Perry was my consultant when I went to look at my wedding dress. Perry was fantastic, fun and so knowledgeable about all of the designs and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I bought a V-neck mermaid-styled black lace dress with SO MUCH sparkle and I wore a cathedral length black veil and it was everything and more! I didn't try on a lot of dresses like in the movies and television shows. The dress was reasonably priced and I didn't want to take it off

I just said yes to the dress at Alexandra’s and it was amazing! My consultant Allie was the best and found me the perfect dress! They make you feel special from the moment you want through the doors! I will be going back with my bridesmaid and mom for their dresses.

If you're looking for a dream dress experience, look no further! I got a bridesmaid dress from Alexandra's 3 years ago and knew from then on that when it was my time for a bridal gown, they'd be my first stop. When the time did come for my bridal appointment, I was not disappointed! I got to work with Kayla and Megan who were absolutely AMAZING and instantly felt like old friends. I came in with a pretty vague idea of what I was looking for, and each round of dresses they brought over felt like we were getting closer and closer to "the one". They asked specifically what I liked and disliked from each round and really listened, honing in on small details to make sure the dress I chose was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured to settle, and the dress I ultimately chose was significantly under the budget we'd discussed at the beginning of my appointment! I felt like they genuinely wanted me to find something I loved, not that they were just pushing a sale. After saying yes to my dress, my guests and I were treated to champagne and I left with a cute little gift box of goodies and several coupons. I will absolutely be recommending Alexandra's, and specifically Kayla and Megan, to any bride I know!!

Sandy was truly amazing! I had a 1.5 time slot and was there for 3 hours!!!!! Sandy made me feel comfortable the entire time; she was in the room with me helping me put on the dresses. She has such an amazing knowledge of the store's inventory - it was incredibly impressive. I showed her two inspiration pictures and she told me she had both of the dresses and came back in 5 minutes with both of them (this is a huge feat as the store has the biggest inventory in the East Coast). She also asked me my budget ahead of time and was respectful to not bring me anything that was over my budget. She also brought dresses she knew would come in on time considering my wedding is 8 months away. Sandy was nothing but patient as I kept going back and forth between two dresses. Alexandra's Boutique was hands down the best experience I have had dress shopping. I went to 5 different stores total and nothing compares. They gave me a little gift box as well as myself and my 3 guests champagne to celebrate saying yes to the dress! Sandy reached out to me before my appointment to get my budget, timeline, and inspiration pictures. During my appointment, I had multiple other managers come and help me find different accessories like satin gloves, a hoop skirt or petticoats, and a veil to match the dress. I could not recommend Alexandra's more! Especially Sandy! My sister has already said that she is going to go here when she gets engaged.

After a couple of unfavorable experiences at other places, Alexandra's was recommended to me by a friend. It was a bit far for me to drive but it was absolutely worth it. Dwayne was incredible. They listened to what I was envisioning for my dream dress and I was very impressed with the service. I felt like I was made important, I was listened to and I was treated with amazing customer service. The dresses were all beautiful, the staff was friendly and it was very pleasurable going there. I sent in some ideas of what I wanted and after trying on only 5 dresses I found the one. I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to go and try to find their dress at Alexandras!!

I bought my wedding dress at Alexandra’s Boutique and would highly recommend it to anyone else, especially those shopping outside of a standard size range. I was very nervous to begin the dress shopping process, as I worried I may not find many options in my size and might have to settle for something that I didn’t love. I found Alexandra’s in a search online and I’m so glad I did. They had a seemingly endless set of options in my size, and Justine handpicked a few for me to try based on my style and price preferences. They were all so beautiful that I had a very hard time picking just one! The quality was fantastic, and I was so pleased to have my pick of dresses. The prices are very fair in my opinion - I came in with a budget of $1500 and ended up spending about $1200. The service is wonderful. When I later got my dress preserved, the preservation company mistakenly sent it to Alexandra’s instead of my address. The Alexandra’s staff was so kind and helpful and got it to my home address very quickly, even though the mistake was not on their end. The only note I would give to shoppers is to make sure you give yourself plenty of time between dress shopping and the wedding, as the dresses can take six months or so to come in after ordering. But the dresses are well worth the wait! If I had to do the whole wedding process over again, I would absolutely come back to Alexandra’s!

