ith my future sister in law and told her they had to send the report before Adiamor would send the correct report. They made the mistake yet we had to trust they would correctly fix the error. It was a game of we won't do this unless you do this with this company. I have a beautiful ring it's unfortunate that it's ugly based on the negative from customer service. Not to mention the appraised value isn't the same as two jewlers I took the ring to be appraised at but that's another issue. Today I spoke with Christina who spoke negative of my future sister in law regarding her conversation with her. I tried telling Christina I understand both sides and she cut me off in speaking. Christina is very arrogant and condescending. I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase with Adiamor as they only highlight the good reviews. My ring is too big and yet I'm afraid to send back for sizing in thoughts that I wouldn't get it back or get the wrong ring back. I'm super bummed because I really thought it was a trustworthy online company and clearly it's not . Christina is the highest supervisor and its unfortunate because her customer service skills are some of the worst I've ever experienced. Good luck to everyone purchasing from Adiamor but I wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy.

I had ordered the Platinum band, and have a 1.8 carat center stone, and it looks gorgeous! The same day that the ring was given to my fiance, a side stone fell out. Quickly, I contacted ADIAMOR, spoke to Mark and Kristina and I believe Joe in Customer Service. They were ALL great, especially Kristina (several contacts with her). They emailed me a label immediately for fed ex 2 day air. I sent it Tuesday,, they received it Thursday afternoon, looked over the entire ring, all prongs, and called me to explain what they think happened, and to apologize profusely. Kristina was amazing on the phone, several times, always calm, patient, and deserves a raise! They rush ordered the repair, sent it out Friday, and I had it back at a FED facility for a Saturday Pickup by 9 AM. The entire time, they were patient, understanding of my anxiety about the process, and took care of me and the ring completely! The ring is incredible and I strongly recommend it, but the service was always incredible and worthy of them getting the 5 stars regardless of the "issue" briefly encountered. If you are thinking of getting one form someone online, I can tell you that Adiamor beat out Blue Nile and James Allen with price, and I am very happy with the ring, as is she!

"Grade" is everything. That being said, Adiamor customer service is nothing short of outstanding! I spoke with several Adiamor representatives including Christina, Jennifer, Jade and Art. They were all professional and very helpful. However, Art was the one I spent the most time with. He was very patient, helpful and attentive assisting me with my engagement ring/stone needs. Adiamor's web site is very easy to navigate and easy to understand. Above all their quality, craftsmanship and purchase prices are second to none. Ironically, I found the exact same stone I had purchased from Adiamor with the same registered G.I A. certificate number on another web site for an additional five hundred dollars a week after I had purchased it from Adiamor. I also saw several other diamonds equivalent to mine or less on other web sites for thousands of dollars more. Remember! You have to check all the spec to ensure you are comparing apples to apples. A variation or two can change the price significantly. In addition, one week after I had purchased this particular diamond from Adiamor the other web site still had it on their web site listed for sale. I even contacted them to check if it was still available and they confirmed it was. This immediately suggests the old bait and switch routine. Shopping for a diamond can be a very stressful experience especially when you're spending several thousand dollars on a ring. The Adiamor support representatives do not try to up sell you or talk you into anything. They are there merely to assist you with their knowledge with absolutely no pressure which makes your shopping experience stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Adiamor for all your jewelry shopping needs. I did the homework for you. I promise you won't find a better deal anywhere! I will definitely be back for the wedding band that accompanies my engagement ring. Again, thanks to Art and all the rest for making this a pleasant and enjoyable experience! You are the best!

This only further validated what had already been a very positive experience working with Jennifer and Adiamor. The upshot here is that I would recommend absolutely ANYONE in the market for an engagement ring or diamond to at least peruse what is available on Adiamor. They have an EXTENSIVE selection of stones to choose from (way more than any store would) and, because they are actually a family-owned, "brick and mortar" business (they don't have a traditional store, but they have offices where you can go meet them in person and see some of their merchandise), the quality is in a completely different league from the huge, commercial online vendors like Blue Nile. Not to be cliche (although I will be), Adiamor was my diamond in the rough and I could not be more grateful that I happened to come across their website. They made the slow and sometimes frustrating process of diamond shopping as easy as it could possibly be with a very nice personal touch that has made me a customer for life!

hey require the billing address to be identical to the shipping address. The manager stated that this was a "common policy" but never in my life have I seen this. What if a mother wants to send a gift to her daughter who lives halfway across the country? It's even more infuriating that the website allows you to put in a different shipping and billing address. Other jewelers carry the exact same things, so if you can avoid them to avoid having to deal with their obscenely bad customer service, I highly recommend you do it.

She also ensured us that they could engrave it to our liking as well. We had a short deadline since we had a destination wedding but they assured us that they could get it done within a month.
