Chris was referred to us by our venue's Event Manager, and we could not be more pleased. Right off the bat, Chris was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. After booking, he sent the bride and groom a PDF file to begin thinking about the direction they wished to go for song selections. Over the months, the couple developed a playlist on Spotify when they heard music that they liked. Chris perfectly timed slow songs to be added into the mix and everyone had a great time and our guests complimented him. I especially liked how he managed the special dances and an anniversary dance that my in-laws "won" with the longest marriage that evening. It was very special and everyone clapped. Overall, he nicely balanced the generational differences music-wise while keeping with the general direction that the couple wished to take the evening.

We had Chris for our wedding day and he was spectacular! He knows how to read the room and was a great energy to get the party started! He did wonderful with the bridal party introductions and helped out members who weren't sure what to do when they were walking out. He was so nice and very professional and accommodating for the planning process. Not a huge display for the DJ and they outsourced their photobooth through a third party, but if you are ballin' on a budget this is still wayyyy better than a DJ who can't read a crowd but has an ellaborate setup. I am very happy with them and their work at my wedding!! Highly recommend!

From the start Chris and his team were very communicative with us and gave us all the information we needed from the stat. Throughout the process and the time in between hiring the team and the wedding day we were in communication many times trying to make sure that we got everything that we wanted. They gave us a list of things that we could pick a specific song to which we thought was a very nice touch because we would’ve never thought to pick so many different songs to make the wedding perfectly our own. The day of everything was set up perfectly all of the music was exactly what we wanted and I guess we’re very happy with all of the music throughout the entire wedding. Their introductions we’re perfect and they ensure that they got everyone’s name correctly before hand when we had our final meeting. We cannot say enough good things about AAA entertainment.

Chris and his team were instrumental (pun intended) in throwing the best wedding reception we possibly could. In my humble opinion, it was the best dance party I've ever attended, and I had multiple guests come up and inquire about who my amazing DJ was. I would like AAA Entertainment to be the soundtrack of my whole life, but major life events will have to suffice.

OMG the best DJ ever!!! People are still texting me talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and how the DJ played so many fun songs. My husband and I are so grateful of Chris. Chris went above and beyond with helping us out when our venue went bankrupt two weeks prior to our wedding date. He helped us reach out to venues and stayed in touch with us regarding our moves. Luckily we were able to still make our wedding happen on the day we had originally chosen. Sebastian our DJ that was provided by Chris did a fantastic job! With the mixtures we had in cultures the service provided was a total success. Sebastian was very friendly and willing to play songs that had not been previously requested. You cannot go worry with AAA Entertainment as your event DJ provider.

Let me begin by simply stating "FORGET THE REST, HIRE THE BEST". My husband and I were very fortunate we did not need to search for our entertainment. Chris played aty daughter's wedding back in 2018 he did so great there was no question about hiring him for our wedding. Chris makes everything flow perfect and if he doesn't think it will work he will give ideas to fit what you want. I had all the confidence in Chris to so great and that is exactly what he delivered.

Chris (the owner) and Trevis (DJ) with AAA Entertainment were wonderful to work with! We met with them twice before the wedding and they were quick to reply to emails. On the day of the wedding both Chris and Trevis were on time and professional. We didn't have a wedding coordinator and Chris graciously offered to attend the ceremony to help ensure everyone walked down the aisle timely. He didn't have to do this but offered despite having another event to be at later that night. Trevis was an amazing DJ and several of our wedding guests told us he's the best DJ they've seen! Not only was he friendly, but he made sure everyone had an amazing time on the dance floor. My husband and I made the right decision by having AAA as our DJ and would recommend them for any event!

I chose AAA Entertainment off reviews from a neighborhood Facebook Page when looking for a DJ for my daughters wedding. Chris was very responsive from day one! He was very organized and very proactive about helping us choose music that worked for all stages of the wedding. Everyone had a fantastic time! Chris from AAA Entertainment was absolutely wonderful throughout what could have been a very stressful and anxiety-ridden process. He was so organized and so willing to help us find exactly what music and feeling we wanted for our wedding. Having a good DJ was one of the biggest priorities for me for our wedding. I am pretty picky when it comes to music and especially music for my wedding! From the beginning Chris was very easy and fun to work with. We had a couple consultations prior to the date where we went over what we wanted, likes and dislikes, etc. Chris offered us advice and I felt very reassured that we were being listened to and in good hands. He nailed it on our big day! I went to my cousin's wedding a couple months after ours and she even commented that she wished her DJ was as good as mine.

