I don't even know where to start with Adina. I've worked with her for years on the other side of things (as another wedding industry professional) and so it felt like a no-brainer ...
when it came to booking her for my day- but boy did I have NO idea just how necessary a wedding planner was until I was on the other side of things. From our initial calls she immediately understood how we wanted to approach our day and helped give us guidance on how to best achieve it. Despite this year being THE worlds craziest year with postponements after the insanity of last year, I truly felt like every time Adina and I spoke, I was her ONLY bride. I have NO clue how she manages to make everyone feel individually special, heard and understood, but she does. The amount of things I would have NEVER thought of without having her as a part of our day is endless- from her handling last minute tent permits, making a floor plan (like, what? I would've never) to making phone calls for last minute changes with vendors... to driving to pick up our liquor just because it was closer to her house. Any chance that she had to help make our day easier she was there, making sure it was handled.
When it came to the day of, I was just along for the ride. Zero worries or communication with any of my vendors (because she had this handled) - I got to be fully present and actually ENJOY my day. So many of our friends and family members came up to us through out the night (and still afterwards) complimenting how amazing Adina and her team were. I actually looked at my husband (oh hey, that feels weird) 2 hours before the reception ended and said "I can't believe we still have two hours. Everyone says it flies by, but it doesn't feel like it is!" and I truly feel like I can accredit that to the incredible vendors that all worked together to make our day so seamless and allow us to just BE there!
As a wedding photographer working in this industry, I've raved about how important a wedding planner was... but I really had no idea. Adina, we love you so much! Thank you for ALL you did for us, down to the baby powder you poured on our sweaty summery backs (honestly, wedding planners- you deserve a freakin trophy.) You were our voice in so many situations and I don't know what we'd do without you!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ith a wedding planner, and once August 2020 hit and it became evident we would not be able to move forward with our original and rescheduled plan, Adina came in with support, professional experience and contacts to save our day. Our transition to a backyard wedding in less than 7 weeks was made as close to seamless as could be because of Adina's experience and ability to help guide a worried bride, groom & two sets of parents into what truly became the best day of our lives.
Adina has cultivated strong professional relationships with other vendors, including caterers, tent and linen companies, rental companies and even a generator guy that all came together to make our backyard wedding feel even better than the venue truly ever could have. Our original hope was to have a backyard wedding, and with Adina's help and guidance, it turned out beyond our wildest dreams.
Not only did Adina have weekly check in calls to make sure every detail was addressed leading up to the big day, but she arrived early in the morning during hair & make up - immediately started steaming the bridesmaids dresses and tending to the setup elements that had begun in the backyard. She coordinated ahead of time with each of our other vendors to iron out their specific details to make sure no rock was left unturned and there would be no surprises on the wedding day. Adina is a FORCE and she is worth the investment for peace of mind on your big day.
Adina is organized in a way I aspire to be, and she was truly a resource I cannot imagine the wedding re-re-planning process without. She, and her assistant, Rachel, were attentive during our entire wedding day - guiding my husband and I throughout the day, making sure we were present for our important songs and wedding reception events, and making sure that every detail was what we had discussed. We are truly so thankful that Adina was available for our wedding day, and that she helped us through the finish line of a long planning process. We cannot recommend her services enough. Have we mentioned how much we love her?!
