Can't say enough good things about Ash Fox Photography! I didn't give her much notice and she happily put me in her schedule! She had a great location and everything went wonderfully! She is great to work with and the photography was amazing!

Ash helped me plan a surprise engagement in Central Park on very short notice and I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She was very responsive, helped suggest things I hadn't thought of, and was very well prepared. She showed up early and communicated the whole time which is invaluable on a day when you have such important things to worry about! If you compare her photos to others you can see the difference in the angles and lighting - she is worth every cent. She even turned around the photos in three days over Thanksgiving weekend and they are stunning. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality service and photos that will be shown for the rest of your life.

I wanted to propose during my vacation in NYC. Despite that I am from Germany and the resulting time difference, the cooperation with Ash was really great. We managed to plan the whole proposal via E-Mail, although, naturally, Skype-Meeting would have been possible, too. A couple of minutes prior to the proposal (all details, times, places etc.have been agreed in advance, of course!), Ash and I were (secretly) in contact via WhatsApp to make sure that both of us are ready for the big question. That gave me the certainty that everything is going as planned, which was really comforting. And, finally, the photos of our proposal that we just received are looking awesome! I would recommend everyone, who is looking for a very good, friendly and profession photographer, to work together with Ash!

Ash has been super efficiency and responsive for my last minute proposal (all got decided sunday night for a monday afternoon surprise proposal). She is a genuine nice person that love her job. She didn’t try to sell me what was best for her but listen to what I wanted to achieve and made it happen at a very short notice. She knows New York, she knows what she does, just trust her. The (160!) pictures were stunning. Don’t gamble for this unique memorable moment, get Ash to get right and on picture ! Thanks again from both of us and from our friends and family that truly love being able to see this proposal memories.

Ash worked with my (yay I get to call him fiancé now) secretly to plan our engagement. She did the most AMAZING job capturing the exact emotions and moments of the day! She got our pictures back to us which seemed so quickly which was great because I was so excitedly awaiting to see them. As for the photos I can’t say enough about how absolutely in love with them we are!! They came out so beyond my expectations! Ash I can not thank you enough!

Ash did a wonderful job coordinating our beautiful engagement. Everything from the venue, decor, music, photography, etc., was absolutely perfect and created a night that we will never forget and cherish forever. Her professionalism, attention to detail and refined eye was apparent in every part of the night. I really appreciated her guidance during the photoshoot (since I could not seem snap out of a state of shock!), as well as her patience and kind manner with our families who were gathered for a post-proposal dinner. You could tell that she truly cared about making this a special night for us and for that, I will always be grateful. She went above and beyond and will always be highly recommended by us!

Ash was awesome! She was super helpful in giving tips on planning the proposal. I had lived in NY before and had a few ideas but having her input was really nice as she knew pros and cons about different locations, and could factor in things like how the lighting might look or how the crowds might be. Over two weeks after my proposal, my fiance is still floating on air about the experience! Ash was absolutely amazing in helping me plan a proposal for my now fiancé. Coming from a far distance out of state (Kentucky) to propose in New York was very intimidating at first, but once I got in contact with Ash it could not have been easier! If i can speak about my experience working with Ash, that word would be stupendous. I came across her work on Instagram when i first started planning and decided that i want to propose my then girlfriend in NYC, where i started my journey in states. I reached out to her couple of months back and we finalized the date of the proposal. I had some rough idea of how i wanted my proposal to be, however, i wanted it to be unique and not touristy. Well when i started talking with her, she helped me cultivate that unique experience by suggesting the place. On the day of the proposal it was pouring rain, and she went above and beyond for me to plan an alternate venue for the proposal, and at the end of the day we stick to our original plan and had a proposal in rain. She was an ultimate trooper for coming out when she was a little under the weather. She definitely made this experience of ours memorable, and this experience would not have been possible if it wasn't for her guidance, and helpful suggestion. The resulting photos came out amazing and she definitely loves what she is doing. She was very professional throughout the whole planning process and she gave me all the time that i needed to plan the event. She made this experience so much fun.

Working with Ash was fantastic! Before speaking with her I had a rough idea of how I wanted to propose and she helped me make that plan a reality. She had a nice balance between making very helpful suggestions and sincerely listening to what I thought my girlfriend would like. That style helped create an amazing experience that was unique to us as a couple. Neither one of us loves posing for pictures but she (and the champagne) made the experience fun! The pictures themselves are also phenomenal. Ash was very professional throughout the whole process and really made us feel like the hour we spent with her was all about us.

What can I say, ash helped me plan and capture one of the most important and nerve racking moments of my life. She was amazing from beginning to end. I had planned a secret trip to NYC for my GF, now fiancé over Christmas . I thought this would be a perfect time to pop the question since it was always a dream of hers to be there during this time. I was looking online for a photographer in New York to capture the moment and I ended up finding ash, but I got so much more than just a photographer. With her help we found the best location that fit our needs. All the way from Calgary Alberta Canada she was by my side the whole way planning this. Originally I wanted to propose at the Rockefeller tree but ash was quick to steer me away when I told her my gf did not like crowds. I’m thankful for her input cause we were able to get a beautiful Christmas tree at the palace hotel with having St Patrick’s cathedral in the background, with the least amount of people around. Her website is a wealth of ideas from what she has done in the past and she’s always finding new locations. Ash talked me through the whole game plan from the best time to show up to the best way to trick the gf into getting into position for the shot. She will even coach you on what to say if you don’t know. The cell phone trick worked perfectly. All I can say is the engagement went perfect from beginning to end. My fiancé didn’t have a clue and ash was able to capture her reactions as they unfolded. The pictures turned out phenomenal. Ash is so talented because I know it’s difficult when it’s dark to get the lights of the Christmas tree and the people in focus together. We couldn’t have been happier on how the pictures turned out. The great thing about ash is you not only capture the moment but you get your engagement photo shoot done right away. People usually do an engagement shoot after the fact but we felt it was nice having it done the same time as the actual engagement. It was perfect. Ash was amazing to deal with and couldn’t have made things easier for me. If you are ever planning to get engaged in NYC she is your girl. My fiance booked Ash for our surprise engagement in Central Park and it could not have been more perfect. Now we have the perfect keepsake of our weekend and this would not have been possible if it wasn't for Ash. She made it so easy to feel comfortable and a fun, enjoyable experience. I used Ash for my surprise engagement photos. Not only did the pictures come out great, she also helped me plan the whole thing and took a lot of the stress out of it as she coordinated all of the moving parts involved.
