Angie and the entire team at Angi & Co are truly the best wedding planners in the business. What would've been a stressful time turned out to be the most incredible and magical exp...
erience of our lives.
My now husband and I were faced with a really tough engagement that featured torn ACLs (with surgery) and broken ankles right when we started touring venues. We hired Angie right after securing Tavern on the Green as our venue (married March 2025, venue secured January 2024). Our first meeting was actually less about wedding and was about what the next 6-8 months were going to look like in our personal events, and how we really needed to find joy in wedding planning. Without hesitation, Angie assured us that she would make wedding planning enjoyable and stress-free. And she more than delivered on that promise.
Angie's meticulous and thoughtful planning brought to life our vision of Romance in Central Park. Her expertise was evident in how seamless our wedding weekend was executed. We joked that if any problems did happen, we had no idea and neither did our guests. Angie has a get-it-done / make-it-happen attitude and took every challenge with a positive attitude and made our vision come true.
A great example of this was during our after-party when for some reason, the cable to a speaker was missing. She had her assistants run out to Target, Best Buy, etc. and had others checking the various offices at Tavern because she knew she had that find that speaker. Why you may ask? I had a vision to DJ my own after party in my wedding dress, and she made sure that was going to happen without question. She was able to find that cable with thanks to her amazing team working quickly, and literally found it within the final 5 minutes before people transitioned over to the after party. Talk about making it happen! DJ'ing my after party was such a dream and it wouldn't have happened without Angie.
Her expertise really shined through during the floral design, floor plan, and day-of-flow planning. Because she had worked with other clients at Tavern, she knew that space like the band of her hand. And that really came through with vendor recommendations that could not only deliver on our vision but also knew how to work the space. From our florist, to the live band (which we would have never found without Angie!), photographer, and everything else in between - she found vendors that made our day magical (and ones that we still have relationships with today!). She was able to create a thoughtful floor plan that allowed guests to move freely during cocktail hour and the reception, without any blockages in lines or spaces. The photos speak for themselves on the magic and beauty of our wedding day.
All this to say - if you're looking for a wedding planner that makes planning enjoyable and stress-free along with seamless wedding execution, look no further than Angie & Co!

ey did not miss a single detail and were thoughtful/very hands-on from the moment we had our first Zoom call to breakdown at the end of the night. Being able to partner with such a trustworthy team really freed us to soak in and enjoy the full day. (Not only are they extremely capable at their jobs, they are also a delight to talk to.)

could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner).
Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods.
One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup team, band, photographer, and bakery—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help.
Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From designing and printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!
Working with Angi & Co was hands-down THE single best choice I made for my wedding.

t, during which she kept me on track with making final payments and arranging final details. Angie took care of all vendor COIs, and eventually all vendor communications. Being able to streamline all wedding decisions, communications, and actions through Angie in the final month before the wedding was a LIFE SAVER. She even took care of decoration details I hadn’t even thought of.
Was the day of still crazy? You bet, but it was manageable thanks to the support of Angie and her team. Because we had worked out every detail beforehand, during the actual wedding, I did not have to exercise any executive functioning and was able to just go with the flow of events as planned.
If you want to work with a sparkling professional, if you want to make sure you have all your bases covered, if you want to have peace of mind on your big day, Angi & Co is the way to go.

lines and details. She coordinated with our busy schedules and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled. Angie provided numerous vendor recommendations that aligned with our vision to give us tailored options but not overwhelm us with choices. She made the planning process a breeze and allowed us to enjoy the journey rather than be overwhelmed by it. In hindsight, while there are a few things we would maybe change about our wedding day if we could do it over, hiring Angie is not one of them. Without a doubt, we would choose her again in a heartbeat. - Ben & Meggie Hool

m the very beginning, Angie, Susan, and Marie's organization, expertise, and insight was pivotal. Their behind the scenes efforts on my wedding day and throughout our months planning, really allowed me to enjoy our special day. Because of them, I am able to look back on our wedding day as the best day of our lives. I couldn't have had a more beautiful and perfect wedding and so much is thanks to Angi & Co. I 100% recommend working with this incredibly dedicated, thoughtful, professional, and talented team! Thank you Angie, Susan, and Marie - I am forever grateful!

Angie was also on top of every detail, managing everything seamlessly and staying organized. She consistently went out of her way to ensure that every part of our wedding was going as planned, whether it was managing the vendors, or offering invaluable advice & support, she was always there every step of the way. Thanks to Angie, we were able to relax and enjoy the moment of our very special day. I highly recommend Angie. Thank you for making our wedding day truly unforgettable!!

The best decision I ever made was proposing to my then fiance, and now wife. The best decision I ever made regarding the wedding was choosing Angi & Co as our Day of Coordinator.

My wife and I were very anxious about the wedding and were quickly overwhelmed by all there was to do. In Angie, we quickly found someone who was trustworthy, fastidious, and experienced. She knew how to balance being our advocate when we didn't want to be too difficult with vendors while calming us down and providing perspective when we were driving ourselves crazy. She helped us making our special day magical without being saccharine. She got us organized very quickly and helped us hit the ground running right after our first meeting.
The best part of using Angi & Co was that they're not just Day of Coordinators. Angie was able to call out vendors when they weren't doing their jobs and even picked up their slack simply because she'd amassed so much experience during her years in the industry. I don't want to give away too many details since you'll have to hire Angi & Co if you want the steps to making your wedding day smooth and successful, but I know part of the reason our marriage is going so smoothly (6 and a half years!) is because our wedding day went so smoothly and a big reason for that is Angi & Co! The way I see it, marriage is a lifetime investment. Looking back all these years later, I'm so glad one of the first decisions we made was to invest in our marriage by working with Angi & Co!

