were dragging our feet. We then found Amanda and man was she the greatest blessing through all of this. My mom lives in California so I was doing this a lot by myself, Amanda helped me navigate everything. From wedding decorations and details to just the emotions that go behind a wedding. She was my biggest cheerleader. Then it was wedding week and she stepped in to take over and she made my dreams become a reality. She made the day absolutely perfect! It was everything I hoped and dreamed of and Amanda and her team executed every little detail I wanted. Mishaps and high emotions happen with every wedding but Amanda took care of it all without me having to do anything. She really is the brides biggest cheerleader and will always have your back. Amanda is not only an amazing event planner, she is an amazing human with so much love to give. She is genuine and kind all while getting stuff done! Her team is amazing too, she only hires the best and most kindest human beings that care about you. Keturah was amazing and the sweetest soul and I am so glad she was on the team. She came in to help put my wedding day together and looked after me too! When I needed something she was there and I so appreciated that. I do not know how I got so lucky to have not just one amazing human but two. Not going to lie I want to find another event I can hire this team just to work with them again. You will not regret hiring Amanda and her team they are truly one of a kind and the biggest blessing to come out of all of this!

The table settings were beautiful, the flow between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner was seamless, and the timeline felt very natural. Alex was my day of coordinator and she was perfect. We had big dreams for our wedding day and she made every single one of the come true. When I first walked into our gorgeous venue all set up, I screamed and began hysterically crying. As a creative person myself, it was one of the greatest moments of my life seeing our vision come to fruition and it was all at the hands of Amanda. She truly was our fairy god mother and I highly recommend making her the captain of your wedding planning process. You certainly won't regret it and even more you will be thanking her for a lifetime!!!

triple for Amanda’s help. No matter what your budget may be—she’s worth every penny and more. If I had to, I would have sold family heirlooms to keep Amanda. I would have sold a kidney to keep Amanda. I would have sold my husband to keep Amanda. She was referred to me by our florist, who said “you won’t find anyone who will work harder for you.” Honestly, that sentence is a strong contender for Understatement of the Year. She worked harder than any person I’ve ever MET in my 31 years of life. If there are any obstacles or problems leading up to your wedding day, you’ll never know about them. She will have anticipated and handled them well in advance. Amanda just gets it. It’s like she’s in your head. And I truly think she would fight a bear if it meant protecting the integrity of your big day. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you could run blindfolded into traffic and not suffer so much as a scratch—because she’s got your back through thick and thin. She’s also got the best connections, the best attitude, the best organization, the best team, the best recommendations… you get where I’m going with this. She is professional, experienced, friendly, assertive, talented, intelligent and will move heaven and earth to give you the best possible wedding you can reasonably imagine. She will set your expectations and exceed them anyway. And she’ll travel to you. I live in Florida, but we got married in Washington. Amanda not only travels to wherever the hell you need her, she planned almost our entire wedding from Oregon. I basically got to be a passenger princess from the other side of the country. She found a vendor for every niche little thing I could come up with… A painter to do our signs, which she had us ship to her home address so we didn’t have to travel with them. A bakery with a Swedish cake I loved as a kid. An officiant who literally made every single guest cry at her beautiful speech. Couches. She had custom COUCHES delivered to our venue so people could lounge for cocktail hour. I didn’t have to lift a finger. People will not shut up about how perfect our wedding was. Listen, just hire her. I know this review is crazy, but you genuinely won’t regret it. Trust me—as an Italian woman and lifelong East-coast native, my standards are high and I am far from easygoing. I’m capable of Grinch-level hater behavior. Amanda just left me no choice but to give her 5 stars. She was THAT good.

