I can not fathom how this company has so many stars and is still in business. I met with Micheal king and I was informed that he would be my photographer and of course on the contract it stated that if he could not make it he will be sending a replacement. Of course he did not make it, in witch I was informed the morning of. I had explained that I wanted more of a fun candid photo shoot, that did not happen. He even convinced me on adding extra time because I have children that would be in some of the shots. There were certain spots that I wanted photos in front of by the Brooklyn bridge but was told that day the photo would not come out nice because of the lighting (I thought that’s what editing was used for). Long story short it was been 6 months and i have not even received what was promised on our contact. In addition I have never even received all of my photos. They keep telling me that they have all been sent to me (of course what had been sent I was told was edited but clearly not). I spent the bulk of my wedding experiences on the photographer because that’s what was the most important to me. What a serious let down and I will be looking to sue because on numerous accusations I have called and was given promised that never transpired. Seriously disappointed!

Artlook Studio was so amazing to work with! he was incredibly responsive and communicated so well with me before and on the day of. he is very professional and captured the day beautifully. I needed some good quality photos of my daughters and came across ARTLOOK photography and was impressed by his earlier work so arranged to attend his studio. ARTLOOK was very professional and was able to explain to my daughters one 10 years the other 5 years and can be fidgety at the best of times how he would like them to stand and pose. They enjoyed the experience. Michael captured stunning photos of my daughters and I would highly recommend him to anyone that desires to great photos to treasure.

We hired Michael for our wedding in January 19. From start to finish Michael made us feel very at ease, neither of us like getting our picture taken, particularly my spouse but even after our initial first meeting we both felt more relaxed about the whole experience. Michael made himself available for any questions and advice on the run up to the day. We did the pre wedding shoot at our location and found this really helpful as it gave us some insight into what it would be like on the day. On our wedding day, Michael was fab, making us laugh and was very organised getting everybody for pictures. He also didn't take loads of time to take all the portrait photos so we were able to spend more time with our friends enjoying our day, and we really liked how he took lots of natural photos of everyone having a excellent time. We were so happy with the photos, he really captured what a fabulous day we had. Michael came to the house to take us through the different choices for album. Albums are fairly expensive but worth every penny as they are great quality. Once we ordered the album, he also took the time to personally deliver it which is a lovely touch. General would definitely recommend, makes you feel totally at ease and captures all the perfect memories of your day.

What a great service! so we had our 8th anniversary trip in london and booked a travel shoot package with ARTLOOK. the entire process was easy and their customer support was extremely helpful. our photographer Michael King was fantastic. she was very friendly and even stayed a few minutes longer with us just to get some more shots. the images were amazing and we were all thrilled. wonderful experiece, thank you so much ARTLOOK!

My only wish is that I had found ARTLOOK Photography sooner. I would have saved money and got the high quality photographs I was looking for. I was unable to attend the initial photo shoot and delivered in my products by post. I gave them as much background info as I could and explained how I desired to use the photos. They got it straight away and made many suggestions that took on board and used. At the time of the shoot my partner as well as I were able to link into the session from different locations. We were ready to see everything happening in real time and able to interact with the photographer as if we were really in the studio. I now use ARTLOOK Photography for all my product photography and suggest you do the same, you won't be disappointed with the service or the results.

Excellent service combined with the best wedding photographer. What an unforgettable experience to go along with the best wedding photographer. The high quality of the product is 1st class (we had some pictures from a photo shoot as is the photo shoot itself. Michael King had provided refreshments, it was almost like a picnic (nothing was too much bother), and his level of charm as well as care where second to none. We picked ARTLOOK over others after seeing his job and meeting up with him, he immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed and listened to everything we wanted (us being extremely awkward and fussy in front of the camera! ) He spent time with us both giving advice how to make us feel relaxed in the photos, as well as the morning of the wedding assuring the bridal party all were comfortable and relaxed. We didn't even know he was there half the time as he and his assistant blended it capturing the most natural shots. ARTLOOK is reliable, friendly and assuring. After our fun bump shoot we knew we had to return if we wanted to maintain our bragging rights for the most stunning pictures! Our little one's 3rd year pictures were captured so beautifully, I went teary-eyed. Michael was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. So professional photographers and such a lovely setting in the home studio to the side of her house! My 18month old daughter was fast asleep in the car before the shoot and we were made to feel so welcome and Michael allowed my daughter to take her time and come to after snoozing! A natural photographer! I am so happy to have our viewing next week.

