They were super helpful and flexible with the timing and having had 2 venues that needed decorating. They really understood my vision and everything turned out so beautiful! I also chose them because a friend of mine used them for her wedding too! I didn't want the expense of real flowers for my centerpieces and decor, so this really helped me with my budget! 10/10 recommend them!

Asked us questions we would forget to ask & was really very clear on everything we'd be getting. I always felt very confident through the whole process! Florals might have been the best vendor experience we had from start to finish in all our wedding planning. About a month before the wedding we even added to our package & asked for some of the ceremony decor (chuppah, big floral arrangements) & asked for the same pieces to then be transferred & used for our sweetheart table decor (different locations). It took a few tries to get the design right & stay within budget but of course Lisa & her team got it done. On the day of the wedding all of the florals arrived to their locations on time & looking perfect, the church was decorated beautifully, & the necessary pieces were transferred & set up in our venue all on time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for florals!! They photographed SOO beautifully & no one will know they're faux unless you tell them. We were so impressed with everything & you can tell its a true florist working on your whole design. You truly cannot beat the price & quality of everything they offer. Aside from our rented ceremony backdrop and table decorations, Amore Weddings made fresh boutonnieres and corsages for family members, baby's breath flower crowns for my flower girls, tulle and flowers for the aisle, my toss away bouquet, flower wreaths for around our lantern centerpieces, and flowers for our cakes. For a wedding that seated about 160 guests, all of our floral decor was less than $1900 which was AMAZING for our budget. There were also honest in saying upfront that it would be cheaper for us to purchase our own lanterns rather than renting theirs and were helpful in suggesting places for us to find cost-efficient lanterns and fairy lights. They even provided us with a complimentary fresh flower centerpiece when we were concerned the lanterns we purchased would be too small. On the day of our wedding, they were on time in both the set up and take down of all the decorations. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and that was all thanks to Lisa and Amore Weddings. I will definitely look here first for any future floral needs and will be suggesting them to all the newly engaged couples I know. I couldn't be happier with what they did for us and I HIGHLY recommend them!

When I wanted to add some twinkle lights that I purchased for the backdrop we rented, Jessica emailed right away to recommend a different backdrop that would look much better with the lights . They are responsive via email. The office hours are late, so it's convenient to stop by after work. They delivered the flowers to both the hotel and venue on time, and packaged nicely. This is a tough review to write. Initially, I was blown away by the talent and professionalism of Amore. Lisa is kind and patient. I wasn't the easiest client due to the fact that I had a vision, but didn't know how to execute it. After some pr...
obing, Lisa came up with the perfect idea. Communication was fantastic in the beginning; however, it began to go downhill about a month from the wedding. I could never get in touch with Lisa, only her staff. And it was never the same staff. Not to mention, two weeks before the wedding, I was told that I would be dealing with a new staff member. And he hadn't the faintest idea about anything when it came to my contract and vision. I was getting emails and calls every other day from a different staff member with the same question. Also, they seemed to ignore my wedding planner and only contact me. It was extremely frustrating. Everything came to a head the week of the wedding when I couldn't take it any longer! My mom went into the shop and met with Lisa directly. She profusely apologized and reassured me that everything would be picture perfect. She acknowledged the lack of communication and continuity amongst her staff. An apology and acknowledging fault/taking responsibility goes a long way in my opinion. Amore did not disappoint the day of the wedding. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and seeing my vision come to reality was unbelievable. I wish I could give a perfect review, but the headache and frustration with communication makes them fall short.

I am so sorry again that 2 members of my staff caused you frustration by not communicating properly with you while I was out on medical leave, I had surgery prior and they were not at liberty to give out that information. It really upsets me that we caused you frustration. I know planning a wedding is frustrating in itself with all the details and I hate that we added to that.
There was unnecessary back and forth regarding dropping off your bottles. Most banquet halls frown upon vendors doing their entire production at their location. We are in the habit of doing all our arrangements at our location and just setting up at the venue as we originally discussed. This also ensures quality control on my end. I did not understand that the reason you did not want to bring your spray painted bottles to Amore was because you were afraid we would scratch the paint. As to why I kept asking them when we were going to receive the bottles to make sure we had everything on time. You had a conversation with my head delivery guy who was sitting in for Jessica. He was just supposed to gather the delivery and set up information he did not realize we would be setting everything up at the venue as its not our norm so he was a little confused. But as promised in the beginning I made sure we went above and beyond doing what we had to to make your day perfect.

We did end up using a few silk flowers (especially in the bride's bouquet), and they looked and felt so real that a few guests had to smell them to believe they were silk! Because we didn't use real flowers, we were able to rent the centerpieces, and only paid about half of what we had originally budgeted for décor. And again because we didn't use real flowers, the boutonnieres and bride's bouquet will last forever! The whole time we worked with her, Toni-Lisa radiated calm and competence, and made the process very easy for us. We heartily recommend Toni-Lisa Gaglione and Amoré Weddings!

