We chose a venue at an industrial-chic art warehouse. Due to the large, open space, we had to plan everything from scratch. Phoebe from AE Events helped us pick out vendors and stay true to our vision, all while staying within budget and on schedule! She found creative ways to incorporate personal touches we wanted to our wedding - from having the family dog be a part of the celebration to having a unity tree ceremony to adding childhood photos to each of our dinner tables! She made a stressful process so easy for us - come our wedding week, I got multiple compliments about how relaxed I was... but it was all because of Phoebe and her team at AE Events! We were so incredibly impressed with what they put together in the span of 2 short months. Immediately after the first meeting, Phoebe inquired about the availability of the venue we wanted and started planning. We had weekly checkins with Amy, Karen, and Phoebe, and they really helped narrow down/pull together the scattered ideas we had. The team helped work through difficult budgeting obstacles, and in the end, we felt NOTHING was lacking. AE knew exactly what we could take out and what was absolutely necessary to make the event special. It was incredibly difficult to fill such a huge space like the MFA, and AE did it so effortlessly! Most of all, we were so so so impressed with the execution and day of coordination. Everything was seamless, and so many guests complimented us on the professionalism and helpfulness of the event coordinating team. I was already so nervous about everything, but the emotional support that Karen and Amy provided day of was beyond what I could've imagined. I truly felt that I just showed up, and got to enjoy the party with all of our guests. Thank you so much AE!

Throughout the planning process she masterfully guided us through wedding decisions and made each choice fun, collaborative, and stress-free. The days leading up to the event and our actual wedding day could not have been more perfectly orchestrated and our guests are still messaging us weeks later about what a magical evening it was. From our first zoom call with Amy Goldberg, we knew we were in great hands with AE Events, but they continued to blow us away at each and every wedding planning stage.
