Can I register at Macy's?
You can register at Macy’s online or in-store. Plus, you can link your Macy’s wedding registry to The Knot Registry to make it easier for friends and family to find.
To create your Macy’s gift registry online, start by making an account on The Knot. Next, select Macy’s from the list of more than 20 retailers available—you’ll then be redirected to the Macy’s website, where you can log in to an existing account or create a new one. Once you’re signed in, enter all of your wedding day details, including your wedding date, location, you and your partner’s names and a shipping address for gifts. After that, all you have left to do is click around and shop. The Knot will auto-sync your registry with your wedding website to make it super easy to share with guests throughout your wedding planning process.
If you’re more of an in-person shopper, Macy’s also has a great on-site program for wedding registries. To register in-store, you’ll need to first book an appointment online with one of their registry advisors. They’ll meet with you in-store to help you set up your registry, then guide you around the store sharing expert insight into what you should add to your Macy’s wedding registry. Once you’ve registered in-person, you can continue to update your Macy’s registry online or in-person as often as you’d like.
Once your registry has been created, be sure to set the online version to “public.” The Knot Registry will automatically pull your Macy’s registry into your account, but keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to appear on your Knot Registry. You can then access and track your registry online through The Knot or Macy’s website.
Why should I create a Macy's Registry through The Knot?

From there, your shower and wedding guests can easily shop for everything you’re looking for, from your favorites at Macy’s to unique experience-related gifts like fun honeymoon adventures and date night ideas.
There are tons of other Macy’s registry benefits you can tap into, too. For up to six months after your wedding day, you’ll get 20% off almost everything that’s left on your Macy’s registry. They also host in-store registry events, where to-be-wed couples can “sip & scan” alongside a registry expert as they enjoy light bites, refreshments, and a live DJ. See the schedule of live events here.
