Our experience with Wedgewood was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! 💍🤍The entire wedding planning process was so easy and, most importantly, stress-free. You always hear stories about how stressful weddings can be, but honestly, that wasn’t our experience at all. We felt so at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process, and a huge part of that was because of the amazing Wedgewood team.Kimberlyn and Maya were incredibly helpful throughout all of our meetings, emails, and text messages. I had A LOT of questions throughout the planning process, and they were always patient, responsive, and willing to help. They made us feel supported every step of the way and made the entire planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. On our wedding day, we had Kimberlyn as our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing! She took charge of everything and made sure things ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy our day. We were busy taking photos and soaking in the moment, so it was such a relief knowing that someone was confidently handling everything behind the scenes. One thing we especially loved was that Kimberlyn wasn’t shy about taking charge. She made decisions for us when needed, gave directions to our guests, and confidently handled situations without constantly needing to come to us for every little thing. We genuinely LOVED that because it allowed us to stay present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. We also brought in some vendors that Wedgewood doesn’t partner with, and even then, the team did an amazing job coordinating and working with them. It really showed us that they weren’t just there to handle their own part of the wedding they truly helped make sure the entire event came together smoothly. The food was also AMAZING! Everyone at our wedding raved about how delicious everything was. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food throughout the night, and so many people told us how much they enjoyed their meals. It was honestly one of the highlights of the wedding and something our guests continued talking about! Our DJ, Montessa, was also fantastic at her job! She helped us put together playlists for our cocktail hour, ceremony, reception, and dinner, and everything flowed beautifully. Having the music planned and handled so well really added to the atmosphere and made the entire day feel even more special. We were so happy with how everything turned out! Our nighttime point person, Lily, was also incredibly attentive throughout our entire reception and dinner. She constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. She made sure we were taken care of with our food and desserts, helped make sure we had food to take home, and even kept an eye on our drinks so they were always full. 🥂 She was so thoughtful and attentive, and it really made us feel cared for throughout the night. Overall, our wedding experience was everything we hoped for and more. It was easy, organized, comfortable, and incredibly stress-free. We felt like we were in good hands from the very beginning all the way through our wedding day. We are so grateful to Kimberlyn, Maya, Montessa, Lily, and the entire Wedgewood team for helping make our wedding such a beautiful and memorable experience. Everyone played such an important role in making sure we could relax, enjoy ourselves, take photos, celebrate with our loved ones, and truly have a great time on our wedding day.We couldn’t have asked for a better team to trust with such an important day! ❤️✨

One of the things we appreciated most was that everything was all-inclusive. Having so many details handled in one place made planning far less overwhelming, and we always felt supported every step of the way. The staff was incredibly attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. They paid attention to every little detail, answered our countless questions with patience, and helped guide us through every decision without ever making us feel pressured. Their experience and thoughtful recommendations gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process, and we truly felt like they wanted our wedding to reflect us as a couple. On our wedding day, that same level of care continued. We never had to worry about what came next because the team was always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could be fully present and enjoy the day with our family and friends. We especially want to thank Maya, our coordinator. She was an absolute rock for us throughout the entire process. Right before we walked down the aisle, she noticed how emotional and excited I was and gently reminded me to take a deep breath. It was such a small but meaningful moment that helped ground me, and it's something I'll always remember. She was there for us from beginning to end, and her calm, caring presence made all the difference. If you're looking for a venue with an incredible team that truly cares about their couples, pays attention to the details, and makes the planning process as stress-free as possible, we can't recommend them enough.
