On our wedding day they absolutely killed it with both the quality of the food and their service, and we’ve heard from many of our guests that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The pasta bar was an absolute hit, the steak carving station was delicious, and they even provided my wife and I with a special order for dinner since we really liked one of their seafood offerings at the tasting. As someone that’s been to many weddings, I can definitely say that this was great food and it was very reasonably priced compared to many of the other options we saw. We will definitely be using Amici’s again for any catered events we throw in the area.

Hors D'oeuveres and paid for a late night snack which was a HUGE HIT!!! The most popular Hors D'oeuvere we had was the Southern Chicken and Waffles topped with Fire Roasted Marshmallows and Drizzled with Maple Syrup! I mean come on!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about them!! Before the reception started, the Captain came up to my husband and I and introduced himself and congratulated us! He was so sweet!!! The servers were nothing less of phenomenal!!! We had a spill by the sweetheart table and I swear, before the drink even hit the ground they were there with a rag to clean it up!! We highly recommend Amici's Catered Cuisine! Everyone was amazing! Including the sales team!!!

The quantity and quality of the food were also first-rate and the staff's very professional appearance and conduct. What bothered me was the mandatory 20% gratuity that, by error, was omitted from three different price proposals before the event. As a result, the tip was almost 100% more than the labor cost stated on the before-event invoice. I do not want to deny staff a living, but I sure would have liked to know when planning my budget. Before I wrote this review, I did email the owner Mike to allow them to respond. Instead, I got three different phone calls asking for payment which was in the mail after their last invoice, which was unexpected.

imately went with Amici’s and had a plated dinner (rolls, salad and a double entree of chicken, steak, mashed potatoes and vegatable medley). The food was delicious and the service was prompt! They were accommodating as we had a vegan guest who enjoyed his meal (eggplant parm and veggies). We also had an open (premium) bar that was open from the start of cocktail hour to 30 minutes prior to our reception ending. We set up a bar on the balcony between our ceremony and cocktail space as well as utilize the kitchenette set up inside in the main hallway. We had a signature drink inspired by our dog, “The Handsome Man,” which was vodka, grapefruit juice, salted rim and a grapefruit garnish. We did four passed hor d’oveours for cocktail hour: Cuban egg roll, meatballs, chicken flatbread and BLT bites. And for dessert we opted for an ice cream sundae bar! Our guests absolutely loved it since it was warm outside. They had an array of deserts you could choose from as well if ice cream is not your thing. And we set up a water station through them prior to the start of our ceremony. We also provided coffee services. Prior to our wedding, the staff was repsonsive and helpful when it came to addressing our questions or concerns. And the day of staff was excellent!

Our friends are hard food critics and they even came up to us to tell us how satisfied they were and how Amici’s was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Everyone said their steak and salmon were all perfect. The appetizers were delicious. They were so accommodating with food allergies and special plates. They even saved the groom and I special plates to eat at the wedding and to bring home because they understood how busy it can be for the bride and groom. I was so happy because I really wanted to try the truffle Mac and cheese bites and scallops but our photos were during appetizers. The staff showed us to our sweetheart table and served us. They made sure we had water, drinks, and food. They catered to us as well as catered our entire wedding! They wrapped everything up for us too. It’s been 3 weeks since our wedding and we haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the food at our wedding. Again, not only was the food delicious but the customer service and staff made us feel so special and really went above and beyond on a day that is so stressful for the bride and groom. I honestly can not thank them enough.

Amici's did not charge us to move our date, and also made everything so incredibly seamless to switch. There was no stress with them! When our big day finally arrived, all of our guests raved about the food, especially our appetizers! The staff working our wedding was awesome.
