310 Lakeside was the perfect sized venue for our 54 guest wedding. From the beginning, Hillary did a phenomenal job answering our questions and helping to organize the events of our special day. On top of that, our guests raved about the quality of the food and the Lake Eola views. Even though it rained on our wedding day, they were so organized and efficient with their Plan B to move the ceremony indoors. It was such a seamless transition that some guests didn’t even know it was initially supposed to be outside. We are beyond grateful for Hillary and the staff at 310 Lakeside for being so kind, accommodating, and overall professionals!

I absolutely love this venue. The staff were excellent and VERY helpful with whatever issues or questions that came up. They made my day so much easier and better. The location is perfect for photos at Lake Eola and getting the downtown atmosphere.

On November 17, 2019 we had our wedding here and it was PERFECT! Living in Florida, our weather is unpredictable and on that day the weather was in the 40s/50s and windy. We were set to get married outside on the patio at 11am. Hannah and her team did the unexpected and arranged our ceremony to be held in doors and it was perfect! We could have not asked to work with a better team than the 310 Lakeside team! We had a brunch buffet style wedding reception and it was the talk of the family! Everyone is still talking about how good the French toast was!!! If your looking for intimate, affordable and with great food choices we highly recommend 310Lakeside!

Recently used the private room at Blu for a 50th wedding anniversary party. Their event staff (Hannah & Hilary) were so helpful and always prompt with replies and answering any questions. The food was so good with great choices available. The waiter we had for the evening did a wonderful job. The room had it's own bathroom as well which was very nice for guests. Blu did a superb job, would highly recommend!

My fiance and I were interested in booking 310 Lakeside for our rehearsal dinner. We had been talking to Hannah and Hillary for weeks about this date, and were sent a proposal for our date, which is 10 months out. I got my entire family on board after reviewing the proposal and was then told the location was no longer available and booked over the weekend.... I understand things get booked up quickly, but every single vendor I have worked with has given me a heads up when others are interested in your date. Extremely unprofessional experience with both of them, and would not recommend to my friends in the area.

Our daughter’s wedding was planned to perfection! The food was wonderful and the waitstaff attended to our every need. Hillary did a great job making sure everything was just as we wanted it.

310 Lakeside was the perfect place to begin our wedded journey together. From the quaint, elegant venue space, to the delicious (budget-conscious) menu, to the outstanding service of the staff - It made everything about planning a wedding feel so easy. Hillary and Hannah made us feel like we were in safe hands and could relinquish a great deal of the planning to them. They were so responsive and kind. Hillary went above and beyond in many ways, made sure to be there the day of the wedding, and even helped host our guests. She is nothing short of magic, and such a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with everything overall - from our initial meeting to the final wedding day. What a truly wonderful place and staff.

We have our wedding at this beautiful venue 310 Lakeside. The views, the ambience is magical. Hannah and Hillary are extraordinary. The food, drinks, service was excellent! Everything we wished for and more! I highly recommend them! We had a wonderful and magical day!

We could not have asked for a better venue I worked with both Hannah and Hilary and they were both amazing! They answered lists of questions over and over again very promptly. The day of could not have been any smoother. They told us exactly where and when to be. The banquet staff was also amazing and we never wanted for anything! Also a plus, they let you light candles which a lot of places dont!

If you’re looking for a beautiful venue in the heart of downtown with great food and vibe, this is your place! The ceremony overlooked the Lake while the inside reception area has ceiling to floor windows. Absolutely beautiful! It was also very spacious for the 50+ guest that were in attendance. They served breakfast and it was amazing! All of our guest loved the food and beverage choices! Hands down the best venue!

310 Lakeside is the perfect venue for a classy, intimate and affordable wedding. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious and they were so laidback about everything. Any request I had was never an issue. They truly went above and beyond. I am so glad I chose 310 Lakeside for my wedding!

