Once we receive your address list, we'll send you a digital proof of all your envelopes so you can review and approve every name and address before we go to print.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Fill and Load Your Address Spreadsheet
1. Download the Spreadsheet Template
- Click the button to download the template.
- Open the template in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
2. Enter Guest Info
Enter guest info exactly how you'd like it to appear on your envelopes. When multiple guests are part of the invitation, we recommend using Name Line 1 and Name Line 2 for the best formatting experience.
Here's how to format your guest names:
- Name Line 1: Enter the primary guest's name (e.g., Jane Smith &)
- Name Line 2: Enter the remaining guest(s) in the party (e.g., John Smith)
- Be sure to remove any tabs, extra spaces, and carriage returns from cells.
- The "Name Line 2" and "Country" columns are optional and can be left blank.
3. Save as a .CSV File
Save your completed spreadsheet as a .csv file. This format is required for accurate data processing.
4. Email Your Spreadsheet
- Email your completed .csv file to
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- If you're currently working with a designer, attach the .csv to your ongoing email thread instead.
