A few weeks out I handed over my planning PowerPoint and she DELIVERED! She understood our vision for the day and took care of every detail with a smile on her face. I wish I could add pictures to my review because the end result was so beautiful! Leading up to the wedding, my mom was convinced she would need several hours to go to the venue the morning of the wedding to make sure everything was going as planned. After meeting Alexa, she felt comfortable enough to completely skip going to the venue the morning of and instead got to spend the whole morning hanging out and relaxing with me. On the day of, Alexa and her assistants, Allie and Jenna, arrived early and ensured the whole day moved along according to plan. If anyone had questions about the day, they stepped in with answers and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Later in the night, there was an issue with our transportation shuttle not showing up for guests. One of our guests brought it to Alexa’s attention, she cleared up the miscommunication, and the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. But the best part is that I had no idea anything was even wrong! (Someone told me about it a few days later) I’m realistic enough to know that there were probably things that went wrong on our wedding day, but because we had the dream team taking care of anything and everything, all I remember is a perfect day! My husband and I were able to just show up, have fun, and get married!!! Knowing that we were able to spend the day soaking up every minute rather than worrying about details is PRICELESS!

We began working with Ali about 2 months out, and she immediately relieved so much stress of vendor timeline and logistics questions, including handling one particularly thorny issue. Once she took over, I didn't hear a peep from my vendors, which allowed us to just focus on enjoying the time leading up to the wedding rather than stressing about all the details! Ali and Aisle and Co also personally know many of the Columbus vendors from working together many times, and it just clearly makes the process so much smoother. Ali's warm personality combined with her attention to detail, and confident+calm demeanor made me so relaxed on the actual wedding day. Having that trust she had it all handled and would figure it out allowed us to just really soak up every moment instead of stressing. Even including when the bus got a little lost, and when the best man accidentally ingested a food he is allergic too - she handled all of it with ease. A number of my bridesmaids separately commented to me on how amazing of a job Ali did. Comments were: "If she didn't have an answer immediately, the response was 'let me go figure that out and get back to you' not 'oh you can go ask this person,'" as well as "She kept us totally on track in the nicest way possible - is she available to run my life on a day to day basis?" Finally - with Aisle and Co you will have someone there with you from the beginning of the day through the end of the night. They even brought all the small decor items, etc back to my house at the end of the night, which was incredibly helpful.

and her team were available for every little question I had, and even jumped in to support when our original church we had our ceremony booked at had to cancel our ceremony due to double-booking ceremonies at the same time - with an amazing recommendation for a new church for our ceremony. If it wasn't for her knowledge of churches and ceremony times - we wouldn't have been able to quickly pivot to a new plan. Fast forward to when we were assigned our day of coordinator, Lexxie - WOW. She came so prepared with questions and answers for everything. Lexxie jumped in and quickly took over all communication with our vendors, and finalized our little details for day of paper printing. She is one of the sweetest humans I have ever met! On our wedding day, Lexxie was there bright and early with coffee and bagels, and consistently keeping me updated with things - from staying on time, to what would be happening next. She was also available for my parents, and my fiancé's parents too! Without her amazing timeline that she created for us, we would have been lost. She built in buffer time for each event, that allowed for me to really enjoy the day with my family and friends - even all of our vendors complimented how amazing it was that things didn't feel rushed, and that we just all truly had time to hang out before the day really got going with First Looks + ceremony. One other thing I want to highlight that speaks volumes to the customer and client service level of Aisle & Co - the week of the wedding I decided to order light up LED sticks for dancing from Amazon. On the day of the wedding, I got a notification that they wouldn't be delivered until 7 PM. Dancing was planned to start at 8 PM. I mentioned this to Lexxie, and she ensured me that they would grab the package off my porch, and get them there in time for dancing - and man did they deliver. Lexxie and team showed up right on time with the LED sticks, and guests were SO excited to dance with them! I truly cannot thank Lexxie enough for how perfect she made our day. She truly is the sweetest gal I've ever met, and everyone would be SO LUCKY to have her and the Aisle & Co ladies on their vendor team. HIRE THEM! You won't regret it!

