Ashley has years of experience as an editor and writer across the fashion, lifestyle and beauty verticals. She currently contributes content to print and digital publications and brands. Prior to going freelance, Ashley was the Fashion Editor for PeopleStyle magazine, where she developed fashion editorial concepts, covered all of the apparel markets and spearheaded special fashion projects. Before joining PeopleStyle, Ashley gained valuable industry experience as part of the SELF magazine fashion team, and through freelance assignments with talented fashion stylists and editors.
Education
Ashley attended Elon University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and a minor in English Literature. While at Elon, Ashley was a member of the Communications Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. She also served as an Account Executive at Live Oak Communications—Elon University’s student-run, full-service communications agency—and was selected to be a Team Leader in her senior year.
