We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Arizona Biltmore. From the moment we stepped foot onto this property during our site visit, we felt welcomed and prioritized. The Assistant Director of Catering, Zeina went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Her exceptional communication skills, responsiveness to our questions and emails, and flexibility in accommodating our requests were truly outstanding and appreciated. She was patient and took incredible care of us, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and making sure we were stress-free on our big day. We felt like our happiness was the team’s top priority, and they made sure we had everything we needed. All aspects of the service were handled well, from concierge to our wedding day get ready meals to having a dedicated catering team member bring us cocktail hors d’oeuvres.
We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding day so special and memorable.
We looked at a multitude of 4 to 5 star resorts to host our wedding. The Biltmore was by far the most extravagant and accommodating. Lindsay Russell and her team did a wonderful job helping plan our big day and making our dreams come true. The staff were very professional and provided the best service we’ve experienced. We’d highly recommend holding your wedding or next event at the Biltmore. A classic and timeless beauty with wonderful service!
An absolutely amazing luxury wedding venue! It's definitely not "moderately priced" like the Knot suggests as you're spending around $50,000 for a wedding here at the end of the day. The menu the Knot has on here is really outdated and does not accurately portray the costs to have a wedding here. With that being said, it is worth every penny as Weddings here are absolutely one of a kind! Perfect place for you if you are having a destination wedding or if you are local and want a historic luxury venue!
We had our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore in the beginning of April on a picture perfect day. We worked very closely with Lindsay who was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to all emails and if she did not know the answer to our questions she would find out who would. She was very patient with us, as we would ask a million questions. She also took the time to sit down with us, multiple times and review our packages. The staff the day of was wonderful and we loved working with Sonia, our private waitress. Lindsay was helpful with making decisions and gave us recommendations many times. Our guests had a wonderful stay (80% from out of town). The villas were beautiful and perfect for getting ready in the day of the wedding (hair/makeup/pictures). Would highly recommend!!
Our wedding reception at the Arizona Biltmore was incredible! From our first meeting with Catering Manager, Carrie Lage, we knew this would be the perfect place for our reception. Carrie and her team created a spectacular experience, not only for us, but for our guests as well. Everyone is still raving about the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional service. We will definitely be having future events at the Arizona Biltmore.

Excellent in every capacity! Elegant, beautiful, and easy! Lindsay and Carrie are the absolute BEST !
There were many factors that made the Biltmore our top choice for a venue. It has classic arizona architecture with a beautiful backdrop. However, we were scared that it would not be in our budget since it is a Waldorf Astoria Resort. We visited other venues but were un-impressed with the cost-benefit analysis and our comfort level with the catering manager. Then, we met with Lindsay Russell, the catering manager at the Biltmore and we loved her professionalism and responsiveness. She helped us choose packages that fit our style and budget. Lindsay is very accommodating; we live out of state and she even met with us on a late Saturday evening to sign the contract/leave a deposit. During the months leading to the wedding, she responded to all our emails within 24 hours. She has worked with our wedding planner, Victoria Canada, in the past and they work very well together.
On the day of the wedding, rain was expected. (How often does that happen for Phoenix?) Victoria and Lindsay arranged to move our cocktail hour into a ballroom instead of outdoors. Our reception took place in the Gold Room and it is beautiful at night! We got a personal attendant, Sonia that was at hand to give us appetizers while we were taking pictures and supplied us with drinks throughout the night. The catering staff saved us some cake and by the end of the night, we had some random things to bring back to our room. We just asked our personal attendant to have them sent to the room and it was. Our guests raved about the reception.
We had a brunch at the Biltmore and they saved the centerpieces from the reception for the brunch.
Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure our weekend was an enjoyable one. She is a great host and will make you feel like you're the only guest at the hotel. It's important to note that the catering department (wedding and events-Lindsay's team) seems to be a separate business line from resort lodging--we could not check in to our two suites until about 6pm the day of the rehearsal when we planned for noon. This may impact your coordination of room and board/arrival logistics as the communication seemed disjointed. Otherwise, we made it through and enjoyed our stay even with the minor stress.
