at the 11th hour. She maintained proactive communication with us and others involved in the ceremony/reception from the moment we met with her on video chat. She was always willing to consider all of our needs/requests. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator. Leading up to the day of the wedding, the planning team really helped keep us on track and design a wedding perfectly fitting our budget and needs. Our communications with Miranda and Echo were smooth, prompt, and clear. Speaking to all of the guests, there wasn't a single complaint, but rather praise regarding the food. Guests particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the salads/greens. We enjoyed the chicken cordon bleu. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff for a wonderful meal. DJ Rachel (DJ Maestro) did an amazing job. We loved her infectious enthusiasm and energy. She was attentive to our music choices/requests and those of the guests. She kept the flow of the reception going smoothly without any unnecessary interruptions while making sure to hit all of the major announcements. Small adjustment – the music during the ceremony was a bit loud; however, it's understandable due to the quick pivot indoors. Our banquet captain and staff did a great job as well. Kiana and Breanna continuously checked in with us at the sweetheart table to make sure we were taken care of. We heard no complaints from guests regarding the service, and that tells us that the staff performed wonderfully. We absolutely loved the floral decorations, centerpieces, and bouquets. Jenni Hill and Lauren Hughes of Little Hill Floral Designs executed our vision for a "Hawaii meets So Cal" wedding perfectly. We came to them with a broad idea and some photos, and their team gave us something better than we had anticipated all while being sensitive to our budget.

We had a hiccup before the ceremony (that was our bad, we forgot to disable the locks on our QR code seating chart) but Breanna gladly took care of it 🤩. I was not once stressed about it and didn’t even feel like something was happening. We can’t thank her enough for that. Sierra was amazing 🤩 .She always has this smile on her face, always welcoming and approachable. From the moment I walked in to the venue, everything we have envisioned to happen, decorations, lights, dancing, food etc., was executed 💯. Our DJ for the night Caleb, was incredibly amazing, he was very patient with us. I remember my then fiancé cannot decide on timings of the songs, but he was patient and worked with us on how we wanted the night to happen. The songs from introduction, procession, to first dance, to last song of the night was awesome. The dance floor was never once dull. He played all our favorite songs and also let guests request for some songs. To the Wedgewood crew, Sierra, Breanna and Briana, to our Minister Jay Baird and DJ Caleb, Thank YOU all so much for making the day very special to us, it is everything we envisioned and more. We will never forget this day and we are still reliving the moment. Sad that it’s over though, we are going to miss having meetings with you all. Great job and more blessings to you ❤️❤️

There are some outstanding positive things I want to highlight as well as note some areas that we feel like could improve in order to make the experience at Aliso Viejo Wedgewood even better! The highlights: 1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had our ceremony at the fireside location. We loved the view of the mountains and over the golf course and so did our guests! To any future brides and grooms - just keep in mind that the venue does neighbor a community pool and a country club. They assured us that neither the country club or the pool would be a bother by the time our ceremony started, and we are happy to report that this was the case! 2. The team - The Wedgewood team was so helpful, cheerful, flexible, professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to the wedding day, we felt well cared for. And they were all easy to get a hold of! Our day of coordinator, Breanna, and our Banquet Caption, Brianna, were fantastic and did a great job taking care of us and our day. What stood out especially at our reception, while we were focused on connecting with our guests, they made sure we had our food and drinks. And kept coming to our sweetheart table to see if we needed anything. I can't tell how much that meant to us. They even added personalized touches in our bride and groom suites! Also, also they did a lovely job doing their absolute best to make sure everything went the way we wanted the day to go! 3. The food - the food was amazing! Our guests loved the food. We went with the buffet option, and we are glad we did. 4. The timeline - The timeline was well put together, organized, and thorough. We were able to modify anything if need be. Both the timeline of the wedding day and the overall planning process was well structured. The biggest area for improvement is the communication. While the team was easy to get a hold of and happy to help, we were often communicating with multiple team members throughout the planning process, and some details got missed in translation. It would've been easier if we were only communicating with one person the entire time! Overall, we are really happy with our experience and glad we picked Aliso Viejo Wedgewood! We also loved being able to customize our package so we could get what we wanted without paying for the things we didn't!

r package so we needed to get outside wedding coordinators to also help us out, but the team at Wedgewood were incredibly helpful, keeping in constant communication with our other coordinators to ensure a smooth reception program and replying to our barrage of questions through text. Olivia helped us out in the beginning stages of our planning, and Alyssa was present in the final stages and on the day of. The venue overlooks the golf course and it's an amazing sight during sunset, which was when our reception took place. Though I can't comment on how a ceremony is handled, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to host their reception here!