Done a better job. Would recommend to anybody and everyone to use ARTLOOK as their wedding photographer. Especially if you are a little shy or nervous about having your photo taken by Michael will instantly put you at ease and enable you to enjoy every one minute. We met up with a few photographers before deciding on ARTLOOK and the reason we select him was because we felt he listened to what we wanted, put us at ease, and came across as very organised. My husband and I asked ARTLOOK to photograph our Wedding as on first impressions we knew straight away that he would do a fantastic job! He was very professional, organised and informative throughout all of our correspondence leading up to the day and left no stone unturned. On the actual day itself he was extremely diligent and captured everything we had asked for, and even more. I hardly noticed he was there but yet our photos proved the opposite of that. We were extremely happy with everything ARTLOOK did and absolutely loved all of our photos. ARTLOOK was the photographer for our big day on the 26th feb 2019. He was recommended too us by my sister in law to be (now official sister in law) and for good reason! We had a meeting before hand going through exactly what we were after as well as he went through his process and gave us ideas of the sort of things we could do. On the day he was amazing, attentive and friendly - the amount of photos we got back was crazy and all of them brilliant! He was happy to take on the day requests and I loved the fact we got plenty of pictures of the guests as well as us. Would highly recommend!

Went to see Michael for a pet portrait. I was conscious of the fact that you should never work with animals or children because they are prone to do their own thing, but Michael was so patient and encouraging/understanding. The family portraits had the patience of a saint and a personality to match. Michael has photographed my family for the last 5 years; including my youngest child from birth and my wedding ceremony a few years ago. He captures something so individual and meaningful in every photoshoot, I find it really difficult to select any favorites. ARTLOOK was our top choice for our wedding album, arguably the most important photos we'd had taken to date. We met with him twice before the day and he had scouted out the location for photo opportunities. We joked on the day he was like a ninja...... just seemed out of nowhere to take pics! General good experience and good results. I would recommend to anyone who has some cash to spare. However I did ask prior to booking the full price for using services and only the price of one sitting was quoted. It would be useful if the price of getting images ( digital and hard copies) was clearly mentioned on website.

The photographs that he took were stunning and really caught the characters in each individual. To say he had to deal with 10 adults and 7 children was just incredible. Michael was an overall pleasure to work with, from first inquiries to receiving our finalized wedding photos. Communications were always polite, prompt and clear and he really understood what we were seeking for from our photoshoots. We really couldn’t recommend using Michael enough and very much hope to have reason to use him again in the future.

Michael was great and very welcoming and incredibly patient with our little girl who began to cry and throw up a bit. the different backgrounds and props were great, especially the Christmas one. we were created to feel relaxed and were able to take our time and work around our child's needs

Choosing Michael was the best decision we made for our wedding. We saw his work and we knew he was the one for us. He was enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His fee is reasonable and product is mind blowing. I don’t think I could have found a better photographer and I am so glad to have him as my wedding photographer.

Our family group of twelve ranged from 2 to 60 years of age. We had a welcome cup of tea whilst the photographer explained how the shoot would progress. It was a professional experience with very friendly, approachable staff. Looking forward to watching the photograph. Would definitely recommend this Company.

I first saw Michael’s work at my friend’s wedding. I really liked his output and decided to with him for my wedding too. My friend, who is getting married in December 2019 has also opted for him. His work is consistent and creative. All of us loved his work a lot. He is my friends and family’s go to photographer.

5 stars rating, some what underwhelms just how pleased me and my now wife are, with the job, Michael and his whole team of professionals, did for us at our wedding. from start to finish the have most qualified, and best customer service ever. from booking are bespoke plan, which went above and beyond our expectation's, photographer who was absolutely amazing with some of the most outstanding natural shots of the day, that when we went to view the finish article, the experience completely overwhelmed both me my spouse and mother in law. so we would like to thank Michael and his whole team for helping us to relive the whole perfect day for ever more.

Michael King is 'the' photographer that one should opt for wedding photography. He goes above and beyond to get perfect shots. My husband and I both are shy but Michael made us so comfortable. I think overall ARTLOOK’s service is very good. Downloading my pictures was a bit slow, maybe due to my network! Also maybe we have several photos. But overall very nice service and photos appear very nice too.