On Saturday, I had my wedding reception at the Biltmore. Lindsay Russell was our catering sales manager and she was FABULOUS! She was responsive, kind, thoughtful, personable and very helpful. I truly loved working with her!
My fiance and I looked all over Arizona, Colorado and California for our wedding, and found nothing. I was almost in a panic because we searched high and low...until we took a tour of the Biltmore. I'm a native of Arizona and I waited to tour the Biltmore last, because I thought it would be out of our budget. But, I was wrong! The Biltmore was within our budget and we were in love with the service, location, beauty and class of the property. We were so excited to announce that we would celebrate our love at this amazing piece of Arizona history! The Biltmore is my favorite hotel in Arizona, and I was so excited that this would be MY place!
Our wedding was truly amazing; the food was to die for, and the cake was delicious. Speaking of cake, we went with the cake made at the Biltmore, and I have to say, we do NOT regret that decision. It was moist, flavorful, DELICIOUS and very beautiful. It looked exactly like the picture I gave. My brother, who is a health nut and never eats sweets, ate several pieces!
The room was set up exactly as I requested, the tables looked amazing, the dance floor was perfect, and the sunset cocktail hour had people laughing and enjoying the ambiance. What I love most about this location is that candle light and elegance are all you need to make a beautiful evening. The honeymoon suite was huge and quite lovely! The property is unique and beautiful, so I can't wait to get our photos back!
In the end, I had the wedding of my dreams at the Biltmore and I would not change one thing about the evening. The entire evening was elegant, personal and fun and most of all romantic! The staff was on point at all times! It was everything I ever imagined; and I had VERY HIGH expectations! Truly amazing and memorable! Everyone continues to rave about the evening, and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the experience! Thank you, Lindsay and staff! You made our day precious!
We had our ceremony at the Paradise Garden and our reception in the Aztec Room. The Aztec Room is an absolutely GORGEOUS room! It is much smaller and intimate than the usual ballrooms found at resorts and boasts the Frank Lloyd Wright design. It comfortable accommodated our guests, about 80 in total.
Everything about the site was beautiful. The only disappointment was in the service at the front desk. We had an issue getting my mother in law checked into her room (which was compounded from the stress of attempting to do it while walking the grounds for the first time right before our rehearsal!) While we did get her into her room, the front desk customer service was less than desirable.
All in all, however, the Arizona Biltmore was the perfect setting for our wedding and reception and I would highly recommend it to others!
They delivered the day of. I did not need to worry on the big day. However, there are too many proverbial cooks in the kitchen. Payment was a disaster- they made two unauthorized charges on my card which caused me to be stuck at the gas station with a declined credit card - twice. The coordinator told me one thing on the phone regarding charges and the complete opposite happened and they denied, denied, denied later. If you have a big budget and don't care about payments, it will be fine. I had to be a penny pincher so these dings hurt a little more. However, one of our friends told us (who used to work as a wedding vendor) that our wedding was the nicest that he has seen. Everyone was talking about it. The scenery also helped give us some lovely pictures.
Bottom line: know what you are getting into before signing on the dotted line and make sure you have enough liquid cash so there aren't any problems. Then you will do fine. If you have a strict, small budget, it may be worth it to find another location that can offer more solid estimates more in advance.
We had our wedding at the Biltmore and couldn't have been more pleased. We worked closely with Lindsay Russell and Sara Buchanan, our wedding planners. Everything they did for us was above and beyond. The Arizona Biltmore is a classic Arizona wedding. Amazing, you will not be disappointed. :-)
We had our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore and it was wonderful. Our coordinator was Lindsay Russell and she was fabulous. She worked with us to make our day great and was very flexible by helping us out with our budget, scheduling, rooms, etc. The staff is extremely professional. The hotel offers high end service at a great value. I would definitely recommend getting married and having your reception at the Biltmore.
For the cost of service, we got married on a Sunday in the Paradise Garden. Our reception package included our wedding cake, premium bar for 4 hours, 3 choices of passed hor d'oeuvres and a reception station, a plated dinner with two options and a dessert station for approximately 120 people.