beautiful spaces including the ceremony site and also the groom and bridal rooms that were available to us the whole night. We did forgo some options that were included in the package such as the DJ, and some of the decor and brought other vendors that saved us money and also would bring more energy to our party. We had a friend that attended a wedgewood wedding that influenced us to make such a decision and it worked out better. We took a tour of the venue with Ashley who was very welcoming. The patio and ballroom areas were large and nice for a party of about 100-200 guests. The patio had an amazing view of the golf course and the inside was really nice and clean to our liking. The planning process with the WW team was pretty smooth but there were some small bumps along the way. Nothing too stressful just timing with other vendors would come up at the wrong WW scheduled times which wedding planning is never perfect no matter how ready anyone is. Our day of coordinator Alyssa who was also our planning leader was very nice and easy to work with. I will say she did give a different vibe than Ashley when we took the tour but she made the wedding venue very beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it during our planning process. She along with the banquet crew were very enthusiastic to work with. Overall we would choose Wedgewood Weddings at Aliso Viejo again since everything came together so well.

ore on the little details to personalize the space. The place comes with drapes as well as string lights that I thought really tied the place together without needing too many extra decors. The venue features an amazing outdoor space, PERFECT for cocktail hour, as well as groom/bridal suites with their own bathrooms separate from the guests'. The food is delicious and the alcohol is almost endless. The entire staff from the sales team to the bartender and banquet captain are absolutely amazing. There is ample parking as well as a few EV chargers in the front. I could go on and on but if you're looking for something simple, yet still classy and romantic, this place is it. With that being said, here are a few things I did have issues with: The smell -- we're not sure what it is but each time we've been to the venue there is this sewage/bad pipe smell that is prominent in the hallway. It also could be sulfur from the golf course, who knows but this smell was extra strong during my reception. Coordination -- there were a few details that were off despite planning everything out with the planner/coordinator. For me, there were missing candle votives at the guest tables, bridal party names were jotted incorrectly, and even my name was misspelled on the prints from the photobooth -- request to review the proofs of the photobooth print templates prior to the event. The billing -- there were two occasions where the billing was wrong and I had to bring it to their attention to fix. I would advise keeping a close eye on the costs and questioning anything that appears incorrect. Were any of these issues deal-breakers? Not really but it's worth noting otherwise I'd do everything all over again!

There were many reasons why we chose Aliso Viejo by Wedgewood Weddings: Everything was included and changeable, the property is beautiful, and the staff was so helpful from the start. It made wedding planning less stressful, especially for someone who was doing a destination wedding. In our package, we included the DJ and the officiant. Fredy from dj Maestro and Pastor Stan really took their time to get to know us and they both did absolutely AMAZING. If you are looking for a stress-free, affordable, and beautiful wedding, I recommend Aliso Viejo by Wedgewood Weddings.

very streamlined, and we had a particularly weird case having to be across the country to plan our wedding. We got nothing but compliments the entire night from our guests. DJ Fredy should be your first request for your DJ, and their floral (Little Hill) and bakery (All About Cake) vendors were wonderful. My only things were that they were tearing everything down before the night ended and that the photo booth was a bust. They also didn’t alert guests who were outside that our nacho bar nor our dessert bar were out.

