My name is Cindy Mack. I am the owner of as you wish. I started my business after my oldest sons wedding in 2009. My daughters, Talitha, Genevieve, AndraLea, Michaela, Emberlynn and Annalise cook and cater together in a unique way, treating you like family.

Hey everyone, I'm Ember. My job at As You Wish includes managing all aspects of our small and large-scale catering events. From initial contact to final catering prep day of event. I started working for As You Wish as my full time summer job about 4 years ago. I was always in the field, doing the hands on work including food prep, cooking, set up, serving and leading the day of catering for events. Now I work for As You Wish year round making the initial contact with brides and other clients and walking with them through the booking process each step of the way.

As You Wish catered our wedding in July. And our guests raved, saying it was the best wedding food they have had! We had a buffet setup, and built a menu of BBQ pulled pork, mixed Mediterranean veggies, homemade bread and a salad.
We had 2 bartenders.
We also rented vintage drink dispenser setup and glassware and plate ware.
They also accommodated 3 vegan plates.
I worked mostly with Ember, who was the sweetest and was very patient while answering all of my questions and edits to menu and Headcount as we got closer to our date. And also with Cindy, who helped pull the whole day together.
We had a couple phone calls to iron out the details and timeline of the day.
We also emailed back and forth quite a few times too. And they were quick to respond and offer ideas if I felt stuck in the process.
I was so relieved to hear all of our guests and wedding party say hoe much they loved the food. Wedding service can be so hard, and the food is usually a low reviewed service. But I was thrilled, and everyone went back to dish up later, for more!

As You Wish is a very friendly, and professional catering business. Their food is by far the best food I’ve ever eaten! Their efficiency, and willingness to be helpful and put the bride and groom’s wishes first- is exactly what every couple could want on their wedding day.

We used As You Wish Northwest for our wedding, and I would highly recommend them based off our experience.
From the communication in figuring out our menu and and everything we wanted, to the execution on day of in making our dream a reality. They made the experience personal while still giving us a quality product. The food was amazing! And the presentation was so elegant.
They have been in the wedding industry in the Vancouver/Portland area for over ten years and have a network of resources for other kinds of vendors, which helped tremendously. That, combined with their many other services including rentals, coordination, and florals - really made it feel like a one stop shop.
They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them for your wedding or events!

The professionalism, communication, and service was amazing, especially when you consider the value. The food was great and everybody seemed to enjoy it, because I had quite a few conversations with other guests about the food and service.

As You Wish lives up to the name. Their attention to detail with place setting and arrangements gave us exactly the wedding vision we asked for. The food was fresh and pulled notes from the local culinary vernacular, the salmon was my favorite. With the help from their servers and staff, our special day was memorable and had the same lasting impact for our guests, as if they sat down for a home cooked meal.
