Words cannot describe how amazing it was to work with The Party Pretzel! Brett is so thoughtful, intentional and fun to work with! She made our lives SO SO SO much easier. She answered every question under the sun and wants it to be easy for the couple. When the wedding day came and we didn't have to worry about vendors, setting up, details, etc., it was a huge sigh of relief. We walked into Woodlands, our wedding venue, and everything looked perfect. Brett is THE BEST! All my calls were filled with making us feel ready, organized and of course laughter. I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Thank you SO much for making our day so easy, magical and possible! XO

Dessert is a big deal in our household. When we started wedding planning, we knew the desserts were going to be one of the most important decisions. Neither my partner nor I are cake people but Alyce has convinced us both to change our perception. From our first interaction, Alyce has been genuine, professional, and filled with excitement for making her client's visions come to life. As self-proclaimed foodies, we were looking for someone who had a love for food and sweets like we do. Alyce did not disappoint. Her samples were fresh and perfect size to share with one to two people. She offered to do a second round for us to mix and match cake and icing flavors. We did not have a design in mind for decorations and elected to give Alyce creative control based on our wedding colors, venue, and overall "vibes." It was a work of art! The cake was to die for - both in design and taste. We loved it so much that we are having her make the cake again for our one year anniversary! Aside from being an overall incredible human, business onwer, and baker, she also makes dog cakes and puts just as much thought and care into them. She made one for our wedding day, which was the same as one of our dog's birthdays, and it was beautiful. We cannot say enough nice things about Alyce in Flourland and cannot recommend her enough! Promise you'll be over the moon with the results!

Alyce was the best! I love dessert too much to just get a cake so she made my dessert table vision come to life!!! All of my favorite flavors and beautifully decorated cupcakes, cutting cake and macaroons that were equally delicious . thank you so much!!

Alyce was amazing. We decided to go with a small personal wedding cake and then multiple flavors of cake pops for our guests so they could move and dance around with them, while having autonomy to pick a dessert flavor they enjoyed. People are still raving about the cake pops. Our wedding cake was also beautiful, flawless, and delicious.

We are so glad we chose Alyce for our desserts! She is so kind and celebratory of her couples – from the moment we picked up our samples all the way until now. She did a three-tier cake strawberry and vanilla cake for us and a variety of mini cheesecakes, and our guests enjoyed all of it. She is a master at what she does! It was a beautiful and delicious display.

Alyce was amazing to work with! We ordered a two-tier wedding cake with pearls and a large number of cupcakes with various flavors and everything turned out beautiful, we received so many compliments! Alyce was quick to respond and did an excellent job.

Oh. My. Goodness. Everyone told us that not many people like or eat cake so we ordered enough for everyone to have a slice, hoping we’d have extra. Alyce’s cakes are SO AMAZING that as bride/groom we only got one slice and the rest was all gone! Alyce was a delight to work with, listening to my design requests and we had a blast at the taste testing. The cake itself was beautiful, with Alyce adding in design recommendations that absolutely took it above and beyond. Can’t wait to get more desserts from Alyce!

Alyce was fantastic to work with. Our cake was more beautiful than we imagined and our guests loved the unique flavor. Alyce is everything you’d want in a baker - great with communication, flexible with the changes we made, and most importantly, produced delicious desserts 😊

Alyce was phenomenal! She was friendly, accommodating and gracious. We worked long distance and there wasn’t a single problem. She was so helpful regarding the amount of desserts we would need and delivered/set-up the cake/desserts to Camp Hale. The cake was stunning and the variety of hand held desserts was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Everything was perfect. Out cake was devoured by guests (and everyone kept coming up saying it was the best cake they had ever had)! The macaroons were perfect and the French guests even said they rivaled their local macaroons. And the donuts were so moist and light we ate them for breakfast after the wedding.

Alyce supplied both my wedding cake for cutting, as shown below, as well as my entire dessert bar. Cake sicles, petit fours, mini cheesecakes, cookies, and so much more! I am still waiting for the pictures back on that end, but every single flavor, every last item was absolutely delicious! We recommend the chai, that was our wedding cake flavor, and I eagerly await my one year anniversary when we get to eat the slice we have saved frozen. Alyce and her team were a dream to work with, everything was planned quickly and seamlessly, and she was willing to work with me when I needed desserts at two different locations, at two separate times. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll be looking for another excuse to party in Colorado just so I can hire her again! 10000/10. Thanks Alyce!

Alyce's desserts are AMAZING. Possibly the best I've ever had, even the gluten-free versions. She offers such a wide variety of desserts and flavors. She was easy to work with, responsive, reasonably priced, and even arranged a last minute tasting for me. We did a dessert bar with a little bit of everything and a cutting cake, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

Alyce was so wonderful to work with! We got married on Halloween - and my husband requested a raspberry drip cake (to look like blood LOL). But I still wanted our wedding cake to feel somewhat classy... And Alyce totally pulled it off! Everyone was obsessed with the cake at our wedding. Not only did it look super awesome, but it tasted delicious, too. She is AMAZING at what she does, and she was super easy to work with. I completely recommend her for wedding cakes and beyond!

Alyce in Flourland was the best baker that we found in Colorado. We ordered both personalized cutting cake and 6 different flavors of cupcakes for our wedding. All of the flavors were delicious, and the cake and cupcake decorations were stunning. On top of the great food, Alyce is a wonderful person to work with. She was easy to work with, super responsive, and willing to work with our ideas to make our wedding food even better

Alyce is fantastic! Not only did she help us pick flavor combinations when testing out sample cupcakes (SO yummy), but she was very personable and professional throughout the process. In addition, she kept in touch from the time I hired her until the wedding, checking in about relevant questions such as if I had a cake stand or wanted to rent one. She checked in with me the week before and week of to ensure delivery went smoothly, and she even adjusted her recipe for buttercream and custard to make it just right for us! The cakes turned out looking fantastic, we had more than enough, and they were quite possibly the best tasking cakes I've ever eaten (and I love baking from scratch myself). All around, an excellent choice for any baking needs.

Alyce was amazing! The cake tasting was so personable and welcoming. On the day of the wedding the cake was beautiful! We will be going back to Alyce for other events in the future.

Alyce is so sweet and relational and I was able to contact her whenever if I had any changes! Having her help with my wedding cupcakes and cookies was amazing, she was open to any of my requests!! Snickerdoodle cupcakes and her cookie sandwiches are scrumptious! I would definitely get Alyce again for any other event:)

Alyce was spectacular to work with. We reached out to her about two months before we eloped and she was able to accommodate our requests. We needed a vegan cake and she 100% came through. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious. Thankfully we were able to save some for our one-year anniversary before it disappeared.

Alyce has a sweet personality, but an eye for art. Each dessert/cake she makes is a work of art down to the smallest detail, and she puts the same eye for detail into the ingredients as well. The cake was light and fluffy, the frosting rich, but not too sweet. Highly recommend.
