Sam was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He was helpful and friendly and provided exceptional service at our wedding. Sam created an order for the alcohol we needed for the event, and it was right on target. When we were speaking with Sam during one of our planning phone calls to go over the drink menu, I mentioned a drink he and many others in the Knoxville area are unfamiliar with and he nailed it on the day. The drinks were top notch, and my guests all raved about the service. The company is an excellent choice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for every event I have going forward.

From the start they were very responsive, coordinated with us and our venue to get all things figured out and they are VERY affordable! They go the extra mile to make sure your service is perfect. These guys provided everything we needed for our event from coolers and ice, cups and napkins and even created a custom calligraphy bar menu for our drinks. In the months leading up to your event they will be in touch to learn what your needs, timeline and if you plan to provide your own alcohol, they will make a recommended shopping list for you based on your attendance. How I’d describe them is incredible, professional, affordable and fun! For the bride and grooms out there looking for great people, awesome service and affordability, you’ve found your crew. They took care of my wife and I; all we had to do was even look at them from the dance floor and they knew what you wanted and you had a drink on the way! Appalachain Bartending were a godsend. We decided to do a destination wedding and chose them to help us with the alcohol for our special evening. They did everything in their power to alleviate any stress or concern from our plate and were incredibly accommodating to the little details that we had requested. Do not hesitate to use Appalachian Bartending! I am an out of state bride, and finding vendors for a TN wedding was stressful. Sam made the process so easy and stress-free and was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. The drinks were great! They made the reception fun, and were often seen dancing back at the bar and interacting with our guests.

Our bartender was one of a kind! All of our guests enjoyed his energy and enthusiasm at the reception. He walked around and asked the guests if they needed refills on drinks, he danced behind the bar to keep vibes up and even took a group photo of us! The service was perfect from every aspect. They brought a ton of life to our wedding, made incredible drinks, and were two of the kindest people I have ever met. Sam was a joy to work with leading up to our wedding! We went with the premium package which included beer, wine, and two signature drinks. Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond while we decided which drinks to serve at our wedding. On the wedding day, they showed up early to set up and were professional as well as incredibly friendly. The drinks were great and they were so much fun to have with us at our wedding!

I’m not even sure where to begin but when I tell you these guys are unbelievable! They absolutely hands down were one of best vendors for our wedding! Sam helped through the entire planning process and made the alcohol portion SO easy! They are super affordable and with the right package can just bring the alcohol with them which is a blessing! Now the night of?! YALL! These guys are so freaking fun! My DJ even said “I have never worked with bartenders so involved and dancing like they are”! Every single time anyone but especially my husband and I came to the bar their faces would light up! They let us make a drink, pop bottles of champagne, and provided such an amazing experience that I never expected! I can literally talk forever about them and how amazing of a job they did! BOOK THEM!! You will not be disappointed AT ALL!

We were so happy with our choice to hire Appalachian Bartending for our wedding last weekend! Sam and James were personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They were able to make great suggestions and offer advice where needed, while maintaining the mantra that this was ultimately our special day to decide what we wanted, and they would help us achieve that. We hired Sam to bartend both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and the guests loved him! I actually had more than one person mention that they really liked the bartender. He was polite and always fun to chat with while he made delicious cocktails. If you are a gin fan like myself, try his gin fizz! My husband also loved the moscow mules. We were very pleased with our experience with these guys, and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