Our Banquet Captain Becca was there all night and worked her butt off. Fatima our server was always moving around and cleaning up and very helpful. Chef Frank put on an awesome fiesta buffet. Our Bartender Dave did amazing at making drinks and being kind to all our guests. DJ Tyler was a awesome from walking down the isle to playing all request and announcing every special moment. Wedgewood staff, especially our Coordinator (Ariana) was amazing and transformed the indoor area to be just as beautiful as the outdoor ceremony area and the ceremony and reception went smoothly. All the staff were so kind and helpful and truly added to our special day. From the initial tour, planning process, to the ceremony and reception, Wedgewood Weddings did amazing with communicating with us throughout the whole process and making the entire experience fun and exciting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I never dreamed about my wedding day growing or even as an adult but Wedgewood Weddings exceed any expectations I could have ever had about what my perfect wedding day would be like. They alleviated so much of what could have been added stress for me and my partner during an already stressful year we were having due to some personal circumstances. The venue is beautiful and spacious, the pricing was reasonable, and we got countless compliments from our guests about the quality of service and the food on the wedding day. From our day-of coordinator, Ariana to our banquet captain, Chelsea to our DJ, Kevin and the numerous banquet staff (including Colleen & Skylar), every person we interacted with throughout the planning and day-of process was a pleasure to work with. eam was incredible! Half of our guests were from the east coast and they could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue and event were. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team at Aliso Viejo Wedgewood took SO much of the stress away. We booked the venue in February 2021 and planned the most beautiful wedding in 6 months which would not have been possible without such an incredible team. They kept us on track with planning and are wedding experts. Some people are hesitant to book at venues that do a lot of weddings out of fear the event will not be prioritized or feel unique, but that couldn't be farther from the truth when it comes to the team at Aliso Viejo. Brooke was so sweet and it felt like she was genuinely excited for our wedding every time we met or had a call. The service is unmatched! They are quick to respond to every call/message and even have a great text messaging option. Their vendors are also incredible. My favorite part was never having to worry that I wouldn't be able to find a good vendor or that they would already be booked. Instead of spending all of our time booking vendors, we were able to focus on the details that made our day feel extra special. You are also able to bring in additional outside vendors which was important to us. We had a churro cart on the patio and an In-N-Out truck as a late night snack. Both were a huge hit and made our wedding even more memorable. The day of Coleen was our coordinator and did a FANTASTIC job! We had some things out of our control happen on the day of the wedding (at the hotel where we were staying, not the venue) and Coleen was so kind and supportive. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to in order to make sure our day was still perfect and by the time the wedding started we had completely forgotten about the chaos we experienced at the hotel that morning. There is not a single thing we would complain about. We are SO thankful we decided to get married here. Thank you Aliso Viejo Wedgewood for sharing the best day of our lives with us!

he east coast) raved about, especially the mountains in the background. From the very start, Ariana was personable, fun, professional, and helpful. Whether it was her or Brooke, they were always very responsive in answering our 100s of questions along the way. We loved going back to the venue for our in person meetings just to laugh and get to know them better! On the day of our event, it was our first time meeting Colleen and she was excellent in making us feel comfortable an so ensuring that everything was running smoothly. We had quite a lot of set up for them...trusted them with everything, and they did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful everything turned out considering our budget. We were also able to work with them and make it our very own uniquely fun tropical-tiki themed wedding! We highly recommend Wedgewood for many reasons, including how surprisingly affordable it is, but mostly because of Ariana and the amazing staff!

oordinator who helped us, too. The wedding prep period was very smooth, they all answered my question promptly whenever I emailed or call them. All my decor is hung and set up properly before the big day, and their vendors are also very reliable so I can only focus on my part. The venue has 3 projector wall screens so it was even better when we play the video during the reception. Their venue system is already all set up and ready to go for the couple, so planning a wedding with them is very smooth. The outdoor ceremony site is so beautiful and amazing! On the wedding day, people are all praised about how beautiful it is. The serving staff is all very friendly and we had a great time on my wedding day! The bridal and groom's suits are all closer to the reception hall, and the patio and ceremony site is all close to each other, too. All these details made everything so easy! Highly recommend those who are looking for a private but great system wedding venue!

Even thou there was a State mandate to wear masks indoors due to the uptick on COVID cases, not one employee had a mask on. I complained a couple of times, I asked the manager way...
aren't they wearing masks? She said, "oh we don't have to." I then asked if they were tested before coming to work the wedding? She said, "no, we don't ask them to do that." They had no idea if any of the employees had COVID. The safety of over 100 guests was in their hands, yet they couldn't be bothered to find out about their employees COVID status . Wedgewood isn't up to date with mandate and if they are they don't care, nor take COVID seriously, or the health of anyone coming to their venue. I was a guest at the wedding, there were several people at my table appalled regarding this matter. After my final complaint they put masks on, except the two people serving the food. Unbelievable, unacceptable.

osed for the remainder of the year due to COVID. Wedgewood was so helpful and worked with me to offer other properties that were open on our date, which brought us to Aliso Viejo. At first, I was hesitant because it was not my first choice but when I got there and saw the Arbor Lawn, it made me so excited. Aliso Viejo Wedgewood shares that with the Country Club and they were able to work with the Country Club so that we could get married on Arbor Lawn. We had to downsize our ceremony and reception, to a family only ceremony. The day of was absolutely beautiful, they were able to make our ceremony still feel so special and intentional. They were also able to work with me to let me include the pieces of a reception that I truly wanted, like a first dance, a father daughter/mother son dance, cake cutting, and a toast. They were so organized, and the day went so smoothly, and I truly felt that I got everything I wanted out of my wedding. We got married with the golf course in the background and while I was worried about golfers being in the background, they were so respectful. During the ceremony, a group of golfers waited until we were walking towards our unity candle to pass and they moved very quickly. They were so respectful, that my husband and I had no idea there even were golfers, but our guests told us afterwards and spoke so highly of how they acted during our ceremony. I would recommend Kim and Aaron and Aliso Viejo Wedgewood so much and was beyond thrilled about how our day turned out.

