I can not fathom how this company has so many stars and is still in business. I met with Micheal king and I was informed that he would be my photographer and of course on the contract it stated that if he could not make it he will be sending a ...

replacement. Of course he did not make it, in witch I was informed the morning of. I had explained that I wanted more of a fun candid photo shoot, that did not happen. He even convinced me on adding extra time because I have children that would be in some of the shots. There were certain spots that I wanted photos in front of by the Brooklyn bridge but was told that day the photo would not come out nice because of the lighting (I thought that’s what editing was used for). Long story short it was been 6 months and i have not even received what was promised on our contact. In addition I have never even received all of my photos. They keep telling me that they have all been sent to me (of course what had been sent I was told was edited but clearly not). I spent the bulk of my wedding experiences on the photographer because that’s what was the most important to me. What a serious let down and I will be looking to sue because on numerous accusations I have called and was given promised that never transpired. Seriously disappointed!

t the whole experience. Michael made himself available for any questions and advice on the run up to the day. We did the pre wedding shoot at our location and found this really helpful as it gave us some insight into what it would be like on the day. On our wedding day, Michael was fab, making us laugh and was very organised getting everybody for pictures. He also didn't take loads of time to take all the portrait photos so we were able to spend more time with our friends enjoying our day, and we really liked how he took lots of natural photos of everyone having a excellent time. We were so happy with the photos, he really captured what a fabulous day we had. Michael came to the house to take us through the different choices for album. Albums are fairly expensive but worth every penny as they are great quality. Once we ordered the album, he also took the time to personally deliver it which is a lovely touch. General would definitely recommend, makes you feel totally at ease and captures all the perfect memories of your day.

At the time of the shoot my partner as well as I were able to link into the session from different locations. We were ready to see everything happening in real time and able to interact with the photographer as if we were really in the studio. I now use ARTLOOK Photography for all my product photography and suggest you do the same, you won't be disappointed with the service or the results.
