We have built a large staff of qualified dispatchers and customer service personnel. We are here to assist you with scheduling and supplying all of your transportation needs.

Driver was Joe. He arrived early and was so friendly. We dropped off drinks the day before and they were iced and ready. Interior was spotless and fit evyire wedding party. Great company.

My husband and I think we made a great choice by going with Zoladz for our wedding transportation needs. At first, I didn't think we'd even be able to afford them, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices were very reasonable for such a well-established company. We needed two large buses on our wedding day, and they had the vehicles to accommodate. Unfortunately, their largest bus broke down part way through the day, but they still sent two large buses plus an extra vehicle and made sure everyone arrived on schedule. They stayed in contact prior to the event, had water waiting for the bridal party, and even made sure that the napkins in the limo matched our wedding colors. Despite the hiccups, Zoladz made sure our day went off without a hitch!

We used Zoladz for our September 15th wedding. We had the 20 passenger limo bus. Everyone was really professional and nice booking the limo and answering any questions we had. Our limo driver was here 15 minutes early and drove my girls and myself to the church. I forgot his name but he was extremely sweet, professional, and courteous. He even help with my dress, flowers, and kept me hidden in the church so my husband could not see me. The limo bus was a little disappointing and this was not our drivers fault. When got married when it was about 80 degrees and the limo bus was VERY hot. The driver said that once we start moving, the air would circulate better. This was NOT the case. Their AC unit was not working properly or it was but there was only ONE vent that was working. I am not sure what happened but the circulation was not very good. It was a little hard to deal with especially when we had 20 people in the vehicle. We are a little disappointed that we spent so much money on this bus and the air system was not working properly. Please make sure that the air systems are working properly before using them, especially when there could be a lot of people and a bride in a heavy dress involved.

People of Buffalo, Zoladz limousine is a complete joke of a company. My fiance was given a discount at a bridal show and now they are unwilling to honor it because of "personnel changes". We have it in writing that a discount was to be given and the owner of this company won't honor it. I'm at a loss for words and will gladly take our business elsewhere. I wouldn't want to give my money to a company with such a lack of honor and integrity anyway.

Karl was our limo driver and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!! He was the driver for my bachelorette which is why we booked him for our wedding. This company is great! They were reasonably priced and great with getting back to me!

"Tiki Barber" as our wedding party liked to call our limo driver was the best! We all got from point A to point B at the time needed (or before!). It was raining on our day and he was able to maneuver the limo to make it even easier for us to get in & out without the need of too many umbrellas! But when one was needed he jumped right in to assist! The limo was set up perfect upon arrival & everything was set & ready to go. It was comfortable & there was more than enough room for everyone, even with a few stow-aways! We would definitely use Zoladz again for any of our limo needs!

When I was booking with them, they made me feel I was lucky to get ahold of them. They sent me confirmation emails with incorrect information and I had to call to get clarification more than once. The driver, Mike, was great and helped me stay hydrated throughout our pictures. The vehicle was stuttering and stalling on the way to the venue. Right was we were pulling up to the venue, the limo died. They are surely lucky I was note late! I am only giving 5 stars for service because the driver was great, the people in the office seem annoyed and unprofessional. Nice looking vehicle, but clearly there were issues with it! I would proceed with caution, but not the worst stories I've heard.

Prompt and courteous, and great communication! Arrived early even thought he limo bus we booked had a mechanical problem. They upgraded to a larger bus and got us everywhere on time and with class! Thanks to our driver, Billy, and the rest of the staff! Highly Recommend!

Arrived early. Very professional. The driver helped out so much with my special day and was very courteous. He was above and beyond the normal limo service. The limo was so clean and well kept. Can't recommend them enough!

The driver, Carl, was awesome and so nice! The car condition was not what I would have suspected. It was rusty outside and the air or music didn't work on the inside. Wasn't thrilled to pay that much for what we got.

I couldn't be more floored by this company, or should I say the chauffeur that helped me. If I had money to tip him more I would. He was always there bringing me water and helping me stand when my heels were sinking in the soft ground at the park where we were taking pictures. He helped me in and out of the limo. I rated this place at a 4 because the limo service itself wasn't cheap.

On time, curteous, amd very professional! When you want the best, go to the best, especially when the prices are all around the same! Limo driver even suggested so grea places around the city for pictures we would have never thought of!