We had our "wedding eve" dinner here with about 40 friends and family members. The room was great and the food was delicious! The waiters did a great job of keeping everyone's glasses full. Hillary and Hannah were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

310 Lakeside was such a beautiful location for my wedding. It made my 100 person wedding seem intimate but still had some room to get the party started. Hillary and Hannah were very responsive and helpful with my questions in the beginning but my wedding was during their busy season so they were harder to reach closer to the big day but overall worked hard to answer everything. They really worked with me to select a great menu and drink options that worked for us. Also the FOOD is absolutely delicious. All of my guests left raving about the hors d'oeuvres dinner and even the salad. Best of all, very cost effective. No venue fees really make the difference so you dont have to worry about paying anything beyond food, drink, and dinner table extras if you want them. This was also great because it was not more expensive to pick a Saturday. I give this place 4.8 out of 5.

Hillary & Hannah as well as the entire staff at 310 Lakeside were simply a breath of fresh air every step of the way in our planning till the day of our reception and throughout. 310 Lakeside is an amazing and chic location for an intimate wedding. The location is in the heart of Downtown Orlando and directly across from Lake Eola. First of all, the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating with DIY brides. They charge for cocktails and your dinner menu; not for venue use. Its like taking your family and friends out for the best dinner and drinks in Orlando! Their food is delicious and highly rated. The reception room has a romantic feel and if you have less then 100 guest there is plenty of room for dinner and dancing! Its just the best place and people. I got so many compliments on where my wedding was held and the food - I wish had taken the time to see the space decorated before everyone came in. Love this place.

Beyond perfect is the only way to describe my wedding at 310 Lakeside. It is an absolutely gorgeous restaurant. All of my guests kept commenting on how good the food was (we went with the Central Avenue Menu). Our waitstaff, Aaron and Deana, were fantastic! They were so nice, and so attentive of our guests. In terms of the planning process, Hillary is a spectacular event planner; she's extremely organized and professional and the planning of the reception would not have been as easy without her. She is also great with handling meddling mother-in-laws. Finally, as a teacher, I was very interested in keeping my wedding on a budget, and 310 Lakeside made that very easy for me with their affordable and delicious food, no minimums, and no room fees. If I could give 310 Lakeside 10 stars I would. My husband and I look forward to many future meals at this fantastic restaurant!

She helped with allot the details and it simply could not have been pulled off flawlessly without her. She went above and beyond and the food and venue were beautiful...and delicious.

Where to begin. 310 Lakeside is a perfect little wedding reception gem right in the heart of downtown. Not only is the place warm and welcoming with a beautiful view to Lake Eola, but the food as absolutely incredible! Wedding coordinator, Hillary, is a sweetheart who was amazing to work with. She made sure every reception detail was taken care of; and the staff was amazing. We definitely recommend 310 Lakeside!

I'll begin by stating the obvious. 310 Lakeside is a beautiful venue. It was perfect for my small wedding reception (65 guests) still leaving plenty of room for dancing. Cocktail hour was held on the patio overlooking Lake Eola. The service was incredible! HIllary is an angel. She accommodated every single one of our requests. The food was absolutely delicious. I received many compliments on food and service. I would definitely recommend 310 Lakeside as an event venue.

After extensive reception research, we can across 310. Living in downtown and wanting to keep it local, this was ideal. 310 is not only a beautiful location, but the price is VERY reasonable. It’s the kind of place that looks more expensive than it is! We had about 90 people at our reception and it was just right. One of the best things about 310 was working with Hillary! She was very accommodating, professional, patient, organized and easy to work with. We decided to not have a formal sit down dinner and go heavy hors d’oeuvres stations instead. After the reception we got lots of compliments from our guests. They loved the set up and most of the food. The wait staff was professional and worked hard to get the drinks out quickly. We are SO satisfied with our experience at 310 and highly recommend it!

I loved the place, it is beautiful, they have very good food and they help you in everything during the whole process. Excellent service...the best!

We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding brunch at 310 Lakeside. They were able to accommodate our 30+ guests for brunch on Sunday without any issues. Our food came out so fast and everything on their menu was amazing! We are going to continue to visit this restaurant because it has truly become one of our favorite places to eat and drink at.

If you are looking for a downtown, intimate, city chic, venue, this is the BEST DEAL! My groom and I loved how convenient the location was, most of our guests walked or took a short $5 taxi ride back to their hotels (Grand Bohemian and Embassy Suites). Guests raved about the food and the service staff was fast and polite. I would highly recommend having your event in the evening. Once the sun went down, the candlelit room just glowed! Also, with so much dark wood light or bright flowers give the perfect color pop! Our beautiful wedding was managed by Hillary Jovi, she was amazing on her followup and helped us with our vision, the night would not have happened without her. 5 Stars! Looking forward to having an anniversary party here one day.