If I could give less than one star I would. We hired AAA entertainment for our wedding in October 2019 at the Peninsula Yacht Club. We experienced technical issues at the beginning of the ceremony, which carried on all throughout the evening. Many guests have reached out and asked if I got a refund because they also feel that was the worst DJ wedding experience; it was a talking point of the entire evening. During the first walk, there was terrible feedback when the music was being played, and then it would cut out, and start over during the procession. When it did play, the squeals and screeches from the speakers were overbearing. The song then cut into the middle of the song that I was supposed to walk down the aisle to! Eventually, my bridesmaids walked down to complete and utter silence because of the sound issues. Most people dream and painstaking plan for the moment they walk down the aisle to their life partner, and because of the technical issues with the DJ, my vision for my perfect ceremony never came to fruition. During the ceremony it became glaringly apparent that the DJ provided had no backup plan, no back up equipment, and was in no way prepared to mitigate the sound issues during the ceremony. Later, it became time for the introduction of the wedding party. Again, the microphone and sound equipment failed during the introductions, and even more problematic, the DJ did not introduce the party correctly. The father of the bride and the father of the groom were supposed to be provided with a microphone for speeches, and again, the equipment failed. When the microphone was working at sporadic moments, the volume was so low, and the speeches were inaudible for a majority of our guests. Eventually, both dads just shouted the speeches. Thankfully, our wedding venue’s coordinator stepped in and provided the microphones for the best man and maid of honor speeches because the DJ’s equipment was not working. One of the guests at my wedding even had to try and help him do his job because the DJ couldn’t figure out his equipment.The company even acknowledged that they had done events at that venue before, but it was clear that this DJ was in no way prepared. The company did give me a partial refund, but what is more upsetting is that they took absolutely no ownership in any of the issues that I just recited. The owner minimized the situation after “looking into” the events of the wedding. They shifted blame to the wedding coordinator because of a “last minute change.” I had no idea what this “last minute change” was and the company didn’t elaborate. But even if there was an actual last-minute change, each vendor in the wedding industry understands and accommodates those changes. AAA Entertainment basically chalked up my experience as minor technical glitches that could not have been avoided. I hired a company to provide music for the ceremony. There was no music for the ceremony. There were no working microphones for the speeches of my bridal party. And even at one point during the dancing, there was feedback and the songs would stop, but I luckily have amazing guests who were able to finish the song and dance. If you’re looking for a company that does amazing work only when airdrop works for a laptop, and only if there’s absolutely no wind, and only if there are no last minute changes, then by all means, hire this company. If there’s any issues with your wedding they’ll take no ownership whatsoever.

Chris kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. pace and music selection was exactly what we requested and everything went amazing definitely recommend him to any prospective couples.

We had such a great experience with AAA! They were on time and communicated with us every step of the way through planning AND through the actual wedding itself. Chris made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure I didn’t have to stress about ANYTHING during our ceremony and reception. He was super fun to work with and made planning a breeze when it came down to picking songs and making our “vibe” come alive. My husband and I prioritized the DJ selection for our wedding as one of the most important decisions. We wanted someone who could throw a party and keep the crowd dancing. Chris nailed it!! I have never been to a wedding where there was more people dancing than sitting the WHOLE TIME. Not only that, Chris was so easy to work with and we really enjoyed his infectious personality. Choosing Chris as our DJ was the perfect choice for our special day and we would recommend him to anyone.

If you want to relax at your reception, I highly recommend Chris for a DJ! He runs the reception quite nicely so you can sit back and enjoy your time! He was obviously very knowledgeable about different kinds of music and played a lot from my daughter’s playlist and added a lot of other fun songs. He made a cool Instagram video afterwards for us as well! He may be a little on the pricey side, but people will rave about your fun wedding!! And we all want our guests to have fun!

Chris from AAA Entertainment was amazing to work with! I first met Chris when I played violin in a friend’s wedding a few years ago. After we got engaged, my husband and I knew we needed to book Chris for our wedding. Chris met us over a year before our date and had so many ideas to make our wedding the best party. He gave us lists of popular songs for each event during the reception (first dance, father/daughter, cake cutting, etc.) to help us choose what we would like. My husband’s mother wanted the song for the mother/son dance to be a surprise and Chris was so accommodating. When the song wasn’t in his collection, he worked with us to make sure she got the song she wanted. We met Chris about a month out to make our final decisions and he had a detailed timeline ready for us within the week. He was so easy to talk to and always responded quickly to any email we sent. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and AAA Entertainment to DJ your wedding.

