I had the pleasure of working with Aimee for my recent wedding, and I cannot thank her enough for her hand in all the planning. Planning a wedding from a distance is no easy feat, but Aimee made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From our very first consultation, it was clear that Aimee was not only highly organized but also genuinely passionate about creating the perfect day for us. Despite not living in the same town where our wedding was held, she managed to coordinate everything flawlessly. It was clear that she had local roots tied to the HHI area and she knew it like the back of her hand. Aimee's advice was always realistic, to the point, and you could tell she had our best interest at heart. Not to mention, she was also fun to hang out with! Aimee Fennessey of Amanda Rose is an experienced, knowledgeable and excellent wedding planner whom we would highly recommend. Aimee planned a wedding for us in 2 ½ months – a wedding that was picture perfect in every way. She guided us through the process quickly and efficiently, keeping us on track with vendor selection, payments, to-do lists, timelines, etc. Her communication throughout was immediate, to-the-point and efficient. She gave her personal opinions when asked, but otherwise, did all she could to make the wedding exactly as we wanted. On the day of the wedding, Aimee’s attitude was wonderful –she was flexible, comforting, amenable, ready to do whatever to make everyone happy! Without doubt, we could not have managed to do all that was necessary to have such a lovely, memorable affair in such a short time without Aimee. She deserves our highest praise and thanks.

Aimee and her team were incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding, working through the schedule, figuring out details and answering our questions. They were very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping us plan. The day of the wedding they were so on top of getting things set-up and coordinating with vendors. I was so impressed by how I was able to tell them my vision and to walk into the reception and see how they had executed it beyond what I could have expected. And during the wedding it was really helpful to have them keep us on schedule and telling everyone where to be and when. They also made sure we had drinks and brought me a jacket when it got cold. When my now wife and I forgot something, Amanda remembered; when there was a detail that we overlooked, she had it planned. The perfect example of this is that during our reception we didn't have a chance to eat any cake but when we got up to our suite there was two of everything. Amanda helped make our day perfect!

We chose the partial planning package and were immediately met with a long and thorough list of vendors to choose from to help us get underway. As we were planning a wedding in SC, but are located in VA this was invaluable. It's worth mentioning that every vendor asked us who our planner was and GUSHED over Amanda Rose Weddings. They truly are rockstars. Over the year and a half leading up to the wedding, they answered every question and brought things to our attention we would have never thought of. 2 months out from our wedding they stepped in and began orchestrating all of the logistics needed to make our day so special (and there were A LOT). Both Aimee and London did several site visits to Daufuskie Island and took over all communication with vendors. Their communication with everyone was incredible and ensured everyone got on and off island successfully! London oversaw delivery of all of our rentals, made adjustments to our layout where necessary and organized every single detail we had accumulated over the last 1.5 years for the wedding and reception. She got us organized in our most chaotic hour. Aimee and two fabulous assistants were there for us on the day of and literally made us feel like queens, but also tactfully kept us out of the loop of any challenges that arose so we could enjoy our day. Recommend this team 10000000000% to anyone, they truly know their stuff, put your mind at ease, take away so much stress and help to create a stunning, seamless event. I am writing this review as the MOB for our wedding at the OMNI in Hilton Head last month. As we were planning an out of town destination type wedding, my daughter hired Amanda Rose Weddings to coordinate the day of activities. In short, Aimee is a rockstar! Everything went off perfectly, she kept everyone on the timeline and the wedding was fabulous! Her professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail is amazing! Having her took so much stress off of myself personally, and my daughter the bride, and everyone else involved in the wedding. We could not have done it without her help and expertise! Highly highly recommend!

Aimee + ARW was the greatest addition to our wedding and planning process! We do not like in SC, nor even visited our venue. We put all of our trust in her judgement and recommendations for selecting other local vendors and how to plan our day. Wow!! We couldn't be happier with Amanda Rose Weddings! Our initial conversation with Aimee and her expertise helped my wife and I feel comfortable that we needed to go with them. We were then fortunate enough to be introduced to London, who was an absolute rock star! Aimee with Amanda Rose Weddings completely exceeded my expectations! She was so helpful throughout the planning process and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. On the wedding day itself, she played such an important role in every aspect. There is no way everything would have gone so seamless had she not been there. I wasn’t sure about getting a planner for my wedding, but it was strongly encouraged for me to get at least a day of coordinator. It was important for me to use local vendors, and that’s how I stumbled upon Amanda Rose Wedding and Events. When it was time for us to get things started there was an extensive form to fill out to inform the coordinator of everything they’ll need to know for my wedding day. Let’s just say I opened it and was impressed with the thoroughness but overwhelmed with the task. When I expressed my feelings about the form, London validated my concerns, and scheduled a call for us to go through them together. This is just a small reflection of how incredible she was throughout the entire process. My, then fiancé, even made a comment at our rehearsals “I know she’s here for ‘our wedding’ but it’s obvious that she’s really here for you”. I’m definitely the controlling kind of person, and she had a way to always make me feel in control while also feeling comfortable not being in control once the wedding day had arrived. Out of all the coordinators at Amanda Rose I’m thankful I was matched with London.

