I had a wonderful experience at Alessia’s! Going into bridal appointments, I wasn’t initially expecting to have to pay a booking fee. However, for the incredible service Alessia pr...
ovided, I would have happily paid even more. Unlike bigger boutiques that charge a much higher fee for a low-quality, rushed experience, Alessia makes every penny completely worth it.
Alessia herself was the absolute highlight of the day. Her energy was incredibly positive, welcoming, and so much fun! She is super informative and took the time to slowly walk me through different fabrics, styles, and silhouettes so I actually understood what I was looking at. More importantly, she truly listened to my feedback. As we narrowed down what I liked, she went out of her way to pull some extra gowns for me to try on that perfectly matched my vision.
It’s rare to find an owner so passionate, attentive, and engaging. If you want an unforgettable, highly personalized, and top-tier bridal experience, you have to come here!
I had the most wonderful experience at Alessia’s Bridal! I got the joy of Alessia herself helping me. She made me feel nothing short of beautiful and confident. She was so kind and...
fun to be around making any nerves I had about finding a dress melt away. Alessia went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true, putting me in the most perfect dresses. I said yes to the dress 3/12/26 and cannot thank her enough!
Thank you, thank you!
I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my gorgeous gown!! You truly were the best!!
I went to the Pennsburg location in December 2024 (now closed) and was honestly nervous about wedding dress shopping. As a plus-size bride, I worried they might not have many dress...
es for me to try on or that my options would feel limited. Once I arrived, though, all of that disappeared.
My consultant, Brynn, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment, and I am so thankful she was the one helping me find my dress.
I highly recommend this shop. They have a beautiful selection of gowns, and I never once felt pressured to buy. Their focus is truly on helping your dress dreams come to life ❤️
I got my wedding dress from Alessia's and the staff was so helpful and nice. I absolutely loved my dress, it was perfect. They had such a wide variety of dresses. I only gave 4 sta...

Alessias bridal was the one and only shop I went to until I said yes to the dress ! My experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. I said yes to the dress April of 20...
24. I brought my MIL, mom and MOH. They were able to sit and relax comfortably as they watched me try on dresses for about an hour and a half ! Alessias assistants were so wonderful in helping me get changed and help me understand what I was needing for my wedding gown. They were patient and kind and resourceful. Throughout the whole process they made it seamless; my dress brand was morilee, and it took about five months to come in. Alessias invited me to come back to the shop to try my dress on again! Then I set up an appointment with their seamstress at the phoenixville location, joclyn Himes. she was beyond WONDERFUL. So timely, so skilled, and so personal. I had zero worries about my dress getting done on time. Overall I am thrilled with my experience with Alessia and Joclyn and my dress and I would recommend them to anyone !!!
I ended up going to the Alessia's bridal in Phoenixville, PA and Alessia the owner was the one who was helping me. She was amazing, very personable! She let me and my group pick ou...
t dresses that we liked and she pulled some of her own as well. From ordering my dress, to picking it up was seamless! I also asked her for shapewear recommendations and she gave me some great recommendations!
I absolutely loved my dress from Alessia's and we had a great time picking out a dress there. Many options and price ranges!
I got my dress at Alessia's in Pennsburg and it was BEAUTIFUL! I felt like a princess in it. Last summer, I brought my mom and all of my bridesmaids shopping with me. After feeling...
overwhelmed from another bridal shop we went to, I was skeptical of what I wanted and if I would find something. Maddie was so sweet and helped me find a variety of choices by myself, my mom and bridesmaids and a few she picked out. As soon as I put the dress on with a veil, I knew it was the one I would wear down the aisle this summer! I also got a veil from Alessia's that was stunning with the dress. They were so helpful with alterations and scheduling, since I live about two hours away. Alterations were included, which was also super exciting after already spending the money you do on a dress! I would highly recommend looking here for a wedding dress that won't break the bank, but is still absolutely beautiful.
I went to Alessia’s for a MOB dress since I hadn’t been satisfied with the collection of 10 dresses I had purchased (and returned!) from a department store and online. I hadn’t in...
tended to pay bridal salon prices for a dress but when I got to Alessia’s and saw the selection of beautiful dresses to choose from and the personal attention received, I decided that the increased price was worth it. Alterations can be quite costly and are included in the price at Alessia’s. For me, that decision was well worth it because, when my MOB dress came in, there was a major manufacturing flaw unable to be rectified by Marlene, their talented seamstress. Just 4 weeks before daughter’s wedding, I didn’t have a dress to wear! Alessia expressed sympathy considering the time constraint I was facing and suggested I choose a sample dress from her store selection. Fast forward to 10 days before the wedding......I now have a different but equally beautiful dress to wear, altered to my measurements and satisfaction by the talented and delightful Marlene. You can’t go wrong choosing Alessia’s for your special day. Alessia is personable, knowledgeable, complementary but willing to make helpful suggestions and, as I found out, flexible with last minute glitches. My experience made me realize I had chosen the right place to purchase a dress considering the complication I encountered. I have nothing to add except don’t hesitate and go to Alessia’s!
Found my perfect dress there and the service was absolutely amazing!!! I am so excited for my big day with the dress of my dreams!
Was an amazing experience. First of all I found my perfect dress. They were so accommodating to anything I needed. 10/10 recommend