Natasha was always super responsive when we needed suggestions on things and her and her team went above and beyond with all of the 2020 wedding chaos. Her and her team helped reach out to vendors and figure out what the best choice for us was. Ultimately we decided to have a small intimate wedding in 2020 and postpone the large ceremony and reception to 2021 so we got to have Aisle & Co by our side for both! For both dates we got the pleasure of working with Ali and we were so happy! We love her!! She did an incredible job with answering all of my questions, being a sounding board, coming up with an amazing schedule for our wedding day in 2021 and answering countless calls and emails from me. She went above and beyond for us and helped make both wedding dates feel incredibly specials! In 2021 all of our guests were blown away with her organization and how flawless the day went and that was very much due to the Aisle & Co team and our head planner Ali! I cannot say enough about Ali and all she did for us! She made our wedding day so perfect and we cannot thank her enough! If you are looking for a planner book Aisle & Co! She was personable, organized, attentive, professionally and tactfully handled all kinds of personalities on the day of, and on top of it all, she was so much fun. Shoe breaks minutes before you walk down the aisle? Diana is there with superglue and a pep talk to cure your anxiety. Gifts, candles, card box needs brought back to your house at midnight? Ashley’s on it! A tux button falls off? They have a sewing kit and they’ll fix it right then and there. Like many husbands, mine was questioning the need for a coordinator and now after the wedding, he’s turned into Ashley + Aisle&Co’s biggest fan. My goal for the day that I told Natasha on our initial call was “I don’t want my family or friends to have to worry about anything except having fun” and they delivered. I can’t recommend their team enough.

At the end of the night, they gathered all of our decor, gifts, etc and dropped it off back at my home. I would highly recommend Aisle & Co to anybody planning a wedding in or around Columbus. They are well worth it, and we would not have had as amazing of a day without them!

h expectations): I am a very Type-A personality and super creative. I like detailed plans, prefer collaborative communication, and love organization. Planning my wedding was a breeze and I enjoyed every part of the process that I owned. To that: Day-of-Services were absolutely amazing!!! I was not stressed once because Natasha and her assistant Diana had EVERYTHING handled. Natasha was super helpful during the pre-ceremony events. She came over to the house while the girls got ready to help steam dresses and make sure everything was ready to go. While we were hiding at the event space, she constantly checked in with us, making sure we had drinks and guiding us along. She made sure the timeline was met and every little detail was in place. They took care of setting up the room and tearing it down. Absolutely perfectly executing my vision. The next morning I had everything back at my house. And that was just such a wonderful feeling - to wake up and have everything taken care of. I could go on and on about how amazing they were on our wedding day. The only feedback I have for brides considering Aisle & Co for Month-of-Services - if you are Type A like me (and have most of the details handled) you should maybe only consider Day-Of-Services. My Reason: Natasha has a lot of full-service clients and we felt a little bit like we were lower priority -- we felt communication was lacking leading up to the wedding and following. Due to COVID - I replanned my whole wedding (a small ceremony on NYE) a month before and I didn't feel super supported with the re-planning part. I would check in to get meetings scheduled (timeline + walkthrough). I sent detailed emails with timelines I created, and I would follow up to make sure this was all communicated to vendors. This part made the process a bit stressful (not the replanning part but managing the person we thought was to manage it all). And now we are canceling our big reception that was to follow (in April) and haven't seen much support/or communication there. I think this is all around expectation setting. We thought we were getting one thing (per sales conversations and outlined in the proposal) and if it was clear the cadence of communication and support (or what was not to be supported), I would have totally been cool to own it all. That said, in summary: Day-of-Services absolutely blew us away!!! Our wedding would not have been what is was without them. They played a crucial part in executing everything and making sure we were taken care of. Month-of-Services didn't meet our expectations.

Sure, I would've figured it out but having Ali there allowed me to truly ENJOY myself. She spear headed our rehearsal, she picked up breakfast for us the day of, she got me a beer whenever I felt stressed (duh), she calmed me down when I felt overwhelmed, she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, she let me vent my frustrations about COVID and she was there to support me and Jeremy on our wedding day so that we could fully enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about little things. But above all she was such a pleasure to be around, always smiling and making sure things were running smoothly. And that's exactly why we booked Aisle & Co. Because we wanted to be stress free the day of our wedding but what we got so much more than that. Your wedding day is such a whirlwind that I don't think I could ever properly thank Natasha and her team (Ali specifically) for all that they did for us. last March, I was coming off of the loss of my mother, and then got engaged a month and a half later. My mind was spinning and I was not sure where to begin so I started to look into a coordinator. Turns out, Natasha was coming off of the loss of her mother herself. We instantly clicked and I knew right away I needed her help. Although I only booked month-of coordination, she has literally been there for me every step of the way. My wedding (as of right now, providing COVID-19 doesn't get in the way) is scheduled for June 6th. She offered to even meet with me in person back in October just to ease my stress (which was not even part of my contract I booked for). She even came with me to meet with my florist (also not a part of the contract I booked for). She is so knowledgeable about the industry that if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have even known that the person I worked with at my florist when I initially booked them, was no longer with the company! She is so willing to go above and beyond regardless of her hectic schedule to make sure others are taken care of first. I have recommended her to all my friends that have gotten engaged after me and they have thanked me immensely for my advice. While wedding planning is stressful for every bride, this virus has added even more fuel to the fire, and Natasha has done the very best to put myself (and I am sure many others) much more at ease. I have so much admiration for everything she does, and I am even kicking myself now that I did not even book her for full-service. Without her assistance and calming manner, I do not know what I would do without her and her team. Don't walk, RUN to book her and her team for your wedding!!