We hired Chris with AAA for our rehearsal dinner & drinks and wedding and couldn't be happier! We met Chris at a wedding expo and instantly knew he was our guy - knowledgable, experienced, organized, honest and cool! The planning process simple and concise. We met Chris at a friends wedding so we got to see how much of an awesome DJ before our wedding!!! The minute we booked our venue I called him to see if he was available! Chris recently (10/28) dj'd and mc'd my husband and i wedding. We booked him in December 2017 and he kept in contact with us checking in and allowing us time to make choices and giving recommendations if we were stuck. He was very detailed which allowed me to ask questions if I had any and become more organized where I needed to be. He arrived early at the venue day of and even got me (the bride) an early drink! He definitely goes above and beyond every expectation, communicates clearly, gives recommendations and provides concise timelines for you. If anything changes day of he communicated with us and it was done beautifully and seamlessly. The music transitioned correctly even though we chose completely crazy different styles. I had a wonderful day and all I can say is I am glad we chose Chris. It was clearly and obviously the right choice. Thank you so much, for everything Chris!

Our favorite vendor! All of our wedding guest were very impressed with AAA Entertainment. The little extra (thanking the catering staff, coordinating our bridal party for the entrance, etc.) really made a lasting impression. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with (and his pricing is fantastic). Wedding planning can be stressful, but Chris was the one vendor we knew we could count on. He was available if we needed him, and would go out of his way to make sure we covered every base without being pushy. The day-of, he constantly checked in on us both and made sure we had everything we needed and he controlled the schedule perfectly. He ended up serving as basically an extra wedding planner, and his experience made everything so much easier on us. We can't speak highly enough of his customer service. If I could give AAA Entertainment more than 5 stars, I would. I faced a lot of frustration with some of my wedding vendors during the planning process, but AAA was on top of things from the beginning. We had Todd for our wedding in St. Martinville, LA and he did such a great job getting to know us and putting together the perfect playlist for our wedding and reception. He was also great the day of working with the wedding coordinator since it rained and it threw off the timeline we had set up. Hiring AAA was one of the best decisions we made!

Chris was FANTSTIC. As the groom, I made one thing clear to my wife that I was going to be picking the DJ, after HOURS of research I decided to go with AAA entertainment and it was the best decision ever. Our wedding was ROCKING. Chris kept the party going strong from 6:30 (AN HOUR EARLIER THAN EXPECTED) all the way to 11:30. He played songs that appealed to everybody in the crowd and kept people on the dance floor. My husband and I cannot say enough about AAA Entertainment. We had been working along side Chris for a little over a year and we could reach out to him through call, text, email, Facebook etc. he was always making time to speak with us and to answer all the questions we had. He took it in his own hands and assisted us 1 month before our wedding in a huge emergency, I have never met a DJ show clients so much compassion and truly take his clients as family. The professionalism, his interaction with our guests, and his personality were what made our wedding day go by with such peace. My mother spoke directly with Chris on a special gift to me part of her speech, he worked side by side with my mom to make it just right as she would sit on the phone crying to him he respected her and promised they would get it right and she trusted him, when I say he took everyones breath away he truly did. Chris was absolutely amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the way and made it so easy. When we were “shopping” for a DJ, chris actually met us in person to take us through his services. It was huge to be able to really get a feel for who he is and what he offers before signing a contract. Then he took time to meet us in person again during the planning process. In addition to be easy to work with and incredibly helpful during the planning process, he was also one of the main reasons our reception went off without any trouble. He was very attentive to my groom and I to make sure we were happy with every song. He even came over several times to see if he could grab food or a drink for us. He went above and beyond, and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend him and his team. They are great people that know what they are doing!!

Chris was AMAZING! We had meetings at appropriate times before the wedding, he responded to communications promptly and was very flexible with my requests for the wedding. He had great suggestions for songs and logistics which took away a lot of stress about timing and cues. We had a combined Indian/American wedding with a variety of guests and everyone was very complimentary of Chris the entire night! During the reception he timed the cake cutting, bouquet toss, and garter toss perfectly to fit the flow of the evening and kept everyone dancing all night long. I really can't say enough great things, you DEFINITELY want Chris and AAA Entertainment to be a part of your wedding!