nce of trying on wedding dresses SO much fun. You can tell that they truly love what they do, and it really shows. They quickly got a feel for my style and kept pulling dress after dress and I loved them ALL. Hands down the best dress selection of any shop I have ever been to (and I shopped around at many bridal shops in Pa and NJ, let me tell you)! Their customer service has always been great too. The people are so friendly and you can tell that they take pride in their work and truly care about the experience of their clientele.
Always looking forward to my next appointment at Alessia’s!

find a dress that came in time for my wedding in four months. In the absolute worst of circumstances, she was kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and amazing to work with.

n Kansas City! Despite the confusion and the fact that we did not actually have an appointment, they were so accommodating and let me and the 4 guests I had with me stay. I ended up getting my dress from Stephanie’s and was very pleased every step of the way with the service and the alterations!

resses here as well! They are super helpful in finding what you're looking for and offer great prices and deals for alterations. The head seamstress has always been attentive to every detail and helping make sure we got the dresses on time with everything done correctly. All of my girls looked gorgeous in their dresses and I couldn't have been happier with my own!

All of the ladies were beyond helpful at Stephanie’s. My dress was so beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable and included alterations.

My wife's dress was amazing. They did such are incredible job. We will cherish her dress forever.

were comparable to other boutiques that I went to. The staff during the day was incredibly helpful when trying on dresses. I went a few times in the evening for fittings and felt that the younger staff members were less attentive, but overall a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends looking for gowns.
By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Having gone to the typical David's bridal and found nothing I was afraid to go to a ma and pa shop like Stephanie's but I ...
was pleasently surprised. They stayed within my budget and the 2 young girls helping me knew exactly what they were doing. They gave great suggestions and kept me laughing the entire time as we cracked jokes in the dressing room. I just made an appointment for bridesmaids dresses and am confident it will be a success