Thank you Kayla for helping me say yes to the dress! She was extremely helpful and professional. I was initially nervous about my appointment but I immediately felt comfortable with her. I appreciated her honesty and realness throughout the process, as well as her efficiency in pulling dresses for me to try on. The only suggestion I would have for anyone considering Alexandra's is to avoid booking an appointment on a Saturday as it can get busy. The neighboring bridal party was quite loud which felt a little overwhelming at the beginning of my appointment. That being said, the wide selection of dresses and the professionalism of the staff made for a great experience. As someone who was dreading the process of picking out a wedding dress, I left feeling confident about my choice!

I have to start off by saying that I was NOT a believer in finding a wedding dress that was "The One" -- a dress where you walk out of the dressing room, everyone starts crying happy tears, and you just know that this is THE dress that was meant for you. But Alexandra's seriously proved me wrong! I worked with Alaina, who was so kind, supportive, and attentive throughout the entire process. She first reached out before my scheduled appointment to get details on what I was looking for, my budget, etc. I sent her a ridiculous amount of information about my likes and dislikes, but she took it all in stride! During our appointment, our group was treated so well - plenty of comfy seating, bottled water, and cute little signs for everyone to hold up each time I walked out of the dressing room. But because Alaina was so amazing, and paid attention to all the details I gave her ahead of time, those signs were barely needed -- because the very first dress I tried on was actually The One! I cried, everyone in my group cried, and even Alaina cried. It was a day that I'll truly never forget! Thank you to Alexandra's -- and to Alaina, especially -- for giving me the absolute perfect wedding dress experience!!!

I can’t thank Kayla enough for the incredible experience I had at Alexandra’s Boutique. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in great hands. Kayla has such a warm and kind presence, and she really listened to my vision while offering expert advice. If you are lucky enough to get the chance to book with Sandy at Alexandra’s - DO IT! Long story short, this was my third dress shopping appointment - my 2nd time shopping at Alexandra’s. A week before working with Sandy, I came into the store with a big group and worked with a different stylist. We had a blast, but I ended up purchasing a dress that hours later I wasn’t sure about anymore. I felt like I hadn’t seen or tried on as much as I wanted to in order to really decide on a dress, and I was having major regrets and anxiety about it. Alexandra’s was able to cancel my order and put my deposit towards a different bridal gown in the store. When I arrived for my appointment with Sandy, she was so welcoming and friendly. She took the time to get to know me and hear about all of the details of my wedding day. We talked about the previous dress I’d bought and I told her what I liked/didn’t like about it. I also told her that I didn’t feel like I’d seen or tried on enough styles/fabrics/details to really make a decision. Even though this was technically a returning bridal appointment, Sandy treated it like it was my first time. She pulled all kinds of different styles to make sure I found one that I liked. Once we narrowed it down to a style, we tried all different kinds of detailing - lace, beading, appliques, glitter, etc. Sandy really listened to my feedback, and each round of dresses she pulled brought us closer and closer to finding the right one. I ended up leaving with a new dress that I am in love with - so much so that I didn’t want to take it off! I am so thankful to have worked with Sandy. During our appointment, I never felt rushed or pressured. She continuously reminded me that my feelings and opinions are valid, and truly wanted me to make sure that I found a dress that I felt my very best in. Wedding planning has been crazy, but this appointment with Sandy was one of the first times that I’ve really felt like a bride. I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day, and I’m so thankful for Sandy and the Alexandra’s team for their kindness, flexibility, and warmth. I highly, highly recommend visiting!

This was the best day ever. Hannah was my stylist and she made my day unforgettable. From the moment I booked the appointment, she sent me a video introducing herself. She invited me to send her my dress inspiration photos. She saw my vision immediately and understood exactly what I wanted. On the day of my apt, she made me feel excited, beautiful, and comfortable. What an awesome day!

