e meeting and seeing people, Alex will make you feel like you’re the only ones in the world when she’s working with you. She devoted so much of her time and energy into our elopement in Maine – she did research and combed countless locations in Acadia National Park to ensure we had the perfect spots for our day. During the ceremony itself, the couple’s hike afterwards, and the day-after shoot in the mountains, Alex made us feel natural and comfortable in our own skin. She definitely isn’t afraid of a little dirt and a lot of climbing, as long as she captures the rawest, most love-filled moments she can. She worked so well with us, our crazy group, and the videographers to ensure that the day moved like clockwork. The amount of compliments I have had on my photos is unreal. Her colors and tones in her pictures are so unique and give you a romantic feel! Absolutely breathtaking. She had some computer problems and sent up 3 beautiful portraits for our house from our engagement shoot! She really does go above and beyond to make sure you get everything that you personally want from your special day! Look at her instagram account it is absolutely stunning!

I went through a broken engagement and Alex helped me begin to discover the real me hidden underneath all of the trauma and confusion. She even played music for me during my sesh! And the way she captured authentic emotion out of me was so amazing! She is my go-to inspiration, my photography mentor, and most of all a very sweet friend. I don’t have a lover right now, but when I do, I want Alex capturing our special love and wedding day. I already know she’s going to photograph it. And it’s going to be one heck of a shoot, I will tell you that! I honestly can’t wait. For now though, I love getting portraits done by her. She’s fantastic. Not knowing Alex prior to meeting her up on a mountain in SW Virginia to take engagement pictures, we were a tad bit nervous.
