We had an amazing experience with Arthur's Jewelers. Although there was an error in the wrong set being ordered with only a couple weeks before our big day, the staff worked above and beyond to create a new band that would work perfectly. They even resized it in one day the week of the wedding. We greatly appreciate all their help to get everything right in time!

Arthurs designed a wedding band and an anniversary band for my wife’s engagement ring, my wife loves it looks awesome and we will be going back.

Shopping at Arthurs was an amazing experience. The ring that I had envisioned was not a design that anyone seemed to carry, but as soon as I shared the idea with them, they said it would be no problem, and gladly took on the challenge of helping me custom make my wife's engagement ring. They explained my diamond choices thoroughly, and made sound recommendations. The ring turned out better than I ever could have hoped for. They also made shopping for both of our wedding bands so easy, and I love my ring as much as she loves hers. They've earned a customer for life.

Tyler and the team at Arthur's are the best in the twin cities! Arthur's resized the family ring my husband propsed with and we purchased our wedding bands at Arthur's. Arthur's Jewelers is top notch! Before our engagement, I went with a friend to pick out engagement rings. I worked with Tom who wrote down the styles I liked. He then worked with my husband on finding the perfect center diamond for my ring. After our engagement, we started to look at wedding bands and worked with Bobbi, who is EXCEPTIONAL. She really went above and beyond for us a few times through this process. First, my engagement ring needed to be sent into the designer to be paired with my wedding band. It was there for 5 weeks which feels like eternity when you have a new sparkly ring. She checked in with us to give us updates on when it would arrive. Also, she was very consultative when picking out the wedding band for my husband. She was also super personable and friendly! Two days before our wedding, I was cramped for time and needed to get my ring cleaned. She was able to pull off getting it deep cleaned within a few hours. I highly recommend Arthur's Jewelers and working with Bobbi!

I walked into the shop with no knowledge or idea about what I want for engagement ring. Arthur’s had a wide variety of options for me to choose from, which is awesome. Arthur’s Jewlers was the best jewler we could have imagined doing business with. I loved a particular Verragio ring I had found on Pinterest, hoping they had it at Arthur’s since they carry this particular designer. The design I like they did not carry a model for, but they were so kind to order one in so I could try it on. That ring now sits on my finger and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Arthur’s. The lady we worked with was knowledgeable and respectful of our price range. I highly recommend!!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Arthur's Jewelers. Julie helped us find a perfect engagement ring and they even helped my fiancé get the ring in time for our trip to Greece (which was just a few weeks away from the time we looked to the time we went) where he proposed. I'm honestly shocked that Arthur's just sent me this review request. We had a Terrible experience with them and ended up returning our rings less than 2 weeks prior to our wedding leaving us to scramble to find rings elsewhere.

My rings were perfect. My fiance worked with Arthur's to custom build my engagement ring and wedding band on separate occasions. Because they had the CAD drawings I didn't have to surrender my engagement ring to fit the band.

Tyler made the ring buying process simple and easy. It never felt like we were trying to be sold on anything, they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

I had been to several jewelers around the Twin Cities before deciding to stop by Arthur's to see what they had to offer. Upon entering the first thing I noticed was their huge selection. The displays were organized well and it was easy to navigate while browsing. I got to the store near closing time right before the store had a long holiday weekend off. It made no difference to the wonderful staff there as they were more than welcoming to me and were prompt and professional in helping me through their many options -- they even got me a cold beer to sip while browsing! Throughout the process I did not feel pressured or swindled. I let them know what I was looking for and the budget I was comfortable with and they quickly found many options for me. After a brief discussion and considering many different possibilities I walked away a happy customer. I could not recommend Arthur's more. Great shopping experience and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I had a truly remarkable experience at Arthur's Jewelers. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler. He helped me find the ring of my fiancee's dreams. On a whim, my fiancé and I stopped into Arthur's Jewelers during a bridal event. As soon as we walked through the door, we knew this was going to be a different experience. Arthur's Jewelers is simply the best. My husband had a very positive experience choosing my engagement ring working with Justine. Together we had exceptional service from Carver choosing our wedding bands. We ended up choosing a Tacori wedding band to match my engagement ring and he guaranteed us Tacori's promotional travel voucher even though the event was a month away. I had some issues initially with my Tacori engagement ring (a couple of the side diamonds fell out on more than one occasion) they were quick to replace the diamonds and extremely helpful to ensure it wouldn't happen again and it hasn't. The biggest testament to Arthur's customer service was when I brought my ring in to get polished before my wedding. My sister was to pick it up for me the Friday before my wedding but she forgot and went in on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to find out it was closed. After a number of frantic of phone calls, emails, tracking down employees on LinkedIn and Facebook she got a hold of Carver who drove from quite a distance away on his day off to open the store to retrieve my ring. Thank you Arthur's and Carver for going the extra mile (literally) for your customers.

