Amanda went above and beyond from the moment that I met her! She helped me plan my wedding from the start even down to getting my wedding website started. She was patient and kind and understood my crazy busy life and picked up my slack! The day of was perfect she had everything handled so much when I walked into the reception she handed me a plate of food from cocktail hour then proceeded to get me a plate of food to make sure I ate! I literally could not and would not have made it to my big day without her helping hand and direction each step of the way! She is worth every penny and than some :)!!

As a type A personality, I (bride) found it really challenging to allow someone else to take over the morning of our wedding and prepare the venue for our arrival without us seeing it. But it was even better than I had imagined.

Working with Amanda for over a year to plan our wedding was incredible! Amanda quickly picked up on the things my partner and I liked, helped us find the best vendors for our wedding, keep our organized and accountable in the decision making process, and answered all of our questions truthfully while keeping our best interests at heart.
On the day of the wedding, my partner and I felt confident and at ease knowing that we were in good hands with Amanda and her team, and were able to just truly enjoy our special day. Amanda was kind, patient, thoughtful, responsive, organized and so much more and we cannot recommend them enough for all of your wedding needs!
When I started my wedding planning journey I was adamant about not needing a planner. My job involves some event planning and I felt like I could handle producing my wedding. But as tasks started to pile up I decided to reach out and interview some planners. I knew that at minimum I would need someone to help out day-of. When I spoke to Amanda on the phone for the first time we connected immediately. Her sense of humor, her kindness, the way she made me feel heard and seen, put me at ease right away. All of our planning sessions were so much fun and it lifted so much of my stress to know that there was someone in our corner looking out for us and helping guide us through the wild world of wedding planning. She also brought a helpful creative perspective that was really useful as we tried to work through creative vision for the wedding while being considerate about our budget. She was truly the best investment that we made in this wedding planning journey! If I could go back I would have brought her on even sooner! If only so that we could have hung out more! Amanda and her sister are a big part of why we had a successful wedding--we were lost until we found them. She helped us determine exactly we needed for our wedding and then managed all communications amongst vendors. She met with us multiple times to design the reception, including several meetings to discuss thematic, artistic, stylistic, and logistic elements related to the wedding day. She designed and choreographed our ceremony, while making room for every element and nuance we wanted to include. Amanda also worked on creating and managing many of the physical decorations we used in the ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding was amazing, and wouldn't have gone nearly as smooth if it weren't for Amanda keeping everyone moving, and in the right place at the right time. Plus, Amanda is so warm, cheerful, and full of energy (such good energy); and she gets things done! Ultimately, Amanda not only created an amazing experience for us, she became a part of that amazing experience by bringing her own celebratory energy to the party. đđ€
The best decision we could've made for our wedding was hiring Amanda! She was phenomenal! From the month we hired her, we had monthly check-ins (which no other company offered), and it was honestly a game changer. She is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. If I didn't have her, I would've been extremely stressed, but wasn't at all because I knew she had my back. I literally could not have planned our wedding without her. So much happened on our wedding day that I didn't even find out about later because Amanda just handled it, like a boss!!!
We worked with Amanda to plan and coordinate our wedding in September of 2023. She went above and beyond her job description. Monthly planning calls, quick answers to test questions, emails to all vendors, day of coordination was all included and in all areas she was fun, professional and organized. If a vendor was not up to her satisfaction, she had no problem cracking the whip to make sure the event went smoothly. Amanda was by far the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. If we could give her 10 stars we would. If you have any hesitation about planning a wedding yourself, do yourself a favor and book with her.

I can't express enough how incredible Amanda was as our wedding coordinator. We were initially recommended to her by our photographer, and even though she joined the planning process relatively late, she hit the ground running with unmatched enthusiasm and expertise. (I wasnât going to have a coordinator, but I changed my mind approximately a month before my wedding in an effort to decrease stress).
Amanda's ability to quickly grasp the intricate details of our wedding plans was truly remarkable. She made herself incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire journey, making what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth.

Amanda is an absolute angel! We booked with Amanda a year in advance for a day of coordinator because I was pretty confident I could do most things on my own even though I was planning from 1,500 miles away... I could not. She handled so many unexpected issues for me from vendors not responding, changing my entire theme weeks before, and even finding vendors that fit my style. She went above and beyond and met with me every month over Facetime, sometimes even twice a month, and was always available for a quick call or text when I wasn't sure about something. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She did everything and worked seamlessly with the rest of the vendors. She kept us on schedule, made sure we ate, and Iâm sure she put out fires on our behalf. The most frequent comment I have gotten since the wedding was how kind, quick, and cohesive this team was. I wish I could have another wedding so I could work with her again!