I scheduled an appt with her, and when I met her, she was focused on another wedding- so we were in and out of conversation at some points. While some people may be bothered by this, I thought this spoke to her attention to detail and how much she cared about her weddings being PERFECT. I took a few more trips to Lisa's office to iron out the details, and each time she was calm, relaxed and had this vibe that said, "Trust Me". Three days before the wedding, I visited Lisa to drop a few accessories to the bouquet. My fiance' and I had a meeting with another vendor prior to, and that meeting was not that great. I was in low spirits, but spending time with Lisa made me feel much better. When we left her office, I looked to my fiance' and said, "I really do feel better." Overall, I LOVED the event decor. We went for a Gastby theme, and her center pieces were perfect for our venue. She also did my flowers, and they were beautiful. I am writing this review 8 days after the wedding, and my flowers are still in a vase. On the day of the wedding, when I walked into our ballroom and saw the decor, my jaw dropped & I started to tear up with how AMAZING the room looked. The ability to have someone else take care of it and to know that everything is double checked for little details was a huge weight off my mind the day of. Our initial meeting, I was blown away just from her telling me exactly what each flower in the bouquets were, and she gave me a quote right then and there so I knew exactly what my cost was. Her staff was very responsive to every email I sent, and even when at the last hour (literally, 2 days before the wedding) I needed to add another centerpiece to my order her and her production team accommodated me with no issues. I met with Lisa about a year before my wedding, and I was so impressed with her office location (everything is set up so you can view it in person) and it was set! I had my flowers! Everything stayed within my budget. They are also very accommodating if you have a smaller budget for flowers/decorations.
She and her staff are incredible! They were always quick with responses to my emails and silly questions; they accommodated last minute changes (adding a centerpiece, changing the color of a ribbon for my mother's flowers, etc.) The day of, mine and my bridal party's fresh flower bouquets were waiting for us at my reception hall and they were absolutely gorgeous...exactly what I wanted. The ceremony decorations were perfect, and so were my centerpieces. The ballroom looked amazing. Their staff set everything up -- I didn't even know they were there. And they also came back at the end of the night to collect everything.

Rosie helped me finalize everything about a month out from the wedding when we had our final guest count, and again a week before when I was dropping off things for my decorations (i.e. my rosary to be tied around my bouquet for my something old). The day of the wedding, she had everything set up at the venue, and an assistant dropped off the bouquets and boutonnières. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The flowers were gorgeous and great quality. I was never very specific with what I wanted, but I obviously conveyed my general vision to her clearly and she delivered! I loved my bouquet and she even added in some orchids, which were beautiful and unexpected!

the flowers were actually going to look like together. The centerpieces were beautiful! My bouquet was beautiful. The bridesmaids bouquets were a bit smaller then what I would have liked them to be and the mother's corsage as well as the men's boutonniere were very small. Other then that really can't complain. Flowers die eventually, but they were alive for that day and that's all that mattered!
I rented 10 center pieces they went to the venue and place them. Then, at the end of the reception they sent someone to collect all of them. Every one was very nice it was money well spent.
We decided to go with Amore because I didn't want floral centerpieces and they rented out their non-floral centerpieces, which actually saved me money. The centerpieces were amazing and exactly what I had wanted. The bouquets were amazing and...
again, exactly what I had wanted. The boutonnieres and corsages upon arrival looked great. But then the groomsmen, fathers, and mothers, went to put them on and they all fell apart. Our limo drivers helped a bunch to fix. There was a florist in the plaza right next to the hotel that helped and SIL had double sided tape and miraculously everything stayed together for the photos and ceremony. Once the reception started and all the dancing, they didn't last much longer. I emailed the owner of the company the following day and she was so upset because essentially the flowers were dead. Whoever made them didn't put the water source in, so they were made the day before and they were dying from that moment. They emailed me a check for the cost of the boutonnieres and corsages which I received a few days later. The owner was very apologetic and very upset that this happened. I had to keep the mindset of, stuff happens LOL., and they also didn't give me enough pins LOL. Since I was happy with everything else, and I was refunded, I figured a B- was ok to give.

I called back with questions several times before the wedding and was always told to speak to a different person. This meant I often got different information and didn't know what was correct. Leaving all that aside, the important detail is that the flowers were wrong the day of my wedding. My bouquet was correct and very nice. The boutonnieres were correct and pretty much as expected. However, all the mother/grandmother corsages were wrong and the bridesmaids bouquets were completely wrong, despite the fact that I had a detailed invoice and had reviewed the order with numerous people. For that reason, I would not recommend using Amore Weddings.

It truly disturbs me that you were unhappy with the bridesmaids bouquets and corsages. I am surprised to read of this as this was not brought to my attention as I would have liked the opportunity to make this right for you. I personally confirmed your order with you while I was working on it, and we confirmed that the details on the contract were correct. I'm not sure where things went wrong and for this I am truly sorry. My intention was to make sure you were satisfied with your order. We specialize in renting centerpieces and we only order flowers for events, which is why you did not see them in the store. As you know we are not a high end florist, we specialize in budget events. We aim to provide our clients with the most value for their money by cutting out all the overhead such as stocking perishable flowers. . there prices are very reasonable. they took their time with the consultation to make sure i have everything i wanted for the wedding.
Things I liked about Amore weddings:
1. they wont try to make extra money out of you as other vendors that i've dealt with.
2. highly recommended for coptic egyptian weddings and they will make your wedding BLINGYYYY :DDDD
3. they won't harass you with unnecessary calls
