman ranted on about how this limo was much bigger and way more expensive so we were getting a great deal already. Okay so no big deal. I looked at the 300C on the website and saw that it wasn't bigger and nowhere near as fancy, so I called back as a random customer and asked about the prices. Needless to say, the woman had lied to me and the 300C was way cheaper than the Jaguar. I was not very happy about being lied to, I was cool with switching the vehicles but not with being cheated.

We got the new Jaguar Limosine. Very nice! Our driver went above and beyond. He fixed my dress, carried items for me and told me that he was there if I needed anything. I absolutely would use them again!

We used Zbest for a transfer from my church where the ceremony was held to the reception venue. I could not have asked for better service. Our bridal party had such a great time. Although they are not the cheapest around, I do think they are worth it. They provide top quality vehicles and service.

Z-best was a great company to work with. They were ontime, (actually early) very professional, and the limo was beautiful.

Zbest was professional and quick with answering questions through the whole process. The day of our wedding, the shuttle bus we had reserved was having mechanical issues and Zbest was trying their best to make repairs. They said they could offer us an alternative and I said, "Go for it." The alternative was a 33 passenger trolley and it was AWESOME!!!! I took the alternative and all of our guests loved the trolley.

I had reserved not only a limo for my daughter and son-in-law at the end of the night, but also a mini-bus to bring over 30 out of town guests to and from a hotel to the wedding, so there was alot at stake with this service. Being the mother of the bride, I was not able to check to make sure that the drivers were on time to pick the guests up, but the guests were on time and the limo was early to pick up my daughter and son-in-law at the end of the evening. The drivers were courteous and gave outstanding service. I was truly satisfied with this company's service and would use again and recommend to everyone that needs wedding limo service. They were in constant touch before the wedding to ensure everything was correct in the times to pick up and drop off.

They were prompt and courteous, and the driver went out of her way to make the day special. I have no complaints, and highly recommend these guys!

I emailed to get information and pricing about a pick up and drop off, when I responded thanking them but telling them that their fee (which was 4x other quotes I have gotten) was more than we wanted to spend, I got a an email back in which they criticized us and said that if our budget wouldn't accommodate their fees perhaps we would be best if we just drove ourselves. Completely unprofessional on top of the over the top fee...WOULD NOT use this company for any event.

ZBest was a great company to work with. They were very professional and helpful through the whole process. When they said they would do their best to match a competitor’s price, they keep their word. I gave a representative a quote from another company, and she was able to lower the rental price to be within $30 of the competitor’s. The driver arrived on time, dressed appropriately, and was very polite and professional. He introduced himself to the party and my parents, and made sure we remained informed, but he was never in the way while we tried to take pictures. He rolled out the red carpet for my husband and I when we left the church, and even popped a bottle of sparkling cider for us to share on the way to the reception. One thing I was not fond of was how the driver went from Point A to Point B. He did get us to our destinations, but he took extremely long ways to get there, and that cost us valuable photo and reception time. If you book this company, do yourself a favor and indicate which way you want your driver to go in order to save time. I wish I had printed directions for him; we were not able to get pictures at the church before the ceremony, and we were very late to our reception. All in all, a great company. Just be prepared if you chose them, and make sure they know the quickest way to get to each destination. I know it is another thing to add to your “to-do” list, but it will be well worth it on the day of.

Our driver arrived early (not part of our billable time) to ensure there were no glitches along the way or on our way to the church. Our driver looked and acted the part of a professional limousine driver. He ensured we were on time to the church/receptions and helped us in/out even ensuring we had our bouquets! ;)

Best limo driver ever! Prompt, clean, and perfect!

They were right on time...even came a few min early! The limo (as promised) was new and the inside decor was trendy but not too over the edge. We were able to plug our Iphone right into the stereo for some great music. It was raining hard that day and the driver had umbrellas for all of us. We had multiple drop destinations and he was extremely and accommodating. highly recommend this place for your wedding!

I really liked them you know your always worried about is the limo going to come on time or even come for that matter, because I have a cousin who paid for a limo and never came. They did come and was on time, the drivers were very nice also. The only thing I didn't like was I told all my locations to the lady on the phone the day before, and on the day of the limo didn't know of all of them.