It was helpful to hear a professional verify you're on the right path when we were a month out. 2) Having a coordinator who was experienced present on the day of our wedding legitimately SAVED our day in multiple ways. It ended up pouring harder than I've ever seen in October, and Courtney navigated the changes that day required with ease! I never once felt stressed because she had it all handled on the back end for me. 3) My husband and I felt so taken care of and attended to on our special day. Courtney was always checking in with us to see how we were doing, what we needed, and letting us know what came next. It was beyond helpful to have her there checking in on us since you tend to get lost in the madness! Courtney also drove around our car and packed it up the next morning after bringing us coffee and we were SO thankful for that! 4) The only suggestion I have for future brides considering the Month-Of package during peak wedding season months (October being one of, if not 'thee' most popular) is to consider what type of support you need. There are a lot of "full service" brides in the fall and therefore, in priority levels, we felt a bit lower on the totem poll. It made the "pre-wedding" month of process very stressful for us. We didn't get as much returned communication as we were hoping throughout the "month-of" portion, even though we were reaching out with questions or updates on where we were in the process. I'm aware "Day-Of" coordinators don't really exist (your planner needs to know all your details BEFORE the day to make it run smoothly!), but this is more what we'd ultimately consider our experience with Aisle & Co. If I would have known this in advance (or at least that we were at the tail end of the month and should not expect a lot of communication until the week of our wedding), I truly believe it would have taken a lot of the stress and confusion off the weeks leading up to our day. HOWEVER: I can't stress this enough: our day would have NOT gone as smoothly and our family would have carried a huge burden if it weren't for having an experienced coordinator present! And for that, I can't recommend Aisle & Co. enough!!

I was on the fence about hiring a planner to begin with, but when I talked to Natasha on the phone for the first time (and she was already spitting out ideas for my fall wedding), I knew having her help was going to SAVE me (and my sanity). I mostly needed help with picking my vendors, because I couldn’t meet with all of them myself and I needed help staying within the budget. I also just needed someone who had worked with these vendors before, and trusted them. So Natasha helped me pick all of my vendors, and helped with month of coordination. Not only were all of the vendors Natasha recommended freaking amazing, but the month of coordination was truly the life saver. Starting about a month out from the wedding, she took over. Her and Rebecca put together a detailed timeline for day of, and worked with all my vendors so they knew when to show up, where to go, etc. Natasha helped give life to all of my Pinterest ideas, and designed an elegant reception with all the small details I could have never come up with on my own. She has an eye for design, and such a passion for what she does. She also cares so much about her clients, so she’ll literally do whatever it takes to make your dream wedding a reality. And on wedding day, she absolutely KILLED.IT. From steaming dresses, picking up the flowers, keeping us on time, setting up the venue, coordinating with the vendors, even checking on the bridal party during pictures, everything, I mean everything, went so smoothly. I am sure there were hiccups sometime during the day, but I had NO clue what they were because Natasha and Rebecca had it handled. They took the stress of all of those last minute things that could possibly go wrong off of my plate and made sure that my husband and I had the best day. It was without a doubt the BEST day of our lives, and literally, could not have done it without Natasha and Rebecca. I will never be able to express my gratitude – THANK YOU BOTH!!! To anyone that is on the fence, I PROMISE that having Natasha and her team be a part of your day will be the best decision you ever make!!

