She is amazing at what she does. Alexandra's has a HUGE selection of dresses (even their off the rack selection is impressive) and Kayla truly listened to me and picked up on my taste very quickly and stopped at nothing to help me find the dress of my dreams! She is so personable and such a delight and made the whole expereince memorable. I would also like to mention that upon entering the building we were greeted with so much kindness from the lovely ladies at the front desk as well! All around such a fun experience and would highly recommend!

great range of prices. Alaina really made me feel special during the whole process. I didn’t anticipate leaving with a dress as it was my first time shopping but I couldn’t help it. After trying on several dresses……I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!

The environment was so positive and fun, the inventory was beautiful and diverse, and the team working there is truly the best. prom dresses, and knew that I absolutely had to return to find my wedding dress. Prior to the appointment, Allie had sent me an email to gauge what style of dresses I had in mind. When I arrived, she already had several dresses pulled for me. They treat you like family here, making a process that has the potential to be stressful, something that is entirely comfortable and enjoyable. Allie was so kind, bubbly, and amazing at what she does, pulling dresses off the rack that fit what I was describing. After finding my perfect dress and veil here, I was able to have alterations performed at Alexandra's. They were very willing to work around my work schedule to ensure I had enough fittings before the wedding and were able to make additions to the dress which made it even more special to me. I cannot recommend Alexandra's enough!

hat carried it. This ended up being the most amazing store I had ever been to! Before my appointment, I received an email from my stylist Samantha who asked for all kinds of information so she would be prepared for our appointment. At the appointment she was an absolute pleasure to have assisting me! We had a quick chat at the start and then she was off pulling amazing dresses, including the one I had been eyeing for years. Throughout the appointment she was super patient and listened to everything I had to say and was helping me process how I felt about each dress. I saved THE dress for last and as soon as I put it on I became super overwhelmed and she was so incredibly sweet and pulled me aside to take a breather away from my entourage. In the end I ended leaving the store without buying a dress, but a few weeks later I made another appointment with Samantha and came back! She immediately greeted me so excitedly and this time I had come to the appointment with just my fiancé who waited downstairs so he wouldn’t see anything. We had a lot more fun with this appointment and she pulled a few fun dresses that I absolutely wouldn’t of tried on with the people I had brought with me before. She is really amazing at reading people’s vibe because she absolutely knocked it out of the park! Some of the other stylists and guests even stopped to compliment me. She then put me back into the final dress from my last appointment and it was absolutely magical. I finally said yes to the dress!! I really could not have asked for a better stylist. Samantha was absolutely amazing the entire time and I would not have been able to get through this whole thing without her.

own away by the sheer size of the store and the incredible selection—three floors and around 6,000 dresses! It was seriously impressive. They carry an amazing variety of styles, designers, and price points, so there truly is something for everyone. One thing I really appreciated was that my first appointment was a full two hours long (most other boutiques only offer one hour). That extra time made such a difference—we were able to try on a wide range of dresses and really narrow things down without feeling rushed. I worked with Allie Quigley, and she was an absolute dream. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience and brought such fun, light-hearted energy to the appointment—we were laughing the whole time. It was clear she had done her homework and truly understood my personal style. She listened carefully to my feedback and pulled some incredible options, ultimately helping me find the perfect dress. The support didn’t stop there—the entire Alexandra’s team was amazing throughout fittings, pickup, and every step in between. They even helped me order extra fabric from the designer so I could have a custom bow made to attach to my dress, which meant so much to me. The team at Alexandra’s are true professionals, and I honestly wish I could relive the entire process with them again. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and I’m incredibly grateful to the Alexandra’s team for helping make that happen.

needed, as she helped us find the dress amongst what looked like thousands of options available at Alexandra's. I went into this not really knowing what I like nor what to expect, and came out with my perfect dream dress. At some point during the appointment, I casually mentioned in passing that I value comfort the most for my wedding day - she heard that and kept it in mind for the entirety of my 2-hour appointment, proving her attentiveness and engagement. She is highly skilled when it comes to DIY; she provided the perfect illusion of the dresses fitting me (4'10 and 90 lbs), and showed what my desired alterations would look like. Her demeanor is very sweet, energetic, and highly supportive of the bride throughout the appointment. She even helped us secure a HUGE discount on my dress, as we found out it was discontinued, and I purchased the floor model rather than ordering custom. Happy dress shopping to any future brides that go here! A parking lot is available at the back of the store.

