earch and I am so happy that I did! From the moment we had our first phone call, I knew she would be the one who could not only execute my vision but could keep up with my intensity. We got married in Fall of 2022, a year full of competition for every vendor and venue available. The moment we signed our contract, Amanda was sending us lists of different options, on the phone with me any time I had questions or felt overwhelmed and was always available via text. The caliber of the vendor team and venue options Amanda was able to pull together were impressive - especially because not a single option was ever outside of my budget! I signed up for full service planning which also included design. Amanda was able to talk me through everything I had added in my Pinterest boards, went back and forth with me on any items I was on the fence about and really helped me zero in on making the day feel authentic to my husband and I. My favorite thing about Amanda is how she was never afraid to call me out for coming up with ideas that were WAY out of budget (lol) but even when doing so, she always came with alternatives that would be within it. The day of our wedding my husband and I were able to enjoy every single part of the day because Amanda and her team of wonderful planners were able to execute everything flawlessly. Amanda, I know you do this every day but I want you to know that you truly made such an impact in my life and I will never forget you. Thank you for working so hard to make sure my wedding day was perfect and thank you to your team for bringing such wonderful energy. ation at every step of the journey really stood out to us - we had a shared Google Drive folder where we could view and share price quotes, our design proposal, and a general planning timeline for us to stay on track. Super helpful as we planned our wedding from across the country! Amanda also adapted to the crazy backlog of post-quarantine weddings, proactively getting our vendors squared away well in advance so we could beat the rush. I think the biggest testament to her coordination is that at least from our perspective, our entire wedding day went smoothly without any effort or worry from us. If anything had gone wrong, we must have been completely shielded from it. And at the end of the night, Amanda and Melissa had carefully packed up many of our miscellaneous decorations and had them ready to load into our cars. We are so glad that we hired AMV Weddings for full service planning!

h Amanda helped me stay sane during the last few weeks before the big day. I honestly don’t know how anyone can have a wedding without her help! She never laughed at my ideas, and was always 100% enthusiastic to help me, even when I told her we wanted a bird as a ring bearer! We still held our ceremony on our original date, and Amanda put together a seamless and safe timeline, and was very flexible and patient with my indecisiveness about where to hold to ceremony. When it came time, 1.5 years later to finally have our reception, Brooke made sure that the day was as flawless as possible. I truly didn’t feel more relaxed and confident about how everything was being handled and executed. The entire day went by in a flash, but was certainly the (second) best day of my entire life! I appreciate the help, patience, and expertise that the AMV team brought to the table, and could not have put my wedding vision in better hands to execute.

We didn’t really have much of a vision, and figured we would have to DIY pretty much everything. When we first met with Amanda, we knew she would be able to whip us into shape, and we were right! Amanda & Brooke worked their magic, and and pulled off a beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception that everyone (us, and all our guests) are still amazed by. Working with Amanda leading up to the wedding was great — even when traveling around the globe, she is super responsive. She organizes all files (quotes, contracts, timelines, etc.) in a shared folder so anything discussed is easily accessed at any time, which is a really to be able to reference. She also handles communication with vendors so everyone stays on track. The day of the wedding, Amanda & Brooke tag-teamed handling us (the family & bridal party), and our vendors. Without their help, we would have been totally lost about where to be/when, and there would have been no timeline. TLDR: Amanda & Brooke were great, and we would absolutely hire them again; they’re worth every penny!

Our venue was very unconventional and didn’t have a traditional wedding coordinator, in fact I think our venue contact left mid wedding! When the pandemic hit and the re-planning process started, AMV was there for every step of the way- throughout all the stressful tear-filled days and all. Amanda and her team! We began working together after everything was mostly booked, right before covid. Then the virus hit and everything was in the air. Amanda helped keep us grounded and guided us through rescheduling process twice! While I was in an emotional state of tears and breakdowns from almost two years of planning and she handled emailing all of our our vendors to coordinate our new day. That in itself was worth it but she did even more! Her extended assistance the weeks before, checking in with our vendors was a huge help! When it came to our wedding day Amanda and her team flawlessly put together everything we worked so hard on for so long and brought what was just a tent on grass to life! She kept everything moving smoothly and even helped pack everything up that night so it was ready to go the next morning. She truly made all the difference. As a perfectionist myself, her attention to detail and ensuring you have the best day is phenomenal. We were so lucky to have AMV Weddings on our team!

At the time, we were having our wedding at an alternative wedding hall and we just needed some day of coordination and decor help. Cue Coronavirus. Our entire wedding was essentially scrapped and we started to plan a new wedding. One. Month. Out. When I say that Amanda planned a wedding in a month, I am NOT exaggerating lol. And it wasn’t just any wedding. It was a mid-covid-socially-distant-full of restrictions- DIY -Drive-in wedding. Upon bringing the idea of a Drive-in wedding to Amanda, I was sure I would be met with at least one “no” along the way. Amanda took every wacky idea my out of the box imagination threw at her like an absolute pro and figured it out. In one month, Amanda planned and successfully executed our DREAM day. It was BEYOND a perfect day!

And because we had Amanda it all pulled together flawlessly.

While the bridal party was busy getting glammed up and taking pictures, Amanda was running around making sure everything was perfect. She even went above and beyond to ensure the venue set up lights for our ceremony to ensure our guest were able to see even after the sun had completely set. This actually made our ceremony 1000x more romantic and scenic! AND THE RECEPTION SPACE! She did an amazing job ensuring everything was exactly how I envisioned and more! Amanda - I honestly can't thank you enough for everything you have done. You made our wedding more than we both could have ever imagined.

I was able to explain my vision to Amanda for decor and overall vibe and she was able to work with all the appropriate groups to make it happen. My favorite thing about working with Amanda is her positive attitude when things change. For example, I changed the location of the dinner buffet only a few days before. We also requested "reserved" signs literally hours before the event. Amanda never made me feel like last minute changes were unacceptable and she worked hard to ensure it was what we wanted. Even if it was additional work on her end, she never made me feel like that was the case. I also love how easy she is to communicate with - whether its phone calls, texts, or tags and DMs on instagram - she is very available, always enthusiastic, always so sweet! During the event itself, she handled everything from communicating with vendors to moving guests around - things we never even spoke about. I felt so relieved having Amanda around! I signed her for my wedding as well and I feel lucky to have found AMVWeddings!!!!

Amanda managed both situations gracefully and without interrupting the flow of the day events.
