He also had unique ideas that helped make our reception even more fun (for example a fun new way to do a bouquet toss). The dance floor was full all night, and our guests had a blast! I HIGHLY recommend this company to be your DJ for any event. We were planning a wedding in under 2 months, and although Mike had prior obligations, he had Steve fill in to be our DJ. They were both so easy to work with and constantly kept in contact with us. Steve even stayed longer than we had planned as our party kept on going! Mike was absolutely fantastic! We hired Alexxus Entertainment for our reception and he was very professional. He knew when to play which songs to keep everyone on the dance floor. Mike will work with you to help plan every step of the music selection process from instrumental music during dinner, the Bridal party entrance, any special dances, and so much more! The online planning system made it so easy to pick which songs you really wanted played and, better yet, which ones you definitely did not want to be played. It was also a huge convenience to pay all of our bills through the online planning website. Another bonus is that Alexxus Entertainment knows that couples are busy getting ready for the big day, so the reminder emails every so often were a big help for making sure things didn't get missed. Mike was very easy to work with and always friendly and pleasant in all our interactions. The planning tool he has for music was such a nice feature and easy to use to communicate what we wanted played and when. He also had great suggestions of unique ideas to add a personal touch. We originally didn’t plan to do a dance and we’re just going to do music for our ceremony and cocktail hour but decided to add him to our reception and so glad we did. He kept things moving and on schedule and the dance floor was always full the entire night. Everyone had a blast and our reception was so much fun thanks to Mike and Alexxus Entertainment.

We met with Mike twice leading up to our wedding and he provided some great suggestions on what we could do and a timeline of events. Steve was our DJ for the wedding and he was great - very personable and had a good pulse on the evening. He helped keep things fun and made sure almost everyone was out on the dance floor at least a few times during the night. The price and professionalism was definitely worth it!

Bob was an amazing DJ and honestly my wife and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was incredibly kind and professional, working through some pretty nasty weather conditions to make our day perfect. And the music selection was phenomenal! We had compliments from guests of all ages and are still getting compliments a month out!

Alexxus Entertainment was a perfect addition to our wedding. They offer a few different packages, and my husband and I had opted for a package that would cover both our ceremony and reception. Mike was our main contact at Alexxus Entertainment and they use a website to fill out forms regarding the big day as well as any song requests we had. We met with Mike in person to go over wedding details and he offered great advice and ideas we had not thought about previously. He was accommodating to all of our requests. As for the day of our wedding, everything went as planned/discussed. We received lots of compliments on our DJ, Steve, who had the dance floor packed all night (starting literally after the first dances). What more could we ask for? Highly recommend!

We had Tim do our actually wedding ceremony and reception but Mike helped a lot with the planning and was always just a phone call away and willing to meet up if we had any questions. They made us feel like it was really all about us that they catered to what we wanted which was what we were looking for. Tim did a really good job at the actual wedding. Sound was amazing and did a really good job showcasing the music we chose so that people were out on the dance floor at all times! We even chose to have them play an extra hour because everyone enjoyed it so much! They definitely are worth the money and time!

The DJ's at Alexxus Entertainment were great to work with. Mike the owner is so knowledgeable and really cares about making sure the music suits your day and is everything you want it to be. We had such a great time at our wedding reception and a lot of it had to do with the music that was played. Mike and Steve both really know how to keep the dance floor packed. It was SO MUCH FUN. So many people commented on our DJ letting us know how great he was, and that it was one of the best they had ever heard. People who don't normally dance, were out on the dance floor that night! Mike, the owner, was awesome from the very beginning. The company itself was recommended to us through our officiant, and I am so glad we chose them! Mike was in town on a business trip and we were able to meet with him in person two different times! Even though he was our original DJ and we ended up having Tim as our event DJ (Mike had a previous engagement) he still worked directly with us and helped to assure that everything was in place! Both Tim and Mike were amazing with communication, answering all of our questions and calling/emailing to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly. Now for the actual day of: Tim did a wonderful job of putting up with me (I was stressed because of the weather) and making decisions about timing and flow. He was so great with the music, too! EVERYONE was on the dance floor almost the entire night! He knew exactly what songs to play and it was just amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our dancefloor was hopping all night thanks to Bob of Alexxus Entertainment. From Lil Jon to Motown to disco to Nelly, they understood how to keep the party flowing. Alexxus provided musical accompaniment for our ceremony and reception, which was well-organized and well-timed. Alexxus was easy to work with and were truly professionals. They made wedding planning and ceremony execution easy!

We couldn't have been happier choosing Alexxus Entertainment. Mike was amazing to plan the event with from start to finish. We were disappointed that he wouldn't be there for the actual event (he had a personal event that weekend). But he sent Steve in his place who was awesome and kept the evening moving along and people out on the dance floor. We had a great time and would recommend them to anyone.

Alexxus Entertainment was wonderful to work with. He scheduled an appointment to meet with us on expectations before the contract was signed, then a couple weeks before the wedding scheduled an appointment to go through the outline of the day, what music we wanted played and what music we didn't want played. He had an online form for us to enter specific songs. He was flexible the day of the wedding for a couple last minute changes.

Mike is amazing at his craft! He knew how to keep the party going, and honored all the crazy requests. Mike even helped us plan little special memories, like having the kids in the wedding party walk into Darth Vader music and special music mash up for father/daughter dance. We had such a great time thanks to Mike.