Arthur's Jewelers has made the ring buying process incredibly easy. My fiance worked with Carver to design the perfect custom ring. We thought that finding a wedding band was going to be difficult because of the shape of my ring, but Carver was able to come up with a design so that my wedding band would fit into my engagement ring exactly the way I wanted it to. When bringing my ring back for warranty inspections all of the staff have been helpful and friendly as well!

My fiance and I went into Arthur's to look at men's wedding bands. It was our first time looking at them and we had heard from many people that they had an excellent men's selection. We went in there and were upfront with the salesperson that we we're just looking and had an appointment at another store. She helped my fiance figure out how to customize what he wanted. It seemed to be going well until she came back with the price. We began asking questions and for her info so we could contact her once we made our decision. Her mood changed and she became extremely rude and kept pushing that we should buy it now because "it was such a good price". We ended up leaving the store very unhappy. No one should have to be pressured into buying anything especially when it's something as important as the wedding band you will have for the rest of your life. If we had purchased it from her, all we would ever think about is that extremely awkward interaction and be nervous we would run into her anytime we needed to bring it in. We ended up going to our other appointment and found the exact same thing he wanted but with a much better experience. I hate that my fiance's first experience looking for his wedding band was like that. I hope they fix it so that no one else has to go through that.

My fiance and I went to Arthur's jewelers in July 2016 (as boyfriend and girlfriend) just looking at ring styles for sometime down the road. We got paired up with Justine Gordon - she was AMAZING! Right from the beginning, she made us feel comfortable and was not pushy or trying to sell, like many other jewelry stores can be. Immediately we were offered water, pop, wine, beer or a drink! I thought this was special because it's a really romantic moment my fiance and I shared and it was nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine. She walked us throughout the whole store, explaining a little about each designer when we got to them. She was so upbeat and happy it made the whole experience so enjoyable. Justine let me try on all the rings I wanted to and never was annoyed that I kept picking different ones each time we moved to a new spot. Finally, we landed on a ring that I loved so I kept that one on my finger for a little while and Justine showed us the different bands that really look good with it. I picked the band I liked best and then she brought us over to a desk to look at the individual diamonds. Justine had to go grab different diamond options after we gave her our price point. She came back with a few different diamonds and explained all the different characteristics, style, etc. My fiance and I did not have any prior knowledge of diamonds so it was great to be able to somewhat understand what to look for. Eventually, we settled on a diamond and Justine wrote us a price card with my ring size, ring choice, band choice and diamond choice. I honestly will usually hate going shopping, even to normal retail stores, due to how aggressive and pushy the sales people are, but spending half a day in the store with Justine felt like just spending time with a friend. She was so informative, funny and friendly I would go back just to see her! I will recommend Arthur's to anyone that ever asks and even people who don't ask, they are by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to.

We loved our experience at Arthur's. They had the widest selection of men's rings on display, and they were able to work with the jeweler to get my husband the ring he wanted from the designer he liked. They also modified the design of the ring I liked best to make it perfect for me. They were easy to work with and straightforward during all of our transactions. We highly recommend them.

Arthur's offers a wide range of bands to fit both budget and style. What really sold me on Arthur's were their specially cut diamonds. Online pictures do not give justice to how stunning Arthur's diamonds are. The 129-facet cut is exclusive to Arthur's and the cut makes a huge difference as far as sparkle and visible beauty. I looked at diamonds from a few other jewelers; the diamond cut and customer care is what brought me back to Arthur's. The warranty plan is excellent and there are reasonable credit repayment methods. Each time that my fiancé or I have gone to Arthur's, we are welcomed and treated incredibly well. I would recommend Arthur's to anyone looking at engagement rings.

Great products and services here. It had a smaller family feel, but also a well renowned jeweler without seeming too big (i.e., akin to a big business or franchise). We worked closely with April over the last year and a half designing a ring, and the ring designer Luke was also very accommodating in attempting different designs, etc. April went above and beyond to ensure that the soon to be bride's engagement ring as well as ring with a band turned out perfect! I highly recommend Arthur's Jewelers to a couple looking for an engagement ring.