y stylist was Megan D. During the appointment, I found a dress that I really loved, but something about it didn't feel like "my dress". Instead of helping me thoughtfully work through those feelings (which is such an important part of this process), Megan immediately began pressuring me with comments like: "Why don't you like it?" "You won't find anything else like this," and "You won't feel this way in any other dress." This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, guilty, and rushed. It became obvious that she was frustrated with me for not being ready to commit (I just started looking for dresses and was 2 years out from my wedding date). She abruptly took me out of the dress and gave me barely five minutes to run around the store and pick other options. I tried on more dresses, but I still felt drawn to the original one -- yet the pressure continued. When I told her I didn't want to make a decision that day, she warned me that there was "no promise" the dress would be there if I came back and pushed me to put down a deposit to hold it 3-5 times. When I declined the deposit each time, I explained that if the dress wasn't there later, I felt that it simply wasn't meant to be. But she responded, "Well, that breaks my heart because you won't feel this way in any other dress." While I understand that a stylist cannot guarantee a dress will still be available at a later date, making a bride feel rushed and pressured is not productive. It was clear that Megan was not genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted, envisioned, or felt.  I know that at the end of the day, this is a business and her job is to sell dresses, but I should not have left my appointment feeling drained, discouraged, and as though I had wasted my time. It was very clear throughout the process at Alexandra's that the focus was on making a sale, not on my comfort or experience. 

of the bride dresses and accessories. My stylist, Jasmine, was amazing! Her personality, confidence, knowledge and warmth made me feel so comfortable and ready to tackle the challenge. She asked me a couple of weeks before my appointment to send her dress ideas. She was only able to find 1 dress that I sent her but it did not matter because I found my wedding dress that was not even on my radar! Jasmine was amazing at finding the style I wanted and I highly recommend booking with her if you choose to go Alexandra's. They have a huge parking lot in the back of the store which is a plus and have many appointments available on their website. Many women go to this boutique for a reason so I recommend going to Alexandra's to find your dream dress!

I did and even explored other shops to just rule them out. I called Kayla back and returned to get my dream dress. She was lovely in every way! Highly recommend going to her !

She also took the extra effort of checking on the price of a dress I had shown her that was previously thought to be over budget. She checked to see if it could be ordered without the over skirt (that I didn't like anyway) and it turns out it was completely within my budget! And thankfully so because it ended up being my dress! As someone who used to be a bridal consultant herself I cant recommend her enough.

She really knew how to find a dress that worked for my body — and please believe me when I tell you, she SNATCHED my waist. I have never seen curves on myself like that before! Originally, I had my heart set on an Allure gown (with pockets — to die for), but unfortunately it wasn’t available in my size. Before I could even stress, Megan already had a plan. She brought out an Alexandra’s exclusive that turned out to be even more stunning than the Allure gown — and yes, it also had pockets! Megan truly knew what she was doing and took the time to dig through the incredible selection this boutique offers to make sure I found the dress. I highly recommend Alexandra’s Boutique. The whole day was an absolute chef’s kiss experience.

She never rushed me, but gave me just enough encouragement when I was feeling indecisive. She listened closely, respected my budget, and also made my family feel comfortable and included. The boutique itself has such an uplifting energy. Every stylist and staff member we encountered was kind and welcoming, and the champagne toast at the end was such a special way to celebrate saying “yes” to the dress. The selection is huge, and I truly believe any bride could find what she’s looking for here. I’m so grateful to Alyssa and the whole team for making this such a joyful and memorable experience!

stionnaire before your appointment which allows them to get to know your style and what you're looking for. They pick the dresses for you (Lindsay had them all ready for me in the dressing room when I arrived, she picked about 7 to start). As I tried on the dresses, she would pull more that had features that I liked. Lindsay was warm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I actually ended up buying the first dress that I tried on! The staff also make all brides feel so special and celebrated. I got a complimentary robe and of course celebrated with photos when "I said yes to the dress!"