Far and away the best experience we could have imagined from our DJ--Chris was amazing! We found AAA on The Knot and were really impressed with the pricing and the great reviews, but they didn't prepare us for how wonderful working with Chris would be. He was great about staying in touch during the lead-up to the wedding and he was SO kind about answering questions--his sense of humor made him a pleasure to work with the whole time and really helped with the wedding stress as well. On the day of he went far above and beyond for us; our venue was unexpectedly short-staffed and Chris helped them out even though he didn't have to. He also checked in with my husband and me, made sure we had food and time to eat, and kept us on schedule in a way that was fun and friendly. Of course, the music was amazing--everyone was dancing the whole time and the "open dance floor" parts of the night always felt like a party. Just about every song that came on we looked at each other and said "I love this song!" I know everyone says this, but it was the most fun wedding I've ever been to (yes, I might be biased...) and that's thanks to all Chris's hard work.

Chris was awesome!!! We had a very detailed list that he had to follow and he did it! He was able to get EVERYONE on the dance floor....EVERYONE!! Which also helped with wedding photos because they look great! The reception was a real party and all of our guests walked away saying that they have never had so much fun at a wedding ( hint- music has a lot to do with keeping things moving). :)

What's the one negative thing that's prominently associated with weddings? Stress, right? Chris will relieve that and turn your reception into a blissful and exciting atmosphere. He's also done this a time or two. His expertise paired with his personality makes him an exceptional DJ, and more importantly, a friend. One of the most genuine guys who will make you laugh and have a great time.

This review may be slightly delayed, but, Chris was the best DJ ever! From planning of the wedding to the day of the wedding. His professional, fun, easy going personality made the day and the days coming up the event that much better! I have already referred him for the past 2 years of Christmas parties at our work, which again, he made the environment fun and exciting! There are no words to express how wonderful Chris and his talent made our wedding day perfect!! From beginning to day of wedding Chris was always available with any questions, concerns and even gave us advice if he thought a certain song would work better for a specific time or occasion. My wedding guest were on their feet dancing nonstop to the music throughout the whole reception. Chris played the music that my husband and I recommend, and because Chris took the time to get to know us and the types of music we like, he played songs on his own he knew we would love to hear. Our genre of music was very eclectic and Chris made the evening flow perfectly!! We didn't have an official wedding coordinator, but with Chris there he made sure everything was executed as planned. There is no other DJ that could have made our wedding day more special and as perfect than the AMAZING Chris. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a caring, talented and affordable DJ. Greatest DJ around. So I had been going to trivia shows with Chris since I have been in college and so when I got engaged I knew I wanted Chris as my DJ. He has such a great personality that just keeps every party flowing, and he made sure to keep contact with us the entire planning time. He always emailed us back immediately. He did an amazing job of making a timeline for our wedding, keeping the partying going all night!!! He knew how to transition and how to keep people on the dance floor the whole time. We had a mix of indian music which he did a great job to mix it up. We have been told multiple times how our wedding was the best one they have been to, and I really really really feel a big part of that was because Chris did such an amazing job!!!! You should def not hesitate hiring him because you will not regret it.

We just had our wedding with Todd as our DJ. He did a fantastic job. We couldn't have been any happier. Originally when we booked, Sebastian was supposed to be our DJ something came up at the last minute so Chris flew Todd in from Louisiana. Chris was great throughout the whole process. Chris was wonderful to work with! Since we live about 2 hours away from where we got married, we were able to Skype to ask more questions/interview him before making our final decision. I knew Chris was the one when he said that there was no need for a wedding planner because he will develop a timeline for the reception. What a relief! It went by SO quickly as everyone says, but Chris kept us all on schedule so that we were out of our venue at the appropriate time. Chris's fun personality and choice of songs was exactly what we were looking for at our reception. He livened up the party and I was surprised at how many people (who normally are not dancers) ended up dancing. Chris from AAA Entertainment was an absolute sensation to work with during this whole process. His attention to every detail involving the entertainment portion of our wedding was phenomenal. Chris developed a timeline for the entire night and stuck to it! He even would bring us back on schedule if things started to go off track. Chris kept the all the guests engaged with the reception and the dance floor NEVER emptied which was HUGE for us. I would recommend Chris for every function that needs an MC/DJ. Great work!!!!!!!!