She was quick with an answer for any of my questions, and was always very responsive. She asked thoughtful questions that I would not have thought of, to make sure things were organized and the details were perfect. I loved that Amanda always had a good suggestion when I asked for advice, and she worked hard to make any of my ideas happen. She was thoughtful and organized throughout the whole process, handling all vendor communication as well as any small detail that I needed. At rehearsal I realized I had forgotten to find a sign for part of the ceremony, but the next day Amanda showed up with a perfect one! She is truly ready for everything. Outside of incredible organization, Amanda was so fun to work with! She is so easy to talk with, and very personable. It was clear Amanda genuinely cared about my husband and I, and that she was excited to make our day a success. The rehearsal and my wedding day were truly perfect, and I attribute that to Amanda!

rers were hired, halls were rented..... and then we got very very bad health news. There was no way to have the wedding. Amanda to the rescue. She not only helped us with the reworking of our plans, but she did it with a kindness and professionalism we really needed. She gave us the exact help we needed in that moment, which is really what you want in a planner.

I left her a message with my dilemma and a plea for help. 20 minutes later she calls me and tells me she has 3 options for venue that she has already called to confirm they are available for my event. I hired her in the spot and have been so grateful I did ever since. She created the most beautiful baby shower you have ever seen and I am still getting compliments. Because of her incredible work, I referred her to my best friend in California who was planning a wedding. I just attended that wedding this last weekend and when I tell you it was MAGICAL, it’s not an understatement. Amanda gets to know the people she’s working with intimately, she delivers a high level event and if there were any hiccups no-one would know; she handles them discretely and gracefully. If you are on the fence, get off of it, Amanda is your girl.

As a type A personality, I (bride) found it really challenging to allow someone else to take over the morning of our wedding and prepare the venue for our arrival without us seeing it. But it was even better than I had imagined. Amanda and her team on the day of the wedding were incredible! The subtly swooped around flipping rooms and tearing down while guests were completely unaware. They went above and beyond in many different ways on the day and I truly couldn't imagine the day without their coordination, clear communication and attention to detail. s tasks started to pile up I decided to reach out and interview some planners. I knew that at minimum I would need someone to help out day-of. When I spoke to Amanda on the phone for the first time we connected immediately. Her sense of humor, her kindness, the way she made me feel heard and seen, put me at ease right away. All of our planning sessions were so much fun and it lifted so much of my stress to know that there was someone in our corner looking out for us and helping guide us through the wild world of wedding planning. She also brought a helpful creative perspective that was really useful as we tried to work through creative vision for the wedding while being considerate about our budget. She was truly the best investment that we made in this wedding planning journey! If I could go back I would have brought her on even sooner! If only so that we could have hung out more! She met with us multiple times to design the reception, including several meetings to discuss thematic, artistic, stylistic, and logistic elements related to the wedding day. She designed and choreographed our ceremony, while making room for every element and nuance we wanted to include. Amanda also worked on creating and managing many of the physical decorations we used in the ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding was amazing, and wouldn't have gone nearly as smooth if it weren't for Amanda keeping everyone moving, and in the right place at the right time. Plus, Amanda is so warm, cheerful, and full of energy (such good energy); and she gets things done! Ultimately, Amanda not only created an amazing experience for us, she became a part of that amazing experience by bringing her own celebratory energy to the party. 💜🤘

d it was honestly a game changer. She is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. If I didn't have her, I would've been extremely stressed, but wasn't at all because I knew she had my back. I literally could not have planned our wedding without her. So much happened on our wedding day that I didn't even find out about later because Amanda just handled it, like a boss!!!

If a vendor was not up to her satisfaction, she had no problem cracking the whip to make sure the event went smoothly. Amanda was by far the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. FULLY delivered (and then some). Being able to contact her any time I had a question or thought of an idea always put me at ease. Her attention to detail and positive attitude was an absolute joy to work with and I could not recommend her more! My wedding ran seamlessly and was everything I dreamed of and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Amanda and her amazing team! Even my parents and members of my wedding party came to me and said how much they loved her and how amazing she is at her job! We were also fortunate enough to utilize Amanda’s new business, voguePDX, which is the coolest Photo Booth experience! We were so happy we added that because it was a huge hit with our guests and allowed us to have even more memories to cherish!! 10/10 recommend!! She’s a gem!!!!