We worked with Amanda to help us coordinate a ~140 person wedding in July 2023 and we could not have been happier!! Amanda has a depth of experience that allows her keep the wedding planning process going smoothly and fun! She will make your wedding day PERFECT.
Amanda went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything runs smoothly. We were able to have regular calls with Amanda to help us organize our planning and she even gave us great recommendations on scheduling, timeline, and details. On the wedding day, we had a vendor running super late and a wedding guest who showed up without their RSVP. Amanda handled both with so much precession. Any fire that came up, Amanda handled it.
Amanda also has great communication and organization skills. She responds quickly whenever you have questions and knows what questions to ask you to make sure that you are staying on tract and having a fun time doing it. She is also really well versed in dealing with vendors and understanding vendor contracts. It is really helpful to have someone who can help you stay organized in a very overwhelming time.

Amanda helped us throw the wedding of our dreams after several times of rescheduling throughout Covid! Amanda helped us get organized months before our wedding day, and offered many services that went beyond the day of. Not only did she help us brainstorm unique ways of doing things, she also helped us build a timeline and organize our signs around the venue. Both my husband and I had little concept of the work it took to throw a wedding, and while he was skeptical of paying for a day of coordinator at fitst, he was quickly charmed by Amandaâs easy going personality and organization! I did not want a traditional wedding and Amanda definitely got the vibe we were going for! We would highly recommend Amandaâs services to any couple! Her outgoing and easy going personality made he great to work with.

I have thought a lot about how honest to be but we spend too much money to not be transparent. We felt the only thing this coordinator cared about was getting paid. I was called during our reception the day before our wedding by our caterer about setup and timing and food. I was also contacted the day before by our bartenders about what to wear and when to be there. The Tuesday before by photographer about timing. This is the coordinators job. We felt the burden was not lifted from us as we hoped it would be hiring a coordinator. Also during the wedding I saw her sit more than do anything⊠my father was having to tell the DJ to announce things, my photographer made sure we signed our marriage certificate when she said she was going to put together private time for us to sign our certificate and have our charcuterie and drinks in a room and she didnât have any of that including putting aside charcuterie for us. We got cheese and crackers from the beautiful spread⊠all I can say it was a huge disappointment and I hate to be rude but when you pay for a service you expect it and the only thing we felt she cared about was getting paid. We also had a ton of cake left over because it was never announced that it was available since we werenât doing a cake cutting.
It is not necessarily about missing the cake or missing the charcuterie itâs about simply following through with what was said would happen. Itâs about feeling like the burden of planning and coordinating was lifted and we did not feel it was. Two days before the wedding I was dealing with catering issues while I was trying to spend time with family.

Iâm sorry these are the feelings you took away from my teams services leading up to and on your wedding day. I contacted all your vendors including caterer and bartenders before your wedding day. I did have proof of that which is why...
your review was disputed and taken down originally. But I canât keep disputing it, as I can not control them choosing to call you when I gave them my contact info and asked them to call me if they needed anything at all. Also the bartender was your friend so maybe they felt more comfortable reaching out to you than me? Either way I have texts and emails to all vendors stating Iâm your coordinator and I was responsive when ever you or your vendors reached out to me directly. Also I realize I didnât make an announcement about your cupcakes, however I was restocking them all evening, a lot of times guests do not end up eating dessert and sometimes couples can over buy (which I believe was the case in your situation). I do not feel your review is a fair reflection of the work my staff and I put in on your day. I would have loved to have this feedback closer to your date and shared privately as maybe I would have talked to you about a resolution that seemed fair to all parties. If you look at any other review you will see that you are the only client who has felt so negatively of my services, so honestly your review and feelings did come as a complete shock and disappointment to me as well. To say I only care about getting paid is the farthest thing from the truth and who I am. This industry would break you in 5 seconds if that was truthful. Also we do have to sit and take breaks when we are on our feet all day and as you know I am 6 months pregnant. I was on my feet quite a long time on your wedding day but Iâm sorry you felt I was just sitting. I hate that I have to defend my business and my work as well as my character publicly. But I am so passionate and love what I do and this review feels completely unfair and unwarranted in my opinion. I did listen completely to your feelings and as you put it in your email to me after posting it at 1 am.. I did âtake notesâ.

Amanda was fantastic to work with. Prior to the event she was in contact with me, joined us for our meeting with the clients and she updated me on all decisions.
The week of the wedding, the forecast said it will rain. We hoped for it to change but the forecast did not. The night before, during rehearsal we stood there with the bride and groom finalizing the location for the wedding. Typically I do not allow that decision to be made this late in the planning, but the bride and groom refused to accept the fact that it will rain. Finally we decided to do a covered ceremony and indoor reception. I told the couple and all those involved that we will not be moving any tables or chairs the day of the wedding.
The day comes and the morning is sunny. The bride decides she wants the event outside (even though the forecast still says rain). The groomsmen and others pull the tables out and a downpour of rain starts. EVERYTHING was soaked. The linens, the china, the napkins, the decor. EVERYTING. So now everyone is working to put everything inside (including Amanda and her team).
At this point all the vendors (Amanda's staff, my staff, caterers) are working overtime to get things dried up. Basically the reception had to be fully reset in a matter of minutes and it was Amanda's team who did most of the work for that. If a wedding planner has X amount of work, Amanda had X+100 on that day. And still, the fact that the wedding stayed on time is a testament to the fact that Amanda worked so hard to make it happen. If she did miss on some detail when it came to the day off, it's only because she had 100 more things she needed to do now that everything was wet.
Amanda was absolutely professional when it came to me and my staff, as well as always staying in touch and working hard even through challenges. I would definitely recommend her for any event.

