event. From the start of the process to the day of Angela was super helpful. We felt like we got a great value with her team performing some many different functions. Angela helped with finding and coordinating other vendors, planning the whole wedding weekend, decorating multiple venues, keeping events organized and on track, and was ready for any surprises. We would definitely hire Angela and team again and would recommend her to anyone looking to host a large event like a wedding!
Angela's Premier Event Designs went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, including the prep work in the months prior. We signed our contract in March of 2025 and our wedding...
was in September 2025. From the very start we were impressed with their level of effort, having meetings every 6 weeks to work through everything from specific details of the wedding day, the music, the decor, the vendors etc. Part of the package was the full setup and tear down of all decor, as well as the rental of the decor itself. This was an added bonus, in that I didn't have to worry about 95% of the decor/setup on the day of. Their selection of decor was amazing, from the centerpieces, to linens/runners, small decor pieces (gift card box, easel for our wedding sign, cake cutting/serving pieces, table number signs, etc), and the beautiful arch we used behind us during our ceremony. There was such an amazing selection of decor to choose from, no matter the style. A white, hexagon arch was something I really wanted behind us during our ceremony. At the time, they did not have a white hexagon, but they went out of their way to build/paint a white hexagon before our wedding day. Every 6 week meeting with Angela, she was very attentive, taking down notes over the details and her experience guided me in ways I had no idea I needed or didn't think of.
They made a point to be at our 30 day out venue meeting as well as our rehearsal the day before the wedding. At our 30 day out meeting, there was a misunderstanding with the venue about the DJ and they were on top of it, contacting the DJ to make sure we were all set for the wedding. Thomas was at our rehearsal and kept everything very organized, providing suggestions throughout. Without him there, I see the entire thing being much more of a mess/chaotic.
Now to our actual wedding day. Angela and team arrived first thing to begin setting up our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner/reception areas. If I had to tackle this myself, we would have needed so much additional time in the venue to set up on our own with the wedding party prior to hair/makeup. Without the burden of the setup, I was able to focus on enjoying getting ready with my friends before the wedding, not stressing about whether the setup would be done in time for the ceremony while making sure to be ready myself. Not to mention, the team worked with all of our vendors throughout the morning/afternoon as they arrived. Another burden off of my shoulders. Without a doubt, something went wrong with my dress right before my first look photos. I was able to ask Angela to come into the room and she figured out a solution right there on the spot. A genuine life saver! All through the night she was attentive to mine and my husband's needs. She stayed by our side all through photos, making sure my train/veil were spread out and looking great for photos. At the end of the night they took care of the full tear down of the decor (amazing after the long day and a full night of drinking). The next morning I realized I had forgotten our wedding sign. Angela had made sure to grab it and return back to me. Again, life saver!
All in all, I could not recommend Angela's Premier Event Designs more for your wedding day. They were worth every penny and worth the ease of mind up to and on our wedding day. The experience they have from working weddings as long as they have, really was such a bonus! They were kind and a joy to work with! Book them, you won't regret it!!

This is just all before the wedding, to meeting and helping with your timeline on when to start getting things ready to monthly check ins to see how your doing and where you are at with items on your to do list. Then the actually wedding day is where she shines the most! She literally handles everything from vendor communication to day of vendor problems to even wedding dress mishaps. She literally pulls out scissors from thin air. You need it she pulls it out of her back pocket like she knew you needed it before you did! You need an officiant because yours dropped out 2 months before your wedding….boom….she’s got your back there too! She officiated for us. You need or want it, she’s got it and if she doesn’t she’ll find it. Best decision we’ve made in hiring her and her team for our daughter’s wedding day! Highly, highly recommend!

So much that we miss her already! :) If you're looking for someone to make your wedding dreams become a reality, Angela is the one! Plus, let's not forget the small details of how amazing Angela is! She stood in the buffet line to grab my food for me while I told her what I wanted. She did this to ensure I wouldn't get food on my dress!! Now that's what I call superb customer service. She even helped me in my mini crisis when it came to the garter retrieval. Just as the DJ was announcing the garter, my garter was at my ankles! As I panicked and told Angela what had happened, she ran with me to the bridal suite and helped me fix the garter. It was extremely necessary for her to help given that my dress had like 8 layers and was poufy. Lol!

This was so nice because at the end of the night, I was not left with boxes and boxes of Christmas themed wedding decor. This being said, I met with Angela at her office probably every 4 months until we reached the 2 month out point, where they became more frequent. She’s timely, assertive, and obviously cares a lot about each wedding she helps with. She was the first one in and the last one out. We signed up for the full package and we were told that there would be a time we could set up decor/see how the tables would look and month before planning would be included - meaning Angela would meet with/communicate with vendors during final meetings on our behalf. None of this happened, and we made an agreement to downgrade to basic package and receive a refund for the difference. On day of, Angela was the only person present (did not bring second helper despite us paying for their dinner), did not show up to my ceremony, and the event only got set up because family friends skipped the ceremony and stayed to set everything else up. Angela was unable to be found throughout the wedding - later to find out she was sitting in the guest lounge much of the night, and she claimed that she went "above and beyond" and was cleaning up sewage at the wedding. I confirmed with the venue that there was no such event or call to maintenance like Angela claimed. She also claimed that it was not her duty to set up or tear down items that did not belong to her - which was not stated in the contract. She received several emails from me regarding set-up guidelines and our timeline, yet there was no follow up with the venue to confirm vases were ordered, she was absent and we never cut our cake, I had to ask the DJ to find somebody to initiate serving cake, and I had to find the DJ to get champagne on tables as I asked for during set-up. She also was not present to receive vendors before the ceremony and we had only half the beer delivered. If set-up and tear-down weren't the duties of a day of coordinator in the basic package, and she wasn't present at the ceremony or any part of coordinating the event, then I'm not sure what her role would have been for $2000. We had to reach out repeatedly for the promised partial refund and ended up only receiving $300, which was well below the difference between the basic and full package services. The lack of communication, inconsistency, not maintaining over 50% of contract before and nearly complete absence on wedding day, being unable to provide services as promised, and repeatedly lying was enough to get my lowest recommendation.

We were only interested in booking APED for the included decorations, but it turns out we DEFINITELY needed a wedding planner. Angela offered lots of tips and tricks in preparation for the wedding that we would have never thought of. Not only was her help before the wedding amazing, but she was SO helpful the day of. Anything that went wrong she was there to fix it. She and her team directed people and answered any questions the venue staff had. From bustling the bride's dress to delivering the bride and groom drinks, she was on point the entire day. We would highly recommend Angela and APED. They made our wedding a huge success and an amazing time!

We could not have had as successful of a wedding without Angela and Thomas, they helped us feel prepared and ready to go. Thomas was our day of coordinator handling all of the decorating, delegating smaller jobs to family and friends that asked, and always was there to put any last minute jitters at ease. He made the entire day more relaxed and special. We could always count on him and his staff for any questions or directions of what to do next; in what can be a chaotic and stressful environment was met with a calming presence and comfort.