While I appreciated the wide range of dresses, my experience at Alexandra’s wasn’t good. I didn’t try on a single dress until 35 minutes into my appointment and only got to try on about 5 dresses in my 2 hour slot. The bride next to me tried on triple that. I think my mistake was that I showed a photo of a dress I loved at another boutique, and the stylist kept referring back to that one instead of trying to help me find another dress since I was confident I still could find the one at Alexandra’s. The stylist also kept running around trying to find accessories or more dresses so I spent most of the 2 hours standing waiting to get taken out of dresses. In terms of atmosphere, it is great for a lot of brides, but wasn’t my speed. Between the glitter gold walls in the waiting room to the strong scent they had running to the amount of people, it was overstimulating to me and my family members that came. I also feel it’s important to note that when I first walked into the dressing room, there was a loose pin that I’m very glad I saw and picked up before stepping on. And for my final dress, my stylist called in another stylist next door to help zip me in. The other woman seemed very displeased and roughly and quickly pulled the material together. It happened so quickly and then I had to ask my stylist to unzip because it was so so tight. I have a connective tissue disorder and the action of doing that caused me a subluxated rib and this evening, I am still in a significant amount of pain. I left feeling unimportant, literally hurt, and exhausted. I never write reviews and really was excited to come to Alexandra’s, but I would never recommend it to any bride or bridesmaid.

Booking an appointment was so easy and shopping was even easier! Keryn was such a delight, she knew what she was doing and made my party and I so comfortable and so happy. The building itself was so gorgeous and had 3 floors filled with every gown imaginable. I absolutely adore my dress and I loved the experience I was given, I highly recommend this gorgeous place!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Justine was AMAZING! She made me feel heard, seen, and understood and so pretty! The VIP Lounge was so private and awesome for everyone present. I’m so happy I got my dress in the first appt, but I wish I could go back to the boutique just because it’s so amazing

They truly have everything here! My wife and I both went in not expecting to find some thing as we both wanted something a bit untraditional and we both found our dresses in the first appointment. The first dress I tired on I knew was the one, both the stylisits we worked with were super welcoming and helpful. We would both highly recommend.

Keryn was my stylist over the weekend and she did the most amazing job pulling my dream dress! She was a great listener, so easy to talk to, and so understanding of the feedback I gave about each dress I tried on. She truly heard what I was saying and brought of the dress of my dreams and that was it! She did a great job of bringing me options and variety that still fit the overall vibe I was looking for. SO many options here and Justine a really helped me fully vet all of my options. Had an appointment with stylist Jackie and she was a ROCKSTAR. She made me feel incredibly comfortable, like I was trying on dresses with my best friend honestly. I really feel like she was my perfect match and listened to what I wanted. I won the lottery having her pick dresses out for me. And the first dress I tried on I ended up buying! I can’t recommend her enough. Very thankful for her and her team who helped me make this stressful day so fun!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even when not knowing what I really wanted going in. They were able to help me pick something that I felt amazing in. They made me feel confident and beautiful and for me being a plus size bride that was one of the hardest things to feel and they made that feeling effortlessly. I’m so grateful I went with them for my wedding dress journey.

Our consultant was Sandy & I truly cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment we arrived she asked me a ton of questions to get a feel for what I was looking for & as I continued to try on dresses each time I made a comment about a dress, she immediately knew where to head next. She kept us running on time throughout the appointment while making everyone feel comfortable & not rushed. Even with the amount of people I brought with me (8), she heard what each person was saying & took into into account, while also helping me stay on track & see how I was feeling personlly. Each time she clipped me into a dress she snugged me in just right so I could get a true feel on what to expect from dresses that were not my size. Truly don't think we would have had the same experience if not for her, she really knows her stuff! I left the shop feeling confident in my choice of dress knowing I tried on a little of everything so there is no room left for wonders or "what ifs" - which also came in WAY under budget & of course we love that!