Chris did an amazing job at our wedding! Everyone had great things to say that evening about Chris and the music that he played. CHRIS IS AMAZING. Music at your wedding is critical - from setting the tone at the ceremony to keeping the fun alive at the reception, you don't really think about how much it's a reflection of your relationship with your husband.. But Chris does! To say he knows what he's talking about is a gross understatement.. He knows it all because he's seen it all! From consistent communication throughout the process to sage advice regarding our unique wedding scenario, he guided us to make decisions and anticipate things that we would otherwise not have been prepared for. He supported some of our more different music choices while keeping the planning fun and exciting. And he was incredibly thoughtful when it came to making sure my husband and I took time to eat and had drinks in our hands - something small that meant so much! You won't be disappointed with Chris and he'll make sure you and your guests have a blast. I'm still having friends tell me that they have never had more fun at a wedding reception - or danced as much!

Chris was AMAZING to work with! Everyone has been to weddings where the DJ was kind of awkward and the song choices/sequence was mediocre at best. A DJ can truly make or break a reception. We just knew we HAD to have Chris do our October 1st wedding reception after meeting him at our sister's wedding 2 years prior and he did not disappoint. Chris was SO much more than just a DJ. He basically served as an event coordinator the night of and kept everything running smoothly and kept us on track. I don't think I heard an entire song all night long. He seamlessly transitioned from song to song and kept everyone on the dance floor and kept things moving. Chris was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to cater to our music tastes and even provided some helpful day-of schedules for the wedding timeline and made sure everything went according to plan. He also brought a lot of energy to the reception which was great because it was during the day so much harder to get people out onto the dance floor. Chris with AAA Entertainment just straight up rocked our wedding on 9/18/16!!! Chris was not just only our DJ but he became a friend as well. Chris was absolutely amazing from the day me and my husband met him!!! He responds back to your emails right away, he is ALWAYS ON TIME and he is such a funny guy! Chris always had us laughing!! Every guest at my wedding came up to us and told us how amazing and awesome our DJ Chris was. Chris also did the uplighting and got us a gobo projector as well! Chris gave my husband and I the best advice and tips before our wedding when he was at our walk through and meetings months before. We seriously couldn't have had a better DJ! We hired Chris, owner of AAA Entertainment, for our 7/2/16 Southport, NC wedding ceremony and reception and we couldn't be happier with our decision! What an extraordinary professional! He completely took control of directing our guests (and us!) throughout the entire process and was beyond informative to my husband and I making our experience beyond simple! He was professionally dressed and had everything in order before anyone arrived at both venues and was ready to go! My new husband tripped on my dress during a late night dance and I ended up falling square on my head! It was horrible because I had to leave my reception early to go to the ER but Chris stepped in, checking to make sure I was okay and distracting our wedding guests away from the issue! NUMEROUS guests raved not only about our music but about how awesome our DJ was at keeping charge of the situation! He even texted me the next day to see how I was! DJ Chris is AWESOME!!! He was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish which made choosing him very easy. He listens to what we wanted and also provided some suggestions for us when we couldn't come up with one. My guests enjoyed him so much that they have asked me where I found him. Chris DJed our wedding in April 2016, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone! He met with us twice (once at the very beginning then again about a month before the wedding) to talk through all of the details for our big day, and he was always very flexible with the meeting time and location. From beginning to end working with AAA Entertainment was amazing. Chris is extremely easy to work with, listens, gives great suggestions and is an all around great guy. Chris, was he BEST of the BEST! Chris was our DJ but, he also became a bit of our wedding coordinator as we didn't truly have one...HE STEPPED UP AND HE WAS AMAZING! The wedding/ reception flowed flawlessly with him at the helm....he was SPOT ON!!!!! Thank you, Chris for EVERYTHING!!!!!

Chris was tremendously easy to work with throughout the entire process. We only had to meet 2 different times prior to our big day, and that was all that it took. We gave him an overview during the first meeting, and several details changed (naturally) by the time we got to our second. Those changes were no problem at all. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had via email, and nothing short of informative and professional each time. On our wedding day itself, Chris was there early to set up and make sure everything was perfect. Throughout the night, he helped to keep us on track and was always asking if there was anything we needed. He even handed us cash for an extra speaker we had paid for but didn't end up using!! Fast forward 5 days and our guests have been RAVING about how great the music was. There wasn't a single song that people didn't love and we're dancing to during the span of the whole night.