had never had a big event before. The month before the wedding, and even the few days leading up to it, I had basically no stress. They took care of everything! Natasha even came all the way out to the farm for our rehearsal. But the day of the wedding was really where they blew us away. I was on cruise control and seriously don’t know what I would have done without Natasha and Rebecca. Their real magic came when a giant storm rolled in, pouring rain onto and into our tent, with a wind that literally lifted the 3 ft metal tent poles out of the ground, almost taking the tent flying across the field. I obviously thought our wedding was ruined and we were going to spend the rest of the night in the hospital. I knew I didn't need a full service wedding planner, but I had a vision and wanted more than just a day of planner to help me make that come to life. The Aisle & Co "Design + Day Of" was the perfect package for me. Throughout the next 9 months Natasha and her team were 100% there for me and all of my wedding needs. I know that I tend to be a little OCD about needing to know every little detail and Natasha was great at continuing to communicate with me and ensure I was in the loop on all the plans. Beyond being a boss wedding coordinator, she also has an amazing design eye. I had a tighter design budget that I would have liked, but Natasha helped me figure out special details that would make a big impact to still make the space and the evening feel like ours, I loved EVERYTHING she brought to the event. Finally, Natasha has by far the most calming and easy going attitude that I have ever worked with. I had a coordinator that came with our event space as well who had somewhat of a difficult personality. Natasha didn't get frustrated, listened, was patient, and in the end figured out how to work with a difficult personality to still make my dreams come true. As for the actual event, there is not one single thing I would change. I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect from a bigger wedding in a space I wasn't too keen on from the beginning and it exceed ed all of my expectations, it was MAGICAL. Last thing, Natasha has a team of warriors ready for you on your wedding day. She swoops in with an entire crew that will make sure every single detail is taken care of. Courtney was truly amazing, from picking up items for the dessert bar, setting up the dessert bar, steaming my dress and veil, setting up and tearing down everything, making sure cards and gifts were secured, helping during photographs, making sure I ate and had water, helping the venue get the bonfire going when there were issues, and saving my floral centerpieces when the colors were wrong (and ran to the store to buy replacements to fix every single one!). I am so thankful for Courtney and everything she did to make our day special and exactly as I envisioned!

I didn't feel hardly any stress at all because I knew that Courtney and her team had our back. When Panera screwed up our lunch order, when my husband realized that the pockets in his suit were still sewed together, when we started to run low on liquor, Courtney solved the problems flawlessly. Besides being a problem solver, Courtney and the Aisle & Co team also made our venue decor look breathtakingly gorgeous. When we walked in the venue, I was blown away. And of course, they did tear down and packed my mom's car up so at the end of the night, she could leave worry free. All in all, this was one of the best choices we made venor wise. he month of... they reached out to all vendors and created a VERY detailed timeline. The day of.... wow! They literally did EVERYTHING. From steaming my dress and the bridesmaids dresses, to setting up the venue, to taking gifts/leftover cake/decor back to our hotel room after the wedding, passing out our tips to vendors, to coordinating our entire ceremony and keeping everything on track, to cleaning up the venue afterwards, and they even went to the store to get eyelash glue when one of my lashes fell off! They made sure my mom always had a drink in hand. My mom was so worried she wouldn’t be able to relax and have a good time ..but she was able to be on the dance floor all night long with my dad thanks to these ladies handling everything. I honestly don’t know what I would of done the day of without them. We wouldn’t of been able to enjoy our wedding nearly as much without all of their help. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work! It does not go unnoticed!

As an out of town bride, she made my life less stressful by attending meetings with my mom and choosing design options when I could not be in town. We had an issue with one of our vendors and Kate handled it fabulously, resolved the issue, and kept me out of the loop so that I didn't have to stress about it on my wedding night. I honestly cannot imagine the ceremony and reception without Kate there, she handled absolutely all of the behind the scenes work and it all came together beautifully. She took care of all the loading up of our items at the end, and even dropped it all off in our garage so that the whole evening was as worry-free as possible. She's also super cool and down to earth which made working with her the weeks leading up to the wedding a breeze! We are in the process of moving and my husband has joked around several times since the wedding that he wishes we could have Kate work for us full time. I can't stress enough how helpful Kate was, particularly the night of the wedding and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and my only regret is not hiring her sooner/ for more of the planning process! I can't thank Kate enough, and the cost is insanely worth it for the knowledge that your night will be well executed and worry free. If you are debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator (as I was) the answer is a hard YES and Aisle & Co. is the only way to go!