The Arizona Biltmore was a beautiful place to have our wedding and I can't imagine it anywhere else! The wedding coordinator at the Biltmore is great to work with and was always available for any questions that came up! My only compliant is that the reservations department was not the easiest to work with and messed up quite a bit on our room block. Other than that, everything was picture perfect!
From the first moment we toured the Biltmore as a potential wedding venue, the higher level of service was evident. Then, the level of service continued to be first rate for the rest of our dealings with the Biltmore. I'm giving 5 stars for the following reasons:
1. We worked with Lindsay, and she was always patient and quick to respond to my weekly "help, I have another question" emails.
2. The food was amazing, we received comments like "this doesn't taste like normal wedding food", and we were able to make amendments to the original menu based on our likes/dislikes at our tasting (which was FUN and presented very well).
3. My sister-in-law had to take my infant nephew to her room at the Biltmore, and the banquet manager made sure that she received her plate of food in the room because she missed dinner.
4. We received more than one comment about the venue with the descriptor "classy" used. Small details, such as votive candles on unused shelves, having a personal server for the bride and groom, and having our gifts delivered directly to our room were only SOME of the many details that the Biltmore took care of.
5. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we made a VERY last minute change, asking to move the cocktail hour from outdoors to indoors THE MORNING OF the wedding (it was unseasonable warm at 106 degrees that day), and Lindsay didn't bat an eye, and accommodated our request.
Overall, I do not have enough room to say how pleased we were with the customer service, the willingness to go the extra mile, the efficiency, and the classy atmosphere of the Biltmore. It helped make our wedding the beautiful and perfect day that it was.
Ok- I will try to keep this short, even though it's a long story. When we first approached the Biltmore, the first few months were scary- we got shuffled between different catering managers, but it settled down and Lindsay took over. I would NOT be happy if it weren't for Lindsay- she is super organized, professional, and can handle anything! If the Biltmore is smart, they will keep her around! She was great about contact, she was nice, and had great attention to detail. since I'm an architect, I wanted a venue with architectural history and great style- and the Biltmore definitely has it. It was expensive, but not grossly expensive compared to other places we considered. All the guests talked about how beautiful it was (70% came in from out of town) the Biltmore provided a block of rooms for the guests and rooms to get ready in. The package included an AMAZING suite for us the night of the wedding, and I even got a nice letter in the mail from Lindsay afterwards- the things to be picky about were small- no real concerns there. Overall, they were accommodating of our requests and really went above and beyond the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. I can say that without Lindsay, I would not be this nice in the review, but she made the difference. Of course, it's an elegant venue with history that most other places can't compete with, but Lindsay made sure the food was what we wanted, that we had that service, and that we were happy.
Everything here from the service to the food was top knotch. I would reccommend this location to anyone. We had our reception there and the Catering Manager was so helpful- all we really had to do was decide on food- which was fun because it is delicious. We also stayed there and they took care of all the little stuff for us and treated us like guests of honor.
this was very nice and helpful.
Everything was perfect! The staff were so professional and organized and not one thing went wrong with our wedding! Book early if you want to get married here as it is very popular!
I held my wedding in the Gold Room of the Biltmore and it was AMAZING. The Biltmore was easy to work with, and the service and venue were AMAZING! We got so many rave reviews on the quality of the food and cake, the ballroom, and the hotel. Everyone loved it, and I know I made the right choice.
We loved the Biltmore! Everything turned out just how we envisioned!!
Gorgeous!!!
Our wedding reception at the Arizona Biltmore was amazing! We used the Aztec room and had about 115 guests. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the guests loved every minute of it! I did not want the night to end!!
this is always a good place to go and have some r& r after a long stressful wedding planning time
Great atmosphere! Very clean and everyone pays great attention to detail!
The Biltmore was the most elegant and amazing place I have every been to. They were flexable to our needs and very caring. I would give The Biltmore 7 stars if I could.
The service was impeccable at the Biltmore. Our wedding was completely customized and catered to our exact preferences and beyond what we could have imagined. The food was absolutely the highest quality and the scenery/pristine gardens were a perfect backdrop.
