My husband and I got married in Oct 2023 and we rented tablecloths and napkins from All Occasions. We worked with Beth, who was friendly, professional and great to work with. At our appointment, we discussed the look we were going for and our budget. She made excellent suggestions based on that. Delivery and pick up dates/times for the rentals were scheduled at the appointment. Overall this is an easy company to work with.
All Occasion was really helpful in organizing linens and chairs for my wedding at the Groesbeck Estate. They were really patient with me as I sent multiple updates to my order and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
All Occasions was so fun to work with! I loved visiting their showroom to help select our rentals and see an example of what our tablescape would look like. They had so many options to fit our design and budget. It was a pleasure working with them.
All Occasions Event Rental was great to work with! We got the vast majority of our rentals through them and they were so easy to work with! My mom and I had a great time playing with all of the combinations of plates/silverware/napkin/glassware/linen combos! They were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them!
AOE was amazing to work with! We rented vineyard chairs, vineyard tables, chargers, runners, and flatware for our wedding and were beyond happy with how everything looked in our venue. Kristen was very helpful and easy to get in touch with throughout the entire wedding planning process and was so flexible about making my several requested adjustments to our order. She even purchased more chargers for us to rent when we had requested more than what was in their current inventory! Drop off and pick up both went so smoothly - you can tell they have done this thousands of times before! We received so many compliments from our guests (they especially loved the vineyard chairs and glass/gold beaded chargers) and felt that AOE's rentals really gave our wedding ceremony/reception the look we were hoping for! We definitely recommend AOE to anyone looking for rentals for an event!
All Occasions was great, highly recommend! Their inventory is impressive and helped accomplish my vision perfectly. Joanne was incredible to work with. Her communication was efficient, she was always adequately prepared, extremely professional and went above and beyond. Not a single issue occurred with any of the rentals, all items were executed successfully!
What an amazing staff. Everyone I spoke to before and after the wedding day was extremely helpful. I was able to talk over the phone whenever and meet in person several times to get every detail covered and perfect. Thank you everyone. Highly recommended!
We have nothing but great things to say about All Occasions after their help with our wedding. For our reception space, we were basically working with an empty box - so we relied on AO for everything from pipe & drape, to tables and linens, to glasses and cutlery. The team in the showroom helped us pull together our vision, and they worked directly with the venue to make sure everything was set up perfectly.

We used All Occasions for napkins, table runners and draping for our ceremony. We planned the wedding from out of state so it was great how responsive they were to all my questions and needs. Everything arrived on time and was in place just how it should be. Overall, a great experience!
They were so easy to communicate with, had a lot of variety, and made the entire process so simple, easy, and convenient! If you use All Occasions, it will be one less worry in the back of your mind on your big day!

I enjoyed working with Tracy at All Occasions! The items we rented were perfect! The staff is knowledgeable and will help you fit the most tables into your space, if needed. We rented two bars from All Occassions for our venue, The Center. They were super easy to work with, very professional and delivered exactly what we wanted. They even worked with our venue to adjust pick up times to save us money!
We rented table linens for my wedding. All Occasions is amazing to work with! Trish V was terrific and a tremendous help in planning my wedding. She showed me all kinds of linen options and helped me envision the venue. I would have been lost without her! All the linens were crisp and clean. Amazing to work with, amazing options, and fairly priced! I did a lot of research when figuring out where to do our rentals, and All Occasions ticked every box. They were super flexible, responsive, friendly, and dependable. Their show room is great and I highly recommend walking through before making any selections. We rented just about everything for our reception, tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery, linens, etc, and it was all fabulous! Highly recommend.

We rented table cloths and chiavari chairs for our wedding day. Items were delivered early in perfect condition. Everything was beautiful!
I rented all of my linens as well as a table and my bar from AO for my October 2016 wedding. My contact, Abby, was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful during the planning process. I must have changed my order at least 20 times and she was accommodating each time and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
My only complaint is that they charged my card for the full balance of the rental without notifying me. I paid a $50 deposit when I was created an invoice with them and the remainder of my balance, which was close to $2100, was due 1 week before the wedding. Of course this is a stressful time and I was trying to keep track of multiple vendors but thankfully, all of my other vendors reached out to me ahead of the due date to send me a payment reminder and just a heads up on the final payment date (which I appreciated SO MUCH!) however, AO never did that and they just called me at the exact week mark (around noon when I was at work) and left me a voicemail confirming my order and that they had ran my card on file for the remainder of my balance. This was very frustrating because it was not the card I intended to pay with and it could have overdrawn our account had it been any other account. Although they probably had the right to do this, I thought it was in very poor taste and put us in a very tight spot. Had they at least given us the rest of the day of the deadline, I could have called back with the alternate card number but they did not give us an opportunity to present them with an alternative option.
At the end of the day, my rentals looked great and I was very pleased with how everything looked. They were flexible with the drop off and pick up dates and although they are a tad bit more expensive than PrimeTime, I think you get what you pay for and I was satisfied overall.
We rented our tent, tables, chairs, and linens from All Occasions for our outdoor wedding on our property in September. Working with All Occasions was great! Our high tension peak tent was BEAUTIFUL for the wedding and I was able to add window walls in case of rain. Tables, chairs, and linens were exactly as we planned. We even rented the barrel bars which gave our bar area a great extra backyard/rustic feel that we loved. Planning with All Occasions was also easy! They were quick to answer/return emails and phone calls. They sent someone out to survey our land and ensure the tent would go their smoothly. Their set up and take down of the tent was no stress to me or my husband! I would highly recommend them for wedding rental needs! You can definitely tell they have been in this business for a while and know how to run things smoothly! My husband and I also caught one of their sales and bought old silverware they were selling and wine glasses to use for our wedding. These were a steal! So ask about their sales of old products when they get new stuff in!
Completely loved my experience with All Occasions! We literally made all of our decisions in one sitting, thanks to their help. We worked with someone named Jessica who really helped us make a classy, look that didn't clash with our modern taste and venue. I'm not a designer so having her input on combinations was much appreciated. And when we needed things updated or changed, they were so quick to help!
I also requested a table and chairs for my new house since we just moved in, had no furniture, and I had guests staying with us before the wedding. I called on a Saturday thinking I'd have to leave a voicemail and they immediately answered and got my order for that following week placed. I am so happy we worked with All Occasions, it was a really great experience!
We rented table linens for my daughters wedding on 10/30/15. All Occasions is a top notch outfit. All the linens were crisp and clean. Very friendly staff! They were extremely accommodating when we had to change the number and size of linens and were quick with issuing a refund. Thank you All Occasions for making a stressful event easy!

this is a one stop shop for all your event rental needs and they are very reasonable. I searched and searched and they were the one place that offered chair sashes included in the price of chair covers!