My fiance and I went to Arthur's after hearing on the radio they were having an event. At this time I believed I had already found my dream ring elsewhere, but wanted to be sure. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and offered a beverage or appetizers. The owner took her time taking us around the entire store showing us every option possible. I was EXTREMELY picky and negative thinking I already found the ring. She never gave up and wanted me to be sure. She later found a ring that I couldn't take my eyes off of, it was nothing like the rest. I appreciate the amount of work she put in to be sure I had the right ring for me.

I had visited a few local jewelers to try on different styles of engagement rings to figure out what I want. I was so frustrated with the lack of choices, that I went to Arthur's; I'm so glad I did! My boyfriend and I are both in our early twenties, just graduated, so budget is very important to us. I worked with Catherine, and she was so kind, enthusiastic, and NOT pushy at all! She actually helped me stay within our budget, which I so appreciated. She answered all my questions regarding options for the center stone, and helped me narrow down tons of specifics about the setting that I would never have even thought to pass on to my boyfriend. Then, when we had found my "perfect" ring and matching band, I saw a completely different style ring and fell in love. She wasn't thrown off at all! She helped me pick out the second style that would be in my budget and find the wedding band that would go with that one as well! I love that she took notes throughout our time and asked questions about my boyfriend and I. I love that I can send him there and still be surprised by the end product, and he is thrilled that I've narrowed down the field quite a bit. I cannot recommend Arthur's Jewelers more!

We attended the wedding band event. There were a lot of young couples looking but we were greeted and helped right away. We were shown many different options with no pressure to "hurry up and buy." We chose two small diamond bands to go with her engagement ring, and a plain white gold band for myself. I couldn't be happier with our choice, and my lovely wife gets many comments on her ring. All in all, it was a great experience and Mandy was very friendly and answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I had been looking everywhere for a good pair of tungsten wedding bands and finally went to Arthur's while we were in the area... and found exactly what we were looking for. Huge selection of rings of all sizes and shapes, friendly staff, and an excellent post-purchase policy to boot. We are so glad that we finally get to wear them and couldn't have been happier. I've already received numerous compliments already and it's only been 4 days.

We bought the grooms wedding band here, they featured custom rings that were perfect for him. They gave us great service, even when the order was incorrectly placed. We got the re-ordered ring in plenty of time for the wedding.

I found Arthur's Jewelers through the Minneapolis Wedding Fair where they had a big booth. Because of the design of my ring, we knew that I would need to get a custom band. Arthur's did a really cool thing where they scanned my engagement ring in and then produced a picture of what my band would look like alone, and with the engagement ring. It turned out great!

We first met with the owner of Arthur's at a wedding fair. I liked right away that even though the place was packed, he spent time with us and didnt make us feel rushed at all. He answered our questions and set up an appt at his store for a later time. At the appt we were offered coffee, wine or beer and told to look around. We then sat down for our appt and he helped us narrow down options for what we wanted. We did not get my engagement ring from Arthurs, and it did not come in a set. After searching their selection and not finding exactly what I wanted, Arthurs was awesome at helping us design a custom band for me to compliment my engagment ring. I LOVE IT! It was exactly what I was imagining. My husbands band is great too. They had a larger assortment than I was expecting, as we wanted a dark metal or black wedding band for him. Loved the experience I had with them!

We had Chris Ploof custom design my fiance's wedding band. It came out exactly how we wanted it. April kept in touch with my fiance throughout his purchasing journey. We had such a great experience for my engagement right we went back for the wedding bands and then again for the bridesmaid presents. Tom is great to work with- knowledgeable and laid back. We didn't feel pressured and were impressed with the extensive variety.

I drove over 2 hours to get our rings here! Amazing service, great warranty, and a huge selection. They helped us pick out our center diamond, and taught us all about diamonds so we could make an informed decision, unlike many places that sell inferior diamonds and try to make them sound good. Tyler was very helpful in helping us find compliementary bands (we knew we didn't both want to wear the same band). Their selection is expansive with a very wide range to fit just about any budget. If you are not sure want you want, wander over to this store and take a look around and see that you might be able to get what you were dreaming about after all.

