A & A Metro provided transportation on our wedding day (October 2023) for our wedding party. Nakia was very helpful while planning the timetable for the day and the drivers themselves were on time and friendly. We greatly appreciate them helping our day run smoothly!

Planning and coordinating was easy, they had the exact right vehicles we needed for bussing all out guests to & from our venue, the drivers were friendly, professional, and on time, and the rates were very reasonable compared to all companies we looked at.

A&A provided incredible service for guest transportation for our wedding on Cape Cod! I had the hardest time finding a transportation vendor that could accommodate our detailed itinerary and wasn't totally out of budget. Nakia was super helpful in getting everything booked and dealing with all my changes. The day of, all of the drivers were on time, friendly, and exactly where they were supposed to be! We had weather and some day of unexpected changes and everyone handled the situation with ease and professionalism. I can't recommend A&A enough!

Would never use this transportation company again. The person of contact never updated the time of the reception, so the first thing I did on my wedding morning was call to ensure they were going to show up at 2:30 not 4:30. The lady on the other line made sure to mention that she was "accommodating" my needs, even though it was clear that there was miscommunication on their end. Once they dropped off the bridal party, the bus, which is contracted by the hour NOT amount of trips, took an hour to get back to the hotel (a 15 minute ride). The groomsmen were late to venue. This directly correlated to not getting groomsmen photos. There was supposed to be two shuttle bus for the guests, there was only 1 which meant that people were late the ceremony and had to buy their own ubers. I spent the 5 minutes before the ceremony on the phone with the driver instead of soaking up the moment with friends and family. After the wedding, they reached out for feedback. I told them everything discussed above and there was nothing done about it. Again - I would never recommend them to anyone. Would not use them again.

We used A&A Metro to transport our guests between the hotel and the reception venue and they were great! We worked with Jessie leading up to the wedding she was very helpful and patient while we figured out transportation for a fluctuating guest list. Our drivers were also extremely organized and even adjusted timing for transferring guests when they realized people were running late getting back from our church ceremony. It was so seamless that we didn't even know about it until we had joined the reception! The motorcoaches were clean and waited until everyone was out of the reception venue to take us back to the hotel. We would definitely recommend their services!

I booked A&A for my May 2023 wedding - including a 14 passenger shuttle and 2 larger 55 passenger busses. Working with Nakia at A&A Metro was so easy and enjoyable. She is incredibly thorough down to the minute about when transportation will arrive or depart. The drivers were on time, accommodating, and even let us throw on music if we wanted! We highly recommend using A & A Metro for your wedding transportation! I reached out and got an immediate response from Jessie and she made the whole process very easy for us. Any time I reached out with questions, she was extremely prompt and helpful. We booked a small bus for our wedding party and a large bus for our guests to get to and from the venue. My wife and I highly recommend using the A&A team for any event needing guest transportation. We used 2 separate forms, an executive van for parents and bridal parties, and a coach bus for our guests. The A&A team was professional, prompt, and even made extra runs for several special guests who "missed the shuttle", Easy to work with, great value for the pricing structures.

A&A Metro Transportation was very responsive to our inquiries and transparent with their fees. They passed along our driver’s information in advance and confirmed the timeline and address for pick up. Our driver was early to pick up, very professional and a safe driver. It was great to be able to offer our immediate family and bridal party transportation so that we could all go to and from the venue together and allow them to fully enjoy the reception. We were very happy with the service.

A & A Metro was the perfect transportation company for my wedding! Fernanda from the company was so easy to communicate with through the entire planning process and also paid great attention to detail. She confirmed all of our reservations and made me feel at ease that transportation was all arranged and ready to go. We reserved 2 executive vans to bring the wedding party to the venue and also 2 coach buses to transport guests to the wedding and back to the hotel. All drivers arrived on time, were professional, and got us to all locations easily and quickly. The vans and buses were very clean and comfortable. There was no stress involved when it came to booking transportation! If you are looking to book transportation for your wedding, I would highly recommend A & A Metro Transportation!

A & A Metro was professional, responsive and helpful for our wedding from the booking process to the drivers themselves. The vehicles were clean, the drivers on time and friendly. It was easy and stress free! I highly recommend them.

We hired A&A Metro based on a recommendation from my venue in Wellesley. Kiley was so helpful setting up my contract and making sure I got what I needed (a shuttle for guests to and from the hotel). Unfortunately I think there was a miscommunication with our driver. My contract was until 10:30pm but he believed he was only scheduled until 9:30pm. We got it straightened out, but I would advise calling your driver the day before to make sure they know the details.

