ole crazy event seem manageable and organized, and allowed us to solidify the schedule of our wedding day quite precisely. Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, she helped us plan seating arrangements, procession order, and worked with our caterers (ArtQuest Catering) to organize their role within the schedule. Over a week before the wedding she sent us a to-the minute timeline of the day, and worked with us as we tweaked it right up until the day before.
Despite being, as I mentioned, our day-of-coordinator, Ashley literally ran our rehearsal session the day before the wedding. She was on site before we arrived, took us through every step of the ceremony schedule, made sure everyone knew what they were responsible for, coached us our walking speed, asked pertinent questions, etc.
On the day of the wedding, she seemed to be everywhere at once, managing what was a pretty complicated, orchestral event. We were not the easiest clients- our wedding was packed with a ton of tiny specific events, like surprise serenades, and a very short window for sunset photos, and a rock performance that included the bride and groom. Ashely was there through it all making sure we knew where we were headed next, that we were on time, and properly hydrated. Seriously, we were super stressed planning for this wedding, but on the day it happened everything went so smoothly and that was in large part to the care and precision and professionalism that Ashley brought to her work coordinating the day.
