I've been in the food industry for the last 16 years and never have I been so blown away by the food, drink and service execution than with Libby and Acquolina Catering. Between the tastings and actual event, it was some of the best meals we've ever had in New York. Save yourself the time of searching for a caterer for your event, because Acquolina is all you need. From the raw bar and taco station to the perfectly timed dinner and bombolini of dreams, they can do anything. How often do you hear wedding guests say, "This is one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had?" Even more, Acquolina packed up leftovers for us and we had our wedding meal the night after too. We couldn't wait to continue the feast. If you're lucky enough to work with Libby and team, you're in for a treat that will leave you with memories that last a lifetime. (Also the best food coma you'll ever be in!)

The catering of our wedding was perfection from beginning to end. Adam and Yolanda worked with us to craft a menu that felt unique, authentically our own, delicious, and fitting for a hot summer night in East Hampton. We had the most fun tasting with them in their studio, and they made sure everyone was happy with the wedding menu (mother of the bride and groom included!). Their food is beautiful and refined without feeling precious, filling without being rich, and absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful and efficient, and everyone from Acquolina is always attractive and personable. We are still dreaming of the delicious hors d'oeuvres and the sea bass wrapped in parchment paper, oh and the asparagus risotto! Couldn't recommend them more. We use Acquolina for just about every event we do, they're too amazing and make the process too easy not to!

For over ten years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Adam and Yolanda through my position in public relations and events. When I became engaged in 2014, I never considered another caterer for our wedding. I had witnessed first-hand their attention to detail and service and with all the anxiety involved in wedding planning, I took comfort knowing the food and service would be superb. Guests at our wedding commented afterwards how Acquolina’s staff seemed to appear out of nowhere – whenever needed - taking coats, serving drinks and offering food. The menu was imaginative, beautifully presented and delicious. Adam, Yolanda and their whole team made our wedding incredibly special and memorable.

Acquolina is simply the best caterer is New York; their food truly rivals some of the best restaurants in the world! Each dish and hors d'oeuvre is beautifully presented and unbelievably delicious. Beyond the food, their staff is superbly trained and completely professional. My family has worked with Acquolina for years and, once I got engaged, the only part of my wedding I cared about was making sure they could cater the event! Adam and Yolanda, who are not only total masters of their domains but the nicest people, made sure my wedding was nothing short of a dream. We decided to get married in my parents apartment in New York which presented a challenge space wise. Adam and Yolanda handled all aspects of the event including coordinating servers, deliveries, really complicated room turnovers and other aspects of the event (that I thankfully wasn't aware of). Serving dover sole for 100 people was certainly ambitious but Acquolina executed the menu to perfection. Adam even came up with a bacchanal room full of beautiful desserts and fruits. I got married over two years ago and people still remark to me that the food at my wedding was not just the best wedding food they had ever had but some of the best food they had ever had, period. I would recommend Acquolina without hesitation; they are the best!