I would like to say that I get this nice lady Kim on the phone and she is great with customer service. Also there is this driver that picked me up her name was Dawna in Mansfield she is the best driver I have had. She takes time to help the clients and is always friendly and pleasant I don't see her often you need to keep her on more.

My daughter got married in 2014 and we used A&A Metro. They were really easy to work with and very professional. A friend tipped me off about them and since they've been in business for 50+ years I knew they must be doing something right! We had multiple vehicles transporting around 30 people for the day around Boston. What impressed me most was that the drivers seemed to be completely unfazed by the crazy Boston traffic and roads that we all know and love. Everything went off without a hitch which was great because it allowed the focus to be where it should be: on my beautiful daughter!

I got married two months ago and everyone at A&A were absolutely fantastic! A friend recommended them based on their friendliness and professionalism and they didn't disappoint! The vehicles were absolutely immaculate and all looked VERY sharp. We had two buses and a brand new black cadillac for me and my husband after the reception. The buses transported everyone around all day. We had a mini-bus for our wedding party beforehand as well. On time, prompt, clean and easy to coordinate. They have a whole division dedicated to logistics and we were impressed with how well they knew what they were doing. Very happy bride right here. :-)

At the recommendation of a friend I used A&A for my wedding in Rhode Island in 2014. It was a destination wedding and everything was taken care of perfectly! They have every vehicle you can imagine and actually own over 100 vehicles themselves. I have used transportation vendors before and most vendors just rent vehicles from third-party vendors and don't own the vehicles themselves. Everything was right on time and the drivers were extremely warm and friendly. I really can't say enough about how smooth and perfect everything was! Now, if only I can convince my husband to get married all over again! What a wonderful day it was. Thanks A&A!

I got married just outside Boston this past July (2015) and am finally back from the honeymoon, settled into life a little bit and am enjoying being married! I'm reviewing all my vendors and loved working with A&A Metro! I used them for our black car for me and my husband and we used 1 mini-bus and 1 full-size bus for the whole day to move our wedding party and some of our wedding guests around from the church to the reception then to the hotel. The logistics were very easy, we had the cell-phone numbers of all the drivers in case there were any mess ups (there weren't) and most importantly, the vehicles were extremely clean. The drivers were extremely nice guys, attentive about music volume and temperature etc. I'd highly recommend them and have already told a friend who is getting married about them. Overall, just a great experience and didn't add any stress to our wedding day and really helped make it the best day of my life!

UPDATED: Right before the wedding, we had worked it out with the VP of the company because nothing was working out with sales associate we worked with. We ended up not having to pay extra and were assured all our transportation needs were met. After the wedding I received a phone call from Tom, the owner of A&A metro. He heard what had happened with our experience and apologized. Tom mentioned to me that they were under a remodel of their sales team. He wanted to make things right and mend what had happened. Tom offered us a free limo service to and from the airport as well as compensation for the mistreatment from the sales side. In the end, I feel Tom did his part in redeeming his company from our experience. With that, we have updated our rating of A&A. If it was not for the one experience, I would give them a 5. ******************************** I can't say enough how horrible the service with this company was. We booked 5 shuttle busses 8 months in advanced and the company ended up overbooking. A week before the wedding we didn't have busses so the company had to call other companies to borrow busses. On top of that, they wanted us to pay over $1,000 more because the busses were party busses, not coach. My husband spent hours trying to figure out our bill and had to fight them about bringing the price down. They added more stress than we could of imagined when we thought this would be an easier vendor to book. Definitely look elsewhere.

We had a decent size group of out of town guests (including ourselves!) for our wedding so we used this company for group transportation. We booked a coach bus to transport our wedding guests from the host hotel to the wedding venue and back again at the end of the night. Unfortunately, we experienced some difficulties with the driver that night and I was disappointed/upset with the service received. My original review rated this company at 1 star. When the owner of the company discovered how unhappy I was, he personally called me to apologize. He was mortified that we had an unpleasant experience and took it upon himself to investigate. It turns out the company had been overbooked that night so our driver/bus was actually subcontracted for the event. This is definitely something that happens often with transportation companies but if you can somehow get it contracted that a subcontractor is unacceptable, I would - especially for your wedding day!! To make amends, since we don't live locally but have family in the area where we were married, the owner offered complimentary roundtrip airport transportation (town car service) for our next trip to Boston - which was FABULOUS. The service provided was definitely 5 star. I was very pleased... I just wish we had the actual company's drivers the night of our wedding!