ning from 1,500 miles away... I could not. She handled so many unexpected issues for me from vendors not responding, changing my entire theme weeks before, and even finding vendors that fit my style. She went above and beyond and met with me every month over Facetime, sometimes even twice a month, and was always available for a quick call or text when I wasn't sure about something. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She did everything and worked seamlessly with the rest of the vendors. She kept us on schedule, made sure we ate, and I’m sure she put out fires on our behalf. The most frequent comment I have gotten since the wedding was how kind, quick, and cohesive this team was. I wish I could have another wedding so I could work with her again!

g planning process going smoothly and fun! She will make your wedding day PERFECT. Amanda went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything runs smoothly. We were able to have regular calls with Amanda to help us organize our planning and she even gave us great recommendations on scheduling, timeline, and details. On the wedding day, we had a vendor running super late and a wedding guest who showed up without their RSVP. Amanda handled both with so much precession. Any fire that came up, Amanda handled it. Amanda also has great communication and organization skills. She responds quickly whenever you have questions and knows what questions to ask you to make sure that you are staying on tract and having a fun time doing it. She is also really well versed in dealing with vendors and understanding vendor contracts. It is really helpful to have someone who can help you stay organized in a very overwhelming time. Amanda is the best!!

ring our reception the day before our wedding by our caterer about setup and timing and food. I was also contacted the day before by our bartenders about what to wear and when to be there. The Tuesday before by photographer about timing. This is the coordinators job. We felt the burden was not lifted from us as we hoped it would be hiring a coordinator. Also during the wedding I saw her sit more than do anything… my father was having to tell the DJ to announce things, my photographer made sure we signed our marriage certificate when she said she was going to put together private time for us to sign our certificate and have our charcuterie and drinks in a room and she didn’t have any of that including putting aside charcuterie for us. We got cheese and crackers from the beautiful spread… all I can say it was a huge disappointment and I hate to be rude but when you pay for a service you expect it and the only thing we felt she cared about was getting paid. We also had a ton of cake left over because it was never announced that it was available since we weren’t doing a cake cutting. It is not necessarily about missing the cake or missing the charcuterie it’s about simply following through with what was said would happen. It’s about feeling like the burden of planning and coordinating was lifted and we did not feel it was. Two days before the wedding I was dealing with catering issues while I was trying to spend time with family.

’ll ever plan. You need someone who’s charismatic, energetic, clingy, over-attentive, autonomous, and self-propelling. We interviewed two people and ultimately and happily chose Amanda because she had all of those qualities, but the biggest deciding point for myself and my fiancé was that she was willing to be 5% involved, or 1000% involved and she made sure to let us know that was up to us. What I discovered throughout our year of planning together was that Amanda truly loves what she does. Every couple is her biggest commitment, and she never backs down from anything you present her. We worked so well together—she anticipated my questions and provided THE BEST referrals a gal could ask for. I used every single referral she sent my way, and our wedding was so much better for it. On the big day she was there early with her assistants and all three of them kept things going so smoothly; I had the best day because of them. Cleanup was done, all I had to do was pay my final bill and head home. Do yourself a huge favor and snag Amanda if you can—she’s literally the pinnacle of the wedding planner/coordinator crop. Amanda was absolutely essential to making our wedding happen. She met with us via video call multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding, always pointing out small things we'd overlooked, and then taking charge of getting it sorted out. Her catch phrase seemed to be "I will take care of that." Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive, she communicated regularly and well with us, and she helped us feel like this whole crazy, complicated day was possible. Anything I said was important to us, she made it happen. And in other areas, where I wasn't certain what would be best or what I wanted, she was full of good ideas and suggestions based on her experience. Day of, she was even more of a rock star, making sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time with the right details on what to do. We had the added bonus of terrible weather that necessitated some last minute changes and communication with our guests - she handled it all expertly. She made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the day, taking away so much stress and bringing just the right mix of planning and spontaneity that made the day feel organized but not over-organized. We are so grateful to her for making our day run smoothly and we cannot thank her enough. If you want someone who will make you feel steady and less stressed every time you talk to her, someone who will just "take care of that" when you feel overwhelmed with tasks, someone who will communicate expertly with your vendors, and someone who will help make your day feel like you, then Amanda is your person.
