If you need a limo in NJ, just book this company now. Maggie, who works in the office, was SO helpful every step of the way and incredibly professional. They were organized and confirmed my wedding a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. Other companies were so disorganized or never even returned my calls/e-mails. Our limo was clean, the driver was so friendly, and it was one thing I didn't have to worry about at all on my wedding day. Thank you so much to everyone at America's Best!

We booked this company for our wedding day on 6/15/2019, but it wasn't exactly smooth sailing. The limo was supposed to pick me and my bridesmaids up from the salon we were getting read at by 12:00PM and it arrived almost 40 minutes late. Because of this, we were late getting to our first look photo shoot and was cut short on photos we were supposed to take. Additionally, it pushed everything else back and we only made it to the church with a few minutes to spare.
It wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but the limo driver never called me ahead of time saying they would be late. Rather, I called them 5 minutes before pickup time and said sorry then, saying that there had been an issue with getting the limo. The driver claimed it wasn't his fault so I had to redirect my call to customer service for the company instead with my dilemma. They sincerely apologized but another "sorry" wasn't going to get back any lost time or photos of our wedding day. They said they couldn't give any money back so instead, we negotiated a deal after the wedding for a limo to bring us to the airport for our honeymoon.
In the end everything worked itself out, but a limo company getting paid $$$ with only one job to do? It shouldn't be that difficult to receive the one thing you paid for. I'm still giving 5 stars because we believed we still got decent service when everything was all said and done.

en’t booked, so AB gets points for availability. The limo that arrived for my bridal party and I had really poor air conditioning. It was an unseasonable 80 degree fall day, so the car was scorching inside (terrible for our expensive makeup) when we were supposed to leave for the venue. We waited about 10 min for it to cool down and ended up being late. Then after the ceremony, my partner, our parties, and I ended up sharing the one limousine with better a/c on the way back. The drivers were thankfully pretty understanding about it. Wouldn’t book again through AB.

d to tell him to slow down as they felt unsafe. Due to them being late, the limo never picked up the bride or bridesmaids, as they had to get dropped off by other means. Since the driver was late, we were unable to get any pictures at the church, also during the champagne toast, the driver spilled the bucket of ice all over the Brides dress. Again with the driver being late, the bride and groom missed all of the cocktail hour having to do pictures. Overall this company should not be trusted for such a big day.

the 1920's and was so old that it had no air conditioning. The driver needed to keep the windows open and it was June 22nd and very hot. The guys needed to take their jackets off but the back seat had grease on it which got all over their shirts. They arrived at the venue dripping wet and needed to get undressed to clean up. Why would any company send a car in the summer without air and not make the customer aware of it first? What was supposed to be special turned into a terrible experience and upset the groom for the pictures. Very disappointed and aggravated on our special day!

and rusting on the outside and the interior had rips and tears, missing hardware, a leaking sunroof, peeling window tint and a sagging headliner. I was totally embarrassed that this is what I had to offer to my wedding party. The Rolls Royce never showed up and they sent us a car that looked like a cross between a Pimp Mobile and the Batmobile. Totally tacky and what made it worse it had an exhaust leak that leaked inside the car which gave us both headaches by the time we reached our reception. The AC and windshield wipers didn't work either. We were never notified about the vehicle change until the cars were in our driveway and it was time to go. I called to complain and they only offered $100 a $1250 bill and when I told them that was unacceptable they hung up on me. reasonable price. I got a little attitude from the owner the day before the wedding when I wanted to know the driver's name, which they assured me a few days earlier, I could get at that point. The driver, Tommy, showed up on time and lovely. He was totally on it. My parents also got a town car and were pleased with the service. Both vehicles were clean, stocked and in good condition.

SLIGHT chance of showers. Of course, it decides to start drizzling as we walked out the church and were supposed to head to the picture destination (outdoors). That was cancelled, so we decided to head straight for the hall and try to make due. On our way there, the LIMO DRIVER GETS OUT OF THE CAR (in the middle of the highway, mind you), and TELLS US he's taking us to the waterfront, since the rain cleared out! I called our photographer, who met us there in no time, but never have I seen such a display of service. Simply EXCELLENT! =)

y before I was supposed to get a confirmation call which came a bit late in the day, but nonetheless they did confirm. The day of I started freaking out about the guys getting picked up too late and called in the morning to see if they could come 15 minutes early. Max was really accommodating and actually came 15 minutes before the time I had asked for. Max and his assistant were great throughout the day, from checking the church's capacity, to making sure my train was good, they really did an outstanding job.

down! They catered to our every need, provided excellent service and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations! Whatever could be done to make me happy, they did. The drivers were all outstanding and everyone was VERY professional; even down to fluffing my dress before my father and I walked down the aisle, giving everyone advise as to pace based on knowledge from being at other weddings and assisting with other aspects to make sure it went smoothly. Other vendors, beware, will say things to knock other companies that are not always true. I had this happen first hand with another company speaking poorly of America's Best and i'll tell you, they were nothing but WRONG! Outstanding job and if you want one of the two best guys as a driver, request Jerry or Tommy. They are outstanding and will make sure everything is perfect!

they showed up with a beat up limo, the trunk was being held down by a tie down and had huge dents all over it. They made me late for the ceremoney, because they decided to go 30 minutes out of the way. I wasn't able to go to a park to take pictures, because they told me that we were going overtime. The drivers were very rude, they kept on asking for money and then to boot, right after the ceremony i had to deal with all of this. Not what you want to deal with right after you get married. Tried to contact them after the wedding and they did not want to have anything to do with me. I then later found out, that they asked the best man for money for going overtime. He did not know so they paid him. Horrible company and they are America's worst Limo's!!!!