Easy to work with, expensive but no more than any of the other limo companies. The driver was great and arrived early. The A/C broke but they replaced the limo with another one while we took pictures so it was ok in the end.

I was very please with the pricing of the service. However, when the wedding was over our limosine was not operating and my family was left stranded at the wedding venue without a backup limosine to take us back to our destination. I was especially upset that I had to call the company to arrange for reimbursement and that it was not initiated with the manager calling me to apologize to and offer a reimbursement.

I have mixed reviews about the limo. I'm not sure if I'm just being nit-picky. The limo was clean and the chauffer was polite and helpful. It was however hot as all get out in the limo. The AC was on, but I guess it just couldn't compete with the extreme heat of that weekend (115 degrees). Luckily, it was only a five minute ride for my bridesmaids and myself, but my husband and I had to spend a half hour in the sweltering limo headed to the reception. The other issue we encountered was that the limo driver stopped to get gas on the way from the church to the reception. I'd have thought that would have been done long before he picked us up. Overall, it served its purpose, but limos are definitely overpriced for their wedding packages. I mean, they don't even give you real champagne to toast with!

The stretched Chevy Tahoe Hybrid was perfect for my special day! The interior decor was the same as my wedding colors(black, white, and green)!! The driver was a true gentleman.

Z Best was Z Worst! Do not use this company! Absolutely nothing went right on my daughter's wedding day transportation-wise! We contacted Z Best almost a year before the ceremony to work out any transportation problems in order to make this day convenient and comfortable for our guests. The company did not suggest any problems with our time frame, pick up or drop off locations in any of the dozens of emails and phone conversations in the months and days before our daughter's wedding. We spoke to the dispatcher THE DAY BEFORE the wedding and no problems were brought to our attention. This was a $970.00 contract. Z Best was supposed to pick up our guests in two air conditioned buses from two locations (parking garage and hotel) beginning at 2:45 on 7/9/11. Our guests were left standing in the heat at the garage until 3:15 and at the hotel until 3:30. Why? Neither driver knew where they were supposed to pick up the guests. Many guests ended up taking cabs or walking in the heat to the chapel in high heels and suits and ties. My 61 year old sister and her 70 year old husband pushed my 84 year old mother in her wheelchair to the Chapel in fear that they'd miss the wedding. We only found out these problems were occurring when we were contacted by our guests themselves. When my husband went to the garage to get our car and to reassure our waiting guests at 3:15, the buses had just arrived. He had tell one bus that he was at the wrong location and had to give directions about how to get to the USNA Chapel. Yes, a transportation company that works in Annapolis that does not know where the Naval Academy is! The bus driver that picked up the guests from the hotel 45 minutes late had no clue where to go either. His bus was too wide for State Circle and clogged traffic there until police came to help. Z Best should have anticipated the fact that their buses were too wide for those streets and should have suggested alternative pick up locations or routes. The bus that picked up our hotel guests (which had no air conditioning on a 90 degree July day) passed two gates to the Academy and crossed the Severn River before turning around to deliver our soaking wet guests to the chapel moments before the bride walked down the aisle. I spent hours on the phone after the wedding with assistant managers Maria and Gwen in order to get our $970.00 refunded. These managers contacted the drivers and the dispatcher on duty that day, verified some of the problems, and countered our facts with "facts" of their own. They assert that the bus did NOT drive over the Severn (IT DID!) and that the buses arrived at State Circle on time (NOT TRUE) and "drove around the circle" searching for the garage. How could the buses drive freely around State Circle at 2:45 since the managers agreed that the buses got hopelessly stuck in the same circle 45 minutes later when transporting our guests? Our guests were standing outside the hotel waiting at 2:45, so they would have seen the buses if they had been there on time. The managers agreed that the drivers encountered problems: not knowing that there were two pick up locations or the correct route to and from the USNA chapel, and with the size of the buses navigating the narrow streets of Annapolis. They had no answer why we were never called about these problems at 2:45 when they became apparent in spite of having FOUR contact phone numbers and an email contact. We only discovered these problems when our guests frantically conta

