ith a client, I try to get into their head so that my designs are what they would dream of if they knew how. That's what they did for me. From the beginning they just got me and it was so easy to trust them. When working with Michael and the team it felt like I was working with friends. Their goal was 100% to make my dreams come true, not to regurgitate easy to duplicate past weddings. They were incredibly flexible and creative in helping me brainstorm various ways to achieve my design while keeping budget in mind. I made them do SO many contract revisions they probably hated me, but in the end everything was drop dead gorgeous and I couldn't have been happier. I'm extremely critical and that compliment really means a lot coming from me. I plan to use them for every event large and small in the future and have already worked with them since for custom pieces for client's homes.

Initially we were working with Michael, and he was the one I spoke to about our vision and the overall look we were hoping to achieve. He walked me through all the details of the blooms and greenery that we would use and came up with two different centerpiece designs that would work for our venue and budget. With 3 months until our wedding day, we were told that Michael was leaving the shop - needless to say this was pretty stressful news! But Nancy and Janet stepped in and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. I had a few calls with Janet just to review what I had gone over with Michael, and then we met in person for our sample appointment and she totally nailed our look based on what I saved on my Pinterest board. Even my husband was excited after seeing the sample having a few flowers of his liking thrown into the mix. I loved my bouquet so much that I had it dried in a window box frame so I can treasure it forever.
