She really went above and beyond for us a few times through this process. First, my engagement ring needed to be sent into the designer to be paired with my wedding band. It was there for 5 weeks which feels like eternity when you have a new sparkly ring. She checked in with us to give us updates on when it would arrive. Also, she was very consultative when picking out the wedding band for my husband. She was also super personable and friendly! Two days before our wedding, I was cramped for time and needed to get my ring cleaned. She was able to pull off getting it deep cleaned within a few hours. I highly recommend Arthur's Jewelers and working with Bobbi!

It made no difference to the wonderful staff there as they were more than welcoming to me and were prompt and professional in helping me through their many options -- they even got me a cold beer to sip while browsing! The customer service is absolutely outstanding, their knowledge of product and incredible customer care is what took us back during their wedding band event. Again, we had the extreme pleasure of working with Carver. Again, we were surprised and delighted at the knowledge, customer care, and selection. And lo and behold, we left with wedding bands that we adore and that totally fit our personalities. Carver was dead-on with sensing what we were truly looking for!! oosing our wedding bands. We ended up choosing a Tacori wedding band to match my engagement ring and he guaranteed us Tacori's promotional travel voucher even though the event was a month away. I had some issues initially with my Tacori engagement ring (a couple of the side diamonds fell out on more than one occasion) they were quick to replace the diamonds and extremely helpful to ensure it wouldn't happen again and it hasn't. The biggest testament to Arthur's customer service was when I brought my ring in to get polished before my wedding. My sister was to pick it up for me the Friday before my wedding but she forgot and went in on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to find out it was closed. After a number of frantic of phone calls, emails, tracking down employees on LinkedIn and Facebook she got a hold of Carver who drove from quite a distance away on his day off to open the store to retrieve my ring. Thank you Arthur's and Carver for going the extra mile (literally) for your customers.

g to be difficult because of the shape of my ring, but Carver was able to come up with a design so that my wedding band would fit into my engagement ring exactly the way I wanted it to. When bringing my ring back for warranty inspections all of the staff have been helpful and friendly as well!

n. We went in there and were upfront with the salesperson that we we're just looking and had an appointment at another store. She helped my fiance figure out how to customize what he wanted. It seemed to be going well until she came back with the price. We began asking questions and for her info so we could contact her once we made our decision. Her mood changed and she became extremely rude and kept pushing that we should buy it now because "it was such a good price". We ended up leaving the store very unhappy. No one should have to be pressured into buying anything especially when it's something as important as the wedding band you will have for the rest of your life. If we had purchased it from her, all we would ever think about is that extremely awkward interaction and be nervous we would run into her anytime we needed to bring it in. We ended up going to our other appointment and found the exact same thing he wanted but with a much better experience. I hate that my fiance's first experience looking for his wedding band was like that. I hope they fix it so that no one else has to go through that.

she was AMAZING! Right from the beginning, she made us feel comfortable and was not pushy or trying to sell, like many other jewelry stores can be. Immediately we were offered water, pop, wine, beer or a drink! I thought this was special because it's a really romantic moment my fiance and I shared and it was nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine. She walked us throughout the whole store, explaining a little about each designer when we got to them. She was so upbeat and happy it made the whole experience so enjoyable. Justine let me try on all the rings I wanted to and never was annoyed that I kept picking different ones each time we moved to a new spot. Finally, we landed on a ring that I loved so I kept that one on my finger for a little while and Justine showed us the different bands that really look good with it. I picked the band I liked best and then she brought us over to a desk to look at the individual diamonds. Justine had to go grab different diamond options after we gave her our price point. She came back with a few different diamonds and explained all the different characteristics, style, etc. My fiance and I did not have any prior knowledge of diamonds so it was great to be able to somewhat understand what to look for. Eventually, we settled on a diamond and Justine wrote us a price card with my ring size, ring choice, band choice and diamond choice. I honestly will usually hate going shopping, even to normal retail stores, due to how aggressive and pushy the sales people are, but spending half a day in the store with Justine felt like just spending time with a friend. She was so informative, funny and friendly I would go back just to see her! I will recommend Arthur's to anyone that ever asks and even people who don't ask, they are by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to.

Arthur's offers a wide range of bands to fit both budget and style. What really sold me on Arthur's were their specially cut diamonds. Online pictures do not give justice to how stunning Arthur's diamonds are. The 129-facet cut is exclusive to Arthur's and the cut makes a huge difference as far as sparkle and visible beauty. I looked at diamonds from a few other jewelers; the diamond cut and customer care is what brought me back to Arthur's. The warranty plan is excellent and there are reasonable credit repayment methods. Each time that my fiancé or I have gone to Arthur's, we are welcomed and treated incredibly well. I would recommend Arthur's to anyone looking at engagement rings.

hen we walked in we were greeted immediately and offered a beverage or appetizers. The owner took her time taking us around the entire store showing us every option possible. I was EXTREMELY picky and negative thinking I already found the ring. She never gave up and wanted me to be sure. She later found a ring that I couldn't take my eyes off of, it was nothing like the rest. I appreciate the amount of work she put in to be sure I had the right ring for me.

I worked with Catherine, and she was so kind, enthusiastic, and NOT pushy at all! She actually helped me stay within our budget, which I so appreciated. She answered all my questions regarding options for the center stone, and helped me narrow down tons of specifics about the setting that I would never have even thought to pass on to my boyfriend. Then, when we had found my "perfect" ring and matching band, I saw a completely different style ring and fell in love. She wasn't thrown off at all! She helped me pick out the second style that would be in my budget and find the wedding band that would go with that one as well! I love that she took notes throughout our time and asked questions about my boyfriend and I. I love that I can send him there and still be surprised by the end product, and he is thrilled that I've narrowed down the field quite a bit. I cannot recommend Arthur's Jewelers more!