ough Stephanie's as well as my 8 bridesmaid dresses (Bill Levkoff), my mother's dress, my shoes and veil. Everything I ordered turned out perfectly! My dress was like a dream! They were so willing to work out any imperfections throughout alterations for both myself and all of my girls. They were patient and helpful. I grew to know the staff on a first name basis; that's how personalized my service was working with Stephanie's Bridal.
HORRIBLE! They were great until they got us to drop 400$ on a bridesmaid dress. It was like as soon as we all paid the service went out the window. Every single one of the bridesma...
ids was dissatisfied and had awful experiences. The seamstress and bridal attendant were both rude and refused to listen to what we wanted done. Alterations were sloppy and poorly done and the dresses weren't fitted correctly. I had to have my altered by a different seamstress after Stephanie's did it and she absolutely couldn't believe they left my dress like that or how poor the quality of the seam work was. They also messed up the groomsmens suits so when the groomsmen went to pick their suits up three days before the wedding they were all wrong and had to be re-altered. The grooms shoes were also wrong. Luckily it all worked out in time but it was a seriously horrible experience!
When beginning wedding dress shopping, the first store I looked at was Stephanie's Bridal and after searching various other shops, department stores and online, I'm happy to say I ...
purchased my dress at Stephanie's and had a great experience. Although the dress I chose was not available to try on in the store, the employees at Stephanie's were able to help me compare two dresses by the same designer to make a confident decision in purchasing the gown. In addition, I always imagined having straps so they were able to custom-make straps to my liking and were willing to alter them to fit perfectly (for a very reasonable price!).
The only downside is this is a small shop and when it is busy it can get crowded with not enough employees to assist. I recommend going during the week, if possible, to get the best one-on-one attention.
Most importantly, I purchased a beautiful, quality gown for a few hundred dollars, rather than spending thousands at other stores. Make sure to check out the monthly specials as well: by purchasing in October 2014, I received a free veil and bustle, which was an amazing value.
I would highly recommend Stephanie's Bridal!

a. While the other salon told me "no, we don't have that dress," Stephanies bridal said they didn't have the dress but they had similar styles in the line and invited me to come in and see the fabrics and shape of the similar dresses. When I decided I really wanted to order the dress but was too scared to purchase without seeing it, they told me that they would get it in my size without the obligation of me buying it. I was astonished by how accommodating they were and was thrilled that I would get to see the dress and put it on before I made a final decision. Of course when it came in, I was still in love with it and bought it, but they way they took the pressure off of me, was so amazing! Stephanie's did a great job with my alterations at an awesome price, and I would recommend them to every bride that hope for individualized attention and personal treatment for their bridal selection.
I purchased my dress at Stephanie's and also had my alterations done here. The dress was more than I wanted to pay, but it was THE dress. Alterations were easy and the girls made...
sure I was comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. I loved my dress and had no problems dancing all night in it!
My experience with Stephanie's Bridal was amazing. I worked with numerous (if not all) of the ladies that work there and they were all great. I spent a lot of time trying on variou...
s dresses, and ended up finally deciding on one. I paid for it in full up front, and within the week began second guessing my decision. I had my heart set on a dress that was in the fitting room with me the entire time, but the design on the dress I ended up selecting sold me. I called and asked if it would be possible for me to come back in and try on the original dress again that I had my heart set on and they agreed. I made an appointment for Saturday, and decided to go with the original dress I fell in love with. Not only did I feel comfortable in it, but it was more "me". I found out that day that the designer stopped making the dress the day before, and so it was not available for order anymore. They worked it out for me and were able to cancel the order I originally placed. They offered me the floor model of the dress I wanted, cleaning it and bringing it in to my size. Not only did they do this, but they did the alterations completely free of charge. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. I originally had gone to David's Bridal and was SO happy I made the decision to go to Stephanie's. Their selection is so much better and it is a much more personalized experience. You do not have a sales rep balancing between you and one or two other girls, they are completely focused on you and helping you make the decision on the dress.

e was so great and made sure I tried all different types of dresses. Once I selected and purchased my dress, I was able to go in and try it a few times, and they made sure it was tailored perfectly to fit me. One thing is that the people who do the alterations switch off every other weekend, which I was not aware of. If I knew ahead of time, I would have tried to make my appointments appropriately to work with the same person each time. However, everything still turned out just fine with multiple people working on the dress. Alterations were also amazingly affordable, with the hem being included in the dress price. I couldn't find a hair piece in the store, so they worked with me to make one to match the dress, which turned out awesome. I was able to go see it, and request changes until it was exactly what I wanted. They were also able to order the veil I wanted in a color to match my dress since they did not have it in the store, and they steamed it and had it all ready for me during pick up. They were also great with showing one of my bridesmaids how to get my dress on me and do the bustle. A few girls in the store are better to work with than others. If you ask and explain exactly what you want, you just have to find the right person in the store to make it happen.
We got just our Tuxs here and everything went so smooth and there were lots of selections for color and style. We got married during prom season and had no problem getting what we ...