ng process easy and pain free and were also open to our requests to tweak some of the items to really make it a personal experience with the food options. To this day our guests tell us how much fun they had at our wedding. Their packages are fairly priced and you really do get a lot of “bang for your buck” and no hidden fees/costs/up charges. Everything is clearly laid out and it tells you if anything is an upgraded cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much we were spending from the beginning which makes budgeting that much easier. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want a hassle free, easy, and simple process for wedding planning.

ors if necessary. We're glad the weather worked out for us though because outside is beautiful! We really enjoyed working with our coordinators, Kimberly and Lyzmari. They were very quick at responding to calls and emails and always willing to help in any way they could! We had a lot of questions throughout our year of planning and they never made us feel like we were a burden. They really helped make our wedding perfect and everything went smoothly thanks to them! We only met Cait the week before our wedding and she seemed like she will be a great addition to the team. She was also very helpful at our rehearsal and wedding. Our DJ, Fernando, was very easy to work with! He helped us with reception song suggestions and the sound was perfect for the ceremony as well. We only made it over to the bar one time but our friends and family let us know that they really liked our bartender and the drinks were always good. Some friends said he even remembered what they had been drinking and would ask if they wanted the same drink. Everyone told us that they really liked the food and the staff seemed really on top of everything throughout the night! Our banquet caption, Whitney, was very helpful after our coordinators left for the evening. She made sure to get us each all the different desserts and packed up our food for us as well. She also checked on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. We used the florist they recommended, Little Hill Designs, and all of the florals turned out beautifully! It's very hard for me to envision bouquets etc. without seeing them beforehand but I loved how they turned out!

Kimberly and Lyzmari have been super helpful during the planning process with answering all our questions! Since this venue can be all inclusive it really takes away a lot of the stress of planning a wedding. I am super excited to get married here!

in our budget. We were about to give up on looking when I came across Wedgewood in general. We looked at a few venue sites and decided Aliso Viejo was the one. Not only were we very pleased with the site and the gorgeous view but also the staff. Kimberly and Lyzmari were the best coordinators. They made things easy and simple. I had a stress free, smooth flowing, day. It was perfect and it is all because of them. Anthony was in charge of making sure we had what we needed on the day of the wedding. He was extremely nice, considerate, and attentive. The day also, couldn't have been what it was without him. Fernando the Dj was awesome as well. Not one complaint can come from us. We were overly pleased with everything. We could go on and on. All of our friends and family loved it as well and had a blast. Some of them noted it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I would highly recommend this venue and their staff to anyone who asked. Thank you guys again!

My wedding was absolute perfection. That's not an exaggeration at all, it was perfect. Every detail, every moment was planned and executed better than I could have ever imagined....
I truly do not wish one thing was different. LYZMARI was my girl. She handled my planning appointment, my details phone call and my 10 days out appointment so I worked the most with her. I NEVER felt like any of my questions (both in person or over email/phone) were bothersome to her and I had lots of questions. I ALWAYS felt heard and understood by her. She absolutely, 1000%, nailed every single detail I envisioned. Kimberly was amazing as well, she made sure things ran smoothly and I felt comfortable in her capable hands. I used all of the preferred vendors: Something New & Blue (videographer), Ever Love Photography, Little Hill Floral Designs, DJ Tony, Viral Photo Booth and All About The Cake. They were all incredible to work with and did such a fantastic job. The event captain at the venue and DJ Tony kept the show running, kept me and my new husband moving forward and in the know but also allowed us to enjoy the night. We were able to be present for every moment without worry because of the ENTIRE staff. We could not have asked for a better day, it was my favorite. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

When my bridesmaids were nowhere in sight, Lyzmari even helped me bustle my dress :) DJ Amanda was also excellent, easy to talk to about our music choices, and picked up on the genres our guests were loving to have a fun dance floor all night. Food was delicious- guests commented the best wedding food they'd ever had. Banquet captain Michael along with Angel helped to make everything so easy and went above and beyond to make us feel special with added touches. I also heard rave reviews about the bartender that night and that she was very nice. Wedgewood supplied vendors - It's all About the Cake, Little Hill floral, Ever Love Photography, and Viral Booth photobooth were also excellent
