ole crazy event seem manageable and organized, and allowed us to solidify the schedule of our wedding day quite precisely. Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, she helped us plan seating arrangements, procession order, and worked with our caterers (ArtQuest Catering) to organize their role within the schedule. Over a week before the wedding she sent us a to-the minute timeline of the day, and worked with us as we tweaked it right up until the day before. Despite being, as I mentioned, our day-of-coordinator, Ashley literally ran our rehearsal session the day before the wedding. She was on site before we arrived, took us through every step of the ceremony schedule, made sure everyone knew what they were responsible for, coached us our walking speed, asked pertinent questions, etc. On the day of the wedding, she seemed to be everywhere at once, managing what was a pretty complicated, orchestral event. We were not the easiest clients- our wedding was packed with a ton of tiny specific events, like surprise serenades, and a very short window for sunset photos, and a rock performance that included the bride and groom. Ashely was there through it all making sure we knew where we were headed next, that we were on time, and properly hydrated. Seriously, we were super stressed planning for this wedding, but on the day it happened everything went so smoothly and that was in large part to the care and precision and professionalism that Ashley brought to her work coordinating the day. Thanks for making our wedding day easy and worry-free and fabulous.

Leading up to the wedding Ashley was always prompt and willing to hold meetings in-person or by phone whenever we desired, even as wedding season ramped up. The day of our American wedding (our larger wedding) Ashley stayed calm and made sure we stuck to the timeline. Even when we fell a little off track she would allow us a small time cushion and then put us back on track. Ashley was always communicating with vendors and key guests to make sure things continued moving forward smoothly. Both of our wedding ceremonies were very cohesive, elegant, and warm, and turned out just as we had hoped due to Ashley’s expertise.

Ashley quickly got us on track, guided us toward a caterer who was a perfect match and created a timeline to help us get multiple tasks done on deadline. She took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders, which allowed my fiancé and me to focus on each other in the weeks leading up to our marriage. She provided seamless day-of coordination that made everything look and feel perfect. Our wedding day was beautiful and fun, and would not have been possible without Ashley's skillful and discrete handling of deliveries, set ups, decor and a quick change into a wedding gown that was kept as a secret from my groom. We are very happy that we hired her.

She went beyond the contract and stayed super engaging and responsive for a good couple of weeks leading up to the wedding. I thought I could stay on top of things and go without a wedding planner for the day of. As things started to pile on quickly with about six months to go, we decided to look into wedding planners for the day of coordination. I looked all over yelp and the knot and narrowed our selection down to about fifteen choices. I emailed all of the potential wedding planners and Ashley was the first to respond. I thought it was a good sign that she emailed me back within a couple hours and was very organized and kind from the beginning. Within the week we met for coffee where she provided me with a couple samples of day of schedules and floor plans for some of the venues she has worked at before. Not only was she organized but also kind and a very calming presence so it was just nice to talk to her about wedding details. From the start I was super impressed. Then two months prior to the wedding Ashley met us at the venue for a walk through and listened to all our ideas and even gave some tips of her own on things I had not even thought about. After finalizing the day of schedule together she sent it to all our vendors and basically coordinated with all vendors a couple weeks before. It was very relaxing to have her.. She went above and beyond as a day of coordinator. Now lets get to the day of our wedding. We’ve heard from so many of our guests that the wedding was the most organized and elegant event they’ve been to and that the décor truly captured our love and style as a couple. This vision was not possible without Ashley. She showed up at the rehearsal the night before and handed out schedules to all bridal party and family members involved and organized a flawless rehearsal. Then on the morning of she text all of the wedding party reminders about when and where they needed to be. She even text me the sweetest message about this being my special day with a reminder that my hair and make up team would show up at 8 am. Throughout the day while I drank champagne and got ready with my bridesmaids Ashley would pop in and give me a casual and relaxed update. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed and she is a big part of the reason why. She worked flawlessly with all vendors and organized the entire event perfectly. The entire day flowed so smoothly and she even at the end of the night she helped to pack my mom’s car with all the gifts and remaining décor to take home. Second to my groom Nick, Ashley was the second most important person at our wedding. I would highly recommend her without question to any couple planning a wedding! Oh and make a wedding binder ☺

I met with her about 2-3 times, explained by vision of my dream wedding and she was super responsible providing timeline, suggestions, contacting vendors, coordinating set up with the venue a few weeks before the wedding, in other words making sure everything run perfect for the day off. BEST PART... I did not worry at all the Day Off the wedding! She had it all covered, I was able to enjoy our wedding, decoration was set perfectly, all vendors were on time, she was even able to provide the final envelopes with payments to vendors so I didn't even have to worry about that. Ashley brought her assistance and they both made our day incredibly beautiful. Adore Wedding design team were polite and nice to our guest and I just want to THANK Ashley and her assistance for her services.
