AGENDA: USA

usting our plans with rain. Would recommend!

on the shuttles and were able to retrieve them with no issues. I'm sure our group was a pain (to put it mildly) and Agenda gracefully got everyone around safely. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend them to anyone!

ell us what vehicles they still had left and provided clear pricing. Their quick communication really put us at ease! We even changed our pick up time by 30 min a week before our wedding and they were able to accommodate us. On the day of our wedding our driver was so kind and a total professional! We took photos at Nelson Atkins Museum, and he knew the best spot to drop us off and pick us up to maximize time. Everything went so smoothly and everyone on their team was so great to work with, we would definitely use Agenda’s transportation services again!

es and they were so accommodating. We had multiple buses going to and from the venue from 2 different hotels and they got everyone on time to the ceremony. The buses were very nice and clean. We definitely recommend this company for your wedding!

ivers were all very kind and professional, while the shuttles were immaculately clean. We had numerous compliments on how wonderful they were. We couldn’t have asked for a better transportation partner!

g. Everyone loved the idea of the shuttle too!

h our crew!

tions of shuttle buses, SUVs, or limos. They were absolutely wonderful!

! Thank you so much!

nd pretty rowdy, wedding party very well! Agenda's bus provided more than enough space with music hook ups, and was very clean. We would use them again for a Kansas City tour, pub crawl, or anything else that requires transportation.

e we are VIPs as we drove around the city for photos - even playing "Sweet Caroline" for our two sweet four-year-olds on the bus! We wanted to feel safe and taken care of and they achieved that all along the way.

n cars throughout our day. They were helpful, professional, easy to work with and on time! We would recommend working with Agenda:USA for your wedding day transportation!

h driver was very friendly and accommodating to the group. The mini coach was clean and looked discrete and classy in pictures. The end of the evening driver was also very pleasant and patient - because we were slow. AgendaUSA is professional and respects customers. We were very happy with their service.

get-ready location to the church to the reception venue, all approximately 20 minutes from each other. They also provided a luxury sedan to transport the bride and groom from the reception to their hotel. Mary and Lindsey were great to work with and very responsive to our needs and changes along the way. Drivers were professional, courteous and early for their scheduled arrival.

e this company after what happened to me today. I was merging onto the highway and there were two lanes that were merging onto interstate 35. I was in the right lane and the driver was in the left. As we were driving to merge the driver of the shuttle van refused to let me merge and continued to speed up and ran me off of the road onto the shoulder until another driver let me over. This was completely intentional. I kept trying to accelerate to get over as there was another car in front of the shuttle as well, this man continued to speed up and even made hand gestures at me refusing to let me in. I was on the phone with my fiance when this happened and the driver put his hand up to his face insinuating that he was not letting me merge due to me being on my phone. I don't understand why that would result in that type of behavior. It is not illegal to talk on your phone while driving in the State of Kansas. Needless to say I was furious that a company driver for a transportation service would drive like this. After I got his license plate and called the company the man even persisted to honk his horn at me after I looked over at him. I called and spoke with a representative who was very sweet and helpful and she told me she would have her manager call me back. Bruce called back promptly. I would have given this company 2 stars if Bruce had not down played the chain of events and taken an appropriate course of action in dealing with this incident. Instead of apologizing for his employee's dangerous behavior he instead insisted on telling me that "it is the law and he has the right away" to do so. He watched the driving footage and then began to tell me that the driver did not drive me off the road. Sure, he did not drive me off into a ditch, but he purposefully did not let me over while my lane was ending drove me off into the shoulder until another drive would let me over. After defending his driver, Bruce said he would sit down and speak with him and tell him to be more "polite" while driving and let people merge. I advised Bruce that this is not about politeness, but safety and common courtesy not only when you are driving, but representing a company. This man drove aggressively and dangerously. While Bruce was kind in his tone on the phone, I don't think he took this matter seriously as the only course of action he was going to take was to tell the driver to be more "polite." This is why I am giving this company 1 star.

time, flexible, professional and nice. Thank you for your service.

up needing to provide transportation for all our hotel guests, and transportation for the rehearsal dinner the night before), and every single time Agenda was so accommodating and so unbelievably helpful. They basically were like a second wedding coordinator for me. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and my wedding. Truly, it would not have been the amazingness that it was without them Bonus: Our end-of-the-night driver let our guests tie beer cans to the bumper (my husband is a brewer, so it was extra special to do that for us), and he gave us a bottle of champagne. So sweet!!

Lemon who made sure everything went flawlessly. The drivers were very professional. Thank you for making this part of the evening run so smoothly.

nted. Ms. Mary Lemon assisted in taking care of my details. She was prompt with her responses and aided in every detail. On the day of our first transportation run, I was sent an email with the contact information as well as a photo of the driver. Mr. Joe Lynch felt like family. He was professional and courteous to my family and friends. He was quick to respond when our times changed and made sure we were all gathered before taking off. A huge THANK YOU to the Agenda USA team! They made sure my Big Day was a success!

ding transportation on 11.11.17. The bus arrived late, and when the bus did get there, it reeked of vomit (which our guests commented on during and after the bus ride). The bus driver was unfriendly and rude (his name was Roger for anyone that cares). I directed this complaint to Buster.com as the entire experience was supbar at best and I get to find out that they're blaming the puke on my wedding? The first issue with that is the fact that the smell was there BEFORE we got onto the bus, and I immedietly notfied Buster.com of the issue. Instead we're being told that it was caused by us, even though we have 25 people who can vouch that the vomit smell was already there while we got onto the bus and no one vomitted during our trip. I completly do not recommend this company for any transportation needs as clearly their goal is to redirect blame instead of owning up to it.

to and from the church to the reception. They were always on time and so easy to work with. We dealt with Mary for booking and she was so on top of it. All their vehicles were clean, had AC and friendly drivers. Agenda did not have a trolley so we used a different company for the bridal party, however, the day before the wedding, the trolly company canceled. We called Agenda and they easily got us transportation for the bridal party. They saved us! I highly recommend this company.

ake for pictures, all the way to Leawood for the ceremony, and back to the Plaza for the reception. We made the reservation, and all was set up. It really was so EASY and the driver showed up promptly, was super professional, and the whole experience was seamless. Not to mention, it was way more affordable than the trolleys or most other bus companies too! I would highly recommend Agenda USA for all of your wedding transportation needs!

iles, but Dawn at Agenda is the best! She helped organize the various trips and was always super-helpful and responsive to me, both in email and on the phone. The prices were very reasonable, too. THANK YOU so much, Dawn and Agenda, for making head stop spinning during the planning stages and for taking care of my most precious assets - my friends and family ! You made my day the BEST EVER!

nal and took care of my guests and my bridal party. Every time I called to make changes they made sure that I was getting the best deal and even made a few suggestions on different options in their fleet to save us some money. If you're in the KC area - this is the transportation company you need to use for all your wedding needs.

she worked with us to get what we wanted!
