As a photographer, I'm especially selective when choosing someone to capture my moments. Alona of Anokiart Photography was the perfect fit! Her technical mastery and ability to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera were exceptional. She was so easy to work with and took a wonderful array of photos, beautifully capturing both us as a couple and our guests.
Alona and her second shooter struck a great balance—present enough to capture every special moment, yet never intrusive. We couldn’t be happier with the photos and the entire experience. We highly recommend Alona to anyone looking for a skilled and personable photographer!

We feel incredibly blessed to have had Alona as our photographer for our special day. She is exceptionally patient, considerate, efficient, and wonderfully creative. My husband and I can sometimes feel awkward in front of cameras but Alona made us feel very comfortable and was able to provide guidance and tips for the two of us. Alona and her assistant struck a perfect balance between candid photos and posed photos and we couldn't be happier with the results! We truly feel like every single special moment was captured flawlessly.
We also didn’t have to wait long for the final images. When we received the pictures, we couldn’t believe how stunning they were. My husband and I will be looking back fondly at these photos for many years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend Alona to capture your special day too!

Alona is incredible! She is super sweet, friendly, easy to work with and can really rally a crowd for group photos when needed! We loved working with Alona for our wedding as she really was a calming presence with an amazing eye for photography. On our wedding day we unfortunately started the day 30 minutes late due to family member delays but Alona still managed to get all the photos we were looking for, without sacrificing anything or any detail! Alona also did our engagement session for us which was incredibly helpful as we are two people who can be pretty awkward behind a camera. Alona really helped us be more natural with our photos and gave us some tips and tricks along the way. I loved the way our engagement photos turned out and love our wedding photos even more!! I really can't stop sharing them with family and friends, and smile every time I go through them. Alona sent us TONS of incredible photos that it really make it tough when choosing which to print for our home and for our wedding album, but that is a great problem to have. I would highly recommend Alona to anyone looking for an amazing, down to earth photographer, who is very easy to work with both before, during and after your special day. I especially love the color in her photos as they look so natural, and truly appreciate her ability to capture some candid ones during our wedding too. Thank you so much, Alona! Alona was amazing!! She made me and my husband feel and look so comfortable in all of the pictures. For two people who are awkward behind the camera, we can't stop looking at our pictures and how good they look. Alona was very easy to communicate with and she really understood our vision. I cannot say enough good things about Alona and her work. She was also fun to have around the whole day and very organized making sure we were getting everything done. Alona is the BEST!

Alona was so wonderful to work with and is very talented. We eloped in Maine from out of state and Alona was so helpful in giving suggestions and helping us with some logistical issues. She had great ideas for sites to use and did a great job of helping us feel and look comfortable in our photos. We loved working with her and we love the work she did for us even more. Can't wait to get some up around the house!

Hiring Alona was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Alona is so friendly and easy to work with. She captured so many beautiful moments, especially during our two ceremonies. We will cherish these photos forever. Her and her assistant made us all feel comfortable. The photos came out with all of us (bridal party) looking natural and not staged. Would highly recommend hiring her!

We were concerned of how awkward we would be taking our wedding photos as many people are, but Alona was so cool and down-to-earth that she made us feel right at home. The engagement session really helped us understand what the photography process would look like and on wedding day, we felt like we had it down. The photos turned out stunning and we felt like we could be wedding magazine models! We will forever cherish these photos. I would definitely hire Alona and her team again and you should too!

Alona and her team are the best! I am so glad I found her and booked her to take my pictures. I found her at a Bridal show, saw her work and was instantly amazed of how beautiful the pictures looked. It was the perfect style that I was looking for. We booked her for engagement pictures and wedding pictures and it was the best decision ever!! She helped us figure out where we wanted to take the engagement pictures and also came to our venue a couple days before the wedding, to walk around and get to know the place. She pays so much attention to details and knows how to do her job! Trust me, you're going to want to pick her!

There are so many important aspects to a wedding, but to me, the photos capturing the day are the most important, excluding the marriage itself of course. I spent hours combing through 100s of photographers on the Knot to find Alona and my search was 100% worth it. Her bright, natural light photography captured the day the way I wanted to remember it. My Indian American wedding day was a marathon of two ceremonies and evening reception and it wasn't all smooth. But through all of those long hours, Alona was a genuine joy to be with. She not only made sure to get timeless photos that we look at daily on our walls, but also capture moments that instantly bring back both sweet and silly memories. She helped calm me when things went haywire, made me smile, and truly helped ground me. Your wedding photographer is probably the person you'll spend the most time next to on your wedding day. Make sure that person is someone you want there, not just another vendor but someone that treats you as a friend. We first met Alona at a bridal show. After getting to see her beautiful photos and style I knew I had to have her for my wedding. Her pricing is reasonable and well worth all the beautiful photos. She has a great eye and I’m so happy with our wedding photos. She’s very professional and would highly recommend booking her for your next event. The first thing I booked when planning my wedding was actually her! A great photographer is important and once we found a date she was free in October we made that our wedding day. 😊 thank you Alona your talents are amazing.
