Pricing Details: The majority of our tented weddings cost between $500 and $5,000, inclusive of installation, removal, delivery and tax.

Eazy to shop and deal
I was doing a backyard 70th Birthday Party. The A to Z team was great to work with. Emma took my order and was very helpful as I tried to figure out what I needed! Someone came out to help make sure my backyard would hold the tent! The people who came to install the tent did a GREAT job as did the pick up team. You made my party quite the success!!

A to Z did an outstanding job on a 400-attendee event I recently held. Samantha Dale at A to Z assisted me in the planning, providing advice and visiting the site on multiple occasions to ensure the event would go smoothly. We made the decision to go with a larger tent several weeks before the event and A to Z was able to accommodate this last minute change. The tent and the lighting were fabulous. Construction and deconstruction of the tent went seamlessly. I would highly recommend using A to Z.
Speedy communication and no hidden fees. Delivery made 2 days prior to event, everything was clean and neatly stacked in driveway. There were 2 other companies much closer to my home but I was really uncomfortable with the amount of negative reviews they recieved so I decided on A to Z and I am happy that I did. Will definitely use in the future.

Everything was top notch
Reliable and professional on time delivery and pick up. Offered to redeliver right away when it appeared to be too few chairs. Turned out they had the correct amount elsewhere in the truck.
Everything was great except for the chairs, half of them were lower to the floor then the other half making it uncomfortable to sit at the rented tables.

It's nice to each someone live on the other end of the line. They took my order and answered all questions. Delivery was timely and the gentleman making the delivery was very kind and pleasant. I will rent from them again next year! The product is exactly as described on line!

A to Z rental was easy to rent from and had a very great selection. The bar I rented was perfect and I got so many compliments on the bar! It was very quick and easy to pick up the furniture. The genetelmen that work on the dock were great at helping load and unload my car. The only drawback was the woman worker that works the register. She could be a little friendlier and less snippy with her workers and the customers. Other than that A to Z is the place to rent from!

We rented tables, chairs, tablecloths and a tent from A to Z Party Rental. They were terrific! Very responsive with communication, did everything over the phone and through email. The crew that delivered the tent and set it up for us did a great job and were very careful in our backyard. I highly recommend them!

A to Z Party Rental was easy to work with and did exactly what they said they were going to do!
Good w delivery, but not easy to set up. Took my husband & son in law an hour with a phone call to company to set up & my husband is usually very handy with this type of situation. Upon opening tent had some black marks which we were unable to clean, but in the end it did the job.
We only rented 20 folding chairs for a small party and A to Z Party Rental still treated us like royalty. 👍

A to Z is an amazing company! They were incredibly easy to work with, accomodating and fast. They are one of the only places in the Philadelphia area where you can rent outdoor fire pits, and they were a hit at our outdoor holiday reception this year! They made pick-up/ drop-off super easy, and have great customer service. 10/10 would use them again.
A to Z Rental was so helpful and so accommodating. I had a small wedding and needed to rent a few items. Some rental companies only were interested in helping me if the order was large. A couple other rental companies would not accommodate over the Thanksgiving weekend since my wedding was on Saturday. A to Z allowed me to pick a convenient time for pick up, and gave me numerous options for rentals. I couldn't be happier.
Rented tables and chairs for our Thanksgiving celebration. It was very easy, Brittny was very helpful and the pick up and drop off process was very easy.
This past weekend we used A to Z Party Rental for the 2nd time, and we could not have been happier with the quality of their products, professionalism and kindness. Last year, due to Covid, we had an outdoor, family wedding in our backyard and they provided us with a fantastic tent with roll-down sides, a heater, tables and chairs. The tent was perfect and provided our families with a way to move forward with our children's original wedding date in safety and comfort.
This past weekend, we finally had the full wedding celebration with extended family and friends. With only about a month and a half to go, we found ourselves needing both a tent for the terrace of the venue, as well as a side tent in order to provide safe outdoor spaces for guests concerned about the Delta variant of Covid-19. A to Z came through for us at that late date, providing us with beautiful tenting. They worked with us to fit the load-in of these tents around a very tight schedule, given that weddings were scheduled at the venue on Thursday and Friday nights before our Saturday wedding. When I received a call from the venue on Friday morning letting me know that there were no lights under the terrace tent, I realized I had made a huge error and had forgotten to order those. This would have been a disaster because we had planned on having three guest tables on the terrace for dinner. I drove to the venue to see what could be done. The project manager, Chris Heuges, was nothing short of fantastic. While he did not have any additional lights for the tent, he was able to come up with a solution to reconfigure the lights on the lawn tent in order to have enough lights for the terrace tent. He was beyond kind, not just in quickly solving the issue, but in calming this very distraught mother of the bride.
We had an uncharacteristically balmy October evening, and the tents were used and enjoyed by our guests all evening; from cocktail hour, through dinner, and all night long with lawn games under the lawn tent. The tents were installed and removed on schedule and the teams they sent were efficient and professional.
Finally, I want to say that working with Samantha Dale through both of these weddings has been a dream. She was kind, attentive, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with. She bent over backwards to make it possible for us to get tents this year, during a time when other companies were unable or unwilling to provide services due to staffing issues. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They will be the first and last company we contact for any future tenting needs.