Stephanie's bridal was a blessing to work with. very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Costs were within reason, in my budget. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

act that hemming and pressing is FREE, you can't beat it. Every consultant was super helpful and insightful. I went back to pick out bridesmaid dresses, since the hemming on those was also free, I wanted to save the girls as much as possible. and accommodating. My bridal gown looked absolutely perfect on my wedding day! They have very reasonable pricing for alterations, which is not true for most other bridal salons. My dress was very difficult to bustle, however, they made it work and it was perfect. They also helped with items that I did not purchase at their store. They were able to sew a belt that I had purchased elsewhere to my dress so that it looked amazing on the day of my wedding. I want to thank them for all the help over the years, and for making the most important day of my life perfect. I would recommend any bride to purchase their bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from Stephanie's!

only did I find my dress at my first appointment there, they gave me a great discount, plus helped me choose accessories that went with my vision. The subsequent fittings went without a hitch. Alterations didn't cost an arm and a leg and the dress turned out exactly as I wanted. I changed the straight neckline to have a small dig in the front and they made it look like the dress was designed that way. Definitely recommend!
Over all they did a good job. When my wedding dress was not being made anymore they forgot to let me know, but my bride-maids dresses came out great!

dress. They include free hem, press and bustle in their dress pricing and that was such a relief. My dress also needed a corset sewn into it and I was only charged $15. They are very reasonably priced and do not have dresses higher than $1500 in their store. My dress, which had a lot of swarovski crystal beading all of it cost $800 and I could not have been happier with the price. The service was great, the girls were great and I absolutely loved my dress!

o Stephanie's. They are so polite, helpful, honest and attentive, they will help you with anything. They have dresses to fit every budget, shape and size. Their price included hem, pressing and bustle (which I did not find anywhere else) alterations were very minimal. I have very happy I selected Stephanie's to buy my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. Would recommend them to everyone I know getting married or havign a special occassion!
LOVED this store! I live in NYC but really didn't want to spend city prices on my wedding dress so I stopped by Stephanie's (near where I grew up) and found a surprisingly large se...
lection of styles at VERY reasonable prices. The attention I got was something I would have sorely missed in the giant Kleinfeld-like stores in the city not to mention everyone's supremely kind words about my final choice. Everyone was wonderful and worked with anything I felt needed adjusting (and when we had an emergency issue a couple days before the wedding they walked me through making the adjustment at home so I didn't have to drive the dress back up to them!). I felt like such a superstar when I left after my final fitting and was confident everything would be perfect on my special day (and it was!)! My Mother also purchased her dress here and was thrilled with her experience as well. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!
I was very pleased with the selection. The alterations are cheap. And the service is friendly.

The staff are friendly, professional, and ensured that my dress fit me perfectly on my wedding day! Value was also exceptional! Hem and bustle are free with dress purchase!

he alterations were wonderful, the only reason I gave them a four on service, is because there were a few appointment scheduling issues. I would recommend buying your dress there, because everyone feels like a family, and they remember you when you come in.

ke I was in some other places. I got my dress there and got free hemming, pressing, and bustling! I paid all of 10 bucks for an extra alteration. This allowed me to spend more on a dress and not worry about any extra costs that usually come along for the ride. For my final fitting a bustle or 2 needed to be adjusted, she did it right then and there while I waited and I was able to take the dress home the same day. Great service!
My experience with Stephanie's was wonderful. Everything from my dress, veil, and jewelry was wonderful. They went above and beyond for me and I would recommend them to anyone. ...
