Owner Meghan has been passionately contributing to weddings in North Carolina for four years and prides herself in having worn all different hats in the wedding world. Previous to this, Meghan enjoyed being a part of and bringing to life weddings and events for 3 years in Nebraska. Now, returned to Lincoln, Nebraska, Meghan's planning style continues to prioritize the authenticity and preferences of its to-be-weds to create celebrations that reflect their most precious relationships.

We really enjoyed having Adoria Events as our full wedding planner. She made the day of stress-free because her and her assistant handled everything. She kept us organized for the year leading up to the event and was especially helpful in helping us find and coordinate with our vendors since we were planning from across the country. I wanted to be involved and she always made time for calls and listened to my input.
We hired Meghan and Brianna for our wedding on May 6th and knew immediately it was the right choice for us. We got so many compliments from our guests, parents and other vendors about how wonderful they were during planning and on the day of our wedding. I don’t have enough good things to say!
I cannot overstate how thankful we are for Adoria Events. Meghan and her team were incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and dedicated to making our day feel exactly how we wanted. As a bride, the sense of relief I felt knowing that they were in control was such a blessing. They are experts at vendor communication, and they flawlessly handled any issues that came up leading up to the wedding. My husband and I were able to focus on soaking up all of our day, which is something SO many couples do not get the freedom to do! For a team who sees tons of weddings every year, they truly make you feel like you and your partner are special and have their undivided attention.
I don’t even know where to begin, Adoria Events is the best wedding planning company I could have dreamed of! Our planner Meghan was on top of it all, she did everything I asked of her and more! She is so kind and such a easy person to talk to, the planning process went so smoothly with her help! Any questions no matter how big or small I thought they were she answered them almost instantly and with nothing but positivity and professionalism, if I needed someone to help with any ideas I had she was my go to for it. I needed help making mine and my now husband’s wedding everything we dreamed of and she definitely did that and so much more!

If you are getting married in North Carolina, Meghan and Brianna are the team for you! Adoria Events was my vendor for day of coordinator. Meghan and Brianna are the dream team you'd want on your big day. During our meetings about the timeline, vendors, etc of how the wedding will look like, Meghan offered great support and suggestions when we needed help. Our venue was the Barn at Reynolda. When Brianna and myself met with our contact at Reynolda to go over logistics, they had already had such a positive and strong relationship. This made me feel even more excited for my day because if anything happened, both women were on the same page and had a great relationship. I literally cannot recommend them enough. Anyone who I know is getting married I will send them Adoria Events info.
Meghan took a load off our shoulders. She and her team, Brianna and Amanda, were amazing! We hired Meghan to coordinate our wedding and she went above and beyond to help ease any concerns or answer questions we had. We were able to relax and enjoy the day and didn’t worry about a thing since she had it all under control. Amanda and Brianna coordinated day-off and saw to it that we got some time away to eat! :) We couldn’t ask for a more professional and kind wedding planning team to work with.
If I could only use a few words to describe Meghan and her team- it would be “above and beyond” We hired Meghan when we realized planning on our own was too big of a task and we were struggling to come up with ideas that were creative and that we hadn’t seen before. I’m a type-A person and it’s hard for me to trust and let go, but Meghan’s instincts were always spot on and even when I questioned choices I would have never thought to make, Meghan came through with her knowledge and experience to show us the right path. Getting engaged was one of the most exciting moments of my life, and when it was followed by immediate stress from planning, Meghan and her team grabbed the reins and assured us that we were right on schedule and doing everything right. She used a timeline and website that helped us understand before we started where we’d be every step of the way. We were actually done planning early and got to spend the weeks leading up to our wedding relaxing with our family and friends. When they had questions, we directed them to Meghan and her team, which took a weight off my shoulders and my parents shoulders. She did such an amazing job not only making the event entertaining, but also infused our style and personalities through our seating chart, music selection, it was just all so thought out.
I can’t say that if we had hired anyone else, we’d be able to say the same thing. To top off her praises, her assistant Brianna was clearly picked with care- she danced with us, celebrated the night and when I spilled wine on my dress, used some magic concoction to get the stain out before anyone noticed. Meghan and her team are kind, attentive and the best concierge for guests- we received compliments on them the whole night. We developed a lasting friendship with them and can never say thank you enough. We can’t wait to get our photos back to show how stunning she made it.
Finding the words to leave a positive enough review of Meghan and her team is simply an impossibility. I hired Meghan for full-service planning and she not only delivered but excelled in every way I could have imagined. I was an indecisive and very busy bride so I let Meghan take a lot of the control and decision-making off of me. Meghan went above and beyond to help make every step of the process as stress-free as possible.
Meghan and her team infused their style into the design of our day in a way that felt like me but even more elevated and elegant. Even better was that I had no stress on the days leading up to or the day of. The timeline was set, newsletters were sent to the bridal party, and all I needed to worry about was arriving. Meghan and her team did such a wonderful job managing the wedding, that if anything happened I certainly didn't know. There is not a thing I would change about our day or the team I chose to make it happen.
Lastly, I can say that everyone on Meghan's team is kind and eager to help. Meghan especially is just so warm and kept the planning process on track regardless of all the crazy that was thrown at us. She handled drama and crazy family requests with ease and grace. When you hire Adoria Events, you not only get a planner but you get an advocate and a friend before, during, and after your event.
Initially, I believed that I could handle wedding planning, but like many of you, I quickly realized that it just was not possible. When I began searching for a wedding planner and coordinator, I focused on finding someone who could plan our dream wedding and also be someone that I could trust to be "in my corner."

Planning my wedding with Meghan was one of the best decisions I made; she stood by me in times where the wedding - as expected - brought out the worst in people, she worked miracles when things fell through, and she effortlessly carried the weight when I was stressed.
Our Wedding Day was absolutely perfect; the transition of events went smoothly and we were able to enjoy every moment of our special day without being rushed or overwhelmed! The communication with vendors, setup and design, handling bridal/groom parties and family, etc. by Adoria Events was both professional and kind. Even our guests complimented us on how wonderful the wedding was and how it was an unforgettable experience!

Meghan handled the wedding with complete professionalism. Everyone told us this was the best wedding. Being that this was a destination wedding the sense of comfort that she gave us was so appreciated.
The venue, rentals, food and schedule were all handled to perfection.
We loved working with Meghan from Adoria Aimer!! She was thorough in her pre-planning and responsive in communication throughout the process! She went out of her way to make things perfect, thought of everything, and created such a beautiful space to celebrate. We definitely recommend!!
We booked Meghan as our wedding coordinator. We wanted a pro to take over to avoid burn out and stress.We finally had our big day and Meghan was there with us every step and was a dream. She made this amazing and stunning but clean moodboard. She ran through every detail and made sure everyone felt cared for. From having a kit of everything that you could possibly need, to perfecting every centerpiece with our florist, she really knew what to do. Our timeline was perfect and executed down to the second it felt like, when if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have been able to keep track of where I was supposed to be. Everything went so smooth. And she even sent us off with a box of leftovers for later that night. The details tied into every part of our day. Thanks to Meghan, what I thought would stress me out because I work full time, was so simple and absolutely perfect. You need her!!!
