My sister hired Lori to help with the day-of execution for her wedding. I met Lori at the rehearsal and it was clear very quickly that she was truly a professional that was going to make the entire day an event to remember. She was thoughtful, well-organized, and a resource of knowledge about the area. Lori and her helpful assistant allowed everyone to feel calm and truly excited for the wedding ceremony and reception. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything looked effortless, and I know my sister and her husband appreciated Lori's help so much. Thank you Lori!!

We hired Lori for our day-of-coordination and it was the best decision ever. She ensured that we could actually enjoy our wedding day and kept everything running so smoothly and on time. She also was available before the wedding for questions we might have as we planned our wedding from afar, and we had access to an online wedding planning program to keep ourselves organized. From the first phone call I had with Lori, I knew she was the perfect coordinator for our day! I was immediately so comfortable with her and I could tell she understood my vision and was very relatable and easy going. She was thorough in the questions she asked and went over every detail with me to be sure she could execute exactly what I envisioned. When looking for a coordinator, I focused on 3 things: 1. Someone who was able to work with someone as particular as I am, being an event planner myself. 2. Relatability and personable - someone who took time to get to know me and our story and understood we didn’t want a “cookie cutter” wedding experience 3. Flexibility - someone who could work with where I felt I needed the most support . Lori hit all these marks for me! Lori and Michele exceeded my day-of expectations. They set up all my DIY Decor flawlessly, made sure all my vendors were following the timeline, made decisions when they needed to be made and were just there for whatever I needed. If you're on the fence about whether or not you need a coordinator, let me be the one to tell you, you do - and it needs to be Lori and her team.

You made my wedding into my dream wedding. It's like you could see into my brain and make my vision a reality. You took all the stress of the wedding day off of me and I am forever thankful. You are a great at what you do.

As a first time mother of the bride who was helping my daughter with the planning, I wanted to ensure that everyone involved was going to have an enjoyable time on the wedding day. Hiring Lori and her staff to coordinate the day was absolutely the right decision. She truly was the ‘Master of Ceremonies!’ The wedding was held outdoors at the home of the groom’s parents and there was a lot of uncertainty in the morning regarding the weather. A rain plan had been thought of but ultimately the bride and groom decided that they really wanted the ceremony outside which caused a shift in the timeline to avoid the heaviest projected rain. Lori was exceptional at taking in all the cues and managing the communication with the bridal couple, family, guests and vendors alike. Her adaptability and experience were immediately evident from the moment she arrived at the venue. Lori quickly assessed what needed to be done and jumped right into action. She assisted with the final décor details and skillfully guided everyone into their proper places when needed. More than once I saw her gently corralling family members to ensure they did not miss any photographs, toasts or the cake cutting. Lori also has a keen eye for the aesthetics. She is artistic and creative. When it came time to cut the cake, she set up the table and accessories against a beautiful natural backdrop and repositioned floral arrangements to create a perfect setting for the guests and photographer to view the couple. During the afternoon I saw my daughter and husband walking the grounds together with beautiful smiles on their faces. She later told me that they were looking at all of their family and friends together in one place, having fun and were so happy with the way the day turned out. Lori did an AMAZING job managing our wedding. We had our wedding at an unconventional space, a VERY rustic barn that had a lot of moving pieces. She and her assistant did an awesome job setting up and bringing my vision to life, making sure all the vendors had what they needed, and making sure the event flowed along seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding day she was great at communication and making sure nothing was looked over. We would hire Alluring Wedding & Events 100 times over. Thank you!

Dear Lori, I can’t thank you enough for helping me create the Bat Mitzvah celebration I envisioned for Ella, and making the process both easy and fun to boot. From the event timeline and room decor, to the candle lighting ceremony display and candy buffet, I knew that you cared about every little detail as much as I did. So many of my guests told me how amazing everything looked and as you know, the photographer told me it was the best candy buffet she had ever seen. You also took a huge stress off of me by helping me with the logistics of the room decor for the kiddush luncheon the previous day; I seriously don’t know what I would have done without your help. In addition from bringing my vision for the party to life, I hope you know how invaluable it was to me to have you and your assistant Michelle, there the entire time to help keep us on task and manage everything. You were always at least one step ahead of me which allowed me to relax and truly enjoy the party with my guests. Lastly, thank you for being so sweet to Ella, and making her feel as special as she deserved to on such an important day in her life. She loved experiencing the big room reveal with you before the party started, and hanging out with you prior to making her grand entrance. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better party planning partner for this major, and at times overwhelming, event in my, my daughter, and family’s life. I’m excited to know I’ll get to do it all again with you for Orion’s Bar Mitzvah in three years. : )

Lori was an absolute godsend. Hiring her was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, having done most of the planning ourselves. From the moment she showed up on the morning of our wedding, we felt as if a weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. Lori oversaw the set-up and clean-up, made sure everything flowed well, handled communications with the venue, and tackled a number of unforeseen crises as they emerged. Whenever I needed something, she was somehow always right there, ready to help, and yet she was totally unobtrusive. She took time to understand our vision for the wedding and to make that vision a reality, while adding little touches of her own that were right in line with what we wanted. Lori has a rare ability to be calm and friendly under pressure, all while being extremely effective at getting things done. At the end of the evening, I lost a handkerchief that was a family heirloom -- one of the waitstaff had apparently cleared it from the table. I told Lori and within 30 seconds she magically appeared with the handkerchief. This was just one of many small miracles she performed for us. We kept saying to each other for days afterwards that hiring her had been our smartest wedding choice! We would highly recommend Lori and her team to any couple.