We had an hour drive between our ceremony and reception, and with an 8 month pregnant maid of honor I specifically asked for a limo with a bathroom. Unfortunately, the limo we were supposed to have broke down and our replacement did not have a bathroom. We therefore had to stop at a McDonalds half way there to use the bathroom. This made us have the limo for longer than we had booked it for, and they didn't charge us for the extra time. It was nice that they didn't charge us extra, but I felt we shoul have gotten a small refund because I was late for my own reception.

Experience was okay overall. We received a voucher at a bridal show and were told it would cover the cost of a car to take the groom and myself home after the reception. When I called they told me that wasn't the case so it was like pulling teeth to get what I had been told I would at this bridal show. When I went to give the final payment (on a Saturday during their posted "office hours") there was no one there that could help me and they told me to leave and come back later when someone would be back (that was a pain). I went to the mall and came back when they told me to and the person still wasn't there, so they had to call someone else to figure it out. The limo was on time to get the guys first, and it took a while to get the girls so we were a little late to the ceremony. The driver was VERY professional. We went to take pictures and when we were about to leave to go back to the reception, the electricity went out (meaning no A/C, music or lighting with 10 people in the back). The towncar picked us up on time with the same driver, and he was very good.

Ok i'm not lying when I say I'm the most easy going person in the world... but Zoladsz was the only aspect of our wedding that was terrible. First they pick us up and say that the air conditioning was broken. The limo was about 100 degrees and we couldn't even get the windows open. My sister got a heat rash and my little ring bear almost passed out. Also, the limo was ghetto! They need to be updated. I was honestly embarred when I saw the inside. It looks like they are out of the 70's. Then I litterally had to beg them to bring another limo to pick us up that had air conditioning and it was to small and half of us were standing and the airconditioning unit kept leaking water all over us. I'm not kidding ghetto!!!!

Zoladz Limo was wonderful and accomodating. We had a huge wedding party and wanted to look at the limousines before picking one out. We set up an appointment and toured each of their buses and choose one. Our driver was fantastic and honest with where he could park, timing, etc. before the wedding. This was great to know so we could coordinate with the wedding party. We also were able to drop off our items (snacks, drinks, etc) ahead of time so we did not have to coordinate those things the day of the wedding. Because of the coordination up front, our transportation the day of was so smooth! We had a great day, fun time and couldn't have been happier!

We selected Zoladz because my husband wanted a black Cadillac 300 for our wedding limo. They showed up on time and were very polite and courteous. They only negative that I worried about, which was not their fault, was the negative news press saying that Zoladz lost their shuttle license. I called them everyday to make sure everything was still going.

I was a little apprehensive at first being the price was a little more than the competitors. However, the limo driver was above and beyond amazing! Zack showed up early and exceeded my expectations. Our house was a little stressful and he didn't mind at all. Before I walked down the aisle, he even calmed me down by making small talk. He really made the day special!

In addition to getting our wedding party where we needed to be in a timely and comfortable manner, our driver told us that he was the personal assistant for the day. He made sure that everyone was comfortable and helped everyone on and off the bus. He prepared a champagne toast for us after the ceremony, and even ran to the store to buy more water bottles for us while we were taking pictures in the 85 degree heat! A great company!

I rented a car for transportation to the wedding and then another car for after the reception. All the staff I dealt with were nice and helpful. The car for after the reception did have a weird odor but nothing terrible. The drivers were friendly, courteous and patient. the guy in the main office is a bit "messy" looking but overall we got great service.

We rented a 20 passenger limo bus for our NYE wedding and we were not disappointed. The service was on time and the bus was great, roomy and comfortable! Our limo driver Pete was fabulous. He brought umbrellas everywhere due to the pesky showers, held back branches for the photographer at our photo location and was very helpful the entire night. We would recommend.

Zoladz made our trip to the church and to the reception truly enjoyable. They have a great selection of vehicles and we picked a 20 person limo-bus which allowed us to stand up inside but still maintained the elegance of a fancy limo - perfect. I couldn't have hoped for better service and we had no complaints whatsoever. They also worked with us to meet our budget needs by exercising available discounts. Much appreciated.

Our Limo driver was great! We were taking photos on a hot sunny day and there is my limo driver hiking up the stairs of the art gallery with a cooler of ice water and umbrellas! He was constantly in and out of the limo helping the girls get around and make sure everyone was where they needed to be!!