Very disappointed. We choose this company because they were very prompt with returning emails and calls when we were looking at estimates. However, they were 45 minutes late picking up the bridesmaids, family and myself from the hotel to take us to the wedding venue. By the time they got there, I should have been getting into my dress and ready for pictures. When we got into the 24 passenger van, NOT the 33 passenger coach style bus we had paid for, the air conditioning wasn't even on. It was so rickety that I felt like we were taking a shuttle from the airport in a third world country. The driver kept slamming on the breaks for no reason which created a really jerky ride. Given the extreme lateness, there was no way this vehicle would be able to make the return trip as planned, so thankfully, zbest was able to send two small vehicles to pick up our guests to transport them. Again, still not the bus we paid for. And one of these drivers was wearing a tank top! Very unprofessional all around. The end of the night was their only saving grace. The two 33 passenger coach style buses did show up, early, in fact. They were well air-conditioned and the driver on my bus was very professional and also fun. They did give me a refund for the difference in initial vehicle that showed up versus what I had paid for and also a discount for being late. I really feel like I should have asked for more though. It certainly wasn't enough to make me write a better review. Since this hiccup was the only thing that really went wrong at our wedding, it could have been worse. But I wouldn't wish that kind of stress on any bride.

Our driver was great, even though he took a couple of wrong turns. We were married in prom season and all of the other companies we looked were trying to make us pay outrageous prices for at least 6 hour packages even though that's not what we needed. They had a 3 hour wedding package which was perfect

This company was great! I had a limo transporting me and my bridal party to the wedding, and another taking my husband and I to the hotel after our wedding, and they were on time, patient with my husband and I not leaving the venue on time, and were very clean inside the limos! I would definitely recommend them again!

This was a plesant surprise wedding gift from my uncles...hes wonderful!

We had a great experience with our limosine driver! He made sure we got everywhere on time, allowed us to make pitt stops, and even gave us a heads up when we were almost out of time so we did not go over our hour allotment and have to pay extra!

The customer service was great! They allowed me to pay in full over the phone and mail in a paper with my credit card information so that I didn't have to present the card to the driver the day of the wedding. They were on time, the limo was in great condition, and the driver was super nice!

Zbest limousine service was very friendly too speak with in making our reservations for our wedding transport limo. We decided to go with a town car since we only needed the limo from the reception to the hotel. The driver was punctual, well dressed, and very professional. The town car was very comfortable and well stocked. On the way to the hotel, the driver was allerted by the company that there was a bad accident and he took an alternate route so we weren't sitting around waiting. I would definitely use ZBest Limousine again!

I was not impressed with Zbest limousine. I'm not sure if other weddings I have been to, the groomsmen or bridesmaids have decorating the limo but I'm pretty confident the limousine company provided a "Just Married" sign on the side or something. Zbest didn't do anything special. They had some drinks in the limo for us but there was no special decoration or acknowledgment that we were just married. The car service to pick us up from our reception was about an hour late. It was due to traffic and he was willing to take a short detour (so that I could grab a bag that I needed from my parents house) however there was no offer to refund any money for the long wait we had to endure. I am a little disappointed in this service, however in the scheme of things bigger things could have gone wrong.

I was recommended to ZBEST by my sister and her co-workers. The driver picked up the groomsmen and dropped them off to ceremony location. He then picked up the bridal party and brought us to the location of the ceremony. Due to being blocked by a train, we arrived to the ceremony a little late! The driver was composed, efficient and provided excellent service. The limo was beautiful and FUN! would recommend!

zbest was punctual and professional. the limo was clean and the price was right.

Overall, the experience was good, but our wedding was on a very hot day in June and the limo itself never really cooled down which did make it a little uncomfortable for us. Besides that we were happy with the service that we received!

This limo service was so worth the money! The limo was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we asked for. The limo driver went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When I got in the limo he covered the tire with his hand to make sure my dress didn't get dirty. When I got to the venue he told me to wait in the car to make sure the groom wasn't in site and then he escorted me in. Very nice service! Couldn't ask for a better limo service!
