Alyssa “Lia” Mancao is a licensed psychotherapist with a decade of experience working with individuals and families. She served as a licensed clinical social worker in the community mental health setting, juvenile residential setting and is now the group owner of a private practice in Los Angeles.

Alyssa is a Filipina immigrant and moved to the US at age 4. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Her work as a therapist incorporates the lens through which social issues impact a person's emotional and mental health, and she thoroughly enjoys creating content for her Instagram platform @alyssamariewellness where she hopes that information around mental health can be accessible.