thank Angie for taking our vision and ideas and turning them into reality for our special day.
Angie was so helpful with her guidance, patience, creativity and diligence during the many months of planning. She was able to lift a lot of the stress off us, and take care of so many details, big and small, throughout the process, especially when the wedding was unexpectedly postponed by our venue 4 days before the wedding in 2022! We essentially had to plan the wedding all over again for 2023. We think that everything turned out even better the second time around!
Angie helped my wedding day turn out perfectly! Thank you so much for everything!

everything in stride, listened and interpreted what we wanted and were creative in suggestions. Angie was able to recommend everyone--from florists to photographers--and all were excellent. I have since hired Angi & Co to plan parties around other large life events as well. It is such a pleasure to work with Angie and her team. I cannot recommend them more highly to plan your wedding! Our wedding was just beautiful and so reflective of us as a couple. You would be lucky to work with her!

ion at the church for half the attendees, and another reception at our first date spot – a restaurant 30 miles away. Despite meticulous planning, the onset of COVID forced us to postpone the ceremony and opt for an intimate family-only wedding on the originally planned day. Marie, understanding our situation, coordinated with the florist and surprised us with a bouquet for that special ceremony.
Throughout the uncertainties, Marie maintained communication with all vendors to determine the best date for the postponed wedding, which eventually became a heartfelt vow renewal a year later. With a scaled-down schedule and guest list, Marie and Angie seamlessly adapted to the changes, creating a memorable and beautiful day. Their genuine care made it feel like we had friends, not just professionals, supporting and enhancing our special day. We're grateful for the unique and meaningful experience they helped us create.

Marie and Angi were the dynamic duo that brought so much more than just event planning to the table; they brought a sense of calm and assurance during the chaotic wedding planning process. Trust me, when you're navigating the world of seating arrangements and flower choices, having a team like Angi & Co is a game-changer.
One thing that stood out was their incredible knack for turning stressful moments into memorable ones. When I was tearing my hair out over last-minute changes, Marie swooped in with her positive energy and problem-solving skills. The planning process was seamless, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. From the color scheme to the flower arrangements, every little aspect was considered and executed flawlessly. Marie really listened to my vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations.
On the big day, I was able to relax and soak in the joy of the moment because I had full confidence in Angi & Co. The timeline flowed seamlessly, and every element of the wedding was executed to perfection. The guests were raving about the beautiful decor and the overall vibe of the event.
Marie wasn't just an event planner; she was truly a friend who genuinely cared about making our day extraordinary. Angi and Co's passion for what they do is evident in every interaction and decision they make. If you want a stress-free wedding planning experience with a side of warmth and friendship, Angi & Co is the way to go.
To Marie--thank you for turning my micro wedding into a day filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories. You're not just an event planner, you're a miracle worker!

ted wedding planner who will bring every bride's dream and vision to fruition! My fiance and I were clueless initially, but ultimately, our wedding was turned into a magically woven event that impressed all our guests and left an everlasting impression. We are forever grateful!
Most importantly, Angie connected us to the best vendors, and I am so happy she introduced them to us! Our guests kept asking how seamless and coordinated the event was with a fantastic team of vendors under Angie's lead.
Thank you so much for sharing the joy with us and getting teary during our ceremony, and the beautiful memories of working with you will be forever remembered. We sincerely appreciate your attention to detail and uncompromising passion for helping the bride have the wedding of their dreams.

o., by our side every step of the way.
I wish there were more words in the english language to fully describe the deep level of her passion, care and commitment to her clients.
After feeling so overwhelmed from not knowing where to even begin, we started to feel defeated before the journey even began. We had no idea what the process entailed or dared to imagine what our hopeful wedding day would even look like. It wasn't until we reached out to Angie, whom with the utmost care and consideration, instantly put both our minds and hearts at ease and elevated our wedding beyond our imagination. She transformed our vision into the most beautiful and intimate gathering of family and close friends, as featured in Bergen Magazine and Carats & Cake.
Her experience and expertise can only be rivaled by her deep well of top notch vendors and organization. At no time in the entire process were my wife and I confused or unaware of anything.
Angie takes her time and walks with you step by step to ensure your vision becomes a reality. Additionally, there were so many factors and ideas she also brought to the table that we would never have even thought to think of.
If you're somewhere in the middle of wedding planning, best of luck to you!
But if you've got Angi & Co by your side, sit back and enjoy the process because you're in the best hands.
It is common knowledge that planning a wedding is both time-consuming and stressful. Luckily, we had Angi & Co. We chose the full-service option and began working with Angie 12 mon...
ths before our wedding date. There are countless reasons why a couple should work with Angi & Co, but here are four that we would like to highlight:
(1) You will be organized and meet deadlines. Angie created a personalized 12-month detailed schedule for what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. Angie then guided us through each and every task on the schedule, from signing with the venue to selecting personalized menu cards. The best part about this is that you will not have to worry about being missing something or being late.
(2) Your vendors will be of top quality. Angie has relationships with different venues and vendors (photography, DJ/band, florist, etc.), and her recommendations did not disappoint. You will know that the venue and vendors are of top quality and that you are getting the best price for their services.
(3) Your wedding will be tailored to you. Angie has been a part of countless weddings, and will have many ideas and options based on what you want.
(4) Your wedding day will go smoothly. The wedding day is obviously the busiest day. Angie and her team will be at the venue, coordinating the vendors, making sure everything is timely, and most importantly, making sure that you are comfortable on your big day. Our wedding day was fun and stress-free.
Because of Angi & Co., my wife and I never once felt overwhelmed throughout the entire process. We simply trusted Angi & Co., and the rest is history. We are grateful.
