A Perfect Day Wedding Planning & Coordination

I don't even know where to start with Adina. I've worked with her for years on the other side of things (as another wedding industry professional) and so it felt like a no-brainer when it came to booking her for my day- but boy did I have NO idea just how necessary a wedding planner was until I was on the other side of things. From our initial calls she immediately understood how we wanted to approach our day and helped give us guidance on how to best achieve it. Despite this year being THE worlds craziest year with postponements after the insanity of last year, I truly felt like every time Adina and I spoke, I was her ONLY bride. I have NO clue how she manages to make everyone feel individually special, heard and understood, but she does. The amount of things I would have NEVER thought of without having her as a part of our day is endless- from her handling last minute tent permits, making a floor plan (like, what? I would've never) to making phone calls for last minute changes with vendors... to driving to pick up our liquor just because it was closer to her house. Any chance that she had to help make our day easier she was there, making sure it was handled. When it came to the day of, I was just along for the ride. Zero worries or communication with any of my vendors (because she had this handled) - I got to be fully present and actually ENJOY my day. So many of our friends and family members came up to us through out the night (and still afterwards) complimenting how amazing Adina and her team were. I actually looked at my husband (oh hey, that feels weird) 2 hours before the reception ended and said "I can't believe we still have two hours. Everyone says it flies by, but it doesn't feel like it is!" and I truly feel like I can accredit that to the incredible vendors that all worked together to make our day so seamless and allow us to just BE there! As a wedding photographer working in this industry, I've raved about how important a wedding planner was... but I really had no idea. Adina, we love you so much! Thank you for ALL you did for us, down to the baby powder you poured on our sweaty summery backs (honestly, wedding planners- you deserve a freakin trophy.) You were our voice in so many situations and I don't know what we'd do without you!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
