Mirella and Lizzy were great! Lizzy served as our day-of coordinator, and assisted us with some planning in the last three weeks before the wedding. Overall, we were very happy we hired An Everlasting Moment. They did a great job coordinating the timeline with the vendors, and everything went quite smoothly the day of. Also, they helped us with some last-minute printing services, which was a huge relief. One minor complaint was that sometimes we had to communicate something multiple times before it registered with them, but they were good about laying out the wedding timeline and the list of things they were going to do very explicitly, so we could see if they missed something. With a little back-and-forth, everything was fine.
I previous booked my venue at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco but they cancelled all their weddings the summer of 2017 which then I had to change dates, venue and planner. As such, I was on a hunt for another planner. I talked to and email several Planners, none of which I felt good about or were responsive. Mirella was the only one who called back and offered a facetime interview. After, our questions were answered, my fiance and I booked her shortly thereafter. Although I booked the Month of Coordinator package, she followed up months prior and sent me weekly reminders and kept me on track with my to do list. The online aisle planner that she uses helped me stay organized. She was also available to speak whenever we had questions or needed inspiration. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant Lizzy pulled off a fabulous wedding day for me and my husband. They coordinated everything on time and set up my decor perfectly! I would highly recommend Mirella and Lizza for your event!
