nd a crisp coat of chocolate ganache under the fondant.
I only received one image from you of the black and purple colors you wanted for the outside and The cake matched the colors on that image. I know that sometimes colors can get lost in an image, as you might see it differently than I do, which is why I requested more pictures of the purple hues. I never received any further images.
I’m surprised to hear that the cake was dry. I made it alongside another cake of the same flavor for the same date, and it got rave reviews.
I believe you’re right that I forgot about the strawberry reduction in the cupcakes. Sorry about that!
Sometimes things happen, and I sure wish you had contacted me so I could have made it right.

I was also *very* surprised by my cake — IT WAS HUGE! I had asked for a small cutting cake just for the bridal party and was truly stunned when I saw it in person. It was 4 layers and super tall!!
All of my guests were very complimentary of the cupcakes. Even the venue staff was dying to take some home! They were soo happy I was able to share. She did an incredible job and was very kind enough to lend her cake stand for me to use.
Her baking is fantastic -- the cupcakes, the cake itself and the frosting were very fresh, moist and simply delicious! Her talent is remarkable.