When purchasing the engagement ring i refused to window shop, i recommend going to a jeweler that you have heard good things from a close friend or relative. Arthur's is BY FAR the best jewelery store out there. Their selection is unbeatable and the service is better than their selection. We are always greeted so warmly and everyone is beyond helpful. My husband got my engagement ring at Arthur's and both wedding bands were purchased there as well. Every piece of jewelery I get always comes from Arthur's. It is the only place my family shops. Due to the obscene expense of my engagement band, my husband and I had originally thought to skip doing a wedding band until later on down the road. Since that idea, when casually announce about two days before our wedding sent a few people into near heart failure, we scrambled. We went into Arthur's, expecting to be laughed out of the place, as we were looking for something super cheap that could be ready the next day. To our surprise, three of the staff members combed the shop, and found a thin, white-gold band that actually looked decent next to my platinum engagement band. And, miracle of miracles, they had it ready the next day, sized and everything!

My husband and I went to Arthur's Jewelers to pick out our rings together after getting engaged. I came in not having much idea of what I was looking for. Mark listened attentively and did a wonderful job helping me find the style of ring that fits my personality well. He was extremely patient and walked the store displays with us all afternoon. We never felt pressured or hurried. In the end we found my dream engagement ring and wedding band! I can't wait to wear them for the rest of my life!

I really wanted a Tacori ring and this was the only place to find them. The service was amazing and they spent a long time educating us on diamonds with no pressure to buy on the spot. They have a great cleaning and warantee program. We've found our jeweler for life!

My engagement ring was an odd shape so we needed to purchase a custom made wedding band. The process was quick and easy. I came in to check out the design first, then came in to check the mold first (these were done with no cost to us!). ONce everything looked good we gave them the go ahead to make it and it came out perfect! They also offered to hold our bands until closer to the wedding day since they would be insured and secured at their store. Our associate was great and very accommodating!

This is the only place we found that warranties tungsten wedding bands. If tungsten is cold and it drops on the floor it will break because it's such a hard metal. My husband lost his ring on our honeymoon and they honored the discount we received when we bought his first ring.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Arthur's Jewelers and I love it! We went back to purchase our wedding bands and we are very pleased with what we found. My set is gorgeous and my husband's band is beautiful. His main band is white gold and then Arthur's GAVE us a tungsten carbide band FREE of charge for spending more than $500 on his white gold band. So, now he can where the tungsten carbide one at work and not worry about it getting banged up and he wears his nicer white gold band when we go out.

Arthur's Jewelers were our heroes! When my husband purchased my engagement ring from our original jeweler (not Arthur's) he had no idea that the only Verragio ring they had was the one he was buying as my engagement ring! Needless to say, when we went back to select our wedding bands and they informed us they did not have a matching one for my engagement ring, we were shocked. After visiting multiple jewelry stores and panicking that I won't have a wedding band in time for our wedding, we went to Arthurs who does carry Verragio rings and could get the wedding band I needed in time for my wedding (less than a month away, at that)!

We purchased our wedding rings from Arthur's Jewelers because we had met the store's manager, Carver, at the Wedding Fair in March. Carver personally assisted us and was extremely helpful even though we are people of no great amount of wealth. He was patient and helpful as we tried on a variety of styles. He even gave us $100 off with a coupon. The rings were ready within two weeks and they are gorgeous. Arthur's is really a valuable deal; with the purchase of your ring, you get a lifetime warranty on the diamonds, the band, and unlimited re-sizing and cleaning. Absolutely the best wedding choice we made!

I do not have enough good things to say about this jewelry store. They are extremely knowledgeable about their diamonds and are INCREDIBLY helpful. We both bough are wedding bands from Arthurs and love them. We couldn't be happier!

One of the only jewelers that carries tacori in the twin cities I believe. I love my ring. Everyone was helpful, and you never wait. I have been back several times, to have my band and engagement ring sized, and although I am not buying anything I never feel like I am unwanted or a burden.

We looked together 1 time at Arthurs and then they helped my husband decipher what was my favorite when I didn't even know which was my favorite. The stone was set in a solitaire for proposal before the ring was in. We saved a lot on bands going to the wedding band sale. I was unsure about what was recommended for a metal with our wedding bands as it did not match my engagement ring. I emailed later and expressed concerns not being addressed when I ordered. They changed my band and custom made it to match the metal of my ring for the same cost of the ring already ordered and no additional charge.

Shopping at Arthur's was a good experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy the ring but they let me know that it was the last style left and if they had to order it from the catalogue it would be more expensive since the price of gold is higher. So it was helpful to know that.

I was given a family ring as an engagement ring, but wanted to add a simple wedding band to make it more "my own". I felt completely comfortable with leaving my ring with the staff and they did an amazing job of customizing the band. My husband also got his wedding band at Arthur's.