I had my wedding reception at 310 and it was the perfect venue. The cocktail party outside was great with the fire pit! There was plenty of room for dancing inside. We opted not to have a sit down dinner but had heavy hors d'oeuvres instead. The food was amazing and turned out great. They let us have our own dj come in and caricature. We were also able to have cupcakes brought in and set up a candy bar. We had to do all of our set up but they were very helpful. Hillary was a great coordinator and made me feel really calm the day of bc I knew everything would be taken care of. I would highly recommend 310 not just for weddings but for any occasions!

We used 310 Lakeside for our rehearsal. The food was good, location was excellent; however, we found that the venue was bad at communicating. My mother in law also tried to schedule a dinner with her family the same weekend. She called and left messages, got no response and ended up going somewhere else.

310 Lakeside was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner. The outside patio was a great location for our large group, including 12 children :) The food was fantastic, the service was prompt and friendly. I would recommend this location for any group!

We hosted our wedding brunch at 310 Lakeside and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating of our requests. They blocked off an entire section of the restaurant for us that was private and allowed me to actively select the menu for the brunch. Our guests really enjoyed their time with us before we left for our honeymoon. The staff was polite, flexible, and courteous and the food was delicious!

We had our wedding reception at 310 and it was wonderful! The staff, particularly Hillary, she was awesome! The food was fantastic, all of our guests were impressed and very pleased. We decided on the filet, mahi and lamb, all were delicious. 310 was great in setting up the cocktail hour and appetizers outside on the deck making sure our guests were comfortable. They were great at being some am amenable to all of our requests. An amazing value and experience. Wholeheartedly recommend!

My husband and I eloped in NC and flew home to host a reception dinner for our family and friends. 310 Lakeside had the perfect location and accommodations for us. We're so happy with how it turned out and the meal was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and catered to my every need. So glad we used them!

I recently was married in Orlando. For our rehearsal dinner we decided to have it at 310 Lakeside. We were promised that it would be a worry free event and that was what we were looking for. When calling to confirm my vendors, I called 310 Lakeside to speak to the event coordinator 4 times, over the course of a week, before I was given her cell phone number. When I finally spoke to her, the next week, I was very specific about what I wanted the event to be like. When I arrived at the restaurant with my guests we were told that we did not have the event on the books and that our dinner was not at the restaurant. After a lot of stress the hostess realized that she did not write the event down with the rest of them. There were other events in the resturant that night. We were put on the side of the bar, in a small area, and we had 60 people. SInce we were in the middle of the restaurant it was impossible to give speeches and to hear what anyone was saying. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my rehearsal dinner to be like. The atmosphere was not what I had expected. If I could go back, I would have had more of a hand in the event. I think that with the number of people that we had, the night would have been different if we were in another room. 310 Lakeside is a beautiful resturant and I have heard great things about events there.

We had our rehearsal dinner for 45 people in their event space. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was fabulous. There was plenty of space for our tables and for us to mingle with our guests. I thought the prices were competitive and the totally worth the food served. All of our guests cleaned their plates so I guess they were happy with them also.

We were on a tight budget and 310 lakeside helps meet our needs while keeping our budget in mind! They have beautiful rooms to choose from and the floor to ceiling windows gives a great view of the lake eola and downtown area. Because it's such a nice venue we were able to back down on some of the extra decorating costs!

Hillary and her staff at 310 Lakeside truly made our day. Every aspect went off with out a hitch. The room was spectacular, food was delicious, and every guest is requesting their recipe for sangria!!!! I got to enjoy my day and not worry about a thing. They took care of set up and break down and everything in between. The room was romantic and intimate exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend 310 Lakeside to all brides who are having weddings of 100 people or less.

Great Food, loved our experience!!

The two words I would describe 310 is romantic and classic. It's the prefect setting for an intimate dinner with your family and friends. The room at 310 is already gorgeous so a lot of decor is not necessary. The food and drinks were great and of high quality and the service and attention they give you is impeccable. My ceremony was outside in their beautiful patio and my reception indoors. I have no regrets and would recommend to anyone. Nadine *married July 28 2011