hile trying to figure out who to use, but the second we met Natasha we all unanimously knew she was the one we wanted to move forward with. Her software to keep everything organized immediately impressed my parents, and her excitement about my vision and her ideas on how to take my random thoughts and make them a reality impressed me, and her energy and personality really vibed with my now husband. It was definitely a crazy year- Natasha had some extremely sad family circumstances that she was dealing with throughout almost the entirety of our wedding planning. That being said, despite all of that (and it was a lot), she was always willing to answer my texts or calls, provide feedback or recommendations for various vendors I was considering, or even to spend hours (okay, likely actually days) trying to track down a very specific lighting fixture that I had in mind from an inspirational photo I had shown her and wanted to incorporate into the design. As a self-admitted very high-maintenance client who demanded a lot of attention, she provided me with what I needed despite everything going on in her own life. We had a few situations throughout the planning process in which vendors who we were using bailed on things last minute, and Natasha was always able to find a solution, whether it was by calling in a favor with her vast connections in the local wedding community or finding someone else completely who could get the job done quickly. Those are the times when you realize how important having a wedding planner truly is. A huge benefit to working with Natasha is her kickass team who will help out throughout the process behind the scenes. Her number 2, Courtney, is amazing (if Natasha’s not available as she only takes a limited amount of weddings per year- I’d also recommend her any day) and was referred to as the groomsmen at the wedding as a “Boss B” when trying to coordinate everyone for the rehearsal- she gets stuff done. Shayla and Andi are also fabulous with the details and organization. Another large benefit is her rentals—working with her as a planning client gives you access to all of her fabulous goods ranging from bars to LED candles. My wedding day was literally everything I could have imagined and more. Everything ran smoothly (and the things that didn’t were fixed before I found out about them due to Natasha’s quick problem solving). All my vendors commented on how hardworking & diligent she was on the big day from everything from timelines to staging photos to blocking random people from interrupting our first look. Design-wise, she was able to take all my comments throughout the planning process and create an event that was not only visually stunning but also that embodied my husband and I perfectly. I could go on and on about how Natasha made my wedding the best day ever but alas, there are word limits on these things. Take my word for it- if you book Aisle & Co for your wedding, you will not regret it.

The outcome was even better than we hoped for and we can honestly say that if it were not for Natasha and her associates, I am pretty sure the outcome would have been different and certainly not as nice. All of the little details like bringing extra umbrellas (it poured all day), making sure I always had a drink in hand and executing the reception set up/tear down made me feel like I could relax and fully enjoy my wedding! the early planning stage was so well done. We (I am the mom of the bride) really hadn't a clue about event planning nor weddings. Courtney was ready with the right questions such as budget, then options, then ideas. Courtney works hard to create the vision and experience that you want and she has a huge variety of styles to pick and choose from and piece together to create a special wedding day that is unique as you are. She has a large and fabulous network of truly excellent vendors which made putting it all together much easier than I expected. The high quality of expert vendors actually made it tough to choose since they were all very good. Courtney was helpful in coordinating vendor availability, planning vendors' dates around "the date" (and would definitely be smart about helping to plan a wedding day date, its just that we came to her with a date already), and she is very good at kindly identifying what would work and what may not. The reception programming and entertainment, food, and wonderfully creative decor (it was like floating in a winter wonderland with beautiful lighting upon cloud like white draping on the walls- Courtney is super creative!...wasn't me for sure), the entertainment (Josh Stanley Productions) was so great, everyone had fun, and we had an diverse crowd which I thought would make the entertainment very challenging but everyone commented on how fun the entertainment was... (ranged from local to nationwide and international attendees). The service and food was excellent as well as the reception timelines. Courtney is a very hard worker, and she and her crew stays with you for the big day, through the day before rehearsal, details on day of prep, the reception, and after (so the wedding party can just enjoy). Courtney and crew make sure the tear down and return of reception items is done for you, she even made sure the wedding gifts were secure (so envelopes wouldn't "accidentally" go missing), and I was impressed at how she kind of policed everything so as the hosts, my husband and I could just enjoy the wedding and dinner reception. There isn't one thing Courtney didn't anticipate and make sure success! (and there were tons of details) And, this made the stress of wedding planning and hosting almost non - existent. She even helped after the wedding to track down some unofficial photos. She is so experienced and excellent at doing this (wedding planning and implementing the plan) that she has an intuitiveness that is evident throughout. The wedding was a wonderful experience for all. Clearly a fun, and wonderful memory for all (I keep hearing from our guests). We are hoping to have her plan another event for us soon. I would strongly recommend Courtney H and the Aisle team!
