My fiance and I went to Arthur's jewelers in July 2016 (as boyfriend and girlfriend) just looking at ring styles for sometime down the road. We got paired up with Justine Gordon - she was AMAZING! Right from the beginning, she made us feel comf...ortable and was not pushy or trying to sell, like many other jewelry stores can be. Immediately we were offered water, pop, wine, beer or a drink! I thought this was special because it's a really romantic moment my fiance and I shared and it was nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine. She walked us throughout the whole store, explaining a little about each designer when we got to them. She was so upbeat and happy it made the whole experience so enjoyable. Justine let me try on all the rings I wanted to and never was annoyed that I kept picking different ones each time we moved to a new spot. Finally, we landed on a ring that I loved so I kept that one on my finger for a little while and Justine showed us the different bands that really look good with it. I picked the band I liked best and then she brought us over to a desk to look at the individual diamonds. Justine had to go grab different diamond options after we gave her our price point. She came back with a few different diamonds and explained all the different characteristics, style, etc. My fiance and I did not have any prior knowledge of diamonds so it was great to be able to somewhat understand what to look for. Eventually, we settled on a diamond and Justine wrote us a price card with my ring size, ring choice, band choice and diamond choice. I honestly will usually hate going shopping, even to normal retail stores, due to how aggressive and pushy the sales people are, but spending half a day in the store with Justine felt like just spending time with a friend. She was so informative, funny and friendly I would go back just to see her! I will recommend Arthur's to anyone that ever asks and even people who don't ask, they are by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to.