Aimee and the Amanda Rose team are absolutely amazing and working with them was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but since we are from out of town and were trying to plan everything from a distance, we decided it would be worth the investment. They went over and above all my expectations and not only did they coordinate everything and make sure everything ran seamlessly they were with us throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed; cold water, a fresh drink from the bar, every flavor of cake I wanted, I mean I can’t even begin to tell you how well we were taken care of. Our wedding day was the most perfect, stress-free day and that is due in a huge part to Aimee and her team. Everyone kept telling me “things will go wrong on your wedding day, try not to stress about it” but I can honestly say there wasn’t one single thing that went wrong. It was an absolute dream and I can’t tell them thank you enough for making that happen for us! I highly recommend then to any bride! You won’t regret it!!

I will never be able to put into words but fully express how thankful I am for Aimee, her staff and the whole Amanda Rose team! Aimee and her team were essential in our wedding planning process. Coming from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the many vendors Hilton Head and Bluffton has to offer. Amanda Rose Weddings recommended the most professional vendors. Aimee listened to what we wanted but also made key recommendations that I never would have thought of. We planned our wedding long-distance and couldn't have done it without Aimee!! Aimee is incredible! She was on top of details and schedules immediately, and always responded to emails quickly, professionally, and with a good sense of humor. Aimee offered prudent advice on every aspect of the planning, and indulged me in incorporating my eclectic collection of vintage décor we shipped AND lugged from Kansas. (God bless you, Aimee!) She also had a very detailed timeline typed out, so that everyone stayed on-track. Even when the wind blew something into my contact lens literally before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, she and Alexandra (who was also AWESOME) dealt with it calmly and problem-solved quickly. (Note: Have a Plan B if you're wearing contacts during a windstorm. Mine was Aimee!) The ceremony and reception were beautiful and we continue to get compliments on how everything was put together so well and that no detail had been spared. Aimee and Alexandra set up and broke down everything, packed it all very well, and helped to make the day go as smoothly as possible. As soon as the ceremony was over, they were waiting with drinks in-hand (For us! They weren't imbibing, though my tablescape décor probably made them want to, lol.) . Aimee also connected me with practically every vendor, and communicated with them throughout the planning process. They were all wonderful! If you're on the fence about investing in a wedding planner, especially if you live out-of-state, I can attest that hiring Aimee made all the difference in the world. I'm saying this as someone who enjoys planning myself, and she was a lifesaver! Her elopement packages are very reasonable, and she can do add-ons for other services, especially if you go overboard on Pinterest and need an additional assistant (much love, Alexandra) to help. Having a planner helps alleviate some of the stress and they can expertly handle things that are happening behind-the-scenes (and believe me, there are always things happening behind-the-scenes). I'm so grateful for Aimee and Alexandra! I just wish the day could've lasted longer. Thank you, Aimee!!!

When we started planning our wedding on Daufuskie Island I didn't initially think we needed a wedding planner, but as I got into the details/logistics I changed my mind. I am so glad we decided on Amanda Rose Weddings for our big day. London and her assistant made sure our day ran so smoothly - they coordinated vendors, kept track of our bridal party and family, and helped calm my pre-ceremony jitters. A couple days after the wedding I found out that our cake had actually been knocked over, and that London had fixed it and put it back together - I literally had no clue. If anything else went wrong, I wouldn't know. I cannot imagine what our day would have been without her!

