Professional, quality and mind blown with the decorations! I hired All Seasons Party Linen for my wedding and I cannot stop looking at our pictures on how gorgeous my wedding was! From the very beginning of our consultation I can’t believe how simple everything was. Ruby made it seems like it was that simple she is so knowledgeable about how I wanted everything to look like. She cares about the details, she cares about your budget and communication is a top notch! Being the bride and planner I thought things was smoother and easier because I hired them. They even made the groomsmen bow tie for us because we couldn’t find them anywhere with the exact match with the bridesmaids dresses. On the day of the wedding I was so blown away with everything from aisles, the flowers, candles, the guest table and the head table! My guests was impressed. Everything is what I imagined to be! I am so thankful and grateful for them even in the middle of the pandemic they went above and beyond! Thank you and highly recommended!
Ruby was a huge help! We had to order rental chairs somewhat last minute and she was all over it! She responded promptly and worked with our reception venue. Her prices were the most reasonable in the area for what we were looking for.
The disrespectful, inconsiderate, and disorganized customer experience is not worth the cheaper price. Look at my pictures pisted on google to see their products were in bad shape and not maintained. I am glad I did the restkf my rentals through a different company that had their business together. Don't ignore the warning signs!
We used All Seasons for all of our rental needs. They showed up on time and the set up was great! We needed same day breakdown and they made sure that happened!
This company made my daughter's wedding so beautiful. From the beginning to the end, Ruby made sure we were taken care of. She was always available to talk and spend time with us. She is so sweet and really helped choose things that would make the ceremony and reception pretty. I wanted to create a flower wall and together we designed a beautiful backdrop in the reception. Amazing and perfect! Thank you All Seasons.
Ruby was great to work with! I contacted her about a month out from our wedding and she was so accommodating. My husband's one request about decor for our reception was to have Chiavari chairs and Ruby delivered just that!
We rented cocktail tables and chairs for our reception from All Seasons and it was very nearly a total disaster.
The delivery crew was over an hour late to the venue (!) and our family and friends had to wait and then scramble to make sure the table decorations were finished before the rest of our guests arrived. In the midst of this total panic, the delivery crew---I kid you not---stopped to grab some tacos from the food truck we had catering our reception (!!).
I hate to give a one-star review, because All Seasons was convenient and easy to work with throughout the planning process, but they REALLY blew it on the day it mattered most.
Ruby has a variety of items to rent. The gold chiavari chairs that we rented has a few stains on the chair pads. Some things are priced well and others are very overpriced. There was a lack of communication and understanding on Ruby's end. Often asked for specific invoices to ensure she booked our items correctly and she never followed through or would respond several days later. I had a difficult time trusting that our wedding rentals would be booked and ready for our reception since there was no indication that it was booked. Thankfully, there was no problem with items missing the day of the wedding. Just wish Ruby would be more organized and be responsive to e-mails.