Finding a wedding planner is not an easy taskâthere are so many variables when youâre trying to find that one special person to help you plan & execute the most expensive party youâll ever plan. You need someone whoâs charismatic, energetic, clingy, over-attentive, autonomous, and self-propelling. We interviewed two people and ultimately and happily chose Amanda because she had all of those qualities, but the biggest deciding point for myself and my fiancĂ© was that she was willing to be 5% involved, or 1000% involved and she made sure to let us know that was up to us. What I discovered throughout our year of planning together was that Amanda truly loves what she does. Every couple is her biggest commitment, and she never backs down from anything you present her. We worked so well togetherâshe anticipated my questions and provided THE BEST referrals a gal could ask for. I used every single referral she sent my way, and our wedding was so much better for it. On the big day she was there early with her assistants and all three of them kept things going so smoothly; I had the best day because of them. Cleanup was done, all I had to do was pay my final bill and head home. Do yourself a huge favor and snag Amanda if you canâsheâs literally the pinnacle of the wedding planner/coordinator crop.

If I could give one piece of advice to a future bride, it would be to hire people that you truly trust. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Amanda proved that she was extremely trustworthy. I was very nervous about everything going exactly right, but having somebody we trusted at our venue the morning of our wedding allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. I can go on and on about all the ways that Amanda helped us, but most importantly, Amanda gave my mother the ability to get ready with me and the bridesmaids. If Amanda wasn't so amazing, my mother would have had to handle all of those responsibilities. Getting ready with my mom, sister, and cousins is such a treasured memory that I wouldn't have if it wasn't for Amanda and I will forever be grateful for that.

My daughter found Amanda through a referral for her July 2022 wedding. Amanda was nothing short of AMAZING. She made herself available throughout the planning process, was super responsive and so professional. On the day of, she kept us on time and calm and went the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. We consider her an adopted family member! We highly highly recommend!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Amanda. We hired her about a year before the wedding, and we are SO glad we did! Right from the beginning, she was hands on and always there for us when we had questions. I felt comfortable texting her about the wedding, even if it was just to show off my dress or ask advice for writing my vows. I know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without her and her amazing nieces! Thank you SO much for making our day perfect!
There are not enough good things to say about Amanda. She was our "day of" planner but her value started way before the day of. Planning a wedding is, in essence, terrifying and impossible, and most people have (of course) never done it before and have no idea what they are doing and it's enormous with a million tiny details, zomg. Amanda was absolutely essential to making our wedding happen. She met with us via video call multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding, always pointing out small things we'd overlooked, and then taking charge of getting it sorted out. Her catch phrase seemed to be "I will take care of that." Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive, she communicated regularly and well with us, and she helped us feel like this whole crazy, complicated day was possible. Anything I said was important to us, she made it happen. And in other areas, where I wasn't certain what would be best or what I wanted, she was full of good ideas and suggestions based on her experience.
Day of, she was even more of a rock star, making sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time with the right details on what to do. We had the added bonus of terrible weather that necessitated some last minute changes and communication with our guests - she handled it all expertly. She made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the day, taking away so much stress and bringing just the right mix of planning and spontaneity that made the day feel organized but not over-organized.
We are so grateful to her for making our day run smoothly and we cannot thank her enough. If you want someone who will make you feel steady and less stressed every time you talk to her, someone who will just "take care of that" when you feel overwhelmed with tasks, someone who will communicate expertly with your vendors, and someone who will help make your day feel like you, then Amanda is your person.
I hired Amanda with pretty short notice prior to my July 10th wedding as my day of coordinator, and I am SO GLAD I did! Amanda absolutely made our wedding day. Sheâs the sweetest gal to work with and she seriously knows what sheâs doing! She had so many great suggestions and advice of how our day could go and we are so grateful for her insight. She went above and beyond for us, communicating more than she needed or was required to, and even found us a back up caterer when we thought ours was about to fall through. She helped us with so many tasks the day of and kept everyone on track, there were literally no hiccups and everything went so smoothly. Amanda is AMAZING! I cannot find the words to express my gratitude. When I first started wedding planning I felt VERY stressed and overwhelmed; then I found Amanda. She is VERY knowledgeable, helpful and has the most positive attitude about everything. Amanda handled everything and it all went off without a hitch.. despite a 115 degree wedding day! Amanda arrived on time, was flexible and helped pull off the best day ever!