We set out to plan our intimate, destination wedding in the height of covid. We found Amanda Rose Weddings and I set up a call with Aimee and I was instantly sold. Aimee has such a calm demeanor but you can tell that she is a master of details and logistics. I was confident that she would be able to pull off our non-traditional wedding at a non-traditional venue. She was willing to give me tips and advice and steer me away from impractical thinking even in that first consultation call. Throughout our process, she was lightning fast with her email responses and she never missed a beat. We trusted her to execute our day and make it stress-free for me, and she DELIVERED. If anything went wrong on our day, I was none the wiser. All of my obsessive design ideas were perfectly executed and the ceremony and reception went so smoothly. She kept everyone running like clock-work. She is pragmatic, experienced, and above all, she is warm and kind.

Aimee was great to work with. She offered us advice throughout the planning process which was super helpful since we do not live in South Carolina. She went above and beyond the day of our rehearsal, and her and Melissa were amazing the day of our wedding. They helped our entire crew to keep everything straight and we are very grateful!

We found Aimee through our ceremony/reception venue, and I truly mean it when I say that hiring the team for wedding coordination was the most valuable purchase we made. Before we even had a contract, Aimee was offering me advice on my timeline and on which vendors to prioritize first. Once we started working with her, everything felt so personal and her attention to detail was second to none. We had a detailed meeting about 6 months ahead of time and another walk-through the week of the wedding. All of this gave me such peace of mind on my wedding day! I didn't think for a second about whether things we going well in preparing our venue; I always knew Aimee had it under control. We would not have had our wedding without her!

Aimee and her team were perfect throughout our entire wedding journey. Not only did she help us plan 2 wedding days (COVID bride!), we also had a thorough plan B in case COVID made us decrease our numbers again. When we had to postpone our original wedding date, she handled everything. Rescheduling all our vendors seemed to happen seamlessly. As for our wedding day, the day went PERFECTLY. We had a small HHI elopement on the beach in Hilton Head. Working with Aimee and her team was the best decision we could have ever made! The elopement package we purchased included so much, and we were thrilled with all the vendors recommended to us. We were so impressed with how easy the whole process was and how attentive Aimee and Melissa were throughout the entire process. We are located out of state, so having someone local who could help us make all the important decisions was invaluable. Our wedding day went off without a hitch (or if there were any hitches, I have no idea what they were!) and we had the best day! We met Aimee Fennessey and her team at Amanda Rose Weddings when we hired her for our oldest daughter’s wedding in 2016. She made our family’s first wedding a wonderful success from start to finish. When our middle daughter got engaged there was absolutely no question but that we would have Aimee plan this daughter’s wedding as well. The wedding was supposed to be in May of 2020 but with the coronavirus it became a May of 2021 wedding. It’s a real test of any wedding planner to plan a wedding once then have to replan it for a year later. Aimee handled it all absolutely perfectly!! She rebooked all our vendors with updated contracts and kept everyone including us on track with complete professionalism. Our family cannot say enough good things about Aimee. As parents of the bride, my husband and I were able to relax on the wedding weekend and know Aimee had it all under control. Aimee and her team are a joy to work with and have made each of our daughter’s weddings a perfect day.

After 2 Hilton Head weddings within 9 months apart, we feel we can confidently say Aimee and her team are amazing to work with. I was hesitant to use a Wedding Planner since I have an Events background and thought I could do it all on my own. Boy was I wrong and so glad that I hired Aimee to handle the Event Management portion of my wedding. She was so easy to work with and very helpful in providing vendor referrals. Her timeline was perfect and all of my vendors knew when and where to be. Her onsite team of Melissa & Karrie were so personable and I did not have any worries the day-of my wedding. Aimee was fabulous and so worth every penny! She had our entire wedding planned and vendors in place before the pandemic, leaving us stress free until our big day! Our wedding day was an absolute dream and flowed so smoothly because of Aimee and Melissa. We would 10/10 recommend Aimee and Amanda Rose Weddings to anyone getting married in HH.

There would be no way to explain how amazing Aimee and her team are in a review. We got married during the pandemic, changed some vendors, and even changed venues twice. Aimee was VERY hands on (especially because my husband and I are remote while my family is from the Island) and was very involved in the logistics. I can’t tell you how important this was to us with everything else going on—including fielding numerous questions from guests—that we knew the logistics were taken care of and taken care of at an exceptional level. I interviewed a couple other wedding planners on the Island and found that Aimee by far exceeded my expectations. We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Aimee!!

Aimee with Amanda Rose Weddings was seriously the best decision we could have made for our wedding. She was so organized and helpful throughout the whole process. If you are even thinking about using a planner I strongly recommend that you do and you choose her! With her help we were able to relax and just focus on the fun without having to worry about the nitty gritty of planning and executing a wonderful wedding!