I highly recommend Ally at Alexandra’s boutique. I went to a few other bridal shops before coming here. Ally was so sweet and kind at my first try on. I had a general idea of what I was looking for but I wasn’t 100%. I needed up saying yes to the dress but some of my girls weren’t there so she invited us to make another appointment to have a reveal. I decided that the dress wasn’t “the one” and at the second appointment Ally let me try on more dresses. She understood my vision even more and brought up the dress of my dreams. She was so helpful, the environment at Alexandra’s was relaxing and the staff was all very nice (they were all walking by giving their opinions on the dresses I was trying). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience I had at Alexandra's, as well as working with Keryn. Keryn was kind and understanding of the vision I had, all of my 'must haves' and 'no ways'. I tried on about 15 different dresses, but I found myself circling back to the very first one she showed me, and the very first one I tried on. And that's the dress I said yes to. It was the true bridal experience, and I will be reliving this day over and over again. I cannot recommend Alexandra's enough.

Emma V was amazing!!! I found my dress in my first appointment because she was amazing. Very professional and made me feel so comfortable. They were honest with the pricing and made sure I knew when a dress was out of or close to my budget, and they catered to us in such a respectful manner. I loved my experience at Alexandra's! I went there for 2 appointments and my stylist Sandy was incredible! We tried on different styles of dresses during the first appointment since I was by myself and was unsure of where to start and the second appointment she took my feedback and we found "the dress" with my mom and sister there. The experience was phenomenal and everyone at the store was so kind. Sandy was great with communicating throughout the entire process and really made us feel so welcome. She knew what she was doing that is for sure! The second appointment (which included champagne) was such a wonderful experience. We all walked out of there glowing and so elated. They really treat you like royalty at Alexandra's. They have a massive selection of dresses as well. Ask for Sandy when you go! She's the best!

My shopping experience at Alexandra’s was absolutely wonderful. Many years ago, I purchased both my prom dresses at Alexandra’s and remember having a great experience, so they were the first place I thought of looking for my wedding dress. First of all, the online booking process was so simple and easy to navigate. Since I was only planning to take my mom shopping with me, I booked a “Weekday First Time Bridal Appointment.” I was assigned Sandy as my stylist, and she immediately reached out to me to introduce herself and let me know how the process would work. I then began creating a “wishlist” on the Alexandra’s website and sent that song to Sandy. Sandy realized that I was torn between several very different styles of dresses. She called me to say since I was unsure of the style I was looking for, I would be a great candidate to come in for a “Flight/Sampling Appointment” which was a short appointment where I came in and tried on a few different styles to see which direction I might want to take in trying on dresses before my longer originally scheduled appointment. During this sampling appointment, Sandy pulled for me to try on a colored dress, a clean simple off-shoulder dress, a whimsical flowy dress, and a fitted dress. I originally thought I would never like a fitted gown, but Sandy had me try one on and I actually loved the way I looked and felt in it. She then pulled one final dress that I absolutely fell in love with!! However I was unsure… is this THE dress? Or do I just like it the most out of the few I tried on? So Sandy explained to me that I could put the dress on hold with a deposit. Then when I came back for my longer appointment, I could choose to purchase that dress or the deposit would simply go toward a different dress if I ended up choosing another. During my second appointment Sandy chose a few more dresses for me to try. She then next exactly the right moment to put me back in the dress I had on hold and I knew it was the one!!! I had an incredible experience at Alexandra’s and Sandy was so professional, kind, and understanding. She is amazing at her job and I highly recommend Sandy as a bridal stylist and Alexandra’s as the place to find your dream dress!!

I visited Alexandra's Boutique on 07/14 and had Dwayne as my consultant. Do yourself a favor AND BOOK DWAYNE. Dwayne was AMAZING right from the start. Shortly after I booked my appointment, he reached out with a personalized video introducing himself and emailed me asking for some dress ideas that I had in mind. Doing so, made me feel so comfortable as a bride. I knew instantly he was meant to help me find my dress. Let's just say that he understood the assignment. He found me such a breathtaking dress that blew my mind. Words can't describe how happy I was with my visit. Dwayne vibes with you, he listens to you, he is helpful, and is such an amazing consultant. Can't thank you enough Dwayne. ~Cina
